Glossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser This cleanser is amazing for my oily skin. I use it morning and night and it does not dry out my skin at all. It has a faint fragrance that smells really good and “clean”. My skin feels super soft after I use this and it helps control my oil. cocokind - Rosewater Facial Toner I use this toner in the morning after I cleanse. I mist it directly onto my face and let it dry, sometimes I pat it in a little with my fingertips. I really like this toner because it is not too harsh and it is literally only one ingredient. The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% I use this in the mornings after toner. I have been using it for three months now and it has completely transformed my skin. For as long as I can remember my skin has been dull, covered in little clogged pores (bumps) on my forehead and cheeks and it’s looked horrible. Nothing I tried ever fixed my problem (and I tried everything). Then when I saw reviews for this I thought it was too good to be true but I was wrong. It has been heavenly for my skin and I’m really satisfied with the results. My bumps are gone and my complexion is extremely bright and glowing. CLINIQUE - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+ I’ve been using this moisturizer since I was like ten years old and I love it. It never makes me feel greasy and it makes my skin super soft. I use it in the mornings and night. BURT’S BEES - Skin Nourishment Eye Cream I’m really happy with this eye cream because it is for sensitive skin and the skin around my eyes is extremely sensitive. I tried using an eye cream once before and it literally burned the skin around my eyes, made it super red and dry. I was reluctant to try one again but this one has never done that. It makes the skin under my eyes super soft and I love it! I use it both morning and night. sun bum - Face Lotion SPF 50 I use this to complete my morning skincare routine. I like it because it has a slight fragrance but it smells really good. My skin never feels greasy after using it and it absorbs it really well. The only negative to this is that if it gets in my eye it burns a little but other than that it’s good. The Ordinary - Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution I use this as my night toner. I apply it with a cotton pad. I really like this because it literally just sucks out all the dirt from my pores from the day and makes my skin feel super clean. My cotton pad will literally be tinted brown after I use it (gross) but that means its really getting rid of all the dirt and gunk from the day. The Ordinary - Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2% I use this at night and it makes my skin feel super clean and good. The Ordinary - 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil I use this at the end of my night routine, jade roll it on. I love it.

Extra concentrated cica ampoule for PIH
⭐️ 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 ⭐️⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Medicube, Super Cica Ampoule ($37, brand website, launching soon) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ———————⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⇛Beauty (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): This gorgeous ampoule contains 61.5% cica (four types of cica), and other targeted ingredients specifically made to help repair dry, inflamed, and irritated skin and activate cell turnover. My skin has been breaking out (one very stubborn medicube - Super Cica Ampoule cystic zit, and some clogged pores around it). I switched to a minimal skincare routine, but added this to the area where my skin has been irritated for the last week. After cleansing, I applied this, and the rest of my routine. And, it’s been really helping! While not wholly healed, this has drastically decreased the pain, redness, and sensitivity compared to when I wasn’t using this with my minimal routine. The next day, the area is finally starting to flatten and heal. A couple days later, I noticed a huge difference in PIH, it was much lighter than it typically is (I scar very easily). Applied all over, it’s quite moisturizing and calming, and has no fragrance that I could smell. It layers well under other products, and sinks into the skin without being greasy or sticky. It mixes in with moisturizer too, and you can soak a cotton pad and use this as a spot treatment mask (trying tonight). I love the applicator, it is convenient and high quality. This is being released in the US market soon, and if you have irritated or acne prone skin, this is worth looking into. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ———————⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⇛Business (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, cruelty-free status unknown): Medicube makes the Red line designed for acne prone skin. It also has a collagen line for older skin or skin needing extra moisture (fragranced and not my favorite). This new line seems to be centered around Cica (centella asiatica), and I’m really excited to see what they do next! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ——————— PR sample (thank you medicube!)

