🍫 What does it do? This mask helps Brighten and even skin tone. It deeply detoxing and cleanses with clays to fight blemishes. Soothes inflammation and redness over time and leaves your skin radiant and clear. 🍫 My experience: I have to say I was extremely excited to try this mask because it has cacao and ya know.. your girl loves chocolate. But seriously I was very curious to try this because it has Salicylic Acid and Ginseng. I tried this mask twice, and honestly I was super upset at myself because I got an Allergic reaction. My eyes started to water at both times that I tried it.. so possibly I’m allergic to something in the formula but I did see many people try this mask and absolutely love it which is another reason why I wanted to try it. I do have to thank @herbaldynamicsbeauty to be so amazing and kind to send this product over. Over all it’s such an amazing mask.. Georgette Klinger 10 Day Radiance Challenge 🍊 Thank you Cherie and Georgette Klinger for gifting me their entire Vitamin C line in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are, and were encouraged to be, completely honest and my own. The GEORGETTE KLINGER - Vitamin C Mask is a clay mask that contains bentonite clay, kaolin clay, and vitamin C. Georgette Klinger claims this mask will brighten and even out the complexion as it protects the skin from free radical damage and draws out impurities. They say it’s for all skin types but I personally think this is more geared towards my oily or combo friends. The mask is your typical mud mask constancy. I usually cleanse my skin and then go into this mask twice a week. I smooth it on and let it do it’s work for about 15 minutes. It is one of those masks that will dry down and tend to feel uncomfortable if you move your face around so I recommend this as a lay down and relax kind of mask. It has a strawberry orange creamsicle smell that isn’t over powering. While it’s on I don’t experience any issues while it dries down but when I do wash it off my skin can feel a little bit tight (because of the kaolin and bentonite). As long as I go in with hydrating ingredients afterwards I’m fine but be aware of this when purchasing. I did experience the beginning of some post acne hyperpigmentation fading while using this twice a week. It did a good job as taking away some of the excess oils from my skin and it always looked good afterwards so I’m calling this one a win. For $36 you get 1.7 oz and a pump and a half covers my whole face so it will last you a while. I will say it’s hard to see in the photos (all taken at the same time 5 days a part from each other) but I do see a slight difference in the hyper pigmentation I do have. My skin does look a little brighter and even which I’m happy about. The only issue I came across was my face is a little more red than usual. I do naturally have some redness in my skin and I was using niacinamide to treat that and while doing this trial I decided to not use it so I’m assuming it’s from that. Despite the redness I did not experience any irritation from this product. Oddly enough as well I think the products did have a positive effect on my pores. The more I looked in the mirror they looked slightly better to me. I believe with longer use of the whole line I would definitely see better results. Overall I am happy with my results despite the redness (which I’m going to reintroduce the niacinamide back into my routine and see if it goes away)
