Under $ 20 💸Mother’s Day Gifts Ieads
Love is priceless! Sephora just launched a new sales, time to pick a gift for your dear Mom! Here are three sets under $20 worth buying! Fenty beauty Lipsticks Duo It is smooth and creamy. It is a matte so it dries down and stays put but it’s very comfortable. With the first swipe, you have a super pigmented lip shade. It’s super long-wearing however it does leave a stain when you remove it. Olehenriksen 3 Little Wonders It really minimizes my hyperpigmentation and my dark spots and brightens up my skin! I love this skincare set! I have been using the day serum in the morning, the night serum before bed, and following up each with the sheer transformation moisturizer for about two months now, and my skin feels so much clearer and smoother. Living proof Frizz-free + smooth kit One of living proofs products I promise you will fall in love with! This is my go-to shampoo!! I occasionally use my purple surface shampoo to keep my tone but this is every other time shampoo. Keep my hair strong, healthy, and frizz-free. Works Magic and I love the way it smells !

These are some small, but mighty products. Love big things that come in small packages! The Ole Henriksen 3 Little Wonders Truth&Transform set ain't playing. Has Truth Serum, Sheer Transformation Perfecting Moisturizer, & Invigorating Night Transformation Gel. Got some am & pm, all in one set. Good to try, to see if you like them & see how your skin reacts to them. I love trying minis out, before purchasing full size of items. So I know if I like them, before fully committing. These have been a welcome addition to my skincare collection, for the most part! 🍊🍋My favorite of these is ➡Truth Serum! Collagen boosted, w/True-C Complex, to brighten & firm skin. Love how fast it soaks into my skin, how weightless it feels, &how radiant it makes my face look. A great serum! There's a reason it's loved by many! 💦🍊Sheer Transforming Perfecting Moisturizer-Is a nice one as well. Has multi fruit acids & antioxidants. Delivers nice hydration to skin. This felt good on my face, soaked in well, didn't break me out, nor make my face greasy. Have enjoyed using it. 🌚🍊Invigorating Night Transformation Gel-I'm not a huge fan of however. It says it smooths texture & contains multisource AHA Complex. It just felt pretty sticky. Even w/a super thin layer, didn't really feel like it soaked into my skin well,& not much results seen yet from it. Not my fav product of theirs, but not a horrible one either. Just wasn't right for my skin. 🗨My thoughts-Cost was $22.50 for set of 3 products. I'd repurchase the Truth Serum&Moisturizer again! My combo/acne prone/aging skin loves them! The night gel...my skin just wasn't a fan of though. It's a great set of skincare overall & worth it to buy. Thumbs up from my experience.

Too small to decide . . .
Dr Dennis Gross - Alpha Beta Extra Strength Daily Peel I received these as a sample after making a purchase at Sephora on Black Friday. However, there was only 3 treatments in the sample and it’s just not enough to tell if it really did anything. I use the treatments every other day for 6 days as my skin tend to be sensitive and I had never used a chemical peel before. By the third use, I noticed a lot of tingling and even a small burning sensation even when following the directions exactly. My final verdict is still out though, because even though this product can be bought in as small as a 5 pack, I’m just not sure if that is enough time to see results or if it is worth investing in the product.

the secret to flawless base makeup
There’s a lot of brands nowadays that are emphasizing the importance of caring for your skin first instead of trying to simply cover flaws with makeup. Of course makeup is a lot more than that; it’s a creative outlet for many, but I appreciate the efforts to highlight skin health nonetheless. All that to say that makeup and skincare are inextricably related in a lot of ways, including what I want to talk about in this post: using chemical exfoliants to ensure a smooth base for makeup. While this isn’t something I was always aware of, the experts know: in fact, Dr. Dennis Gross actually recommends using his cult favorite Dr Dennis Gross - Alpha Beta Extra Strength Daily Peel in the mornings before makeup because it ensures a smooth, even surface, making makeup apply better. Many people think acids should be used only at night, but that is absolutely NOT true—as long as you wear adequate sun protection, there is no problem with using them in the morning. It’s important to use exfoliants to keep your skin clear of dead skin cells, which can cause makeup to appear uneven or to not stay well throughout the day. It’s also important to stay consistent with them to see lasting results, though those with more sensitive skin may not be able to use them every day. Listen to your skin and find the frequency that’s right for you. So here are just a few chemical exfoliants, though there are nearly endless options out there! The Dr. Dennis Gross pads are the best exfoliant I’ve ever tried—they’re amazing at lightening dark spots and smoothing texture, and I notice a definite difference in my makeup when I use them in the mornings. Sadly, they are very pricey, which is why I don’t use them every day and I always keep other options on hand. I also love the PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator as a gentle everyday exfoliant. The salicylic acid has been amazing at helping reduce my acne and texture, and although the oilier texture put me off at first, now it feels moisturizing (maybe due to the green tea extract?), which I really appreciate given that it’s an exfoliant. This is a much more affordable option, at $29.50 for 4oz. I’ve used both the tarte - Knockout Tingling Treatment Tonerand the pixi - Glow Tonicin the past, though I haven’t had a chance to crack open these particular bottles. The glow tonic uses glycolic acid as its main exfoliant, while the knockout toner has a hefty blend of acids and is *very* strong—like, I use acids frequently and even I couldn’t use this every day. Last, I haven’t tried the REN CLEAN SKINCARE - Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Toneryet, but I’m interested to see how the lactic acid works for me since I haven’t used many lactic acid products. Does anyone else notice a difference in their makeup when they forget to exfoliate? #CheriePartner

