ZitSticka Skin Discipline
💊Those if you who have pretty hands have no idea how lucky you are. It took a pretty decent amount of editing to get my hand not to look like a chicken wing and now it just looks incredibly muscular instead? 💊 Anyway ZitSticka was kind enough to gift me their Skin Discipline Supplements 💊 What is it? A supplement to calm acne prone skin and maintain skin and gut health 💊 Call Outs: Gluten Free Soy Free Non GMO Recyclable Packaging Drug Free Dairy Free Formulated by dermatologists 💊 Who’s it for? Really anyone looking for a supplement to improve skin health but especially great for those with acne. 💊What’s in it? A whole bunch so here’s a quick run through: bacterial obstructing zinc, anti inflammatory selenium, hormone regulating B6, structural protein supporting B5, anti inflammatory and redness reducing niacinamide, anti inflammatory and cell recovering omega 3, sebum regulating chromium, and probiotics for gut health (I never say gut unless I’m talking about probiotics). The cap in cap allows the other ingredients to be suspended in a capsule of omega 3. 💊 My thoughts? I’ve only been using this for about a week so I’m sure I haven’t seen the full results (ZitSticka claims about 3 months for the your body to become fully acclimated) but I will say my skin has been very clear and bright. I’m currently PMSING and my skin is usually a MESS when I’m PMSING and it’s been mostly clear with the exception of one pimple in the dead center of my nose. I’m excited to see the results as I continue to use these and I have to say the capsules themselves as the packaging are beautiful and were so fun to photograph.

✨I've had the chance to try @zitsticka SKIN DISCIPLINE, as you know I was always breaking out for different reasons as hormonal, diet-related, or stress-induced, in this journey, this has changed and I’m so excited to share my experience. Taking it daily took a few weeks to adapt -- a lot of reminders and alarm. But in the second month, it became a staple in my routine. In the first month, my skin was purging. I was aware that it wasn’t a reaction or anything bad because when you’re taking care of your skin from the inside it shows. As you can see in the before my skin was dull and I had hyperpigmentation and comedonal acne. In the 3rd-4th month, the hormonal breakouts and inflammation were on a low scale. I was surprised because my period always greets me with a big and red inflammatory zit on my chin (which I’m still working on to fade the scar) and I was so excited about this major change ✨ Now in the 8th-9th months on this regimen, I'm so amazed by the level of improvement my skin has made -- the glow, the fading, and looking back at the beginning of the year I see a lot of change. Also, due to the mask and all the new stress, I had few breakouts on a bigger scale but nothing like before, with the “maskne” I started using the KILLA patch and they work like a charm under the mask. I'm excited to try HYPERFADE on my scars!ZITSTICKA - SKIN DISCIPLINE

Zit Sticka Skin Discipline
I’m not always a huge fan of skincare related supplements because almost all of them make me break out worse but the ZITSTICKA - SKIN DISCIPLINE supplement was an exception for me. The capsule in capsule looks really cool but apparently can help with absorption. With things like zinc and probiotics, it supposedly can help clear up acne. I only used it for about a month but I did notice a lot of the inflammation on my face started to go down. My acne wasn’t totally clear but based on how long I used it, I was impressed. For some reason the jar smells minty but the capsules do not taste minty. In fact, they taste like nothing at all. They arent too big of a capsule so swallowing them wasn’t an issue for me. BUT if you plan on purchasing these PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: you absolutely have to take them with food. I tried a few times with no food and almost got sick. Like to the point where I was running to a toilet at work because I wasn’t sure what was happening with my stomach. Please don’t make my mistake 😅 Anyway, they are $44 for a month worth (30 caps) which I find mildly steep and the reason why I stopped them. I can’t remember to take pills every day so it just wasn’t the product for me. That’s pretty much why I didn’t give them full points. It was just too much hassle for me to remember them.
Will be trying @zitsticka’s newest product: Skin Discipline for the next 30 days. I typically don’t see noticeable changes from supplements and don’t invest in them, but I think I’ll be able to tell if I like this one more easily. It claims to “minimize breakouts, regulate sebum levels and balance skin-supportive bacteria” along with other benefits. Personally, I think $36 (subscription) or $44 (one time purchase) every month is a little pricey for me. According to @zitsticka, the first month of taking these is only when your skin is getting acclimated to it, so you’ll see subtle changes. I’m going to keep a close eye for these changes and maybe by the end of the month I’ll be a little more convinced to keep going 😅 nevertheless, I’m excited! — gifted
❌ Keeps the Zits at Bay! ❌
One of my biggest goals in my skincare journey is maintaining clear skin. I am fortunate enough to where I don’t have acne prone skin and don’t suffer from a lot of breakouts, but that doesn’t mean I am invincible to them either. Luckily, I have the right products on hand to tackle these breakouts when & if they happen. Zitsticka has not only created products to help with eliminating breakouts & keeping your skin clear, but they are also as a brand committed to educating individuals about breakouts, how to treat them, and breaking the stigma that exists of those who suffer from acne & breakouts. 💙 𝓚𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓪 - Have a zit coming in? Cystic (or any) acne helper!
Acne saver, and only $12! I get deep cystic Acne where they’re under the skin so you can’t quite pop them and they hurt. The older I get the more I’m getting them on my cheeks usually around that time of the month, Ugh! And they would like for WEEKS! 👏🏽But these patches have honestly saved me from that! When I see one showing up, at night after toning my face I’ll put one of these bad boys on and then again the next night by day 2 the pain and redness subsided A LOT. While it doesn’t fully get ride of the acne (they’re is still sometimes the red spot like scaring) it helps get rid of the bright redness and painfullness of the acne itself, which I find super nice! The patches are made with tiny looks micro “needles” that when you press into your skin they ‘puncture’ the acne with salicylic acid! (Love this!) 👌🏽bang for your buck, a lot of patches like these are twice the amount and half the patches. 👌🏽9 patches in 1 pack 👌🏽available online amazon! So straight to your door with prime! Highly recommend you try if you’re also having this problem! Note: I also found these to be better than the micro needle Mighty patch brand.
I’ve been trying out the @zitsticka patches for a little bit now. I really like the feeling of the little darts once you put it onto the pimple. Is that weird?? It gives you a little stingy feeling, but I like it! All my life I’ve been looking for a magical product... but still haven’t found it, most likely because it doesn’t exist lol! It did a good job of calming down the pimple after the second time using it. I would recommend these for a quick and easy fix!
