Not for dehydrated skin

I love Glossier. But I don’t love this product. I wanted to love it but it was soooo drying for my skin. Every time I used this cleanser my skin was so tight and uncomfortable. Of note, I have dehydrated combination and sensitive skin. I know people rave about this product and it’s got a good price point, so I’d recommend it for some but probably best to steer clear if you have dehydrated or dry skin. Too stripping! Nightly routine saved my Dry skin 🌙🌙
These have saved my skin. These are great for my sensitive skin and has helped prevent dry flaky patches The glossier milky jelly cleanser feels amazing on the skin. It doesn’t foam up which is great since it feels like a moisturizer. Glossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser conditioning face wash After washing my face I love using the ordinary hyaluronic acid, it helps keep my skin moist. When you first apply it it soaks into your skin quick so make sure you follow with moisturizer immediately. Pro tip✨✨: make sure you pat it into your skin instead of rubbing it in. It prevents wrinkles and goes into the skin evenly. The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 I follow with the kiehls ultra facial cream and it’s my holy grail. On initial application it feels amazing. It’s so soft and it’s not super heavy or thick. I’m almost out of this and I will definitely buy another one. Kiehl's - Ultra Facial Cream I apply the drunk elephant f-balm as my last step for the night and it locks all the moisture in without my face looking greasy. It’s my holy grail. DRUNK ELEPHANT - F-Balm Electrolyte Waterfacial Mask Lips need some loving too so I love using the glossier balm dot calm in mint. It feels amazing and the scent is very delicious. I am obsessed with mint scents. Glossier. - Balm Dotcom Also make sure you drink lots of water everyday, it’s amazing for your skin and also for your health. Yes everyone says you should do it but once I make the switch to drinking more water everyday I definitely see the difference. It takes time so you gotta do it all your life.

The cleanser I’ve been using since 2016 🥛
This product was recommended to me by my cousin four years ago and I haven’t been able to put it down since. The milky jelly cleanser is everything and more!!! Seriously though, it is perfect for my combination skin. It gets rid of all my makeup (except for anything waterproof 🥺) and oils without drying my skin out and stripping it of the natural oils that are GOOD for you. I have not found another cleanser that is as gentle and powerful as this product. The consistency is just what you can imagine: jelly! It is silky soft, extremely moisturizing and has a very light and subtle scent of roses. It is the perfect cleanser for refreshing your face after you wake up in the morning or before bed at night. I cannot say enough good things about the Milky Jelly Cleanser. It helped me through my years of acne, sunburns, dry patches, scarring and other skin struggles. This has been a constant in my skincare routine for years (I have probably gone through more than ten bottles) and I don’t plan on switching it up anytime soon. 🤍🤍🤍 Glossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser conditioning face wash

Glossier Milk Jelly Cleanser
Glossier Milk Jelly Cleanser
What is it: a gentle gel based cleanser. Products claims: a gentle cleaner for removing dirt and impurities from the skin. Can be used on dry skin to remove make up. My thoughts: its a nice basic cleanser for anyone with sensitive skin. I just don’t feel like it throughly cleansing my skin. Whenever I use this cleanser I always go back as a 2nd time. It’s hypoallergenic and fragrance free so it’s perfect for anyone with sensitive skin. Overall just not the best cleanser. Glossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser conditioning face wash Price: $18 for 6.0 fl oz. Would I recommend: ehhh , maybe just to the people who are sensitive to fragrances.

Glossier’s Milky Jelly Cleanser - The Holy Grail
Glossier’s Milky Jelly Cleanser - The Holy Grail
Glossier’s Milky Jelly Cleanser is one of the best- if not the very best- facial cleanser. If you have sensitive skin you will absolutely adore this product. The ingredients are very simple and vegan/cruelty free. The main ingredient in this product is water which makes this cleanser especially gentle. The pearly white substance is goopy and doesn’t foam when you rub it on your face. There is also a subtle rose scent to this cleanser. I have combination and sensitive skin. My t-zone is on the more oily side and the rest of my face is pretty normal, but sometimes it gets dry. At first, I doubted this product would do anything, but after using it for three weeks, my face is clear and more importantly, my skin feels fresh, smooth, and healthy. I really recommend that you try this product out. If you don’t want to fully commit to using it all the time, buy the 2 oz bottle at Glossier and use it in the morning. I love using this cleanser right when I wake up in the morning because it tenderly wakes up my face without stripping and irritating it. Overall, this product is excellent! ✨Glossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser conditioning face wash

Glossy-yay!

Glossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser conditioning face wash All of Glossier’s products are cruelty free and almost all are made up of “clean” ingredients- the Milky Jelly Cleanser being one of them 😊. The consistency of this face wash reminds me closely of the texture of Drunk Elephant’s Beste cleanser. And it works just as good, except it’s a little light feeling cleansing wise - so I always double cleanse when using this cleanser. I never realized how much debris and dirt is left on our skin even after washing it! That’s the reason I became a double cleanser, cause one day I cleansed and then out on my toner and I looked at the cotton pad and it was still pulling makeup and little dirts off my face - I was taken aback. But back to this adorable mini Glossier Milky jelly Cleanser, it is GREAT for sensitive skin (such as my own) But sometimes I feel like it’s stripping some of my natural moisture barrier - so I’m going to test it every day for a month along with my typical routine and see if I feel any dryness coming on. Hasn’t happened yet though 🤞🏻😊💖 Either way, I just love Glossier! #CherieConversations #CheriePicks

The Glossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser conditioning face wash is a cult-favorite cleanser designed to be sensitive enough for all skin types. The texture is—surprise, surprise—a milky jelly, and it has a light rose scent. It is supposed to be soothing, purifying, and nourishing. Glossier was one of the first brands I tried when getting into makeup and skincare, and I was eager to try their phenomenally popular cleanser. Before I tried this product, I used the CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser prescribed by my dermatologist. I found the Milky Jelly Cleanser very gentle, but I didn’t find it especially cleansing. It also seemed slightly drying on my skin. Although I am not generally a fan of rose scents, I didn’t mind the smell of this cleanser. I used this product for about three weeks consistently. It was initially an extremely mediocre product to me, but now I think it was fairly good and the stellar reviews simply set the bar too high. Ultimately, I found this cleanser to be exceedingly similar to the CeraVe one—they have similar textures and effects; the most noticeable difference to me was the added rose scent in the Glossier. If you want an extremely basic, fairly inexpensive cleanser that’s slightly more chic than a drugstore product, I recommend this one. But if you’re looking for value, I would recommend the CeraVe ($18USD/6oz for Glossier, $14.99/12oz for CeraVe)

TERRIBLE ❌ Overhyped Brand

Well, you can guess my thoughts on this product from the title. I hate this product. Worst “cleanser” I’ve ever used. Does nothing for me. It doesn’t feel like it cleanses my skin AT ALL. and the smell. smells like burnt plastic 🤢🤢 It is great that it is pH balanced so it won’t strip your skin! It is very gentle and I would say it might be great for sensitive skin!! Via the Glossier site it says it is supposed to be: “soothing, purifying, and nourishing.” Says it can remove makeup and dirt. No. it does not remove makeup. No no no. I don’t think this cleanser is enough for anyone. It would need to be followed up with something else. It is 6oz for $18, meh. just meh. Glossier is so overhyped. I haven’t tried a whole lot from them simply because what i have tried is not good. I only like the brow products and cloudpaint so far from what I’ve tried. Would not recommend. Run. Glossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser conditioning face wash

Hit or Miss: Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser 🥛
Hit or Miss: Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser 🥛
I’ve already been through a full-size bottle of the Glossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser conditioning face wash and just recently purchased a second one — why, you might ask? Well, I’d love to tell you ;) This cleanser has just the softest texture that really feels like it’s moisturizing and gently cleansing at the same time, which is super important for my dry skin that tends to accumulate a surface layer of oil throughout the day. Using this cleanser before moisturizing and toning really gives you that satisfying feeling of getting rid of all that dirt and grime while preventing the redness, irritation, and skin damage that comes with that squeaky clean feeling. I originally had a little trepidation trying this product given its price point, but I figured that if there was one place I should be investing in, it’s in the first step of any good skincare routine: the cleanser. Having said that, I’m so glad I tried it out and clearly (as I’ve already picked up a second bottle) think it’s worth it for my skin type. I’m also inclined to think that Milky Jelly would be a great investment for those with sensitive skin, because although I don’t have sensitive skin myself, the texture just feels so soothing and cooling. Hope you all try it out and let me know your thoughts!