☀️big ‘ol SOL de Janeiro haul
If you have read one of my past posts about Sol de Janeiro, you already know I’m a dedicated Bum Bum cream user. We’re celebrating our 5 year anniversary this Spring🧴👰🏻! We’re very happy together🧡 I do pray every night they will release a deodorant!!!! Pleeeeeeeeeaase 🌴After trying various samples of their other body care & hair care products, I finally just broke down & went deeper into the jungle of my obsession. 🇧🇷 SOL de Janeiro means January Sun in Portuguese. I’ve always loved that play on words (Rio de Janeiro) & sentiment. In Rio, January is the height of Summer sunshine. I have a January birthday, & growing up in Northern California, this was definitely not the case🌁 The warm, rich sweet nutty scent is so comforting to me year round. I’ll be writing in-depth reviews for everything here, but if you want to check out my full review, the ingredient breakdown & scent profile info on SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian Bum Bum Cream it’s in a previous post😘 I was really excited to finally get my hands on a 🏄🏻‍♀️ SOL de Janeiro - Biggie Biggie Bum Bum Cream Almost 17 ounces of my favorite body cream with the adorable purple surfboard spatula💜 In that post I also reviewed SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian Crush Body Fragrance Mist which I completely love, only wish it lasted longer... So, enter: SOL de Janeiro - Cheirosa ’62 Eau de Parfum SOL de Janeiro - Cheirosa '71 Body Mist Just wasn’t the scent for me... but I had to give it a shot. It’s intense for a body spray, certainly more staying power than their Brazilian Crush body spray. It smells like very sweet kettle corn 🌽? SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian Touch Hand Sanitizer Spray A hand sanitizer that smells like bum bum? Yes please. Mind you, this is still hand sanitizer, but there’s a slight hint of that bum bum scent you love. My favorite hand sanitizer! A must with: SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian Touch Hand Cream also reviewed in my previous post. I’m still trialing SOL de Janeiro - Bum Bum Body Scrub But it smells wonderful, very moisturizing, but could be a bit too rough for sensitive skin.... SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian Joia Strengthening + Smoothing Shampoo my bf & agreed this was just ok, but we stan the conditioner hard: SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian Joia Strengthening + Smoothing Conditioner this is the shit! Seriously my new favorite conditioner! Last but not least, SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel is a body wash I love to keep in my rotation. Smells like bum bum, so it’s a wonderful shower experience if you love their signature scent. ✨What are your favorite scented bath & body products? Or do you have a fav SOL de Janeiro product?

✈️ in-flight routine (planning ahead!)
of course leisure travel is on hold on right now, but I love planning what I’ll have in my carry-on cosmetic bag one day! I always fly without makeup and make a point to do my skincare routine even if I’m flying all day. I love using an overnight mask as a barrier, too. my favorite is Embryolisse - Lait Crème Concentré it leaves my skin soft + visibly brighter. I always make sure to also have a mist to ensure my skincare doesn’t get dehydrated on the plane! SPF is another given, remember to wear SPF every day, EVEN WHEN YOU’RE INSIDE!! a few other things in my bag are a travel-sized perfume, deodorant, and hand cream (wash those hands!). what would you have in your in-flight routine? #cheriepartner

