Step 1 : Murad - AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser This will help with cleansing deep into the surface layers of your skin. Has a blend of Salicylic, Lactic and Glycolic acids ( which are enzymes that will help without irritation) acids will help polish away dull, dry skin without irritation. Will help resurface your top layer of skin. Help stop those cystic pimples. Step 2: Murad - Pore Rescue Pore Extractor Pomegranate Mask This will help bring up any deep impurities that’s trapped into your skin. Murad - Essential-C Toner Step 3: PAULA'S CHOICE - Hyaluronic Acid Booster Helps with h Keeping my dull skin hydrated and plump looking fresh. A daily necessity! Murad - Vitamin C Glycolic Brightening Serum This is a must have to my daily routine. Vitamin C helps brightens my skin from any dark spots and helps keeps it nourished. FOREO - LUNA go for Combination Skin I love this brush especially when I travel. It’s great for deep cleansing my face. LANCER - The Method: Nourish For Sensitive Skin Moisturizer I love this nourish moisturizer, I helps with keeping my skin hydrated and firm! BLACK GIRL SUNSCREEN - Black Girl Sunscreen SPF 30 ( You Don’t have to be a black girl for this sunblock!) anyone can use it. Choose one you like. Just be sure to wear it! This is why I went back to school to be a Licensed esthetician to learn all about skin. Due to my acne prone skin as I grew up. Unfortunately, as we grow into a young woman there are many factors when breaking out. Some of the advise I will give you is not a dyignose. It’s simply a few suggestions to help you. I would first ask you what are you ingesting? /eating? There could be something that causing you internally to have breakouts. I would suggest finding a certified and licensed hormonist/Nutrionist, or an Allergist in your area, who can take blood to first see if there is something you could be allergic to. Or take a journal of thr food you could be eating to see when the breakouts occur. This way you can limit the foods that causes these acne prone Accuracies that you might be happening. Also, with hormones you could be experiencing changes with too much extregen or not enough or what ever your doctor sees in your bloom that’s happening with your body. I had mine checked, and I was producing to much estrogen. Which was causing me to break out. That’s just me. The right doctor will help you. Second (2nd), ans in the meantime to help the topical part of your skin until you’re healed internally. Get a AHA/BHA Exfoliating cleanser. This will help with drying up any oily prone skin and acne. AHA/BHA with A blend of Salicylic, lactic, and Glycolic acids helps deep clean oil and dry up acne, but will also help polish dull dry skin without irritation. Which includes enZymes that will help nourish your under layer of skin. Which you mentioned your skin gets dry. It will help it. Also, please stop using the witch hazel. That’s not helping you. This cleanser will help with cell turnover for new skin. It will cleanse any pull impurities out of your skin and will help polish off dead skin. And reduce acne. Do this about 1-2 days a week. The Murad “age Reform” is great for this acne prone skin. Third (3), maybe use a clay mask to help bring up impurities out of the deeper layer of skin. And then a great toner to help bring your skins PH back to balance. I also suggest getting a great Vitamin C serum. This will help with brightening your skin and rebuilding new cells to produce new skin as it pushes up to the top layer of your skin. This should be in your regime daily. I love the Sonage Vitamin C. Then I suggest Either Pink Elephant, or Dermotoligica. They don’t have harsh chemicals. Which from my experience I love using these products on myself. And lastly, then try a great Moisturizer, such as Dr. lancer “Nourish”. Which will help bring back luster and hydration back to your skin without being greasy. End with a sunblock to be sure to protect all of your efforts. Sunblock will also protect your from the sun rays. This sunblock is mandatory. In this process of products a great way to remember the steps in product application is to go from thin water base products to thin for better product penetration into the skin. That has helped me over the years. No matter what! Now some of these products can be a bit pricey. ( it’s all subjective) However, they do have a bit more ingredients in them to help with product results and product penetration. Again, these are only suggestions. You can do whatever you choose.
