2020 Top 5 🍒
Everyone has a story to tell this year... Personally i struggled a lot, as many others, but we finally made it!🥂I’m glad i discovered Cherie 🍒 and connected with so many amazing creators! So here’s my 2020 Top 5 🧚🏽♀️💌 🪐 PRODCUT: PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator Shoutout to cherie for introducing me to my new fav exfoliant! What i love about this product is that it is so easy to apply, i just use a cotton round on my T-Zone and i’m done! i’ve been using this for a few months and notice less blackheads and it controlled my oily T-Zone 🪐TREND: Fav trend this year is definitely “soap brows” I used to be a ABH dip brow kinda gal, but recently i love the natural brow look! wayyy faster doing my makeup and all you need is a bar of soap LOL!! 🪐MY BEST LOOK: During quarantine I came out of my comfort zone a bit and tried a bold look with some white liner and a full pink lid! I really liked how it came out and I had a lot of fun with this look. However didn’t really love the liner i used it was super flaky :( 🪐FAV CREATOR: Fav creator has to go to @RedheadSkincareI absolutely love your content! Great reviews 😍 just simply gorgeous girl! you’re amazing! 🪐SOMETHING I LEARNED: One thing i learned this year was the importance of sunscreen! I wear sunscreen every day now and questioned myself why haven’t i been doing this already??? Something not completely related that i learned this year was self-care. Face masks and tea are not enough, i’m talking mental health breaks & reflection on how i can live my best life. This year was definitely one i will never forget, I lost many loved ones this year 💔 but at the end of the day i’m grateful to end the year in good health. 🤍 Here’s to 2020! Byee you will NOT be missed 👋

Exfoliant for baby smooth skin 🧖🏽♀️
HUDA BEAUTY - Yo Glow Facial Enzyme Scrub One of my all time favorite exfoliant scrubs that actually works! 🍍 This products main ingredients are AHA’s, BHA’s, Papaya fruit extract & Pineapple fruit extract, which all work to remove dead skin cells, reduce the look of dark spots and improve skins texture and complexion while giving you a healthy glow. 🍍I use this product 2x a week at maximum because i do have sensitive skin, however this product is safe to use everyday as you gradually increase your tolerance with it. 🍍The downside of this product is that it does have less than 1% fragrance which can irritate the skin, I have not experienced any irritation using this product and have used it a handful of times, but everyone’s skin is different so make sure you do a patch test! 🍍Standard size of 3.38 oz/100mL goes for $39.00 they also offer a mini size of 1.35 oz/40 mL for $21 if you’re thinking of trying it! 🍍let me know if this product worked for you below👇 or if you have any thoughts 💭 questions & concerns 💕 thank you for all the love & support 💕🍒 #cheriecreator

