Get Your Filthy Hairbrush Looking Like New In Under A Minute!
Have you ever cleaned your hairbrush? Honestly, you know how dirty it gets after using it for a while. You are more likely to get a shiny hair with a clean hairbrush than one clogged with hair strands and product residue. And cleaning your hairbrush is not as hard as you might think! Today, I will show you how to clean a hairbrush in 3-Easy steps. Step 1: Dig Out the Hair! The first and the most important thing is to take those hair out. You can use some tools to help you, like a stick or scissors. It's easy, right? Step 2: Wash out the Dirt! For different types of hairbrush, follow different procedures: Wooden brushes: Dip and shake. Don't submerge the wooden brush. Natural bristle brushes: Soaking it for a few minutes. If it has a wooden base and handle, clean it as how you clean a wooden brush. Plastic or metal/plastic brushes: Drop them in the soapy water and soak for 3 minutes. Brushes with fabric/soft padding at the base: Dip them in the soapy water without submerging the padding, and shake. After soaping, rinse the brush under warm water. If the brush looks good, go ahead and dry it. If you’re not comfortable with the results, use a toothbrush to clean it, and rinse again. Step 3: Dry It! Wooden brushes: Air-dry it at a place that has great airflow. Natural bristle brushes: Similar to wooden brushes. Hanging is best. Plastic or plastic/metal brushes: Place it face down on a clean and dry towel and air-dry it. Brushes with fabric/soft padding at the base: Same as above. Put it on a towel and air-dry it. I used AVEDA - Wooden Paddle Brushas an example, and you can see how clean it gets! I hope you find it helpful. You don't have to clean your hairbrush that often. I personally do it every month. I find it sufficient enough. If you want to learn more about how to clean hairbrushes, let me know.

$6.8 Vs. $ 60, The Ordinary Vs. NIOD, My Answer Is... 🤫🤫
NIOD and The Ordinary are both skincare lines of Deciem in Canada, but the price of NIOD($60) is ten times higher than that of The Ordinary($6.80). Today I'll be talking about Bio-Sodium Hyaluronate, which is also known as hyaluronic acid. And btw, I have combo skin. I prefer the NIOD - Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex as it has a better price, texture, and effect compared withThe Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5. It has a more watery texture and it's not sticky at all. It is also scent-free. • Ingredients/Effects: After applying it onto the skin, the molecules of hyaluronic acid become more stable, enabling it to stay longer in our body. Apart from the immediate moisturizing effect, it also allows the molecules to reach the bottom of the muscles to promote and maintain the synthesis of natural hyaluronic acid, achieving a long-lasting effect. The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5: It has a moisturizing, sticky, gel-like, liquid texture that is scent-free. • Ingredients/Effects: It has higher requirements on the external environment compared with NIOD. This means that, if the climate is dry, your skin will also feel dry when it's applied, but if the climate is humid, your skin will feel moisturized when it's applied To sum up, if you have enough of a budget and you need a long-lasting, pure hyaluronic acid serum, choose NIOD. If you're in a humid climate and you need a basic moisturizing serum, choose The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid. Have you used any of these? Let me know😘

This Combo Is Quite Disappointing😖😖...
I have combination-oily skin and whitening is my top priority all year round. I chose to follow a combination that is popular on the Internet: The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%and Neutrogena - Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Cream for Night. I have used this combination for around a month and the The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% is already almost empty. It has a watery consistency but it's a little sticky when spreading it on the skin. It creates a very small amount of white foam but not an extremely gluey texture as some say online. I haven't seen see any obvious whitening, but my acne marks are significantly lighter. However, niacinamide is strong, so it's not recommended for sensitive skin. Those who try it out for the first time will need to build up skin tolerance beforehand.🧐 I personally think there's nothing special about the Neutrogena anti-wrinkle night cream because I have not see any obvious results. 🥱🥱It has a smooth creamy texture and spreads easily. However, I didn't see any anti-aging, wrinkle-reduction, or whitening results. It is just refreshing and spreads easily. I've used products containing retinol before, so it didn't irritate my skin, but if you haven't built up skin tolerance, you may experience some tingling. However, you can use the Avène Thermal Spring Water to ease any irritation. Have you used this combo? What is your favorite combo? 🤭Let me know!

