PM Routine for Normal Skin

avatar
Stacym
I always maintain a similar nighttime routine but find I like changing through products, such as a different AHA toner, a different face cream, a different eye cream, or a different face wash. However, the foundation of it remains the same: cleanse, tone, hydrate. I usually go for a more hydrating routine for both the AM and PM. Tonight I used products that I love and that I know suit my skin type: (mostly) normal. 1). I started with the MARCELLE - Micellar Water
(light blue bottle for waterproof makeup) to remove my waterproof mascara. I have yet to find a better micellar water. It’s so effective yet so gentle. If you can suggest one that does a great job with waterproof mascara please let me know :) 2). I cleansed my face with the Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Hydrating Cleansing Gel
It’s soap free me doesn’t dry out my skin and makes me feel so clean and refreshed. 3). My new favourite toner: it’s so gentle yet so effective at removing excess dirt, makeup, balancing my skin’s pH, etc. PESTLE & MORTAR - Exfoliate Glycolic Acid Toner 180ml
4). I always add in hydration when I can and this product is perfect for that (and pre-serums!) NIOD - Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist
Think toner/meets essence/meets serums/meets bye bye oxidative stress and hello hydration! Lol. I feel it boosts the effectiveness of my skincare products. 5). I keep my face damp from the SDSM mist and then apply my PESTLE & MORTAR - Pure Hyaluronic Serum
This is sooooo beautiful and hydrating. I love it beyond words! Haha. 6). I then applyBIOSSANCE - Squalane + Marine Algae Eye Cream
I’m obsessed with this eye cream. It’s so hydrating but light. It doesn’t make my under-eyes feel greasy. It’s my go-to for the day and to wear under makeup. 7). Last but not least, I love a super hydrating face cream for the night. This one is hydrating but not heavy or greasy, which is perfect for me YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Adaptogen Deep Moisture Cream with Ashwagandha + Reishi

Changing Up My Skincare Routine for Fall
About my skin: dryyyyy, often flaky near/on nose and forehead, not usually sensitive Summer is coming to an end on 9/21, so I’ll be making some changes to my summer skincare routine. I have dry skin year-round and battled stubborn dry patches a few times during the summer. My fall skincare incorporates more moisture and hydration, but not quite as heavy as I’ll need for winter. Moisturizer: Out: GHOST DEMOCRACY - Clean Lightweight Daily Face Moisturizer This is actually almost empty so I’ll finish it off. Lightweight and unscented, but still moisturizing enough for my dry skin in summer. Won’t cut it for colder months, but will repurchase in springtime. Gifted by the brand. In: YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Adaptogen Deep Moisture Cream with Ashwagandha + Reishi Expensive, but really nice. On the thicker side, but not too heavy for AM & PM use. My cap cracked so ignore the tape haha. Cherie sent me this (ty!) Toner: Out: PURITO - Centella Unscented Toner Great for combo & sensitive skin, but works fine for dry in summer. Watery texture and not particularly hydrating, but is soothing. PR from the brand. In: PAULA'S CHOICE - Resist Advanced Replenshing Toner So hydrating!! Has a milky texture. Definitely adds a boost to my skin. Fall & winter staple (and probably spring). Essence: I’m not currently using one, but in spring and winter I used the SATURDAY SKIN - Press Pause Beauty Essence and will use it again this fall. It feels more like a serum vs an essence (see texture photo). Feels so silky on my skin! I also purchased one from Cocokind but haven’t opened it yet, so stay tuned. Exfoliants: Out: OFRA - Fruit Acid Lotion Tbh I don’t like this. It smells so strongly of chemicals. It has citrus, lactic, and glycolic acids. It is a toner, not a lotion like the name implies. It does exfoliate okay but really hate the smell. Gifted by brand via Octoly. In: FARMACY - Honeymoon Glow Serum This is an awesome exfoliant for dry skin because it contains honey. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling overly exfoliated. I only use 1-2x/wk in colder months. Expensive but lasts a long time. Mine’s about 2/3 empty. Face Oil: Out: GOOD MOLECULES - Squalane Oil I’ve loved this for a while. It’s lightweight and nourishing. I used it a lot in summer when I had dry spots. In: cocokind - Watermelon Hemp Oil This is more heavy duty. It does smell herbaceous but it dissipates. Deeply nourishing and multipurpose (like on hands!). PR from the brand. Face Mist: I use the YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Adaptogen Soothe + Hydrate Activated Mist with Reishi + Ashwagandha whenever I need a hydration boost. I’ll be using this a lot in fall. 1/2 empty! It’s overpriced but nice. Anyone have a good suggestion for a hydrating cleanser?! Let me know. #CheriePartner

