One year ago when I was shopping in Galeries Lafayette SA in Paris, a BA persuaded me to buy Filorga. And then I took home two facial creams, similar products both moisturizing, hydrating and containing hyaluronic acids. And  now I empty both and I’m gonna share my experience. First of all, Hydra filler Mat is my preference although both two function well on my face.(age 23, dry skin, pores problem)  Hydra filler contains a duo of hyaluronic acids which is the highlight of this product. For a dry and sensitive skin consumer, the Mat perfectly works for me and I have to say it is the most hydrating cream that I have ever used. The texture itself is cream-gel and it does not cause comedones. Before trying this they were always my nightmares. One plus for this cream: after using it, my face gets polished and revitalized with pores becoming merely invisible… a better one of the two. Lift Structure is also good, but it contains only one hyaluronic acid, combined with collagen. It is more to produce a radical anti-aging effect. For moisturizing purpose, it is not as amazing as the former one but it is for sure above average. What stopped me to continue buying this is that I became allergic to this cream for a couple of times and later I figured out maybe it was the fault of the plant based actives of this product. I guess people with sensitive skin problems should try out samples before buying this bottle. The prices for the two are $59 and $92 respectively. For a sensitive skin with few aging problems, I prefer hydra filler. To limit dehydration is always the priority for skin care. Also from price perspective, the former stands out.

Are These Creams Worth The HYPE? My answer is...
I usually buy high-end products that can deal with more than one skin problem. For example, I am 24 with dry skin, so moisturizing products with the anti-aging functions will cater to my taste. And I buy two versatile products and only to find the less priced one with better effect. I’m here to share my view on those two hyped creams that I have been used to. La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Cream la prairie - Skin Caviar Luxe Cream  It is of high price comparatively but it is worth every penny you pay. I was advertised aggressively by one of my friends who shares the same skin type. I try this for 2 years and it gives my face a silky look. I am amazed by how it eliminates the feeling of tightness on my face. I love this and these two years my tone becomes more even and I get more radiance on my face. I believe that many critics may say this product is not worth the price, but for me, it really systematically changes my skin condition. I feel less tight and dry even without using this product and wrinkles seem to be less visible. I believe La Prairie has tried its best to provide what it can to customers within its capability. Filorga hyaluronic cream  FILORGA - Hydra Filler MAT Cream FILORGA - Lift-Structure Ultra-Lifting Cream The story between me and Filorga seems like a coincidence. I searched online one day for an effective moisturizing ingredient and bumped into this brand and its technological NCEF line. Hyaluronic acid is the spirit of these two creams I have constantly been using. The overall experience of using this brand exceeds 98% of similar products: lightweight, easy to absorb, and postpone aging. It does not add radiance by evening your tone, it gives you a fresh look by plumping your face, making it look like full of collagen. (The difference between the two creams lies in its focus, with hydra-filler mat more on moisturizing and lift-structure more on anti-aging) The prices for those three products seem above average, with $550,$60 and$90 respectively. Overall, I believe every product is popular for one reason. Many of hyped products can stand the test of time and win overwhelming good feedback as the two mentioned in the passage.

Filorga, definitely a treasure to reveal a radiant complexion
· Brand story Filorga, the 1st French aesthetic medicine laboratory founded in 1978, originally designed, developed and produced injectable products that were used by leading medical specialists worldwide.  In 2007, the brand made its aesthetic medicine expertise available to the general public upon the creation of MEDI-COSMETIQUE®, a range of revolutionary anti-aging products formulated with NCEF, a unique compound encapsulating the active ingredients used in injections. This brand is one of the brands winning worldwide reputation for its function of revealing radiance and combating aging with guaranteed laboratory technologies.  · My personal experience I first encountered this brand was one experience online. I was searching for ingredients that could moisturize skin. (I had dehydrated skin) Then I found hyaluronic acid among the top of the list. I did more detailed searching and finally found this brand Filorga which includes hyaluronic acid in almost each of its products. Frustrated by Clinique, I changed into Filorga, hoping to moisturize my skin and postpone aging. At that time, I was 21, and it was a time that I began to think about aging.  So I bought two quite similar creams of this brand (hydra-filler Mat,60$&lift-structure,90$) to see whether they have the same function in moisturizing and relieving wrinkles.  · My fav products FILORGA - Hydra Filler MAT Cream FILORGA - Lift-Structure Ultra-Lifting Cream These two products share the similarity of containing hyaluronic acid (the former includes two while the latter has one). As for moisturizing, the former does better, although they are both ways above average. However, the latter exceeds in its anti-aging effect; I use these two on a shift for each month.  The latter relieved my facial expression lines, but the former did little in that. I guess it was the collagen in lift-structure that helps to work out this result.  Overall, both products bring a natural radiance to my skin, and I now have ordinarily dry skin that is easier to care than before. I recommend Filorga to you as it is from the laboratory, and it is super moisturizing with a cooling sensation when applying the products.

