My Favorite deep conditioning Mask
Let's talk about some recent purchases that I have experienced! . . @briogeo Limited Edition Honey Moisture Deep Conditioning Mask: To be honest I was so excited for this launch since it is giving an extra amp to their cult favorite don't despair, repair mask. This mask is infused with organic, unpasteurized honey for extensive and intense moisture. It also contains rosehip oil (extremely rich in essential fatty acids) helps control frizz and split ends, almond oil which enhances shine and strengthens hair, B-vitamins which work to restore nourishment to hair that are damaged by styling/heating. . . My Experience: I apply this mask all over my hair leaving my scalp before I go for an hour long workout. When I come back home I shower using my normal (any) shampoo of choice that day. The very next moment my hair felt extremely LUSHHHH. They were so soft, smooth and looked healthy throughout the next few days. The shine in them is still there and they still (after 3 days) feel super soft and less dry. I used to consider the mask from @gisou the best, but this one is a competition. Loving this! . . @paulaschoice CBD Skin Transformative Treatment Milk: I was extremely excited to try out this one. So excited that I bought it off @nordstrom when it wasn't available on their website. I am so glad I made the choice and bought it. To be honest I had my thoughts since I already have so many moisturizers, face milks and I did not want to add one more. But this had something in it (CBD + centella asiatica) which made me buy it and I am so happy. The first few Ingredients are water, glycerin, squalane, jojoba seed oil which are all a cult favorite. The next ingredients were the Cannabidiol (from hemp extract), Cannabis sativa (hemp) seed oil and centella asiatica. It is said to be always followed by a spf. . . My Experience: The very first moment I put it on my face, I did not expect it to be so light weight and liquid, which honestly made me love this formula even more. It is quick absorbent and reduces my redness a lot. I might not show it enough but my cheeks are generally very red. I am a fan of this product. I use it at night along before my moisturizer. Love it!

CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser fresh - Soy Makeup Removing Face Wash OLAPLEX - No. 3 Hair Perfector Briogeo - Don't Despair, Repair! Honey Moisture Deep Conditioning Mask The Innate life Shampoo&Conditioner ( was not linked :( ) Hey guys! I haven’t done a post in a while. I hope you are all doing well. I can’t believe it’s already December! Wow! I live in Minnesota and for ONCE there still has not been any snow which makes me really sad because it’s not December without snow :(. However it still has been very cold and I’ve currently have added some new products into my self-care routine! First picture- all 3 of those cleansers I have loved and recommend to other loved ones! I get a lot of people asking me what cleanser I use and I always give them those 3 options because they have been the ones to work best for my oily/combo skin! I recently finished the Fresh soy wash and am currently finishing up the YTTP one! The first cleanser I have ever tried has been Cerave and I swear by it so much! I understand not everything works for everyone but these 3 cleansers would definitely be my top best 3! Second picture- The Innate Life natural shampoo and conditioner, This is the first natural shampoo and conditioner brand I have ever used and I have got to say it works amazing for my hair! I love how clarifying yet non stripping the shampoo is, the conditioner is definitely a thin and lightweight consistency but has hydrated my hair very well! I have long thick curly hair and I try my best to stay away from products that contain bad chemicals and ingredients for my hair. I love this brand and will continue to purchase it for my hair. I have never done an in depth haircare routine for my hair so if you are interested let me know in the comments so I can go in depth in what products I use (: ! Third picture- Olaplex No. 3& Briogeo honey hair mask When I tell you how excited I got when Briogeo brought back their honey hair mask! I have never clicked so fast to order something EVER! I SWEAR by this mask. My hair is very dry thick curly low porosity hair and this stuff makes my hair soooo soft and it smells AMAZING! I love it so much, I love briogeo as a whole brand and I love how they formulate their products without sulphates & silicones ( I do not follow CG method but I prefer no sulphates!). I was so happy to order both olaplex No. 3 and the hair mask set and used together will make your hair feel & smell so good! (Like I said I can make an entire post about my haircare regimen if you are interested) Thank you so much for reading ! ❤️
🍯🧸Don’t Despair, Honey Bear!🪵