YTTP...A No From Me
YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Adaptogen Deep Moisture Cream with Ashwagandha + Reishi -Sinks into skin quickly without feeling sticky. -Fragrance-free. -Includes antioxidant rich ingredients. -Cream texture feels instantly hydrating. -Packaged in a jar which can expose air and light sensitive antioxidants. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Firm and Brighten Vitamin C Serum -Water-like consistency that absorbs quickly and spreads with ease. -Contains palmitoyl tripeptide-5 to firm skin and vitamin C to brighten. -Includes a good blend of antioxidants and soothing ingredients. -Contains fragrance. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Yerba Mate Resurfacing Energy Facial -Leaves skin smooth. -Includes ginger root oil which has irritating compounds. -Jar packaging most likely causes unstable enzymes to degrade sooner. -Abrasive texture can irritate skin. -Caffeine cannot energize skin as a topically-applied source. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser -Contains many antioxidants including kale, green tea, and spinach. -Rinses nicely without residue and doesn’t leave skin feeling tight or dry. -Is effective at removing dirt, oil, and even makeup. -Contains fragrance. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Hydrate + Firm Peptide Eye Cream -Cream consistency absorbs into skin with a smooth finish. -Does well at hydrating without leaving a heavy feeling. -Contains fragrance which is especially irritating to the sensitive eye area. -Jar packaging won’t keep key ingredients stable. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superberry Hydrate + Glow Oil -Texture isn’t overly greasy and absorbs quickly. -Formula contains many non-fragrant, antioxidant rich plant oils. -Contains fragrance which can lead to skin irritation. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Kombucha + 11% AHA Exfoliation Power Toner -Fragrance-free. -Contains an effective amount of lactic and glycolic acid. -Includes skin-replenishing ingredients plus beneficial antioxidants. -Also includes lemon water which can cause irritation. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Adaptogen Soothe + Hydrate Activated Mist with Reishi + Ashwagandha -Contains moisturizing and antioxidant rich ingredients. -Fragrance-free. -A really fine mist that provides lightweight hydration. -Includes a peptide that can help reduce skin sensitivity and redness. Conclusion: Many of the brand’s products contain fragrance which is a known irritant, doesn’t matter if it’s natural or synthetic fragrance. This is the main reason as to why I don’t like a majority of the products. The jar packaging is another reason but it’s not as big of a deal as the fragrance. The only product that is worth recommending is the YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Adaptogen Soothe + Hydrate Activated Mist with Reishi + Ashwagandha .

Gentle AHA Toner
PESTLE & MORTAR - Exfoliate Glycolic Acid Toner 180ml ✨This toner contains 6.8% free-acid with a pH of 3.8. (Free acid is the amount of acid that is actually absorbed into the skin). The AHA in this exfoliant is glycolic acid (as it shows on the bottle) ✨It’s super gentle and suitable for all skin types ✨Apply this in the AM and PM and sweep across face with a cotton pad ✨The bottle contains a small pump that you simply place the cotton pad over — I love this design because I feel I’m not using too much and have better control over the amount I notice right after that my complexion looks glowy and refreshed. This exfoliant is non-irritating and fragrance free 🙃 This product retails for $38 for 180 mL and worth every penny.

Hello beauties! I’m posting my review on Pestle & Mortar Exfoliate toner. I think I’ve been using this for just over 4 weeks now every night, so I feel like my skin has definitely seen some noteworthy improvements since I’ve introduced it into my routine. . The only other acid toner that I’ve used has been Ren Ready Steady Glow, which I really enjoyed. . No need to talk about the packaging because, it’s perfect. No scent to it, which is nice. It’s a Glycolic Acid toner that I put on a cotton pad right after cleansing. I get a bit of a tingle, which I love, but I’ve never had any sort of bad reaction to it. That said, my skin is so desensitised & I use this toner even on nights that I’m using other Acids. . It’s so hydrating & I feel perfect for my skin, which is combo & im 41. So I’m all about the anti aging properties! The improvements I’ve def seen is a reduction is oil on my t-zone. The evenness & brightness of my skin has improved SO much. My pores have shrunk! I’m actually going to say this, but I’m almost 100% sure that this, plus another product that I’m not going to name just yet, as I haven’t reviewed it has led to me stopping wearing foundation. . Always , always use extra care & out on more than usual SPF when using any sort of acid.

