Hoping for my skin
Woke up with skin better than it has been in 2 years and people with PCOS can relate to this amazing feeling! Hoping for my skin to heal completely so I can share what worked and what didn’t 😇
MY BEST SKINCARE TIPS 🧖🏽♀️
Invest in quality skincare:
This doesn’t necessarily mean expensive skincare simply skincare good ingredients. Use products tailored to your concerns and needs.
Wash your face:
There should be no need for you not to be washing your face, especially at bed time. I once read that sleeping with your makeup on ages you 2 weeks. I’m not 100% sure if it’s true but it’s something that’s always stuck with me.
Take it easy with the actives:
If you have decided to take the plunge into using products with active ingredients ie: retinoids, Vitamin C etc take it slowly! While it might be enticing to head right for the strongest start with a lower percentage and work your way up. This will cause less irritation.
Effleurage Facial Massage Technique
Great facial massage technique I’ve used for years. Do you do facial massages during your skincare routine?
