YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE MINI
The one and only @youthtothepeople 🤪 First Impressions: 🌿 Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser: Having acne-prone is definitely a struggle, so many things make me break out... and I mean so many. I bought the mini size to try out first before I commit to the full size and I must say, so far so good. My skin feels clean after and it doesn’t dry me out like most cleansers I’ve used in the past and I love that. I haven’t noticed any new breakouts either. Full size purchase coming soon! 🌿 Superfood Air-Whip Moisture Cream I like this moisturizer a lot. It’s so lightweight and very hydrating. It does have a distinct smell, after all it does contain natural fragrance, but I don’t mind the smell at all. Once applied the smell disappears. Might have to purchase the full size.🤫 What is your favorite YTTP product for any of those with acne-prone skin?🤍YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Air-Whip Moisture Cream YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser

Review Time w/ Cat 🥰 Ft. @celimax.global Celimax kindly sent over some of their products for a collaboration event they were having & I am here now to share some of my thoughts! 🌿 JIWOOGAE Heartleaf BHA Peeling Pads: These pads state that it offers 3 main benefits, “skin exfoliating, skin relief and skin moisturizing,” and let me tell you it does exactly that. The pads have two sides, one side is great for the nose and chin area to help get rid of blackheads & the other side is much softer for the rest of the face to clear out any impurities. I love that this contains BHA in it along with tea tree leaf oil and hyaluronic acid. 🌿 Derma Nature Relief Medecica pH Balancing Foam Cleanser: I typically don’t like foam cleansers but the one thing I mainly enjoy about this product is that it comes out as a cream formula at first, then really foams up as you bring it to a lather. I feel as though it doesn’t become too drying for my face, which is nice. And can’t forget that it contains Centella Asiatica Extract, an ingredient that I LOVE. 🌿 The Real Noni Energy Ampoule. I love everything about this product from the smell, to the consistency to the packaging. The contains 71.7% of Noni Fruit Extract and I never thought something like that would take so nice to my skin. I noticed my skin looked more calm and plump. Other key ingredients that I love include squalane and hyaluronic acid. 🌿 Derma Nature Fresh Blackhead Jojoba Cleansing Oil: I love love love cleansing oils. I normally use an olive oil based cleansing oil so when I saw jojoba oil I was like hmmm🤔 but I own the Trader Joe’s pure jojoba oil & I love it. BUT then I checked the ingredient list and this contains not only jojoba oil but olive oil too along with a few other oils such as grape seed oil, etc. This is a great product, it does a fantastic job breaking apart all of my makeup. However I only tested this for a week because I went back to my Sulwhasoo Cleansing Oil but once I run out of it, I will switch back to this one. See you soon on my next Review Time!

Review Time! Ft. @purito_official 👏🏼 🌿 Centella Green Level Unscented Sun SPF 50+ PA++++ I already know this is not the first time you’ve seen this sunscreen on Instagram but my opinion about this differs from most others. We all know this is a cult favorite, but this is probably the worst sunscreen I have ever tried on my face and I’m so sad about it, I didn’t want to believe it. I have acne-prone/ combo to dry skin. It was nice to see that this sunscreen worked well for those with oily skin, and that it was hydrating enough for dry skin. But no. Although the texture was very nice, this just wasn’t it for me. My skin disagreed with this so bad.. After about a week and a half/maybe two weeks of use, I started breaking out really really bad. I know this was the culprit because it was the newest thing I introduced into my skincare routine at the time. I had 4 huge zits on my face at once it was so disturbing for me. Especially after all the progress I made, I felt so set back. Side note: Yes, I know this is a chemical sunscreen and although I naturally like mineral sunscreens better, I’ve never had a chemical sunscreen make my skin react the way this one did. 🥺 🌿 Comfy Water Sun Block SPF 50+ PA++++ Once I seen this sunscreen contained Zinc Oxide, helllo mineral sunscreen !!!!! I had to get it. Regardless of the Unscented Centella SPF not working out for me, I genuinely love the brand Purito, they have other amazing products that worked so well for me (hint hint* the unscented centella serum is LIFE CHANGING), so I decided to give this one a try! This definitely did not further any irritation or breakouts (THANK YOU). Zinc is an ingredient that my skin loves so I was definitely happy with the results of this product! It’s lightweight, yet very hydrating for my dry skin. This is definitely a sunscreen I’d re-purchase. Highly recommend giving this a try if you have acne-prone skin, and overall think it’s better to stick to mineral sunscreens over chemical. xo

