My 30+ Attempt at an E Girl Look
✨ Hey just because we’re millennials doesn’t mean we can’t try on anything E Girl look for size. We saw Euphoria too you know. ✨ I love the trend of minimalist makeup looks with pops of color. Not all of them look great on me but I love this one because it’s simple, not too over the top, but is still eye catching. ✨ First of all, you want to start with a pretty minimal base and brows. For this I use the Suntegrity 5 in 1 Tinted Sunscreen (although any tinted sunscreen, tinted moisturizer, or light coverage foundation will do) I like to set it with The Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Power (although this brand has a super exclusive shade range and I will not be purchasing from them in the future. For brows I like to use the Ulta brand brow pencil it has a very thin tip and is very natural looking. A tinted brow gel can also give you this effect. ✨ For the eyes I think traditional e girl looks only use a graphic liner but personally I need to add a little more depth or I’ll look like a sunfish. Do I use a neutral toned brown in the crease (personally I prefer Freckle from the Natasha Denona Biba palette but any neutral toned brown will do. Then I do a small wing with a black felt tip liner. Now for the fun part: usually when I do this I’ll just put the pink on the inner corners I think it really pops and gives an edgy look without making me look like I have an eye infection. For this shot I also did some pink to outline the wing. My favorite product to use for this is the Suva Beauty Hydra Liners. I’ve tried a lot of “neon” graphic eyeliners and a lot of them fall short but the Suva is punchy and bright and vibrant. Just wet a detail brush, dip it into the pan, and add some pops of neon wherever your heart desires. ✨ Then you just finish up the look with mascara 🤷🏻♀️

My Favorite Spooky Season Eye Look
🔮 Spooky Season is my favorite time of year and I love wearing some spooky makeup. I don’t really have the face to pull off really elaborate or dark makeup so I go with something a little more minimalist. 🔮 This look takes me about 5 minutes to create and packs a little bit of a punch without being too dramatic. 🔮 I start with a neutral brown in the crease and the outer corner of my lid as well as on the lower lash line. I like to use Freckle from the Natasha Denona Biba Palette, but any neutral brown will do. This also looks good with a warm brown or an orange. 🔮 Next I use an eyeliner pen to do a wing. This goes to plan about 50% of the time. 🔮 Next I use a pencil brush to apply a green shimmer to my inner corner and along the lash line. The particular one is Jeffree Star Supreme Frost in Money Honey, but Jeffree Star is a flaming racist so don’t support him. Makeup Forever, KVD Beauty, and Natasha Denona all make great green shimmers and green highlights. 🔮 Then just add some mascara and you’re done!
you’re missing a mascara step #cheriepartner
🌸 i made this makeup mistake for years and really suffered the consequences— a ton of lash fallout and breakage that made my already short lashes look shorter 🥺 (primed lashes on left) 🌸 BLUF: Don’t skip mascara primer. it makes a world of difference, and PROTECTING your lashes means overall length improvement. you nurture your face, why not your lashes? 🌸 in my comparison pics, you can see the difference between natural lashes, primer lashes on LEFT and final lashes (LEFT primed). 🌸 primed lashes are thicker, longer, and will grow better. what i love about LANCÔME - CILS BOOSTER XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Base is that it promotes both lash health and length. i am finishing up my tube of Milk MAKEUP - Kush Waterproof Mascara but their OG Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara is WAY better
Best mascara ever!
ILIA - Limitless Lash Mascara If you like long, natural looking lashes like me, this is the perfect mascara! The double sided wand helps apply product and separates your lashes for a natural finish. It’s long wearing and I’ve never had a problem with smudging, which is the number one thing I look out for in mascaras. It’s very comparable to Glossier’s Lash Stick, but at more of an affordable price + you get more usage. It’s a great, clean formula and a holy grail product!

Amp up your typical wing liner with a color!
Forget black eyeliner, have some fun and step up your eyeliner game with a fun color! I love a classic eyeliner look, but sometimes I just want to have fun with my look. Amp up your typical eyeliner by using a fun color! For this look I used a red eyeliner, but you can totally use a eye safe lipstick, or even eyeshadow. FENTY BEAUTY - Flypencil Longwear Pencil Eyeliner This is one of my newer favorite eyeliners. It comes in so many colors! It’s a twist up mechanical pencil. I wish it was just a tiny bit more precise, but it was manageable. #cheriepartner

WARM eyeshadow look 👀🔥
In the summer I tend to gravitate towards warmer eyeshadow colors. I think it looks good with a nice tan. I go for a fairy simple eye look, as in I don’t really ever use eyeliner anymore. I like to start out with a neutral crease color (bold) from my go-to pallete right now tarte - Tarteist PRO Amazonian Clay Palette Next I use Kosas - 10-Second Eyeshadow since it’s liquid (but it dries to a matte). These are very easy to blend and it sets a good base for the rest of the makeup. I added in some darker neutrals in the crease and corner to complete te a better blend (innocent, edgy—very little amount used). I then top with a shimmer to make it more bold. I used the color ethereal. My holy grail eyelash products to finish up the look. ILIA - Limitless Lash Mascara SHISEIDO - Shiseido Eyelash Curler This duo is SO SO good. The mascara has to wand tips so it accentuates length as well as volume all in one mascara. The curler is very nice as well, I usually “pump” and do 10 curls per eyelash. #cheriepartner
Makeup mistakes: too much eyeliner 😱
I am someone with pretty hooded eyelids, and until a few months ago I did not really know how to do makeup for my eye shape. One of the main mistakes that I was making was applying my eyeliner too thick. I thought that more eyeliner would make my eyes pop, but then I realized that thick eyeliner (especially when you have hooded eyes) make your entire eyelid basically disappear! Now when I apply eyeliner, I do a very thin line right along my lash line, and only on the outer half of my eye. This really just helps make my lashes look darker, and allows more of my lid to be visible instead of disappearing inside the hood! #CheriePartner