We ♥️ trying new products, new brands, and new ingredients. Raise your hand if you had NEVER even heard of Cica until last year 🤚 Not everything can make it’s way into your starting lineup though. I’m looking at you MARIO BADESCU - Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater So what do you do with all the products that just don’t work for you? Here’s some ideas for recycling your beauty products 💡 Got some facial cleansers you didn’t love? Use them as a manicure/pedicure soak 💅 Let your partner or the teenagers in your life try them Try em out as brush cleanser If they are moisturizing/foaming they might work for shaving Scrubs/exfoliants you don’t want on your face? Use them as hand/foot scrub 🦶 Scrub up those knees and elbows Smooth your booty 🍑 Got some oils that didn’t make the cut? Soften up your knees and elbows Mix some with your body lotion to make it extra rich then slather it all over 🦵 Use it for cuticle oil, any oil works! If it’s cleansing oil try using it to clean your makeup brushes 🖌 Face masks you don’t like? If they are moisturizing they are perfect to soften feet, knees, and elbows Mud masks are perfect to help with buttne or backne! Toners have witch hazel or alcohol? Pop them in the fridge and use as a cooling body spray in the summer ☀️ Bronzer just not your shade? Mix it with lotion for sexy evening body shimmer If all else fails or your skin was sensitive to the product you can always gift to a friend/teen - my daughter and her friends always LOVED to get a bag of my cast offs when she was younger OR find a freecycle/random acts of kindness group OR a women’s shelter in your area to offer it to! What else do you do to recycle your unwanted products?? 💙

centella asciatica + spironolactone = 🥰
it’s been a minute! here’s an update on my skin, picture on the left was taken during my peak worst skin of 2020 (June) and now (December). Between now and then, it’s been mainly credited to patience, attempting to pick my skin less, simplifying my routine, and a few amazing products that my skin just seems to really agree with. here’s my routine: Morning/Day: Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser This amazing aloe / glycerine/ squalane moisturizer that I get from a local aesthetician. Linking here! It is SO light and doesn’t clog skin but moisturizers super well. I go thru this like crazy. 10/10 https://www.smartcosmeticstudio.com/shop/exzit-moisture TULA SKINCARE - Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm MARIO BADESCU - Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater DRUNK ELEPHANT - Lippe Balm Night: Same routine but adding: COSRX - Centella Blemish Cream I literally would be LOST without this product. I use it over moisturizer- it’s pretty thick and probably should be used as a spot treatment, but I cover my face lightly in it. I found it’s been amazing for acne scars, healing, lightening, and soothing redness. Nexcare - Nexcare Acne Blemish Cover Amazing and so cheap on amazon Or... PanOxyl - PM Overnight Spot Patches love these but a little more expensive. I have that on in my picture on the right! I’m also on 100mg/ day of Spironolactone for about 6mo as prescribed by my Dermatologist. I recommend this as an alternative if no over the counter products are helping, it took a while to start working but saves me from the horrible and painful under skin pimples which would probably be convering my face if I weren’t taking this! 🤍

When hydration is needed 💦
I am a dry skinned girl so I am always on the look out for hydrators and moisturizers. This is especially the case as I like to use actives in my routine and they can further dry out my skin. Hyaluronic acid is one of my go to ingredients as it draws moisture into my skin and it works well with other ingredients. The ordinary offers this serum which is great as it is super affordable and it works well with my skin. What is it: This is a hyaluronic acid serum with 3 different weighted molecules so that it can penetrate and hydrate different layers if the skin. Hyaluronic acids is a humectant meaning it absorbs moisture from the air and draws it into the skin. This serum also has b5 which helps nourish and soften the skin. Texture: This is a goopy and cloudy serum that is easily absorbed into my dry skin. Price: This sells at Sephora for $6.80 cad for 1 oz or $12.20 cad for 2oz How I use this: I use this along with my steamer to make sure that the air is moisture rich in order to draw moisture to my skin. This ensures I get the best result. Pros 👍: affordable 2 sizes available accessible effective cruelty free 🐰 Cons 👎: some people don’t like the texture you shouldn’t over use hyaluronic acid (check other products) The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 this is a super simple serum that has really helped my dry skin

