The whole formula is not bad, the toner is quite thick -
🌿LeeGeeHaam Grow Hyal B5 Toner This product was the strangest one for me because it smells to me like a nutmeg and cardamon and it does contain nutmeg and cardamom oils. The main ingredient here is Provitamin B5 (Panthenol) which is a good moisturizer and it's accompanied by Niacinamide (B5) and Centella Asiatica Extract. The whole formula is not bad, the toner is quite thick - like other Korean toners I've tried but also very moisturizing. This formula didn't make my acne worse or didn't make my skin sensitive, even better - my skin is calmed now. Only the scent is a bit annoying at first but it's easy to get used to especially when you can't smell the scent when the product is on your face. Is this a product worth a try? Yes, I like this toner because it'll stay with you for a good couple of months and a small amount of it is enough to cover the entire face. 🌿LeeGeeHaam Vita Propolis Ampoule I made a post about this ampoule before in an old design version and does anything has changed from that time? No, this is and I feel like it forever will be my favourite ampoule. Why? It makes my acne less irritating - I got less acne when I use it even during the period when I usually get lots of acne. It's a small ampoule but it's made in 50% out of propolis, the rest are ingredients that can help with acne like Witch Hazel Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract or Licorice. You can even find adenosine here. Is it worth a try? Totally, you just have to try it! I swear, it can change your life. 🌿LeeGeeHaam Grow Matcha Clay Mask This is the product I wanted to try the most because I like a good clay mask and I like matcha/green tea. This mask is pure perfection. Why? It's not a mask that makes your skin super dry, it cleans your skin well and removes all the sebum well, leaving your skin moist and happy. The scent is very delicate I almost can't feel it and the formula itself has matcha tea quite high on the ingredient list. It can be really helpful for acne prone skin and if you deal with pores just like me. Overall feelings: Is this trio worth a try? Totally! Not only with Oily or Combo skin but in general I think that LeeGeeHaam makes really good products which are worth a try and I'm sure I won't end up my skincare journey with this brand on this trio. I feel encouraged to try more products from this brand.

Treatments from My skin cabinet
Here I’m showcasing some of my time and money worthy Treatments! I believe these are the tried and true ones for me with few daily staples! For ease of understanding and review I’m going to use the ‘Tags’ like ‘Daily staples’ and I’ll give stars ⭐️. I really think if you’re Hormonal Acne girl like me, this could be a helpful snap of my skin cabinet ❤️ So, with first tag - 🤩1. ‘Daily Staples’ - SUNDAY RILEY - C.E.O. Vitamin C Rich Hydration Cream This is rich and thick in consistency so if you’re oily try using it in Winters. I use it in morning routine. I think it’s effective and will give you more brightened skin. LeeGeeHaam Vita Propolis Ampoule This is new skincare find for me, AMAZING! In love this baby😍 Totally worth it! It gives glowing, brighter and tighter skin in consistent use! ELEMIS - Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm This balm is Amazing! Works the best in removing every bit of makeup. The best part is it emulsified and washes well. Worth the hype! The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 The best HA that worked for me. It didn’t irritate my Sensitive skin. It’s sticky so is the best under makeup. Love it 😍 🤩2. ‘Not so favorite Treatments’ - SUNDAY RILEY - Martian Mattifying Melting Water-Gel Toner Didn’t give any visible results. The smell is a bit too off for me. Positive is it’s hydrating. GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Face Mask This held high hopes from me but unfortunately I didn’t find it Stunning. I believe there are other Retinols that work the best. This one is too occlusive for me, also it is a bit sticky and heavy unlike the Watermelon sleeping mask. The results weren’t amazing. Hence three stars from me. FIRST AID BEAUTY - Facial Radiance Pads This is okay in my opinion. Nothing too great, also not bad. I didn’t see any results similar to The ordinary glycolic acid toner. So, I’m not very impressed with it but I believe for someone who has very sensitive skin, this could be a decent treatment. 🤩3. ‘Favorite Treatments’ - SUNDAY RILEY - Good Genes All in One Lactic Acid Treatment This is AMAZING AMAZING! you will see the results in just one use. Gives glowing, brighter skin next morning. It helps with raised bumps and texture. Love it! TULA SKINCARE - Pro-Glycolic 10% Resurfacing Toner It works just as amazing as Good genes. Worth the money. It’s more like toner so it’s easy to use and also less irritating. THE inkey LIST - Retinol Serum one of my favorite Retinols. Works great, formula is amazing. Not too thin but absorbs quickly. I feel the only downside is the size, it’s just very little for what we get from other brands. ELEMIS - Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Pads Works very well. Gives results in one use. Easy to use because of individual pads. Doesn’t feel heavy. Kate Somerville - Kx Active Concentrates Bio-Mimicking Peptides Serum
I am nearly finishing this Leegeehaam Vita Propolis Ampoule. This little bottle (15ml) contains 50% Propolis extract and the other 50% is made of Centella Asiatica, Witch Hazel Extract, Rose Extract, Sea Buckthorn Extract and vitamin derivatives. As you can see these stellar ingredients are great for healing, soothing and protecting the skin. It also claims to minimise pores & increase firmness, but I can’t say I have noticed that. However, I have to say that it’s an amazing product. This saves my skin when it’s dry, dehydrated or sensitive post using harsher treatments or my prescription creams (epiduo, differin, etc). The texure is nice, serum-like, absorbs beautifully & completely into the skin. Gives a nice radiance, therefore I am sure dry(er) skin types will appreciate this more. Cons: 🤷🏻♀️Price: £30 for only 15ml 🤷🏻♀️’Glow’: makes me a bit oily after a few hours and having combination skin, in general I don’t appreciate the ‘natural glow’.
K-Beauty 🍑&Lily Super Reboot Resurfacing mask✨
This is the PEACH & LILY - Super Reboot Resurfacing Mask and it’s the first of a few products I have tried from Peach & Lily! This mask claims to be a professional-grade wash-off mask that is supposed to “reboot” your skin. It contains a potent blend of 10% AHA, 0.5% BHA & Blue Agave to deep clean down to the inner pores lining. This is a gorgeous blue/green gel-based mask, and I’ll be honest with you, this was very hard to remove & wash off. It tingles/stings a bit when you apply it, so you know the AHAs & BHAs are actually working into your skin! I have combination/oily skin so I like using this mask to help with hormonal breakouts or any texture I want to help manage like smaller bumps. I also have the PEACH & LILY - Glass Skin Refining SerumI need to try & their PEACH & LILY - Matcha Pudding Antioxidant CreamI’m really looking forward to testing out & reviewing on here! Look out for those soon! 🍑🍑🍑

