Try this DIY juice for clear and glowing skin!
Now before I get started, your skin is mostly a combination of your genetics, environment and skincare routine, this juice is not a cure all! The juicing craze should not be thought of as a replacement for a healthy routine, and no matter what people say there’s no amount of water or a specific diet that will give you “perfect” skin NOW! Let me tell you about this juice that has a lot of benefits for your overall health and may give you a boost in radiance! ⭐️Carrots- they contain “Beta-carotene” which is protecting you against free radical damage when it is converted to vitamin A in the body. ⭐️Beets- These have a fantastic iron and potassium content which helps to purify the blood. Beet juice also contains vitamins A, C, K, folic acid, magnesium, copper, and zinc and has anti-inflammatory properties. ⭐️Celery- Loaded with Vitamin A and is made of 95% water! It is a great addition to boost hydration, while also having a high sodium content to raise stomach acid levels ->> better digestion ->> better absorption of vital minerals and nutrients. ⭐️ Kale- It is packed with vitamin K and antioxidants which help protect against premature aging (ie fine lines and wrinkles) it is also super anti-inflammatory which is a plus for skin + join health! These are the main power players, with a few other veggies and fruits tossed in for flavor + other health benefits (ginger, pineapple, lemon..etc) I make a huge batch like this and keep it in the fridge for about 4 days, drinking a big cup every morning. Its a tasty way to add a little skincare love into your diet!

MAUI SUPREME-Lavender Oil
Less than 1%, acne risk🌟🌟🌟🌟
Combination dry skin, acne marks and pimples, pigmentation. 👩🏻🦰 If you want to study the ingredients that are easy to cause acne in skin care products, the first impression in front of my mind is cocoa butter. Although it's natural oil, the index of getting new acne is also very high. The dosage of cosmetics is less than 1%, cause acne index can be 4 stars. Cocoa butter is the product in the process of manufacturing chocolate and cocoa powder. It is the edible fat extracted from cocoa bean. It can be preserved for two to five years because of its natural antioxidant. It has delicate and sweet fragrance and is often added to cosmetics and skin care products. Emollient, perfume, skin protective agent and conditioner. It’s especially suitable for dry and sensitive skin due to good ductility. ✨✨It should also be noted that many people mistakenly use cocoa butter to promote tanning. Although it helps to obtain natural tanning effect, it has no sunscreen effect. Therefore, in order to prevent sun damage, it is best to use a sunscreen containing cocoa butter with a sun protection effect of more than 15 SPF. I shared the Double Serum of CLARINS in the previous post. At that time, I noticed the cocoa butter in the ingredient table, but the amount added is very small. I probably used this product for more than half a year. The most important ingredient in this product is salicylic acid. The cocoa butter content is probably to help the main ingredient to improve the use effect. From my using experience, Double Serum is very suitable for my dry skin. Whether it is moisture or ductility, it is very satisfying. As this post said at the beginning, cocoa butter is not likely to be put into skin care products in large quantities, but only as an auxiliary role. Bye bye neck lines!
Since I was a kid I’ve been plagued by genetic neck lines. You know, those rings around the neck that make it look like your neck skin has been folded at the bottom of your drawer for eons. Anyway...I have finally found a system that is working on them! I’ve been using the Herbivore jade de-puffing face roller and the Herbivore lapis blue tansy face oil as part of my routine for the last four months and my neck lines have majorly faded! On top of that, I’ve gotten a nice lil’ glow on from the oil. I was a little hesitant to use oil on my face, as I have combination skin, but a few drops of this twice a day before my SPF or night cream and I am glowing like a firefly. The oil is a little pricey at $72 for 1.7oz, but I’ve been using it four months and I’m only a little more than halfway through. Aside from that the only other drawback is that I’m not in love with the way the oil smells. It’s a little overly spicy smelling for my taste, but I got used to it pretty fast.HERBIVORE - Lapis Blue Tansy Face Oil For Oily & Acne-Prone Skin HERBIVORE - Jade De-Puffing Face Roller

Dewy•er Vitamin E oil
Dewy•er’s Vitamin-E and Kukui Nut oil has been the icing on the cake at the end of my skincare routine 🍰💕. The oil is very light weight, and soaks right into my skin. It is so nourishing and I have seen a difference in my hydration levels since I’ve started using it. This oil is definitely a keeper for me!✨
HEMP SEED OIL ~ first impressions 🍃🙌🏻
ACURE - The Essentials Hemp Seed Oil $16, Whole Foods First impressions... I enjoy cannabis products 🍃 so I bought this on a whim. I like the simplicity of the product and I believe that it may aid in calming my skin. It’s decently priced, and smells great! This is the first oil product I’ve ever included in my skin care routine. It has a nice consistency after being warmed between my fingers, and doesn’t feel heavy or tacky on the skin. I find this to be very hydrating and I used it to calm my skin and replenish oils after chemically exfoliating. The smell is very fresh and a little floral because of the rose. Of course, I believe before I can provide a thorough review I need to use this product for a lot more time, but so far, I’m very excited and I have high hopes! What are your experiences with hemp seed oil?