REN Clean Skincare Evercalm Anti-Redness Serum
Product: REN Clean Skincare Evercalm™ Anti-Redness Serum Price: $50.00 Product function/target concerns: According to Sephora, this serum was formulated to help provide relief from discomfort and chronic sensitivity and reduce visible redness and irritation. Texture/Consistency: This serum has a creamy, gel-like consistency that is absorbed into the skin quickly. My opinion/recommendation: I was excited to try this product from REN when I received it as a sample size because I struggle with redness, especially when traveling. I have slowly used this product in my carry on skincare/makeup bag over my past several flights/vacations. I like it because it moisturizes my skin without leaving me feel greasy and it sinks in to the skin quickly. However, I don’t think it reduced any of my redness despite its claims. I wouldn’t recommend this product due to the fact that I did not see any results after using it, especially considering it costs $50.REN CLEAN SKINCARE - Evercalm Anti-Redness Serum

My skin but better 👏🏼
Dr. Jart+ - Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment SPF 30 🔥 This has been my go-to for the past week. At $52, the price is a bit steep but I’m seeing this as an investment on my time and skin as I don’t feel like I have to wear makeup with this to cover my hyperpigmentation and redness. Also it’s got SPF ☀️ in it so you can never go wrong with too much sunscreen. 🐯🌱 The product turns from green to beige as you rub it into your skin, which color corrects any redness or uneven skin tones you may have. Perfect for those who can’t be bothered with concealer or foundation (aka me) on those lazy days. ☁️ Texture is a bit on the thicker side with a little bit of grit in it. Not like an exfoliant or like you’re rubbing your face with sand, but there is a bit of grittiness that you need to work the product through to get it to soften up. It’s not unpleasant but does take a little more effort than your traditional moisturizer or sunscreen. Also this product smells like a spa . So I’m always down for that 🧖🏼♀️💆🏻♀️ Overall: 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Do’s and don’ts of dry skin
As I’ve posted previously we all know at this point that I have dry skin. I’d love to talk about some do’s and dont’s for others with skin like mine! Do layer moisturizers! I usually start with a light gel like cream. I let that sink in then go for a heavier richer cream before topping off with an oil Don’t be afraid to use oil in the summer! My skin is dry year round, it gets worse in winter but I still benefit from a nice light oil to lock in moisture Don’t use drying clay masks too often! I love a good clay mask but nothing sucks the moisture out like a clay mask. Use sparingly! Do use chemical exfoliators, just because your skin is dry doesn’t mean you won’t breakout or have closed comodones (I know I do) I use an aha/BHA mask to clear out pores Don’t cleanse with hot water. Cool water is better and doesn’t dry out the skin as much. I’m still guilty of this one on occasion 😆 Do use hydrating masks! I love a good leave on mask that really takes its time to sink into the skin. My Current Morning Routine
☕️ My routines are pretty prone to changing but one constant is that I always like to focus on protecting and nourishing my skin with antioxidants and obviously a sunscreen. These are my current morning favorites: ☕️ Alta Mara Hydrating Coconut Cleanser: Just as the name suggests, it’s a lovely gentle milky cleanser. ☕️ Klairs Supple Preparation Toner: A lovely hydrating toner rich in amino acids, centella, licorice root, and hyaluronic acid. ☕️ Byroe Bitter Greens Toner Essence: If this was a little cheaper I would never be without it. This contains 22 fruit and vegetable extracts and is chock full of antioxidants making my skin super soft and glowy. ☕️ Farmacy Cheer Up Eye Cream: A lightweight whipped texture vitamin c eye cream. ☕️ Rosen Bright Citrus Serum: A very watery consistency (like actually the exact consistency of water) abscorbic acid vitamin c serum. ☕️ Mauve Fantastic Ever Youth Producer Serum: A hydrating antioxidant serum containing hyaluronic acid, sugar kelp, hemp seed extract, and orchid extract. ☕️ Sunday Riley CEO Glow: Another vitamin c but put it in an oil base with some turmeric!! I love this stuff it gives me the softest glowiest skin. ☕️ Krave Oat So Simple Water Cream: A nice hydrating lightweight moisturizer. ☕️ Purito Centella Green Level Unscented Sunscreen: Just an amazing lightweight sunscreen that’s super affordable and has a bunch of centella in it.