Let me introduce you to CRx Skin. (@crxmedspaskin) They are a smaller beauty brand based in Clermont, Florida founded by a Licensed Esthetician. This company’s philosophy is based off two major keys: 1. Clean Skincare. 2. Easy accessibility to all I stand by this completely. I personally believe that you do NOT need to spend an arm and a leg for skincare products, when there are so many affordable options our there that will bring you amazing and lasting results. Fun fact: On their website I love that it states “Taking care of the largest organ of your body should be a priority” And I’m stating this for those that probably didn’t know that your skin is really classified as the largest organ. 😉 ————————————————— I was sent these two amazing products photographed above from CRx Skin and I’m about to put you guys on! 🌱 Glow Body Butter (Pecan): This contains a few lovely ingredients such as shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, sweet almond oil and borage seed oil. This body butter is hydrating & very light weight, but do not get thrown off by the color, it does not leave an orange cast. This has the perfect sheer/illuminating finish, perfect for beach days or any summer day really to give you that healthy glow. 🌱 Turmeric Clay Mask: I don’t know about you, but I personally love incorporating turmeric into my skincare routine from time to time. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory which makes it great for those with acne-prone skin (like me). This mask doesn’t irritate my skin which makes me happy because mine is quite sensitive. Can we just take a moment to admire these textures though?🤩 ~ *PR but opinions are always my own.
SNP PREP - Cicaronic Set
Hi my beauties😇 Today we are going to talk about.. 🌱SNP PREP KOREA🌱 (S)cience, (N)ature and (P)urity. SNP recently sent me their Cicaronic Skin Care Set so I wanted to make a quick review. ————————————— I struggle with sensitive/acne-prone/combo to dry skin (annoying, I know) but lately I am LOVING the ingredient Centella Asiatica Extract, which is the main ingredient used in this collection. This works fantastic for my skin. It calms down the redness caused by my acne tremendously and makes my overall complexion look so much better. 1. Cicaronic SOS 7-Day Ampoule: This is AMAZING, I honestly fell in love after the first use. It’s so lightweight BUT still SO hydrating. I put this on right before my COSRX moisturizer and loved the way it feels. It’s not irritating at all, and made my skin look and feel more plump. BUT fragrance is listed pretty high on the ingredient list. I don’t particularly mind fragrance but as long as it’s one of the last few on the list. I used about 5 ampoules already and since I only have 2 more left I will finish it. 2. Cicaronic Soothing Cream: I enjoyed this cream but I did not use it to much only because I am stuck on my COSRX moisturizer at the moment. I did like the way it felt on my skin, it’s a lovely texture and left my skin feeling super hydrated throughout the day. I also love that it contains Jojoba oil. But I will not continue use because fragrance is also listed high on the ingredient list and I can only handle using so much fragrance on my face at once. 3. Cicaronic Toning Essence: I only used this once or twice. This saddens me now at this point not because it didn’t work well but just like every other product, fragrance is high on the list. Like I said I don’t mind fragrance but not too much fragrance. Regardless of the ampoules containing a lot of fragrance, I am impressed with how it made my skin look and feel after each use. If I ever intend to re-purchase, it would be the ampoules only. I also received the Cicaronic Daily Mask. I have not used it yet but will try soon. *PR Sample but opinion always my own

Let’s talk Micellar Water. I would love to know your thoughts on products like these. From time to time I wear a lot of makeup, so I adore using my Sulwhasoo Cleaning Oil, since it does an amazing job at breaking apart all of my makeup (especially my eye makeup). But I heard a lot about the @biodermausa Sensitive Skin Makeup-Removing Micellar Water, so I had to give it a try. So, I’m not a fan of using makeup removing wipes at all, so using micellar water on a cotton pad to remove my makeup is pretty much the same thing to me, therefore I do not use this on my entire face. However I like to use this on days when I’m only wearing eye makeup (mascara/eyeliner). The Bioderma Micellar Water is gentle enough on the eye area but easily gets rid of all my makeup. I love that it doesn’t burn or irritate my eyes either which is a plus. What are your thoughts and experiences with Bioderma?

Versed : Keep it supple -body oil
You know you need that extra moisture but only on your face, on your body too. That’s when versed body oil -Keep it supple- makes its appearance! .. TA-DA It’s a dry oil to hydrate and nourish every skin type. Main ingredients are : - Calendula flower extract - Ylang ylang essential oil - Coconut oil - Sweet almond oil - Vitamin E (Good mixed huh !) I would describe it as a lightweight oil and would give a bonus point because of the spray I think it’s making it SO MUCH easier to use. You know when it’s in bottle you have tendency to pour too much -ugh hate that. Anyway .. I seriously fell in love after the first use. It’s easy to use, it smells AM-AZ-ING and it delivers. The skin is baby soft (with or without body lotion) but I’m always extra and use it after I put body lotion all over 💁🏽♀️ Also it doesn’t leave a greasy gross film on your skin and absorb just right into it. I would obviously-totally recommend it , especially because it’s retailing at only $14,99 for 4oz. Not bad, I know. 5/5 stars !!!! Now go grab yours and thank me later.

