Wash Day: Fall Edition 🎃
As the cold weather approaches my hair it’s most likely to get dry/frizzier if I don’t add enough moisture to it on wash day. As the weather gets colder my wash day routine changes, I start to add more moisturizing products. 🎃For my pre poo I used: aloe vera gel and organic coconut oil. Pre poo = when you moisturize and prep your hair before washing your hair. (for those of you that don’t don’t know) 🎃To shampoo I used: Afro love shampoo for a deep clean. The shampoo is infused with mint, eucalyptus and rosemary to stimulate and cool your scalp. 🎃 To deep condition I used: EDEN Body Works - JojOba Monoi Natural Deep Conditioner It was my first time trying this deep conditioner and it was honestly not my cup of tea. I had to mix it with my conditioner in order to get the moisture that I wanted for my hair. To style my hair I used the L.O.C method L = Leave-in O = Oil C = cream 🎃 As my leave-in :REVLON - Uniq One Coconut Hair Treatment ( I used the green tea version) with this leave-in my hair feels soft, hydrated and very lightweight. 🎃 For oil I used unrefined organic coconut oil - the oil helps to seal in the moisture from the deep conditioner and the leave-in while also providing a bit of more shine. 🎃As my styling cream I used: My favorite AFRO LOVE - Curling Puree This curling gives me frizz free, moisturize and soft curls with a bit of hold. 🎃And lastly, you can add a bit of shine serum or an oil for additional shine. Hope you enjoy❣️

Why I Hate It⁉️
I love Shea Moisture but this product not so much. It leaves my hair sticky and super oily it feels disgusting. I like my hair to feel lightweight and soft but this gel is the opposite of what I like. I’m not really a gel type of girl however, I tried to give a go but this really did not work for me, I hated so much. Last but not least I don’t recommend this gel for you if you don’t want your hair oily and sticky. The worst, don’t spend your coins ladies. Have you tried it before? Do you like it? Skincare Journey - How to: Clear Skin✨✨
In this post I will be showing things that I have changed in my skincare that have helped me throughout the years to finally be able to find the right face product’s for my acne prone oily and somewhat sensitive skin. With my skin I have learned so much, one of those being that patience is key and the other one being that less can actually be more/enough. Since i was 16 yrs old I started to deal with acne, something that I had never experienced before. I became very frustrated, I couldn’t get rid of my acne. Therefore, I started to “take care” of my skin by doing some sort of skin care routine which obviously was not working because my skin kept getting worse. At a point I actually able to clear my skin for a few and then boom! More acne! I couldn’t make it stop. I used so much products to make it stop. I used famous brands like neutrogena, ponds, L’Oréal, I even used curology like a year and a half ago which worked for a few months but then it came back. I stopped using all of the skin care products I was using and started to actually pay attention to the ingredients and to actually use only products that my skin actually needs. For example, a cleanser, serums, moisturizer, sunscreen, a exfoliating and a good face mask. My advice for you guys is to look at your ingredients, pay attention to what your putting into your face because trust me it will help you, your skin will change for the better. In another post I will be sharing my actual skin care. I just wanted to give you guys kind of a intro for that post. And to let you know that skincare is trial and error but if you look hard enough you will actually get what your skin needs to be healthy. Hope this helps💓 P.S. sorry for writing so much, I didn’t expect to write so much but again I hope the info is helpful🥰
How to: Wash & Go Techniques For Max Volume🌳
Hey 👋🏼 wanted to share some of my techniques that I have been sticking with throughout the years of my natural hair journey. I have learned and experience with many techniques and or methods but the following down bellow are my favs so far. Hope this helps. Enjoy!🥰 🌳I don’t apply products on dripping wet hair that’s why I used the old shirt but my hair dries fast and if needed I spray a bit on water but mostly on the mid length and ends. 🌳Not wetting my roots as much will help my air drying time to pass by faster. Or my fan drying time faster (lol) yes, most of the time (when I have the time) I dry my hair with a fan. With this method my hair will dry in about 1 hour. 🌳Raking method which consists of me raking my products through my hair like shown in the video. This method is the fastest way to get products through the hair and the easiest styling technique. 🌳Deman brush styling ( with a deman brush knock off that does the same exact thing) to give my hair more definition and more volume since I’m brushing my hair away from the roots. 🌳After my hair is dry I apply an oil or shine serum/drops of my choice and fluff my hair out and break the cast of my styling cream. 🌳I then separate the curls that are clump together. 🌳Last but not least I pick the hell out of my hair either with a hair pick, a big comb or my fingers. P.S. And the more days that passes by the bigger the fro will get😌🌳 Products used: 🌳AFRO LOVE - Curling Puree 🌳linange - Ginger and Garlic Leave-in Conditioner 🌳GARNIER - Fructis Sleek & Shine Moroccan Sleek Oil Treatment I’m pretty sure I have posts talking about some of these products which I really like/love so check them out.