A Total Game Changer From Clarins😝😝😝
A Total Game Changer From Clarins😝😝😝
CLARINS - Super Restorative Day Cream Clarins is definitely a luxurious brand that’s worth investing in. Sure, it’s extremely pricey but when you reach a certain age, I think it’s recommended to invest in your skin to avoid even more expensive trips to cosmetic doctors in the future.   I discovered Clarins years back when printed glossy fashion magazines were still the hype. I loved flipping through its pages and discovering brands such as Clarins, Guerlain, and Sisley.   All the Clarins products in the Super Restorative line are infused with Harungana extract, so right off the bat I instantly loved the smell. The scent is very pleasant and very luxurious.   Upon first application of the Clarins Super Restorative day cream, I loved how it felt on my skin. It was easy to spread and absorbed quickly without leaving a greasy feeling. This line was actually designed for women ages 50 and above, but it’s always a great idea to stop aging signs before they even start. After the first few uses of the cream, I literally felt my skin tighten and noticed that my dark spots faded. Just warm up a small amount of the cream on your fingers and gently apply it on your face in circular motions. A little goes a long way so you really don’t need to use a large amount.   Downside, this product is pretty pricey. Because it’s so expensive I only use it on special occasions or the morning after a night out when my skin is extra dehydrated. I would definitely not recommend this as a daily moisturizer. Another downside, it doesn’t have SPF so if you use this product, make sure you put on some sunblock on top.   To wrap it up, it’s effective, yes, but hard on the wallet.

DRY SKIN? Try This👍

FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer This is a perfect moisturizer for dry skin. I have combination skin with some dry patches on my cheeks & this helped! It has a soft & creamy texture that sinks into skin fairly quickly. I used it in combination with Hyaluronic acid to boost hydration💦 Packaging is plastic and lightweight. It locks in all the serum and essence before this moisturizer without being overly dewy. It contains hydrating ingredients like Shea butter & avocado oil🥑 and soothing ingredient oatmeal! If you have really dry skin, I recommend mixing this moisturizer with your favorite oil (mine is squalane oil) for a final step of skincare🌙 #CherieCreator

💦 H2O+ Face Oasis Hydrating Treatment 💦
H2O+ - Oasis Hydrating Treatment About me 🤗 and the product 💦Skin type/skin tone I have combination skin. My t-zone is in the range of normal to oily skin and I have dry skin on my cheeks. My skin tone is warm ivory with a slight reddish discoloration in my cheeks 🧐I also have some freckles across my cheeks and my nose bridge. 💦Product function The product claims to deeply hydrate the skin and visibly plumps fine lines. 💦Texture/consistency The texture and consistency of the product is a liquidy gel. The gel also has an interesting blue color that fits the theme of “marine skincare” 💦Packaging The packaging is a standard inverted squeeze bottle with a screw on cap on the bottom. There seems to be no leakage problems and is small enough to carry around while traveling ✈️ Beauty story📖 💦Overall experience If you read my earlier post on the eye makeup remover, the milk shower cream, or the exfoliant, you’ll know my story for buying this product. But for the ones who haven’t, recap: A couple of years ago I was super into h2o products (you’ll see a bunch coming up!) so I bought a whole line of their products. I used this product after I washed my face with the exfoliating wash ( previous review) and I mainly used it around my eyes, mouth, and on my neck. 💦Verdict 🤔 Although it did hydrate the areas that I applied the product to, I didn’t really see a difference. Especially on my neck. I have a few fine lines on my neck and after using this product for a while I didn’t see even one minute change. So I don’t really think this product works for me. I wouldn’t say I hate the product since it didn’t do anything bad for me but I don’t like the product since it didn’t really stand up to its claims 😭 💦Recommend?❎ H2O+ products are so gentle on the skin so I feel like they’re recommended for all skin types. But this product didn’t really meet the standards they set themselves so I wouldn’t recommend this product you you guys 🙅🏻‍♀️ 💦Worth it?💰 I feel like this product is not worth it because again, it didn’t live up to its claims. Although it did hydrate my skin in the areas I applied it to, it did not visible decrease fine lines.