1 week update
thanks to all lovely beauties out there to take their time and add a comment on my last post. I was devastated by breakout, i was having from last 2-3 weeks and nothing seems to be working. Well i guess too many exfoliants was making my skin too sensitive so now i am back to basics. I have started what i was doing in the beginning and that seems to be working just fine. I think i was selfish to have a great skin in no time 🥴. If someone is just curious what i am doing right now then lets go to products. AM: The Ordinary - Squalane Cleanser sukin - Pore Perfecting Toner Blemish Control it has tree oil which is good for acne prone skin The Ordinary - Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% The Ordinary - Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA LA ROCHE-POSAY - Anthelios XL Ultra-Light Fluid SPF 50+ as i have sensitive and oily skin this makes my face matte and oil free. I really like this one for oily skin or combination skin PM: The Ordinary - Squalane Cleanser sukin - Pore Perfecting Toner Blemish Control The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (only on spots and acne 2-3 times a week) The Ordinary - Mandelic Acid 10% + HA (once a week) The Ordinary - Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion (once a week) The Ordinary - Salicylic Acid 2% Masque (once a week) The Ordinary - 100% Plant-Derived Hemi-Squalane tea tree oil only on spots Even if i have listed so many items i feel i have very basic skin care routine as most of the products are being used weekly or only 2-3 times a week. But in the end this routine is working out for me and i am seeing good progress which makes me happy. Again thanks to all who suggested me before ❤️❤️

Jet lag mask for the jetless ✈️
I got this full sized product from my favorite subscription beauty box, Boxycharm. From first impressions, the packaging is absolutely elegant! I felt so fancy😂 I use this in the morning as part of my wake up routine, and I absolutely love it! It goes on smoothly, and it gives the skin a slight tingling sensation, which I love. It’s great for dry skin, and leaves my face looking refreshed and awake- ready to tackle mommin’ my 4 wild sons. It’s a pretty pricey product, so I’m conserving, but I will definitely repurchaseSUMMER FRIDAYS - Jet Lag Mask

How many masks are too many...?
I used to love masking! I’d do at least 1 to 2 a week. Now I’ve gotten lazy and just don’t do them and I have so many I need to start using before they expire! For me, I feel having an exfoliating mask and a hydrating mask is all you need. Unless your using the product consistently you’re not going to see changes. Masks are great for plumping up the skin, adding hydration and even a soft glow. But of all the masks I’ve used I’ve never found long term effects from them (except exfoliating). One way I like to use them is right before a big night (or day) out. To give my skin that added boost. Some that are great for doing so are: FARMACY - Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon + AHA Glow Sleeping Mask (use as a 10 min mask) SUMMER FRIDAYS - Jet Lag Mask FIRST AID BEAUTY - Hello FAB Ginger & Turmeric Vitamin C Jelly Mask And many others that help brighten and hydrate! I will also not go without my exfoliating masks which I do once a week. Some faves are: PAULA'S CHOICE - 25% AHA + 2% BHA Exfoliant Peel YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Yerba Mate Resurfacing Energy Facial The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution HERBIVORE - Prism 20% AHA + 5% BHA Exfoliating Glow Facial And a few others I have that I liked to use; BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Tea Tree Detox Mask ELEMIS - Superfood Vital Veggie Mask bliss - Mighty Marshmallow Mask Unfortunately as I said, I just don’t mask as often as I used to. And I feel it isn’t necessary. If you like to then I suggest you get yourself an exfoliating and moisturizing/hydrating mask and you should be good to go. Treatments are where you want to really zone in and specialize your finances for. Is it Friday yet? Ugh! I’ve been down all week with a neck I cannot turn - ouchie! And a migraine on top of that! I’m ready to knock my dogs out cause they are wanting out every half hour (it’s nice here ⛅️) Much ❤️ my skinnies 🍒

the best mascara in the game!
hey beauties!! for those who don’t know, i am part indian, so i got the long eyelash gene. 🥺 but... this mascara specifically enhances my lashes like no other!!!! the length part doesnt lengthen mine much, but the volume... THE VOLUME!!! it works wonders. it makes my lashes look SO full! now, i’ve seen people with very minimal eyelashes use this mascara and it gave them length like CRAZY. so with that being said, for those of you who are looking for a mascara that will give you not only length, but curl definition AND volume, this huda beauty mascara is definitely for you! 🤩 it is quite pricey though.. so let me i now if you’d like to see some dupes! This mascara is meh... — HUDA BEAUTY
I love every HUDA BEAUTY product I have ever tried, however yesterday I tried the mascara for the first time... I am not a fan 🤷🏽‍♀️ I had bought a ton of stuff from HUDA BEAUTY and I was so excited to see I would receive samples of the Legit Lashes Double-Ended Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara. I was so happy because I’ve been meaning to try it and now I could without having to spend $34.00 (CAD) plus tax 😆 These pictures were taken about 9.5 hours after application. I applied the mascara around noon and took these pics at 9:42pm 🕤 I curled my lashes as I normally would, then first applied the lengthening side followed by the volumizing end. I did my right eye first and by the time I finished applying the mascara to my left eye the lashes on the right starting dropping — meaning they didn’t stay curled 😑 As my lashes dropped only after a few minutes I already knew wasn’t gonna like this mascara, but I decided to wear it to my full shift at work just to see how it wore through the day. I’m not sure if you can tell in the picture, but not only did my lashes drop even more, there was smudging under my eyes 👀 Even though I was not the biggest fan I have seen people with amazing lashes wearing this mascara, also it was very easy to remove ☺️ I usually wear drugstore waterproof mascara and I tend not to like mascaras that aren’t waterproof. I really want to find a non-waterproof mascara that will work with my lashes however I find only waterproof mascara keeps my lashes curled 💦 I’m glad I didn’t end up spending a lot on this mascara. I will probably give the samples to my mom or sister and see what they think 🤔 HUDA BEAUTY - Legit Lashes Double-Ended Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara

A cult favorite - does it work?
CAUDALIE - Vinoperfect Radiance Serum The Brightening Solution This serum is a worldwide cult favorite and I know why! Containing Caudalie’s patented Viniferine 🍇 which claims to be 62 times more effective than Vitamin C 🍊 at boosting radiance and evening out the complexion, it’s a powerhouse! They say 1 serum is sold every 30 seconds! UNREAL! 🤯 and Caudalie is celebrating 15 years with this formula! 🎉 This serum is suitable for all skin times and works to reduce the appearance of * dark spots * pregnancy marks * acne marks * age related spots * hyperpigmentation and prevents them from reappearing It has a soft, subtle scent that I have grown to crave 🍋 🍊 🍉 When I catch the scent it makes me smile cause I know how good this is for my skin. It’s just a tad bit thicker than a water base. About 3-4 drops cover my entire face. I like to use this following my face wash, toners and after adding a bit of Hyaluronic Acid. It allows the product to move across my face easier. And for me, it also plays well with other actives. I can safely use this with my retinal. Apply morning and evening, to the face, neck and décolleté, before applying your moisturizer. Avoid eye contour Ingredient callouts: * Olive Squalane * Green Grape * Viniferine * Mint (scent) * Caraway (plant/scent) * Galbanum (plant/scent) I’ve gone through two of the 1 oz size bottles and I can safely say IT WORKS! I quickly saw a difference in my discoloration and it is great at keeping new acne spots from leaving their mark. This one is pricy at $79 for 1 oz but when you find something that works this well, it’s worth it! You can also get the limited edition size at 1.7 oz for $114 at Sephora. Caudalie products contain no parabens, phenoxyethanol, phthalates, mineral oils or animal-derived ingredients are used. This is an oil-free formula that is non photo-sensitizing. I actually started with the CAUDALIE - Vinoperfect Brightening Solution Set for $79 and it comes with this serum, & CAUDALIE - Vinoperfect Brightening Glycolic Overnight Cream & CAUDALIE - Vinoperfect Concentrated Brightening Essence and they last me about two months. It’s well worth trying. And the products together I believe helped boost my results quicker. And you are basically getting the Night Cream and the Essence for FREE! No brainer!! The serum is the same size if purchased alone, 1 oz. I wish I had taken some before and after photos cause the results speak for themselves. I am going to take some shots of where my skin is at now and see how much more this serum can do. My only downfall, which is a hard pill for me to swallow, is Caudalie is not considered CF as they sell in China. They claim not to test on animals but have no control over what happens there 😞 Caudalie has perks of signing up on their site. Collect points towards free product! First post. 💕Babyfacial baby!
First post. 💕Babyfacial baby!
Hi 👋🏾. My name is Taisha and I’m new to Cherie. But I am not new to Drunk Elephant’s Babyfacial mask. I’ve been using this chemical exfoliating mask once a week for 2 years. I look forward to that 20 minute session out of my week. When I first started using the mask I found it very strong. I experienced tingling and felt like my face was on fire. The more I used it I realized I was overusing other acids which made my mantle very sensitive to Babyfacial. Babyfacial contains Alpha and Beta Hydroxy Acids. I also found that my skin prefers when I apply this mask during the morning versus at night. I’m then left with soft, bouncy skin for the rest of the day. The mask is more on the expensive end. It will run you $80. But this jar lasted me an entire year which was worth it for me. I’d definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to add an exfoliating mask to their skincare routine. It gets 5 out 5 stars ⭐️ from me.