Basic Nighttime Routine for Normal Skin
How to start a nighttime routine: These are some basic steps you could take when starting a nighttime routine. 1). Cleanser 2). Toner 3). Treatments 4). Eye cream 5). Moisturizer 6). Spot treatment It’s best practice to layer your products from lightest to heaviest/richest. I used the Marcelle micellar water to remove my makeup, then I followed with the Farmacy clean bee gentle cleanser. Next, depending on what your skin needs, this is where you apply your treatments; these can include hydrating serums, retinols, oils, peels, etc. I used TO‘s hyaluronic acid serum and then the TO’s cold pressed rosehip seed oil. It’s best to use water-based before oil-based. Then I will apply my eye cream and then my moisturizer. Lastly, you need to use a spot treatment, this is the time to do it. Cleansing your skin can be a great way to unwind at the end of the day. I personally find it really relaxing. I will only tone my face 2-3 x a week to detox/balance my skin, which I skipped tonight as I did so the previous night. Treatment is great to repair and protect your skin. The two I chose were hyaluronic acid to hydrate my skin, and the rosehip seed oil as it is a great antioxidant/fatty acid to promote cell regeneration, etc. And I always use an eye cream and face cream before bed for that extra hydration :) 1). MARCELLE - Micellar Water 2). FARMACY - Clean Bee Ultra Gentle Facial Cleanser 3). The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 4). The Ordinary - 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil 5). FIRST AID BEAUTY - Eye Duty Niacinamide Brightening Eye Cream 6). Neutrogena - Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel Moisturizer

The Best Drugstore Micellar Water
MARCELLE - Micellar Water This is my go-to for removing waterproof mascara! It’s alcohol free, fragrance free, and hypoallergenic! This means is perfect for sensitive skin, however it claims to be good for all skin types :) I’ve used this products for over a year now and have gone through so many bottles. It sells for approximately $14 CAD which, to me, is a great price since it lasts for so long. I love this for removing waterproof mascara but it’s also great for removing any type of face make up. I use this every night that I wear mascara, even for non-waterproof as it just makes it that much quicker. With waterproof mascara I find this removes it a lot faster and easier than other micellar waters I’ve tried. I simply dampen a cotton pad and let it soak on my eyelashes for a few seconds and then gently rub my eyelashes until all of my mascara is gone. The great thing about micellar water is that you don’t have to wash it off, however, I usually wipe the residual product off as I apply my other skincare afterwards and don’t feel I need to leave it on. My verdict: I rate this product 5/5 because I can’t think of anything I don’t love about it. It’s affordable, removes waterproof mascara quickly, is fragrance free, is great for sensitive skin, and it doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily. Oh! And this product contains argon oil which is great for nourishing, moisturizing, and regenerating.

MY FAV EYE CREAM 🌿✨💛
✨your follows and cheers mean so much 💛✨ If you’ve seen my posts, you know I’ve been loving this eye cream. I’ve seen visible improvements after only a few weeks and am on my second mini sample of this and will definitely repurchase the full size when I’m out. As I’ve mentioned before I have really bad skin damage under my eyes from when I was a kid, I got a terrible sunburn on my upper cheeks and under my eyes that left little bumps I could never seem to get rid of. This cream hasn’t made the bumps totally disappear but it has started to smooth them, hold hydration under my eyes and sooth the skin. Since I fell so hard for this product, I wanted to do a deep dive into the product and find out what ingredients I should be thanking personally for the amazing results. Here’s some of the key ingredients that make up the BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Marine Algae Eye Cream ✨ Squalane - an emollient that is occurs naturally in our skin, with exceptional moisturizing qualities. Squalane leaves skin feeling silky smooth, without any greasy residue ✨ Panthenol (also known as Pro-vitamin B5) - the main job of panthenol is to moisturize skin, it helpful for attracting water and holding onto it. Panthenol also protects the skin and has anti-inflammatory qualities. Studies show that Panthenol can reduce irritation caused by fragrance, preservatives or chemical sunscreen ingredients when present in the formula. ✨ Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 - this tripeptide is claimed to protect and boost collagen while improving skins texture, and is known to visibly improve the firmness and elasticity of skin while also reducing the look of pores ✨ Astaxanthin - This is the algae component in the eye cream, it is a potent antioxidant that can help prevent UV induced skin damage. ✨ Sodium Hyaluronate - a cousin ingredient to the infamous hyaluronic acid. As far as skincare goes SH (sodium hyaluronate) and HA (hyaluronic acid) offer essentially the same things, so you can bet this is going hold of to crazy amounts of water and keep skin plump and elastic. Needless to say, the more I learn the more I love this eye cream. It is perfect for my needs and I’m so happy I found it 💛