Best Affordable Brow Gel Ever🙊
Best affordable brow gel ever that actually works 🙊 How did we manage before brow gel was a thing?😂😭 Do you have crazy brows that won’t stay in place without the help of a brow gel? Than this one is for you😘 I found the best affordable brow gel for only $2 after BH Cosmetics stop selling my favorite clear brow gel. After I couldn’t purchase the BH Cosmetics brow gel I started looking into other brands but could not really find anything I liked. I wanted a clear brow gel with max hold and that’s exactly what this clear brow/lash gel from ELF Cosmetics provides my brow with. My point is that I love it and recommend it so if you want a bomb brow gel and don’t want to spend your coins look and invest in these. They are only $2 and work way better than others that are way more expensive. Next time you’re in your local Target don’t forget to pick this up because you have to try it. e.l.f. - Clear Brow & Lash Mascara

My Holy Grail Moisturizer😌
My holy grail moisturizer of all times! I have tried many moisturizers throughout my skin journey but this one is so far the best one I have tried. I have tried many moisturizers that claim to provide moisture but don’t do anything and actually make may face feel tight, dry and somehow make my skin super oily. However, with this moisturizer I can actually feel my skin being moisture. It gives me the right amount of moisture my oily skin needs without feeling heavy or making my skin produce more oil than what it should produce. That being said I totally recommend this moisturizer specially if you have oily skin. If you have dry or normal skin Clinique has a lotion version of this moisturizer which is also amazing, I love to use it during the colder months. Also if you have sensitive skin this moisturizer is also safe for your skin because it doesn’t contain any fragrances. So you want shiny, healthy hair? 😎 Let me help
I’m back with another Amazon find, that will change ya life!! 🤑 If you’re like me, your hair is dry, damaged (color or heat) and loves a protein treatment. This is not an exact dupe of Olaplex (literally nothing is, it is a patented formula so beware of anyone claiming to be). However, this replicates some of the benefits that an Olaplex treatment gives you for a fraction of the price. Pros: Affordable Works for every hair type Delivers SHINE honey and hair feels healthier Defines curls, waves after rinsing Cons Small bottle, be conservative with application (maybe 1x a month) If you are protein sensitive this won’t be for you. let’s talk exfoliating :)
exfoliation is the process of removing the dulling and dead skin cells on the surface of your skin. the benefits of exfoliating include - keeping your youth - lessening the appearance of hyper-pigmentation - minimizes the size of pores - reduces chances of breaking out - increases the effectiveness of products - improves skin texture first off, i will talk about exfoliants for your face. 1) elf gentil peeling exfoliant $10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this exfoliant is honestly he best i have ever used. not only does it do it’s job perfectly, but it is very gentil and kind to your skin, not being too rough. it also is priced very nicely! if you are looking for a face exfoliant, this is what i recommend! 2) st ives acne control scrub $4.49 ⭐️⭐️ this scrub does do a nice job of removing the dead skin off your face, leaving it very smooth. however, exfoliants in scrub form are far too harsh on your skin. not only do they hurt your skin, but they increase the chances of wrinkles. would not recommend 3) the ordinary peeling solution $7.20 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this is a great exfoliating product. it’s like a mask in the way that you apply it to your skin, wait 10 minutes max, and then wash it off. i do want to warn you when using this, it contains 30% AHA, which is a very strong ingredient which will be very dangerous to your skin when used more than 10 minutes once a week. also, you must make sure to be applying sunscreen before sun exposure, or else it can make your acne scars darker. next is body exfoliants. (make sure to exfoliate before shaving, helping the razor get a closer shave.) 1) dove exfoliating body polish $5.99 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i personally love this body exfoliant. it is very gentil to the skin, and leaves a nice hydration behind. it also helped me get rid of the small bumps on the sides of my arms 2) raw sugar sugar scrub $8.49 ⭐️⭐️ just like the st ives scrub, this does a well job of removing the dead skin, however it is too harsh and can make your pores appear larger. would not recommend