HERBIVORE PRISM FACIAL!!
The Herbivore Prism Exfoliating Glow Facial is their newest product and I am completely OBSESSED! I have problematic, combo skin so I always need a good exfoliant once or twice a week to rid my skin of anything bad! I have used this a few times already and it has left my skin GLOWING! I leave it for a good 20-30 minutes each time. It does tingle upon application but goes right away. The AHA’s and BHA’s in the formula allow for newer, softer, healthier looking skin to emerge. My skin is as soft as a babies bottom when I take the mask off! I am in love! HERBIVORE - Prism 20% AHA + 5% BHA Exfoliating Glow Facial

KORA - Noni Radiant Eye Oil This oil is marketed to smooth and brighten for a youthful radiant look! It uses a mix of organic ingredients to awaken and brighten the area while also being gentle enough to the sensitive eye area. The packaging is a rose quartz roller to help easily apply and soothe. The ingredients include, coffee, noni, and bamboo extracts. I have been using this product for about a month now daily to see if they hype is real. To be honest I have noticed quite an improvement in the elasticity of my underage area and have noticed it brightening as well. I am excited to continue to see if it will give me even better results. I wasn’t exactly sure how I would feel about using an oil as even eye creams are something I’m skeptical about but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to try something new and has the money to do it. This product is not cheap and it is tiny, but because it’s a roller I believe it will last quite a while and it looks like I w barely touched it which is nice! It’s 38 dollars, but if you want to try something new besides eye creams this is your girl! 3/5 would recommend bc of the price and size and well practicality like do we really need an eye oil??

#AMOREPACIFIC - Treatment Enzyme Peel Cleansing Powder[products]#[FourStars] I’ve had this cleansing powder for almost two months now and am really enjoying it. It’s a cleansing powder with enzymes, that comes as a powder and foams up once you mix it with water. It’s a very nice powder and pretty much disappears once in contact with water. You really don’t feel anything like with a physical exfoliant which I love. I use it at night as my second cleanser and for me I use it probably 5 times a week. It helps clean my face and exfoliates dead skin cells in a very gentle way. My skin always needs exfoliation and this one didn’t leave me feeling dry at all. I would recommend for any skin, especially sensitive because it’s a very gentle way to still exfoliate. 4 stars because it is pricey, but also lasts very long especially if you don’t use it every day!

Peel off masks are just not my jam
Peel off masks are just not my jam
Wander’s Lift Off Purifying and Brightening Peel soft Mask Function: Purify and replenish full skin. Target Concerns: dull skin (for all skin types) Texture/Consistency: It’s thick and sticky Any overall experience: I tried this two times and both times it was just awful. I’ve always wanted to see how a peel off mask would work and so when I won this in a giveaway I was excited! I had put it on and left it on for the right amount of time and it still wasn’t dry so I left it on there for an additional 5 minutes and it still didn’t dry so I just washed it off, which was a hard messy thing to do. I just personally didn’t like this and don’t think peel off masks are good thing to purchase. Did I like it? Nope! If I had actually paid for this I would’ve not been a happy camper. Would I recommend it? NO. I like that it is for all skin types but it’s not effective and takes ages to dry and who really has time for that lol. Worth it? No again. It’s $34 for 60ml/2 oz which is a decent size but pricy. Also, who would want to pay $34 for something that doesn’t work. Not worth your time and effort of using or purchasing. Broke me out!
Broke me out!
I’d rather get coal than this overpriced nonsense. Genius is a vegan formulation of collagen made from plant material and micro algae oil beads. It claims to plump the skin and promote a more youthful appearance. Helps restore suppleness and elasticity to achieve a soft, radiant, youthful glow. Marketed for aging/mature skin. Texture is a slightly viscous serum with little gold beads encapsulated throughout. So I’ve tried to make this work several different times. Both times I received this in a sephora favorites set- and both times I hated it. It breaks me out every. single. time. And I don’t have sensitive skin- so there’s obviously something in this formula that doesn’t agree with me. I do like that the collagen is a vegan formula. I don’t like that there’s added fragrance. Because I don’t like to waste product, I occasionally use this on my neck/hands/décolletage- but I would never buy this or recommend it. It’s also expensive AF - $115! Woah. Not worth it. Sorry but thank you next It gets a star for using vegan collagen. I do appreciate that 1 star ⭐️ ALGENIST - GENIUS Liquid Collagen