Delivers deep hydration leaving skin smooth and with a youthful looking radiance. . 💚INGREDIENTS 💚 SQUALANE: Weightlessly locks in long-lasting moisture PINK MARINE ALGAE: Visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eye area within 7 days . . 💭 This eye cream is pretty good. It leaves your eye area smooth, hydrated and firm. I noticed that it makes my dark circles"temporary" disappear. It's also non-greasy and hasn't irritated the area. The best part is the natural smell. I haven't noticed any difference with wrinkles. This is definitely a great brightening cream to help with dark circles. . Have you tried this yet?? 💚

Face mist that reduces inflammation and hydrates
NIOD - Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist Today I want to talk about a mist which has definitely become my favourite. . 🔍WHAT IS IT? Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist (SDSM) is a skin treatment mist that protects the skin against oxidative stress, dehydration, helps with redness and inflammation. It balances and calms the skin. . 🔍Key Ingredients: * Yeast-Derived Superoxide Dismutase: stable, yeast-derived enzyme. Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) is an antioxidant enzyme that protects from free radical, superoxide, providing defense against oxidative stress. * Purified North American Four O' Clock Flower: anti-inflammatory Aztec plant derivative. * Marine Exopolysaccharides: derived through fermentation process, prevent water loss and holds water more effectively than the highest molecular size of HA. * Malachite Rock Extract: purified, pH-balanced copper rich-mineral that provides protection against free radical damage by scavenging the superoxide radical. It also gives mist the turquoise color. I use this mist after cleansing twice a day. It is lightweight, hydrating, doesn’t feel greasy. It has never irritated my skin and works well with the other products. Most of the days, I skip using toners and essence. With a toddler around, I hardly get time for a detailed routine every morning. There have been days when my morning routine has been Cleanse, Mist, Sunscreen or Cleanse, Mist, Moisturize and SPF. As much as I love using toner, essence and serums, I don’t regret when I am not able to. All that matters is my skin should be happy and healthy. Perhaps, this is the reason I am loving this skin soothing mist for all its benefits and especially for days when I am in rush in the morning. It can be used for both face and body and is for all skin types. . This mist is alcohol free, silicone free, nut free, gluten free, cruelty free and vegan. . Price $50 for 240 ml. This mist is always out of stock. It gets sold out within few hours. I hope they restock soon.

Skin Soothing Mist
SDSM aka Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist. This is a mist formulated to relieve inflammation and replenish moisture loss. 💧Yeast-derived superoxide dismutase protects your skin against oxidizarion and reduces inflammation of the epidermis. 💧Marine expopolysaccharide prevents water loss and keeps your skin feeling hydrated. NIOD - Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist This mist is very hydrating and soothing. I’ve been using it instead of dampening my skin prior to certain treatments. For instance, I’ll spray my face and neck before applying hyaluronic acid serums. This is ideally used after cleansing and before treatments :) It can be used in the AM and PM or throughout the day to refresh your skin. It feels so refreshing going on! It’s fragrance free and alcohol free. It’s not greasy and soooo hydrating even with it being so light-weight. This bottle contains 240 mLs which lasts forever. The mist is really fine as well and the pump works wonderfully. This would be perfect for soothing your skin if you’ve used direct acids and are having any adverse effects or if your skin is dry and needs extra hydration. Or, as a way to damped your skin if you need to prior to treatments :) I recommend trying this 100%. It retails for $50 CAD and can be purchased off the deciem website.