I’m a big Briogeo fan! Both me & my bf use a lot of their hair products. I’ve been using them for years, but recently got him more into taking care of his dry/brittle curly hair. I ordered him so many things to try, Olaplex & all kinds of repairing treatments, but Briogeo oils, masks & his personal favorite Briogeo - Farewell Frizz Rosarco Milk Leave-in Conditioning Spray totally transformed his hair! 🧸I was so excited to see the adorable Honey Bear back in stock! I never got to try it before! I believe this cutie is still limited edition & only available in this set, but I hope I’m wrong, because I will continue to repurchase! Briogeo - Merry Multi-Masking Kit Ft. Don’t Despair Repair Deep Conditioning Honey Bear Hair Mask $36/set of 3 hair masks I bought this as a very early xmas gift for both of us...🍯girl I neeeeded that honey bear! This would make a great holiday gift, or to split up as stocking stuffers for your fam! I only knock off a ⭐️because I really wasn’t into one them scent-wise, but that will not be everyone’s experience. 🎁Don’t forget to support black owned brands this holiday season! This giftset includes: One full size 8 oz Honey Bear & two 2 oz tubes 🪵🐻🍯Briogeo - Don't Despair, Repair! Honey Moisture Deep Conditioning Mask This is definitely my favorite. Not just because it’s so freakin cute, but the formula is great! I have thick wavy hair that needs a lot of hydration & moisture. This is it! Smells like real Honey, which is also the 8th ingredient. Honey is an excellent hydrator/natural humectant. The formula also contains moisturizing Argan, Almond, Avocado & Rosehip oils. It also has Apple & Ginseng extracts! I absolutely loved how soft & manageable my hair felt afterwards + my hair smelled so amazing & natural! 🥝🥑Briogeo - Be Gentle, Be Kind Avocado + Kiwi Mega Moisture Superfoods Hair Mask I also loved this formula so much! My hair was so soft afterwards & also smells amazing! Real Kiwi extract (9th ingredient) lends itself to this amazing Kiwi-Strawberry smoothie vibe. Avocado oil is the 8th ingredient. It’s very moisturizing & the color (of all 3) comes from natural sources. This crazy green likely comes from the beneficial Algae, Spinach, Aloe & Turmeric extracts. 🌹🥥Briogeo - Don't Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Hair Mask This just wasn’t it for me, I believe I’ve tried it a long time ago & I think it was reformulated. You can see in my swatches, that it isn’t quite as thick as the other 2. It started to slide off my arm where the others didn’t budge. Besides simply not performing as well as the others, the smell really bothered me. I’m not opposed to fragrance especially in hair products, but this was very harsh. It could be a personal thing because it made feel like I couldn’t breathe well & kinda sick to my stomach. Has that sort of sharp cut grass smell. It lasted on my hair too.☹️

Golden elixir = golden body
Amazing affordable and good smelling body oil! The perfect thing about this oil is that you can use it everywhere and it is a lot of fragrance for me when I use a body oil that smells different from the body lotion I put on after so this is perfect! It’s kind of a nutty oil scent that disappears after a couple of minutes. 5/5 amazing oil! I can’t wait to use this in the winter, it says you can use it as face oil, body oil and hair oil. For thin haired girls I’d say not a hair oil cause this baby is thick but other than that amazing
My night have been a bit short, sweet and still deep in red moodz♥ I've been loving the scent of Lollia 72 by tokyomilk on my sheets at night I've been using the gisou honey infused oil every night which keeps my hair soft in the morning. as the night get warmer I spray mist to help hold my rountines in place and further hydrate my skin. Either jurliqueusa water comes in handy.
Briogeo Be Gentle, Be Kind Matcha + Apple
🍏 Can you tell I’ve never sliced an apple before in my life? 🍏 Thank you again to Poke PR for gifting me the Briogeo Be Gentle, Be Kind Matcha + Apple Replenishing Shampoo and Conditioner! I promised a more in depth review so here goes 🍏What is it? A nourishing, antioxidant rich shampoo and conditioner 🍏 Call Outs: Free of: Parabens, Sulfates, Silicones, and Gluten Cruelty Free Vegan Clean at Sephora 🍏Who’s it for? Safe for color treated, relaxed, chemically treated, and keratin treated hair (which THANK YOU, Briogeo for specifying that...I get keratin treatments and it’s difficult to find shampoos that specify they are suitable for keratin treated hair. Great for those with dull or damaged hair looking to bring some life into their locks. 🍏What’s in it? So so many nourishing and replenishing fruit and vegetable extracts including beet, broccoli, cucumber, apple, grapefruit, as well as matcha and aloe. This is a nutrient packed green juice for your hair. 🍏My thoughts? I’m in love. The first couple products I tried from Briogeo were too heavy for my hair so I was hesitant about this one but it’s PERFECT. It leaves my hair clean and soft but not stripped or weighed down. I could maybe afford just an ounce more hydration but I like to use oil in my hair after I wash it which leaves me with the perfect texture of hair. If your hair is very dry though I might opt for one of their more moisturizing lines. And my hair has looked GOOD! It’s smooth and shiny and sleek (which is not its natural state at all). I’m so happy I found this line!!