The Body Serum for plump glowing skin
Necessaire is such a lovely brand that makes gentle, clean products. I am a huge fan of their body lotion and wash but unfortunately wasn’t as impressed with the serum. It is the most expensive of the three and its smell is what really threw me off. The fragrance-free body wash and lotion had close to no scent at all but this serum on the other hand had a slightly odd smell that I couldn’t get rid of. It lingers all day and I have to use my bum bum cream to mask it but I want to be able to pair it with the Necessaire body lotion without smelling all weird🤣 So sadly I wouldn’t recommend this unless you have the coin to drop on a fun body routine addition.

hyped but no.... necessaire body serum
Oh I wish I loved this! I will say... it’s good. But it’s not as great as I wanted it to be, unfortunately. Nécessaire - The Body Serum Product claims: — multi hydration treatment for skin health — hydrate, replenish, plump Key Ingredients: — hyaluronic acid — vitamin B3 — vitamin B5 — ceramide NP My overall thoughts — I love that this is fragrance free! It makes it suitable for all skin types regardless of sensitivity. — I also love the sleek packaging, the pump top dispenser, and how easily product is released. — the serum itself is a milky white, a tad bit tacky, and provides enough hydration for 2-3 hours without a body moisturizer, and up to 12 hours with the necessaire body lotion! — overall, I’m not impressed by this for the price ($45) but I got this as a gift with purchase so I’m not too upset. I do not think it’s a necessity, and I will not be repurchasing!

I know some of you have already tried the Lani_hair products so here are my thoughts! I’m so in love with everything about them! If you aren’t familiar, it is an affordable, natural, vegan, cruelty-free skin and hair care company out of England made with delicious tropical ingredients. 🌴 Tropical Cacao Detox Mask. A powder mask (my fav kind) that transforms into a fluffy mousse upon contact with water – and it smells amazing! Most “detox” masks dry out my skin if I use them more than twice a week, but not this one! I can use it every other morning with no issues! Good for all skin types! 🌴 Tropical Coconut Face Polish. A powder face polish that combines with water to form a paste which gently buffs away dead skin cells without stripping the skin. This is a must-have for my textured skin, especially in the winter since I suffer from dry patches! This polish keeps my skin baby soft! It’s safe for all skin types! 🌴 Tropical Hair Treatment. A multi-use hair treatment and also my best friend! It can be used as an overnight treatment, a pre-shampoo treatment and a frizz taming serum. It works best for me as a pre-shampoo treatment 3x a week. It leaves my hair super soft, skin, and easy to manage. A little goes a very long way too! Yes, Perfect for ALL hair types! 🌴 Tropical Body Treatment/Oil. An amazingly scented body oil that targets stretch marks, dry patches, etc. and most importantly, absorbs FAST! It’s been working great on my eczema patches, knees, elbows, cuticles, and anywhere that gets flakey! 🌴 Tropical Super Serum. An award winning lightweight oil-based serum that locks in moisture, increases elasticity, and so many other benefits. This is one of my fav oils to mix with my foundation. It gives me a nice dewy glow and never appears oily. Great for all skin types! 🌴

A clean beauty line for your body
I’ve been focusing a lot on self care and self love recently. Interestingly, I won the Necessaire line in a giveaway recently. I’ve only ever heard wonderful things about this entire line and on trying them all out, I totally get why. Necessaire is amazing! They focus on personal care products for your body that not only promote cleanliness and health, but also well being in a luxurious setup. I can firmly say that each of these products are amazing. They felt wonderful and work great! I also love that they use a 100% recyclable packaging and work only with FSC-certified vendors. Honestly haven’t tried a single product of their I didn’t love.

My Bodycare Fav Products 😊
My routine in bodycare is basically exfoliate, apply body lotion, then apply essential oils on the joints.💪🦵 - Coffee body scrub BEAN BODY - Coffee Bean Scrub : The main ingredients are coffee powder, coconut oil, jojoba oil, vitamin E, etc. From the look of the ingredients, it seems to be able to slightly moisturize the skin in addition to exfoliating. 💧 - Elizabeth Arden's green tea body cream Elizabeth Arden - Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream: The bottled pump version has a slightly thinner consistency. My skin doesn't feel very nourished after using it but it's very moisturizing. The classic light green tea smell lasts even longer than perfume.🍵 - Kiehl's classic body oil Kiehl's - Creme de Corps Nourshing Dry Body Oil: Skincare for the joints is also very important. This product is actually for extremely dry and cracked skin, so it may be slightly greasy when used on other areas.
