So i finally finished these samples that i received in my ipsy bag. The Tarte quench primer felt more like a moisurizer to me than an actual primer. It is water base that makes IT really fresh and nice to use but since i have some texture on my skin i like a silicone based primer better. Would i but it again? no The Hey Honey moisurizer worked really good for me. It is a rich creamy texture and helps for dry skin. Would i Buy it again? yes.

Smudgeproof mascara duo!
I have a really hard time with mascara smudging and giving me panda eyes. This duo is working really well. You can see a little smudge under my eyes in the last photo, but it’s right at the end of the day before washing my makeup off. I’ve used other mascaras that provided more drama, but I’m quite happy with this combo and I recommend it for others with the same issue. This is this morning’s 5 minute face as I seem to be running out of time in the morning. I just put a tiny bit of foundation on the upper half of my face since I wear a mask at work. tarte - SEA Quench Hydrating Primer bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Hydrating Foundation Stick Broad Spectrum SPF 25 bareMinerals - BARESKIN Complete Coverage Serum Concealer bareMinerals - bareMinerals Blush tarte - Opening Act Lash Primer tarte - Lights, Camera, Splashes Waterproof Mascara benefit - Goof Proof Brow Pencil bareMinerals - Statement Luxe Shine Lipstick
Need makeup feedback please!!
I’ve never been great at doing my makeup. I’m also terrible at taking selfies. I’ve been working on techniques for hooded eyes as well, and I put the eyeshadow above my crease, but you still can’t really see the eyeshadow I applied. Does my makeup look cakey as well? I would really appreciate some feedback. Thank you! I’d love to try something with some sheen, but no glossy, and in natural shades. I prefer toxin-free. Any recommendations?
I like First Aid Beauty! I love these products and think they work really well together! ❤️ • Ultra Repair Cream - Intense Hydration for dry skin I have dry skin and it makes a great job keeping my face moisturized and goes well under makeup. • Pores be Gone Matte Primer It feels nice on the skin and really does a great job blurring the pores! It also works great as a base on non makeup days! • Bendy Avocado Concealer This is one of my favorite concealers! It keeps my under eyes so hydrated! Buildable coverage and not cakey! Love, love it!!! • Ultra Repair Tinted Moisturizer I love the finish and how it looks so natural! Also love it is SPF 30! It’s just perfect for an everyday look - so sad I picked the wrong shade for me, it’s just a little bit too dark. Highly Recommended!

Beautiful glowy priming moisturizer 💫
This moisturizer does its job so well! I picked it up on a whim at my local CVS since it was on sale and I already love the Peach Slices sheet masks so I thought I’d try this out. The peach slices - Starlit Glow Highlighting Moisturizer is a skincare meets makeup kind of product, it has hyaluronic acid, licorice and Camelia extracts amongst other skin loving ingredients plus diamond powder to give skin a beautiful glowy finish. The pinkish tint of this moisturizer provides a “perfecting” finish to skin so it’s lovely to wear with or without makeup. I have dehydrated, combination skin and it’s just lovely for my skin type. It just makes skin look healthy and adds the most beautiful sheen! Highly recommend, plus this brand is very affordable and available at CVS so I think that is just great ✨

Elf Cosmetics 💕- Totally worth it So I've heard of elf cosmetics make up but never really though of the skin care until I decided to look into it myself! I recently got it last week and have been using it for 2 weeks so far. 1. e.l.f. - Elf+ Glow Dewy Mist - amazing and so hydrating!!! I spray this on after applying my Matte Make up (Juvia’s). It helps with evenly spreading the male up whole making my face feel hydrated! 2. e.l.f. - Superhydrate Moisturizer - So refreshing. I've been using this for my pre make up (morning) &post makeup(evening). I apply just a little to my face and neck. The texture is quite jelly like so a little goes a long way! 3. e.l.f. - Jelly Pop Juicy Gloss - well, let's just say my lips stay poppin’!!!!. So nice and doesn't have an after taste 4. e.l.f. - Hydrating Primer Serum - So amazing!!! I mean I use this before putting my foundation. It is tube like and a little also goes a long way. I'd recommend this for those with normal to dy skin. Very light and also you can use or both creamy and matte foundation 5. e.l.f. - All the Feels Facial Oil - This oil is amazing for a pre bed ritual but if suggest using it when you decide to go barefaced during the day! Also use it during cool to dry climates, lol please don't use it when its hot AF outside, you will feel overwhelmed with oil. Only for normal to Dry skin!

🌋Meh. Not the best. Not the worst 🌋
🌋 A solid form of smashbox - Photo Finish Primerizer, the GLAMGLOW - VOLCASMIC Matte Glow Moisturizer is supposed to be a primer and moisturizer all in one. It is a lightweight, creamy product that uses essential minerals to absorb oil while hydrating with no added shine. They were ambitious. 🌋 I am always searching for the product that will help me stop being so oily. My friend and I both bought the set it came in and we were left feeling disappointed. We are two fairly oily women and this just didn’t do what it claimed. This unfortunately was not that product. It feels pretty slippy when you use, but wasn’t enough for me under makeup. It is a full-size item so I still have a lot to get through. This will be my next empties challenge as soon as I finish my CLINIQUE - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. It smells like Starbursts to me so I love that. For: Normal, oily and combination skin types. Cost: $49 (sold out at Sephora) Recommend? No. (I plan to start using it again so I will update this if I change my mind.)

All primed up with the GOOD GOOD! 😉
I love Good Molecules products already, so I figured their primer would be on point also. And I was right to assume so; officially my FAV primer of all time! It’s super moisturizing, it soaks into your skin quickly and it doesn’t feel tacky like most primers. I wear this primer alone when I don’t feel like wearing makeup and it helps keep my skin looking matte and nice and hydrated ❤️❤️❤️ DEFINITELY RECOMMEND✨!