Expensive=Effective⁉ For The 2 Retinol Serums, My Answer Is...
I have combo-oily skin. Anti-aging and reducing acne are two of my biggest focuses for skincare. After doing some research, Retinol is exactly what I am looking for! It can reach the inner skin layer to fight with acne and it is a powerful anti-aging ingredient. I first tried CeraVe - Skin Renewing Retinol Cream Serum Because it's famous for having great effects at an affordable price-$18.49 for 30ml. Sounds great right? However, I don't like how it feels on my face. It is very greasy, and it cases pilling on my face. At the same time, my acne did not get any better. Although it is not expensive, it is very disappointing. So I later bought CHANTECAILLE - Retinol Intense+. This is definitely more expensive-$140.00 for 50ml. But!!!! It works surprisingly well! My acnes got controlled soon. And I can see that my skin has changed not just on the surface, but deeper in the root. It is not that irritating as Cereva. It feels so amazing! I noticed that it also added niacinamide and plant extract into the product. But Retinol is different from hydrating serum, Retinol hurts! So you have to make sure you are doing the basic hydration correctly to protect your skin. After using Chantecaille for a couple of weeks, I can see the changes on my face. My acne scars got reduced, and the pimples got flatten. My face looks cleaner than it used to be. I used to put a lot of concealers and use think foundations. Now I can use lighter ones! I am so happy to see this change. Chantecaille makes my skin smooth, and it can help anti-aging. I can't tell you how much I like it!
All You Need To Know About Kiehl's! 🌳🌳 My Kiehl's Awards!
I have combination-oily skin with bumps on my face. I've been using a lot of Kiehl's products, so I'd like to give a little review on them. Kiehl's - Calendula Herbal Extract Alcohol Free Toner This was my first-ever Kiehl's product. It's mainly just for oil control, moisturizing, and soothing skin. It smells great and I use it consistently, long-term. Kiehl's - Ultra Facial Cream It is moisturizing and non-greasy and I use it every summer. It is slightly thicker than a moisturizing lotion and is easily absorbed by the skin. However, I don't like how filmy it leaves my skin. Pick this if you're only looking for a moisturizing facial cream. Kiehl's - Creamy Eye Treatment With Avocado I don't recommend this as it still causes fat granules even after I emulsify it. The texture is also too thick for combination-oily skin. It might be suitable for oily and dry skin. Kiehl's - Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Masque It's scent-free and dries up fast. Follow up with a moisturizing face mask after using this cleansing mask for soft and tender skin the next day. Kiehl's - Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion It has a strong smell of alcohol, so I don't recommend it for sensitive skin. People with oily skin can use it to help shrink pores and soothe skin. I usually use it for double cleansing or to shrink pores after using a cleansing mask. Kiehl's - Turmeric & Cranberry Seed Energizing Radiance Mask The cranberry seeds act like an exfoliator during cleansing, effectively reducing yellow spots and brightening skin complexion. Kiehl's - Calendula Deep Clean Foaming Face Wash This product is pretty average and is more suitable for morning cleansing because it's not a very powerful cleanser. It doesn't lather up much foam, so it's better to use it with a foaming net. What is your fav and meh from Kiehl's?🌞🌞🌞

My Sunscreen Awards☀☀☀
Skin Type: I have combination-oily skin in summer and neutral to combination-dry skin in winter. clé de peau BEAUTÉ - UV Protective Cream Tinted SPF 50+ It's a light pink creamy sunscreen which is a little too oily for summer. It makes your face look oily when first applied, but soon becomes natural after it's absorbed. I like to use it with their Radiant Fluid Foundation as it makes my skin glow from the inside out. Addiction Skin Protector SPF50 PA ++++ It's a light yellow runny sunscreen lotion which is lightweight on the face, moisturizing, hydrating and refreshing. It's absorbed fast, doesn't leave a white cast on the face and doesn't cause makeup to ball up. It's suitable for dry skin and I'd say it's almost perfect apart from its small packaging size of 30g. (It's not alcohol-free, so people with sensitive skin should consider this product carefully!) THANN Oil-Free Facial Sunscreen SPF30 PA +++ It's a white cream with a lower SPF and a light refreshing scent. Its oil-free formula leaves a matte finish which makes it easy for me to apply makeup afterwards. To sum up, SPF (Sun Protection Factor): Clé de Peau Beauté＞Addiction＞THANN Moisturizing: Clé de Peau Beauté＞THANN＞Addiction