Double Cleanse With ...
Vaseline ? Vaseline - 100% Pure Petroleum Jelly, Original Yes I did this and I loved it ! Soo I left my micellar water and oil cleanser in the states and this is all I had 😩 So I’ve been seeing a lot of post about “slugging” so I decided to reverse the order and I’m now honestly so in love. When double cleansing you want an “oil based” product to apply first. I followed this with my CeraVe - Hydrating Cream-To-Foam Cleanser It’s thicker than regular oil, but if you run into desperate times (like I) the I definitely recommend. It was a perfect combo. Just remember Don’t rub too much around your eyes Don’t use too much Rub in circular motions motions It left a thicker consistency, but I swear it got all my hard to remove makeup areas ! Have you used anything else for oil cleansing?

Chemical Foot Peel 🦶🏽 [TW: Feet 🚨]
I’m never getting a pedicure again. I purchased this EARTH THERAPEUTICS - Soft & Smooth Gentle Peeling Foot Mask From Walmart for $10 I was super nervous at first after seeing it didn’t work for people and other warnings but it turned out amazing! Okay so you get 2 foot masks, and to start out the instructions suggest that you wear it for 60-90 mins. I wore mines for about a hour and 15 mins. I suggest that you sit down and take a load off. It didn’t burn It didn’t have a smell It fits any size foot (I promise) I do recommend being prepared to be picking up dead skin from around the house! But y’all , this peel is amazing! My feet are so soft, softer than any pedicure I have ever gotten. It’s been about 2 weeks since I did it and my feet are still soft ! DO NOT FORCE THE PEEL ! If your skin isn’t ready to peel do not pick at it. This peel even peels the top of your feet. I moisturize with my O'KEEFFE'S - For Healthy Feet Cream and i swear my feet feel like silk! You also cannot use lotion ! That’s why feet so ashy 😩 I don’t know why but I guess it interferes with the peeling process .. but I didn’t use lotion at all I highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to go to the nail shop or anyone who wants to save money and mot pay for a $30 pedicure every month I will only do this peel every 2-3 months maybe longer depending on how bad my feet get.

Best foot mask ever
I’m impressed with the results of this mask, at the end literally your feet are like baby skin. I will talk about my process: 🌟I took a bath and I used a body brush to wash my feet with water and liquid soap. I dried them with a towel 🌟I cut with scissors each mask to open them and I used the red stickers to seal the mask and snug them to my feet. Remember wash your hands 🌟I waited 60 minutes, take off the masks and gently cleaned my feet with my hands, I used liquid soap and water 🌟I took a bath every day with warm water like I normally do, at the 2nd day my feet started to peel 🌟At the 3rd day my feet are peeling like crazy and I gently started to taking off some dead skin 🌟At the 6th day I washed and exfoliated my feet with warm water, Lavender Epsom Salt, soap, a body brush and foot files to taking off the remains of dead skin shedded. I dried my feet with a towel and put moisturizer Have you tried a foot mask like this? Sunatoria - Exfoliating Foot Peel Mask #gifted