Caudalie Vinopure Serum
CAUDALIE - Vinopure Natural Salicylic Acid Pore Minimizing Serum First off, let me say that I don't often have acne issues, so by no means am I an expert, but I do break out a bit around my cycle and sometimes more when stressed, and for me, this serum (the whole vinopure line really) is the perfect solution. The salicylic acid works really well at clearing out my pores, and while it can be a bit drying on its own (at least for someone like me with normal/dry skin) as long as I layer a light hydrating serum on top of it, my skin doesn't react badly at all. It does contain essential oils, so if you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't recommend this since EOs are a common irritant. Otherwise, I do recommend it if it's within your budget- I haven't found another serum that gives me the same results for less $$, though the vinopure toner CAUDALIE - Vinopure Natural Salicylic Acid Pore Minimizing Toner works really well for the same purpose and is half the price of the serum!

REN glycolic lactic mask
renskincare glycolic lactic radiance mask is one of the best mask out there. I haven't seen people talk about it but it's definitely worth trying. It brightens up my skin, fade acne scars and helps my pores look so much clearer. The directions says to apply the mask and keep for 10 mins but I like to keep on for 20-30 mins. It doesn't irritate my skin and makes my skin looks super clear and healthy. I usually like to follow up any chemical mask with Hydrating products
REN CLEAN SKINCARE-Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal Mask
I like to keep my morning routines simple. A gentle cleanse, hydrating toner, antioxidant serum followed by a moisturizer and a sunscreen is all that I use everyday. Sharing my routine from this morning. Derma Truth antioxidant cleanser: This gentle low foaming cleanser cleanses your skin effectively but does not leave it feeling stripped. It contains mild surfactants and is loaded with hydrating and soothing ingredients like Glycerin, Aloe Barbadenis Leaf Extract, Beta Glucan, Allantoin, Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate. It includes niacinamide, N-Acetyl Glucosamine, alpha arbutin, panthenol, and sodium lactate to gently exfoliate and brighten your skin.
Gorgeous Face Oil✨
This is the Leah Rose + Glow Facial Oil. It is meant to hydrate skin and brighten skin. Some key ingredients are squalane, Vitamin C and oils. I have combo skin and adore this. This is a stable form of vitamin c that can be mixed with other forms of that vitamin and even retinol. I also adore squalane for its anti-aging and oil control properties and for helping eczema and acne. The texture of this is a little thick but doesn’t feel that way on the skin at all. It’s smooth on application and goes on clear. I noticed a brighter glow in the morning after my first use and that my acne scars had faded a lot. This hydrates gorgeously and makes skin feel really smooth and the ingredients list is gorgeous. It’s also vegan and cruelty free! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LEAH - ROSE+GLOW FACIAL OIL

My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.Feb. 17