Full face drugstore products 🤩💸
Last nights look using ALL drugstore products. proof you can look glam on a budget 😍 pics taken on iphone front camera with NO Filters!!!! Product breakdown ⬇️ 🍒 PRIMER: NYX - Pore Filler Primer Good primer, not oily, smooth and gave me a good base for my foundation. mini ($5) 🍒FOUNDATION: e.l.f. - Flawless Finish Foundation The bottle i picked up says “Flawless Satin Foundation” Not sure if they’re the same product, however this is possibly the best drugstore foundation I have ever used. It went on smoothly, great coverage and soo cheap! 10/10 recommended you pick this up! ($6) 🍒CONCEALER: e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer This has been called a dupe for the Tarte shape tape but I think it’s even better. It’s lightweight, not thick with amazing coverage that hardly creases. I recommend the Hydrating version over the regular one. ($6) 🍒BLUSH: NYX - Sweet Cheeks Soft Cheek Tint I prefer cream blushes over powder and this is definitely my new favorite, absolutely love this formula!! It’s a whipped texture of blush that applies amazing, not blotchy or hard to blend at all!! In shade “Nude’Tude” ($9) 🍒POWDER: MAYBELLINE - Fit Me Loose Finishing Powder Possibly the best powder i’ve come across! I use this to set my whole face, didn’t get cakey or blotchy throughout the night! In shade “20 Light Medium” ($5) 🍒BRONZER: PHYSICIANS FORMULA - Murumuru Butter Bronzer Good bronzer, doesn’t have the best color pay off but smells great and cute packaging. ($15) 🍒HIGHLIGHTER: IBYBEAUTY - Travel Size Radiant Glow Highlighter Cute little highlighter i received in my IPSY bag this month, not a glittery highlight more of a radiant glow which i like. Shade “24k Magic” ($8) 🍒BROWS: e.l.f. - Instant Lift Brow Pencil Came with a spoolie which i liked however the pencil is a bit dry and it took a lot of strokes to apply it. Shade “Neutral Brown” ($2) 🍒EYESHADOW: I actually just used the blush and bronzer for a quick and easy eyeshadow look, I forgot to pick up a palette 😅 🍒LIPS: NYX - Suede Matte Lip Liner Love the formula and the color pay off is amazing in the shade “London” ($3) topped with NYX - Butter Gloss In shade “Bit of honey” Best drugstore glosses hands down! 🙌 ($4) 🍒LASHES MAYBELLINE - Mascara Lash Sensational Not a huge fan of mascara but I really wanted to try this one, it’s good but i’ve used better ones! 💴Best Budget Dupe for the Most Popular Fall Nail Polish!
As someone who loves painting my nails from time to time but gets skint sometimes, finding drugstore versions of pricier polishes from brands like Chanel is one of my habits haha. Now fall's here! I prefer to get some elegant and low-key colors like nude to complement my overall appearance. Apart from this special season, I'd love to apply them for engagement or prom as they are so natural looking but has a gorgeous glossy finish! This time, I just found this amazing Japanese nail polish that can dupe Chanel's! Here're my quick reviews of these two: Chanel 703, $28 Chanel 703 has a great neutral shade. It is enriched with argan oils, vitamin E, and other antioxidant properties, making this gel nail polish can fortify brittle and fragile nails and leave a smooth and uniform surface. Besides, this nail polish has medium coverage in texture, but you can get full coverage with two or more thin coats. What's more, Chanel's polish is not only trendy but also safe! All of their nail polish lines are non-toxic. Their products are actually "5-free", which means they contain no formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin, camphor! Canmake n17, $4 Canmake n17 has a very similar shade and texture to Chanel 703, and this nail polish is also of high quality. In detail, this gel polish is long-lasting, quick-drying, with fantastic shine! This nail polish is also resistant to wearing off, so it's very suitable for an everyday nail look. However, even though this nail polish can dupe Chanel 703 if you only consider the finish, I must say that this one has an unsatisfying smell, and the ingredients inside don't have any moisturizing or strengthening effects. Anyway, I don't have any nail concerns, and I don't really mind the smells, so I think Canmake n17, an amazing Japanese brand that's new to me, is an amazing dupe for Chanel 703! Please give me your likes or comments if you find this post helpful. Thanks in advance! ❤

Hair care routine for hair fall👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
This is completely normal that a woman loses a hundred hairs a day. However, you have to worry when you wake up that the pillow is covered with hair. I noticed this horrible thing happened during the quarantine when I was super anxious, so I decided to dig into hair loss and take action against it! I read countless articles talking about hair loss and tried several treatments; finally, I curated a perfect hair routine to solve my hair issue! After massaging my scalp, I will use a volumizing shampoo without zinc pyrithione, which is good at removing dandruff but also considered the murder of hair loss in some articles. Then, I will choose a conditioner without silicones to nourish my hair. Hair serum is a must-have for preventing hair loss and stimulating new hair growth, so I bought a serum of Julien Farel this brand, which is recommended by my friend who has the same hair concern. This is a quick-absorbing serum which is ideal for hair thinning by stress, and it can energize thinning hair and support healthy hair renewal. Additionally, I’m used to eating some supplements which contain red ginseng, because some dermatologists say it can slow cell death so hair follicles can grow for a longer period of time. I also stop staying late since I know good sleep is essential for healthy hair! I don’t want to recommend any hair care products, because I think everyone has different problems. You should first find out the reason why you get hair loss, and then find the solution for your personal need.

Curly to Straight- NO FRIZZ!
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my curls- but some days I like to switch things up and the REVLON - One-Step Volumizer Hair Dryer has made this possible. I can effectively blowout my hair from root to tip- frizz free, in just 35 minutes! It’s super lightweight and the boar bristles smooth/tame my curls effortlessly with very little tension. If you’re someone who frequents Dry Bar, or simply someone who loves a good blowout, I highly recommend this tool!

