Foundation from one of my favorite brand!
📌My skin type: Dry/ Combination 📌Product information: Favorite Makeup - Nudestix -Foundation 📌Skin tone: Warm Undertones 📌My Experience: The best products for a light coverage and glowy skin on the market. Their blushes are one of the best selling, but I love their concealers and foundations way TOO MUCH. Their tinted cover foundation is a hydrating light-medium coverage foundation that does not settle into any fine lines and lasts all day long. I apply it with my fingers but best way to apply is with a brush. Sponge generally takes away some coverage and also uses a lot more product hence for liquid/gel like formulas I prefer my fingers and brushes. 📌Like/ Dislike: LOVE 📌Would I recommend it? YES 📌Rating of the product: 5/5
NUDESTIX-Tinted Cover Foundation
A foundation that gets better with time!
📌My skin type: Dry/ Combination 📌Product information: Foundation - Bitebeauty 📌Product texture: Gel like formula, extremely light weight 📌My Experience: I was intrigued by the new foundation since bitebeauty was dabbling into complexion products for the first time ever. I purchased the foundation and did a wear test for a day. The foundation is extremely light weight, blends well with sponge, brush and fingers. My favorite way for a foundation is always fingers so that the warmth of my fingers melts the product in my skin better. I noticed as the time passed the foundation started looking even better than before and it just went on improving with time which I loved. However, the product settles into some of my fine lines around the mouth however, I set it with powder and I am good for the day. It is a solid medium coverage build-able foundation 📌Like/ Dislike: LOVE 📌Would I recommend it? YES 📌Rating of the product: 5/5
BITE-Changemaker Supercharged Micellar Foundation
Best concealer for dry under-eyes!
📌My skin type: Dry/ Combination 📌Product information: Ilia Beauty - Concealer 📌Product texture: Light weight, hydrating formula. 📌My Experience: My under eyes are generally dry and hence I love a hydrating, light weight concealer. This is one of the best existing concealers out there. I have used it everyday ever since I got this and have been falling in love each day more and more. I have been enjoying the medium coverage and long lasting nature of the concealer. Since it is hydrating you have to set it with powder so that it does not crease and you are good to go for the day without any touch-ups. 📌Like/ Dislike: LOVE 📌Would I recommend it? YES 📌Rating of the product: 5/5
📌My skin type: Dry/ Combination 📌Product information: Erobian CC creme foundation. 📌Product texture: gel like foundation 📌My Experience: If I have no time and I want to just leave the house or even apply makeup on the go without a mirror I always grab the cc creme foundation. It adjusts to the color of your skin and you do not have to worry about it blending correctly or powdering it or even needing a mirror. It is the easiest makeup hands down I have ever owned. Super light weight and hydrating throughout the day. The color is golden however it turns a little rosy on me which is okay but might not work with some people. 📌Like/ Dislike: LIKE 📌Would I recommend it? YES 📌Rating of the product: 4.5/5
A foundation for dry + combination skin!
📌My skin type: Dry/ Combination 📌Product information: YSL All-in-One glow foundation 📌Product texture: gel like cream 📌My Experience: It is the most glowy looking foundation I have come across. People with oily skin do not even bother to try. People with combination skin can give it a try but it may not work if did not set with powder. It can be glowing to the point you look wet or oily. Personally I love such glow and I enjoy this foundation to the most. I used a matte coverage concealer with it always as it kinda reduces the dewiness on the skin in a way. Since it is dewy it does not last all night long but marks the 8 hour mark pretty well. I really love this foundation and can count on it forever. 📌Like/ Dislike: LOVE 📌Would I recommend it? YES 📌Rating of the product: 5/5
YVES SAINT LAURENT-Touche Eclat All-in-One Glow SPF 23
Best touch-up concealer!
📌My skin type: Dry/ Combination 📌Product information: Nudestix - Concealer pencil 📌Product texture: creamy, non-drying pencil 📌My Experience: I love this pencil for on the go makeup, the days I am late makeup, touch -up throughout the days makeup. It lasts all night long, even though it is a pencil it actually does not dry out my face which I love. It is creamy enough to blend with fingers or brush. If you have dry under - eyes as I do have them and you haven't primed you can apply this concealer and blend it with a wet sponge so retain the moisture and it will do wonders to the under-eyes. 📌Like/ Dislike: LOVE 📌Would I recommend it? YES 📌Rating of the product: 5/5

A True Dream
What is there to say about this product other than its perfection? I wake up hydrated, soft and glowy every time I use this! It’s smells so faintly of citrus and doesn’t irritate or overwhelm my skin. It’s the best overnight mask out there to soften your skin while you sleep! It soaks in like a dream, works great over your evening routine and doesn’t transfer to your pillow!YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Mask

