Are lash serums worth it? Worth the hype??
I’ve been using a lash serum for the last 3-4 months and I’ve finally decided.. are they worth the hype? These photos are my ONE month progress, I’ve seen such a huge difference with the length, shininess and thickness which is absolutely amazing. This is a product that you can purchase at medical spas or from the Ten Spot/Spas! Going to keep using this for another 3 months to compare from when I started to then, I have been told you need to continue use of the serum to maintain the results! Have you tried any lash serums? I know maybelline has launched their own 😊 #lashserum #lashgrowth #longlashes
My Forever Fave
This is just one of those products I keep talking myself out of re-purchasing because of the price, and then regret when my drugstore purchase inevitably falls short. I know this is a pretty polarizing mascara (people seem to either absolutely love it or hate it), but for my lashes it just gives me so much length and such a beautiful “fan” effect in just a few strokes. I have naturally pretty long, thin lashes with blonde tips, and this just does the trick. It’s lengthening, gives me volume without ever clumping, gives a bit of lift to lighten the eye, and shapes my lashes beautifully. If you can get your hands on a sample of URBAN DECAY - Perversion Mascara I’d highly recommend it, but I’d give the smaller size a shot first! I think this is a great product if it’s compatible with your lashes, but may be hard to work with if not. I’m on my third tube, and it probably won’t be the last! #mascara #CherieCreator #review

Bye bye Falsies
This mascara transforms my sad, straight lashes! I randomly picked it up at CVS and have since picked up two more just in case they stop making them or the stores shut down lol. With other mascaras, i would need to curl my lashes before applying mascara since my lashes point downward. This mascara instantly lifts and elongates. The more coats you apply, the thicker your lashes become 🙌🏽 I’ve ditched my strip lashes a few times when going out because my natural lashes looked just as good after a few coats of this . It can clump on the tips of ur lashes if u apply many coats but its easy pick off . Love love this #L’Oréal - Lash Paradise[products]#[FiveStars]
HANDS DOWN THE BEST MASCARA UNDER $6!
Ever since discovering the Essence Lash Paradise mascara over a year ago, it has been my GO-TO! I have tried so many high-end mascaras that just do not compare! Discovered this product through YouTuber, Tati! It’s $6 and 100% worth it IMO! Reasons why I love: 1. Lasts on my lashes ALL day and keeps the curl 2. The wand is perfect for lengthening AND volumezing my lashes 3. I get no flakiness with this mascara and two coats does the job! 4. I personally buy mine at Ulta or Amazon! essence - Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara

Mascara duo for long wear
I am loving my new mascara duo. First I apply the Lancome Cils Booster XL to top and bottom lashes. I am lucky I have quite long lashes but I can get a nice base to help my lashes look fresh while I am at work under bright lights. I am loving the Mecca Max mascara couple. I first use the thin brush end to seperate my lashes further and stretch their length out. Then I use the thick end to apply heavier mascara. These two work brilliantly and I find it lasts so well without the need to re-apply during my work shift. Both retail at reasonable prices too which is even better. If like me you are struggling to find a mascara that feels comfortable and lasts without flaking into little chunks of mascara, give these two a go and let me know what you think! Nicole 😊

Best mascara ever
benefit - BADgal BANG! Volumizing Mascara I’ve been repurchasing this mascara for years now. Before this mascara came out, I used to use Benefits Roller Lash. Both mascaras are great but this one has a bit more of a bang. Benefit always nails their mascara game! What I 🖤? It’s not clumpy. The formula is smooth and coats my naturally long lashes to give a more volume in an more natural way. It definitely also has lengthening power. The plastic wand. Application is even and each lash is separated and covered with product. In the pic, I purposely didn’t wear eyeliner or other eye products to highlight the effect on my lashes. Its not waterproof but has great staying power. At the end of the day, I very rarely have panda eyes.

TikTok hack: better than falsies? 🤔
I kept seeing this tip popping up on my recommended when I was browsing TikTok for makeup hacks! Originally posted by TikTok user @mirellabelle, I used her audio for this video ☺️ As you can see is pretty easy to follow, and I have to say I liked the results! After applying mascara how I would normally do on one eye, I tried this on the other eye and both looked good but the side where I used this hack definitely looked a lot more fuller! I think it takes just slightly a bit more effort but the result was pretty good, I have very stubborn lashes that refuse to stay curled and this really helped 🙌🏼 10/10 would recommend I used the wet n wild - Mega Length Waterproof Mascara

My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.4 DAYS AGO
