Glowy skin HACK!!
Most of y’all must know this trick for getting glowing base but for those of you who doesn’t know should definitely try this out!! Mixing moisturizer with your foundation works as tinted moisturizer which gives you the healthiest glow while giving you a sheer coverage without making your base look cakey. This works perfectly for all skin types and especially the best if you’ve dry skin like mine. *plus* adding gel highlighter on top ( I used MARC JACOBS BEAUTY - Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter

MARC JACOBS BEAUTY
Rate this makeup look outta 10 😉 Used all my favorites to create this effortless look!!
Marc Jacobs dew drops in 50 dew you! This is a coconut gel highlighter and it’s is so pretty on! This is a gorgeous golden peach color! This is a very light weight formula that can be applied to the skin directly after foundation or primer for a flattering glow! It also has coconut milk to deeply hydrate and is lightly scented like coconut! It definitely lights up your complexion and is so beautiful on! This is one of my favorites but is tied with the cover fx drops! This blends so beautifully and is very buildable, so you can make it blinding or really natural! Benefit high beam liquid highlighter in santiny pink! This is a satiny-pink liquid highlighter that accents cheek and brow bones for a dewy glow. I really love how this highlighter shines and how it is so stunning on every skin tone! It’s a gorgeous rose gold/pinky color for everyday! This long-lasting formula can be used as a spot highlighter over makeup or wear under complexion favorites for a subtle glow! Overall this has to be my least favorite out of the three of these! It drys very fast and there is no time to blend. Cover fx custom enhancer drops in moonlight!! This is gorgeous for highlighting and under foundation! And the gold is beautiful! This is a multidimensional glitter highlighter that imparts a high impact, light-reflective finish. Ultra-concentrated and customizable, these liquid glitters can be used alone, under or over makeup, or mixed into your favorite beauty product for an incredibly luxe glitter effect on the cheeks, eyes, lips, and body. This is definitely tied with the Marc Jacobs because it is super beautiful and the color is absolutely stunning! I would definitely recommend one of these two! It is worth it but some affordable options are just as good! I definitely recommend getting the Marc Jacobs dew drops over the benefit high beam liquid highlighter, but definitly not over the cover fx! That one is just as gorgeous and blends just as well as the Marc Jacobs! So really what ever budget you have one of these will work for you!MARC JACOBS BEAUTY - Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter benefit - High Beam Liquid Highlighter COVER FX - Custom Enhancer Drops
✨My Highlighter Awards✨
I LOVE a blinding highlight, so if you’re into a natural highlight I don’t think will be for you 😅! I have quite the collection already, so I do not need to be purchasing anymore 😂. As you can tell, I love a gold highlight 💛! . Best Loose Powder: ARTIST COUTURE - Diamond Glow Powder is a the best loose powder highlighter I’ve tried! You literally need the tiniest bit and you’re GLOWING ✨!! I’m so happy I got this in my BoxyCharm. This is the shade Summer Haze. This is the most natural of the bunch in the swatches, but is also really easy to build up and be blinding. It lasts all day and doesn’t emphasize texture on the area. I love how easy this is to see how much is left and how long it’s lasted. The pitfall of this product is the packaging, it’s really hard to move the plastic cover to the slotted side where it comes out, so it’s easy to drop the product. It’s also difficult to pour out a good amount of product into the lid. I think it’s worth it though since this is such a pretty color and no texture is emphasized! Price: $27 for 0.16 oz/ 4.5 g . Best Powder: OFRA - OFRA Highlighter is a gorgeous highlighter!! This is in the shade Beverly Hills, which has little slices of a multi decade of colors. I think Ofra highlighters are my favorite of them all. I used up a mini of Rodeo Drive and it lasted over a year. I loved it so much, I bought a full size when they went on sale half of at Ulta. It’s such a pretty, intense highlight! One of the most intense I’ve seen. The combination of all fo these colors together is stunning, but they can also be used individually. This huge thing would last YEARS, even if you used it every day since it takes such a little amount. It does emphasis texture though, so that is a downfall. But I don’t mind that since I just love this so much! Price: $32 for 0.35 oz . Best Liquid: MARC JACOBS BEAUTY - Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter in the shade Dew You, which is described as golden peach. It’s INTENSELY pigmented!! Like I used a dollop the size of the tip of a pen and this is everything that came out 😱 the left is it spread out as more of a highlighter, but can also be mixed into a foundation or moisturizer for an extra glow. I’ve only used it as a highlighter, but wow this mini is going to last me ages 😝 it can be blended in as more of a natural highlight or use more to really glow! It lasts all day, blends seamlessly into the skin, and doesn’t emphasize texture. I usually don’t reach for liquid since I don’t like the hassle of having to wash my hands after using it, but this natural (for me) glow is most definitely worth it! This is like a lit from within glow. Price: $45 for 0.8 oz/ 24 mL
Dewy makeup looks are always the best!! It makes your skin look so fresh and natural giving you a healthy glow. I prefer dewy makeup looks over matte powdery base😛 what about you guys? i’m so careful with this Chanel one. i make sure to never layer it on top of a colored lip - unless i have disposable lip wands on hand! i love how pretty this gloss is and i don’t want to ruin it 🤧 this rose quartz roller from LanKii is such a life saver too - i feel like this one is the perfect size for travel, and also so sturdy. i haven’t had it break on me once so far! super high quality.

