Creator: @kalen.loves My hair type is bone straight & extremely fine! I love to curl my hair with a wand to create beachy waves. I alternate the way I wrap the hair around the barrel. I then add a texture spray (IGK - Beach Club Volume Texture Spray to “mess” it up a bit and and volume. I like to finish with OLAPLEX - No. 7 Bonding Oil to add some shine and keep my hair healthy. This look is simple and anyone can do it. I part my hair and add a clip in the less amount of hair part of my hair to create a sleek look. I love to use clips and hair accessories to spice up a simple look! I got this one with a set off amazon. 💖

Give your root a MEGA boost
To all my thin hair girls out there, this is for you! First thing first, is PARTING. this is one of the most important step that most people may not notice. It is actually something you should pay more attention to if you are not already. It adds volume to your hair in a natural way makes your hair look bigger. You may have the same parting years and years in the way that you feel comfortable with. Knowing what parting best fits your face shape is essential not what’s trending. Correcting your parting in the right way can even make you look more attractive. For example, center part is a current hip and goes well with wavy and straight; It makes the symmetry of your face stand out, obviously it doesn’t look good on those who don’t have that symmetrical faces. off-center is slightly off the center this is best for people who don’t have perfect symmetrical faces and try to offset a feature on their face; side part is a much edgier and sexy look. Once you figure out your parting, let’s get to my new findings! These root support I got from dollar store which I found quote interesting and decide to give it a try. Basically you just clip it at the bottom of your root when your hair is damp. And dry blow it. You can also put it on when you wake up in the morning and work on other things for a little while. Just remember to take it off before going out. It basically claps and sets your hair in a little C shape on the root to add the extra volume. The reason I like it is 1. It is supper affordable, only a few dollars definitely worth trying; 2. and it is easy to use; And 3. It does not damage your hair at all. Unlike iron or spray with either physical or chemical damages.
Big Voluminous Hair in 5 min!
I want to share my most recent favorite tips for tricks to add volume to hair and hairline. I’ve watched tons of videos and turorials on how to add volumes your hair, honestly most of them are easy learned by eyes and hard to practice in real. In fact I hardly find ones that works for me. I was always attracted to those volumized hair line that is super full. hah I am a fan of big hair. I got strong thick hair but flat top especially on my hairline. Worst cases when you part your hair and people can see the scalp which makes the hair looks thinner. Normally i don’t part my hair. Instead, I flip it and let it laying on one side to make it looks full. It is one of my tricks to make my hair look fuller. However it flatters through out the day and I will flip it to the other side. I know a lot of girls are part with flippers. This tip is I got from a haircut artist on Tiktok that I found so easy to use and it takes less than 5 minutes and make a big difference. You can definitely do it in a rush morning and still looking great during work days. All you need is a flat iron. To start, I normally separating my top hair apart first so I can concentrate just my hairline area, without getting anything in the way. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Then I use it to create a small wave and heating for 4 seconds. And “ voila” it’s finished! Literally you can finish this in 3 minute and it looks amazing. So this is my easy tips for my thin hair girls or anyone who has flat hairline like me. I’m using a flat iron from revlon which I believe cost me 25 dollars on Amazon. And you may find out some good deals. Any drugstore. Honestly it doesn’t makes much difference. REVLON - Perfect Straight Smooth Brilliance XL Ceramic Flat Iron Definitely recommend to start trying on your own. It might not be easy when you first start, but you can easily find your own way and add it to your daily routine.