Amika Reset Clarifying Gel Shampoo + Conditioner
amika: - Reset Scalp Clarifying Gel Shampoo I'm already a huge Amika fan, so I was super excited when this came out because I'm always in need of help when it comes to my chronically dry scalp. Sure enough, it did not disappoint! I've tried a lot of scalp treatments, shampoos, etc, and usually they're on the heavy side, so I was intrigued by the gel formula, and honestly a little worried it would be too light, but it felt great once applied! It foams up easily, which is great since my hair is super long, so if yours is on the short side I'd recommend only dispensing a little bit at first so as to not overdo it (or waste product). My hair felt nice and clean afterwards, but not at all stripped, and my scalp was noticably less irritated/sensitive. I don't use styling products regularly, so I can't speak too much on how well it breaks up product buildup, but my roots get decently oily after a couple days, and this worked great for that. Highly recommend! amika: - Reset Cooling Gel Conditioner As someone who is always in need of help when it comes to my chronically dry scalp, I've tried my fair share of scalp products, but none of them have ever been a conditioner. I guess I just assumed it wasn't as useful as a shampoo since I mainly apply conditioner to just my lower half of hair (maybe more like 2/3 since my hair is super long). Normally I only apply it all the way up to my roots/scalp a couple times a month. Since I'm already a huge Amika fan, I was open to trying this, and much to my surprise, it worked great! I normally use the Amika soulfood mask as my conditioner because of how thick and long my hair is, plus it's prone to knots no matter what I do, so I always opt for thicker/heavier ones to detangle. I was honestly a little concerned the gel formula would be too light, but it managed to get all the knots out, plus the cooling sensation felt amazing! I did use a bit more product than instructed, but to be fair I almost always have to do that with conditioners. I would definitely leave it in for a few minutes before rinsing (as suggested in the instructions) to get as much moisture as possible, It foams up a bit (not too much), which is great since my hair is super long, so if yours is on the short side I'd recommend only dispensing a little bit at first so as to not overdo it (or waste product). My hair felt nice, clean, and soft after using both this and the reset shampoo, but not at all stripped, and my scalp was noticably less irritated/sensitive. I don't use styling products regularly, so I can't speak too much on how well it breaks up product buildup, but my roots get decently oily after a couple days, and this worked great for that. Highly recommend!

The Savior Duo
I’ve been dying to try Korean beauty for a while and this pair was very much needed due to my dry scalp and the fact that I have to wash my hair every other day. BEIGIC - Scalp Revival Purifying Scrub is my favorite of the two. It has lessened the itchiness and the dryness. The hair looks brighter after the first two washes. Contains sea salt which you can definitely feel as you apply it. It claims to help with excess oil and product build up on the scalp, the second I can’t say because my hair is virgin but the first one I will confirm. When you wash it up it leaves an icy, minty feeling on your scalp, specially if you massage it correctly, and that is because it contains mint menthol. A great experience overall. BEIGIC - Damage Repair Treatment Mask this one is great for sensitive scalps, high on vitamin E, caffeine, and argan oil. It claims to offer protection from UV rays and better blood circulation on the scalp. Due to the amounts of oils, that are all beneficial but many, nonetheless, I wouldn’t recommend this mask for someone who produces much oil by themselves, no matter if the hair is damaged. My hair is not damaged and it’s a little dry if something, so I use this mask after the scrub to kind of strengthen both the treatment and my hair. If you think it’s going to make your hair greasier, it is not the mask for you. I am eager to keep trying BEIGIC products and sharing them, but these two didn’t disappoint. Also, affordable 👌🏼