✨My thoughts of Aesop's three popular creams✨
✨My thoughts of Aesop's three popular creams✨
1. Aesop Mandarin Facial Hydrating CreamAesop - Mandarin Facial Hydrating Cream This hydrating cream is a daily moisturizing cream for normal and combination skin. It has a very light texture with a fresh citrus aroma and it's moisturizing but is not over-nourishing that it makes your skin greasy. Thus, it leaves your skin feeling refreshed and has a natural matte finish. It also keeps your makeup from rubbing off, creating a long-lasting look. 2. Aesop Primrose Facial Hydrating Cream Aesop - Primrose Facial Hydrating Cream This hydrating cream is specially designed for normal to dry skin. It hydrates, softens and soothes skin dryness and irritation. 3. Aesop Camellia Nut Facial Hydrating Cream Aesop - Camellia Nut Facial Hydrating Cream It's the mildest among these three hydrating creams and is most suitable for normal, sensitive or very dry skin. It contains chamomile, which is great for dry skin and sensitive skin, and is able to slow down the aging process, neutralize skin irritants and skin inflammation, and improve hydration. The cream is also absorbed right away and doesn't pile on your skin.

H2O+ - Oasis Hydrating Treatment *skin is normally oily/combo but has been going through a dry period recently O M G - H2O(+) - has stolen my heart. I got this lil baby in an Ipsy bag in January and was intrigued by it immediately. Honestly, I don’t normally like many products in the Ipsy bags (I find them too small for the price and repetitive) and actually had cancelled my subscription last year. I received an email on Boxing Day with an offer that if I reinstated my subscription I would get two bags for the price of one in January. Even if I don’t love Ipsy anymore, I do love a good deal. So I did it. I mostly regretted it because again, the products were very tiny and not so exciting and very repetitive. But it’s FINE - because here was this little bad boy who I would soon come to realize is the love of my life. This is a gel moisturizer which is my fave type of moisturizer. I find it does the most for my skin especially if it’s water based - gels usually combat excess oils while keeping me deeply moisturized and hydrated. I much prefer them in general to a cream moisturizer. This product in particular is a blue gel, that soaks in clear and the texture is so perfect and thin but not too thin it’s hard to even describe. I also have been keeping this in my skincare fridge so it was also cold when I applied it and just felt great first thing in the morning to wake me and my skin up. This really got me through my dryest days. The full size of this comes in a pot, I believe, which I’m not a huge fan of (kind of gross and also can I not waste product because it’s stuck under my nails now please). It’s moderately pricey - I think it’s $38 USD which always means I’m looking at at least $50 in CAD. Ugh. But I’m honestly considering buying it despite all of that because I loved it that much. I recommend this. I will probably cave and repurchase this. This is going to change your life.

 Caudalie cream

 This cream f
Caudalie cream This cream feels SO good to apply.. to the point where I just want to keep applying it all over my face. I did learn the hard way that a little goes a long way, because the thicker the layer I applied the more likely that my skin would have redness/dry spots around my nose & mouth the next day. Once I started limiting the amount that I used to a thin layer (like a moisturizer), no more irritation! It also has a good, clean scent (similar to the vinoperfect serum, which I also love).⁣ ⁣ ▫️Results? I was using this nightly (before I ran out) and I’m not exaggerating when I say that each morning I woke up with smoother skin that was sooo soft and had a glow to it. I have been testing out some other night creams/treatments recently and I can honestly say nothing has compared to this one. I will 100% be repurchasing soon!⁣