Take It or Leave It: BH Take Me Back to Brazil
(Swipe for photos !) Everyone seems to agree that this palette is a great colorful palette for beginners while also staying in an affordable price range, but no one seems to really go into detail about the product, so here I am ! This was my first “professional” palette. Since I’ve used just about every color in this palette, I’ll walk you through the ups and downs. Firstly, the colors in the photos are somewhat more vibrant than in person. They’re still colorful and fun, but if you’re looking for the exact colors in the promo photos, be careful. For example, the shimmers are duller and darker in person, the “red” in the photo is more orange in person, and the royal-navy blue is more purple. Personally, this isn’t a huge problem for me. Most of the colors go on beautifully and are very pigmented. Some colors you may have to layer (like yellows and greens), but that’s mostly to be expected. The black is very pigmented as well and the white adds a nice shimmer. They also mix well together and you can definitely make a few different looks with this palette. Unfortunately, some colors do not blend well together (or blend at all). I’ve mostly had problems blending the pinks and purples. Be careful of staining too. Because this is a pressed pigment palette, as well as being vegan, the ingredients in the warmer (more pink) shadows may stain your eye. I suggest using a nice primer, that seems to work well for me to remove without staining. Another issue is fall out. A lot of extra comes off on the palette and can be pretty messy. You can reduce this by either using light taps or going back to scoop up that extra shadow. However, some fallout will also come off onto the skin and under your eyes. I’m sure with a good, fluffy brush, you can easily brush it away. If you don’t have a brush like this, you can either cover it with concealer, use a makeup wipe and redo the under eye, or do your whole face after doing your eyes. I’ve noticed more fallout with the warmer colors and the black. As a frequent user of this palette, the reviews don’t lie. This is such a good palette to start off with and experiment with different colors and techniques. There are some downsides to this palette, but with the right methods and usage, you should be able to make a nice, colorful look ! I’d definitely take this palette and look forward to trying new palettes from BH (I’m thinking about that new Christmas palette). Overall, I give this palette 7/10💙 You can get this palette on the BH Cosmetics website right now for $15 USD. BH is also sold at Ulta Beauty. I personally haven’t seen this palette in my stores but it may be seen near you ! bh - Take Me Back to Brazil 35 Color Pressed Pigment Palette

My cheap daily products
Everything is from either Walmart or Ulta and under $15! With the exception of my AOA BB Cream in shade Medium that was $1 as well as AOA Artista $1 felt tip eyeliner in Brown (for some reason brown eyeliner is just so much more forgiving). I use the found contour palette for all over setting power & all 3 colors work great with my medium skin. Essence 16 hour eyebrow pencil on my brows and under my eyes. On my lips are just a cheap pink lip gloss. Better Than Sex mascara mini I got as a sample from Ulta & good to go! Oh, and a smoky eye palette from e.l.f.❤️
KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Alchemist Holographic Palette The effect of this holographic highlighter is amazing! It’s a glow effect and it doesn’t change the blush color. I recommend! The Estée Lauder foundation is also very nice, it last 24h and it has a matte effect very pretty. It’s not sticky and I feel like I’m not wearing any foundation!!! :)

Neutrals with a Pop of Blue 💙
Happy Sunday everyone. The weather in California is disgusting right now so I can’t really do much with face makeup so I wanted to do a look that focuses on the eyes. This look is neutral with a pop of color. I used all my new products from my August BoxyCharm box and I love all of them so far! I used the Ciate London Editor - New England Palette to create this eye look. The palette is full of shimmers and colors such as coral, green, golds and blues. I actually had a hard time coming up with a look because I was just so overwhelmed with the choices. The mattes performed alright, but the shimmers were great! Especially the blue shades. The milk makeup gel liner exceeded my expectations. UD zero liner has been my HG liner for years, but I think this milk liner just replaced it... 🤫 All products I used on this look is posted on my IG if you’re curious 😊 my handle is @ francescadflower Thank you so much for checking this post out Francesca 💋