I’ve been trying these two cleansers out for the past while, here’s my thoughts: Kissimmee Vitamin F Therapy Balmy Wash - I use this as my 1st PM cleanse to dissolve my makeup. This stuff soothes dry skin and helps prevent moisture loss, ensuring you stay dewy, not dull. Shasta AHA Refining Acid Wash - I’ve been using this as my 2nd PM cleanse. It clears away pore-clogging debris and dull dead skin + reduces breakouts without stripping the skin of moisture. I’ve also been alternating their Nourishing Milky Wash with the Refining Acid Wash and love how soft & clean it leaves my skin. *products gifted but thoughts are my own

Get me coal instead of this!
SUMMER FRIDAYS - R + R Mask I’d rather get coal than this Summer Fridays mask! This mask is supposed to brighten and nourish. It’s recommended for all skin types except sensitive and is supposed to help with dryness, dark spots and fine lines, which I saw none of! It was awful on my skin. It irritated my skin like crazy and leaves a thick greasy film afterwards. The weird part is that I don’t have sensitive at all and I tried it multiple times to see if my skin would react the same and it did. After all, I paid $52 for it which is quite a high price for a mask in my opinion, specially one that doesn’t work. Save your money folks! Not worth it! Had to try and save my skin for days after using this mask.... The texture is beautiful, however. it’s a thick gel with beautiful red and orange petals inside. This doesn’t justify anything at all but at least it’s photo worthy. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Even if it contains vitamin c, natural oils and rose powder this isn’t a product I would ever recommend... I didn’t like this at all. 100% rather get coal than this mask, Santa!

First couple empties of 2020😥
I recently ran out of my two FAVORITE body care products that I most definitely WILL be repurchasing in 2020. These are the SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian Bum Bum Cream & the SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel which are basically worth shedding tears for when you run out, they’re that good. The smell is amazing & lasts all day long. I get so many compliments on just the lotion, I’ll forget to put perfume on!! The cream is so thick & moisturizing as well as the shower cream! They both smell the same & adding them to your body/shower routine will have you smelling like Sol de Janeiro all day long!🌞✨🌴

Good but could use improvement...YSL Pure Shots
Yves Saint Laurent Beauty recently gifted me their Night Reboot, Y Shape, and Light Up Serums and I have to say...they aren't that bad but they aren’t great...I’ve used all 3 for several weeks now Night Reboot: This is a chemical exfoliant that contains Glycolic Acid and Moonlight Cactus extract. It claims to gently remove dead skin cells to reveal a more radiant complexion. I haven't suffered from any adverse reactions and I’ve woken up with a somewhat brighter appearance but nothing amazing Y Shape Serum: Claims to target loss of elasticity to lift, define, and sculpt the contours of your face. It contains Barbary Fig botanicals and peptides. This one I really enjoy but it’s more difficult to see results rather quickly so I'll have to update in a few months! Again, no adverse reactions and smells nice. Light Up Serum: I LOVE Vit C! This contains Vitamin Cg and Marshmallow (yes, marshmallow) Flower. The two brighten your complexion and neutralize damage from free radicals. It also takes care of hyperpigmentation and redness. No adverse reactions so far and I really enjoy this in the morning. I was a little disappointed that the serums were housed in PLASTIC as these retail for $88. The actual vessel which holds the serum is glass but the exterior is completely plastic. When you pop the lid off the top, the entire interior comes out with it if it isn't locked into place correctly. All of the serums are very thin in consistency but absorb nicely. I hope YSL will eventually re-package these with glass! All my other holy grails have been dethroned
First time retinol user here and let me tell you. When you know, you know! I have hyperpigmentation around my mouth, texture on my forehead that appeared after I gave birth and it’s currently winter in Canada so the heating and cold dry air has turned my skin from combo to dehydrated. I started using a-passioni once a week and IMMEDIATELY saw results. The first thing I noticed was the texture on my forehead flattened out. Now this was temporary. A day or two later, it would come back and would only disappear again once it’s was a-passsioni night I started using her twice a week now. Again, she slays that texture but the texture will sometimes come back.. it’s unpredictable. As for my hyperpigmentation: it’s getting lighter.. as a WOC with uneven skin tone, I think I may need more « professional » treatments for it to fully go away but this is helping A LOT. Even better than my previous GOAT: Honeymoon Glow. Downside: my skin is drier than the Sahara and this treatment is making me flake like crazy. Did I weigh out the pros and cons? YES! And it’s totally worth it. I just need to make sure I’m cutting out my acids most days (starting to introduce them only once a week) and GENTLY physically exfoliating (Fresh’s strawberry scrub does an amazing job). Will I be repurchasing it? For now it’s a yes and they have two sizes available which is great in case you’re not sure you want to go all in with the big one. I’ll be repurchasing the small one because it lasts quite a while and you never know what other magical things DE releases in the future that might dethrones this one 💁🏽♀️