Maintaining Color-Treated Hair! ✨💆🏻♀️
Whether it’s permanent or a direct dye, all color-treated hair requires a little extra love and attention. Here are some helpful tips to keep your colored hair healthy and vibrant: 1) Wait 72 Hours Before Shampooing! Color and bleach require that the cuticle layer is open so that color can penetrate the hair shaft. It takes up to 3 days after a color service for the cuticle to close 2) Invest in Your Hair! Drugstore shampoos contain sodium laureth sulfate, which strips color, natural oils, and moisture from the hair. By investing in sulfate-free shampoos, you’re not only protecting your color, but you’re protecting the natural balance of your hair! If you’re going to spend $$$ on your hair, it only makes sense to spend a little extra on your shampoo and conditioner. 3) Use Leave-In Conditioners and Heat Protectants Although most leave-in conditioners will provide heat protectant, I like to layer my products to give my hair a little extra protection. Hot tools (blow dryers, straighteners, and curling irons) rough up the cuticle and leave it open, causing your beautiful color to fade with consistent use. 4) Take Cold Showers I’m only kidding...sort of. Remember how heat roughens the cuticle? Hot water will also open up the cuticle, leaving your color to wash down the drain. Using cool-lukewarm water will help the longevity of your color. 5) Do Weekly Hair Masks Your color treated hair will thank you. Adding moisture back into the hair will keep it healthy and vibrant for a lot longer. Some hair masks come colored, so if you can find one that matches your current color, grab it! This will keep your hair looking fresh for even longer. 6) Dry Shampoo Will be Your New Best Friend Shampooing too often will affect the vibrancy of your color, so if you don’t feel completely gross, don’t wash your hair. (After your hair is freshly washed and dried, section and spray dry shampoo evenly throughout. You may even want to use morning and night, to stretch the time between your shampoos even further.) 8) Avoid Chlorine If you’re basically a mermaid, spray your hair with leave-in conditioner, or wet your hair before hitting the pool. Since the hair can only hold so much moisture, this will help keep that chlorine from completely ruining your color. Please don’t be afraid to leave me questions about my favorite products for color care in the comments! I have too many to list here, so I’d love to give you personalized advice!!!
Only 10 min and you'll have perfect curly hair!
My favorite style of long hair should be curly hair, but curls made at home is always not very long-lasting. Once the wind blows out of the house, the curls will disappear. When you curl your hair at home, the skill is very important, but the key is to make curls after modeling. First of all: choose a large diameter curling iron, and 38mm will be better. Second: girls with less hair can be divided into two layers to roll, so that the the amount of hair will be increased. Third: Turn outward. When loosening the curling iron, pay attention to stand up, and the bangs should be turned upward. Remember not to stay too long, so that the curled bangs will be more natural. Finally, for the curly hair, VS's air styling spray can help hairstyling more durable. It means that you need to spray evenly on the hair from the certain distance, and the shape of your hair can last for a long time. The VS air stereotyping spray is specially designed for girls. It doesn't feel stiff and will not cause white hair on the scalp. It has faint scent and very delicate. Your hair can be smoothed after waking up in the morning.
Favourite Quick Boho Braided Hairstyle✨
This is a style I have loved to do for over 10 years now...I honestly feel like it never really goes out of style and it’s so simple (as long as you know how to French braid). It allows me to keep my hair out of my face while still keeping it down which is always a plus for me...I hate hair hanging in my face!! My hair is fine in texture and naturally blonde but is colour-treated (with bleach). Here’s the steps I take to get this cute style! 1️⃣ I started with day-old hair (this style looks the best when your hair has some “grit” to it) and did a slight side part. I then took a small section of hair near the front to start the braid. 2️⃣ This style actually uses a Dutch braid, which means the hair goes underneath as you cross the middle instead of over top. I start my braid out on that small piece, crossing each side under the middle strand one side at a time. 3️⃣ After I have the braid started, I add in a piece of hair to each side as I cross under until I like the size of the braid. 4️⃣ Once I get to the bottom, I hold the braid with one hand and with the other I go through and pull pieces out all the way up to make it look more loose and “boho”, I then secure the braid with a clear elastic. 5️⃣ Using a bobby pin, I pin the braid to my head just above my ear so that it’s secure (this is totally optional, you can leave it loose too!) 6️⃣ Last, I spritz in some salt spray for texture (I used the davines - This is a Sea Salt Spray ) and add a little oil to my ends to keep them hydrated (I used the gisou - Honey Infused Hair Oil ) Hope you enjoyed this super easy tutorial!!🤗