The Ultimate Guide To DIY Nails At Home💅
I'm not a fan of doing nails over and over, like reapplying every other day. I usually only get my nails done once or twice when I go out with friends. But because of the coronavirus, I was bored to death at home. And I want longer lovely nails! So I purchased those beginner things and followed the instructions, shaped my nails and colored my nails, ALL BY MY OWN. Step 1: Prep your nails! Trim and shape nails by filing in one direction only to prevent breakage! Apply cuticle oil, push back cuticles and remove hangnails. Finally, cleanse to remove oil. OPI - Nail Envy Nail Strengthener Original Formula Step 2: Apply base coat to prime the nail surface, increase lacquer adhesion and prevent discoloration. Step 3: Apply 2 coats of Nail Lacquer, using three strokes for each coat. Apply the first down the middle and then one on each side for complete coverage. Be sure to paint the tips of your nails, brushing it perpendicular to the front tip of your nail. Step 4: Apply top coat over the nail. Don’t forget to cap the nail’s free edge! If you have enough budget, you can buy UV light. UV light can very slightly speed up drying time by helping to evaporate some of the polymers in the polish. With regular polish, a UV/Fan dryer combo is your greatest bet. If you have less budget, you can do the same with a dryer ,but use by hot and cold winds alternate or just air dry. Without any saying, you definitely need the base coat and top coat. Base one is the first step of the application, the top coat is the last. The color opaque lacquer needs 2 coats as does most of that type and applies smoothly and dried to a gloss. It was easy to apply, and lasted a long time. In addition, you must have wooden push and dead skin tool. Wood push could make your nail (free) lines visible enough. Dead skin tool is effective in helping you get rid of the skin off your fingers. And one more point, remember to soak your hand in hot water about five minutes before using the dead skin tool. Then all you have to do is take your nail clippers and make the shape you like.(before colored nails) If you have nail file, you can also use it to smooth out your nails. (I have very thin nails, so I don't usually use it)I only used an emery board to make the rough edges smooth. So If you don't have money or time to get a manicure at the nail salon, just do it at home. It's not difficult to do.

This Saved My Rough Elbows!
So I used three products and this was my week difference this is KP (melanin version) FIRST AID BEAUTY - KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA I was skeptical about this at first but combined with my cloth and lotion it really worked! It has 10% glycolic & lactic acid. ($28) ALPHA SKIN CARE - Revitalizing Body Lotion my very first post on Cherie was about this lotion! I use it on my entire body and have seen tremendous results! It’s 12% glycolic acid & leaves my skin moisturized and smooth! I use it everywhere ! Please use sunscreen the following day to avoid sun damage ! ($17.99) THE SALUX SHOP - Nylon Washcloths the original exfoliating clothes. (Also apart of my very first post). These are the Japanese award winning clothes that changed the way I shower forever. They’re exfoliating so if you have sensitive skin please take caution. I got them from amazon 2 for $10 ! I’ve had them for 6 months and they’re still like new. They said they’re self cleaning, but I’ve washed mines like three times since I had them! (DONT DRY THEM). I also use Dove - Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar before this treatment. Since I’m using many acids (which are perfectly fine to mix together) I want to make sure I’m not doing any other harsh damage to my skin. order Dove - Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar with THE SALUX SHOP - Nylon Washcloths FIRST AID BEAUTY - KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA (use your hands it’s already rough enough) ALPHA SKIN CARE - Revitalizing Body Lotion (once out the shower) @AnishaB

My first anti-aging effort in my 23
If you say yes, you'd better develop the awareness of anti-aging. Don't think it' s still far away from you!!!! With age, the collagen in the skin will gradually reduce, the skin then start to appear fine lines, pores, wrinkles and other aging phenomenon. When I was younger, no matter how late I stayed up, my skin condition was still OK. But now I can find some aging signs in my face. My biggest issue is lines starting on my forehead, they seem a lot less visible but I could't tolerate. I asked a dermatologist about facial creams, he highly recommended Neutrogena - Rapid Wrinkle Repair Night MoisturizerNeutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair to me. I finally bought it and luckily have got some nice results. This stuff can be said to make the perfect addition to your daily anti-age beauty. With retinol formula, it helps protect collagen in the skin from free radicals, reduce the look of fine lines, brighten and even your skin tone. Furthermore, its hyaluronic acid helps hydrate, replenish and rejuvenate the look of skin. The formula is thick, highly concentrated and is creamy texture, with a cooling relieving sensation when applied. You only need 1-2 snow pea size each use and gently massage it in until fully absorbed, thus this product can last for a long time. I usually apply this after a gentle scrub with Clinique Mild Liquid Facial Soap, right before bed. The included retinol really visibly reduces fine lines on my forehead. It also tightens the loose skin on my cheek and makes me look younger. I'm 25 and people thought I was 19 on this product. Though I have dry, sensitive skin, I don't have any redness or peeling from it. If you have dull skin and aging problems due to life stress or lack of sleep, don't hesitate to try this! I'm gonna look for other products and start my anti-aging routine.