Nighttime Routine - a little extra
Nighttime Routine - a little extra
Below is my night time routine. I work at a massage/esthetician clinic so I was able to get the higher priced items on majooorrr discount. There’s no way I would have purchased otherwise. Once I use up the majority of these items I will be switching back to more cost effective and just as great products. POND'S - Cold Cream Cleanser | Really, really good cold cream. I use this to break down my make up as a first cleanse. Works really well and really gentle on the eyes. Gave 4 stars because it leaves a slight film in my eyes, but a couple minutes and that’s not an issue. OBAGI - Nu-Derm Gentle Cleanser | Great gentle cleanser. After using my skin feels squeaky clean and hydrated but not tight or too stripping in the slightest. Quite overpriced, but really good. Will use up. Won’t repurchase. PCA skin - Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Serum | Another amazing product that is very overpriced and I know for a fact that I can get something just as good with out the hefty price tag, I mean it’s just a hyaluronic acid for goodness sake. Will use up. Won’t repurchase. PCA skin - HydraLuxe Intensive Hydration Face Cream | Pretty good face cream, has a lot of amazing ingredients. Does amazing things for my skin, very hydrating and makes my skin feel like a baby’s bottom. Very very hefty price tag on this bad boy. Never got to buying the full-size. Ended up with two minis of it and I use it sparingly. Will absolutely use up. Won’t repurchase. DERMA•E - Hydrating Eye Cream | Great hydrating eye cream. I haven’t noticed that it does anything too special, but it makes it so that my under eyes don’t look crusty or nasty under concealer the next day. Finish up with LANEIGE - Lip Sleeping Mask or Treat Beauty Jumbo Lip Balm. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Post Retinol Hydration
Post Retinol Hydration
I just recently start Tretinoin once per week and a day or so later my entire face is peeling. Standard as my skin needs to get used to the higher concentration, but not attractive. Hydration is key. I keep it simple when I’m peeling: Hydrating Eye Cream - belif - Moisturizing Eye Bomb - one of my favorites! This is going to keep your eye areas hydrated all day! It doesn’t do much for dark circles, but if you’re looking for a solution to dry under eye skin, try this one out. Remember under eye skin, eyelids, brow bone skin, and corners of eyes also need TLC. Hylaronic Acid - HADALABO - Gokujyun Premium Lotion - this lasts forever and contains five different molecular weights of HA. Remember with HA though, if there is no moisturizer in the air for it to grab moisture from its will take from other places, like your skin. I live in an area that is not typically humid, so I like to spray a layer of Avène - Thermal Spring Water Spray on my bare skin and then apply the HA. Moisturizer - JORDAN SAMUEL skin - The Performance Cream - I typically use this in the winter time as a day time moisturizer or a night moisturizer in the summer since it’s heavy for my comb/oily skin in the summer, but since I’m in need of intense moisture, I’ll make an exception. This product contains squalene, glycerin which are two products that I always look for when I look for moisture. I have the JORDAN SAMUEL skin - The Matinee Gel Cleanser which I love so I am really excited to start trying more of this companies products.

if you’ve been following my other posts then you know what i mean by “official” skincare routine 😂 i was having some problems with dry and flaky skin around my nose and on my chin so i posted on here for some help and got some great advice and recommendations!! thank you to everyone who commented on my last posts, you really helped me out 💘 i was using some temporary products while i was waiting for my new products to come in so that’s what my last post is about and here are all of the products i’ve been using now that i’ve gotten everything i ordered!! i’ve been double cleansing with DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil and FIRST AID BEAUTY - Pure Skin Face Cleanser and i absolutely love these 2 cleansers together and how they make my face feel! next i tone with pixi - Glow Tonic which ive been using for a while now & im looking for a cheap alternative bc i feel like there are a lot of similar toners out there for a lot cheaper than this one cuz it’s quite pricey! i moisturize with The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 which i LOVE idk why i wasn’t using hyaluronic acid sooner!! , Dr. Jart+ - Cicapair Tiger Grass Calming Gel Cream which is not my favourite but not a bad product either, just not moisturizing enough for me and not my favourite texture. FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration is another product i have been loving because it really has been repairing my skin and is just the kind of moisture i needed!! i think that using an oil cleanser and a hyaluronic acid serum has really been helping me the most and those are the 2 newest thing i’ve put into my routine! thank you for reading ☺️☺️

LIFE CHANGING DRY SENSITIVE Skincare routine
LIFE CHANGING DRY SENSITIVE Skincare routine
I have been on the hunt to find the perfect skincare routine for my dry-sensitive rosacea prone skin. It’s taken me a while to get here, but currently this has been my routine for the last 6 months and my skin is the BEST it’s ever looked. Routine: CAUDALIE - Make-Up Removing Cleansing Oil I pretty much wear makeup daily, so I always do a double cleanse. This cleansing oil is gentle enough for my sensitive skin, but still breaks down makeup very effectively. It has grape seed oil which is a great anti-oxidant and almond oil which has been used to treat dry skin and improves complexion Neutrogena - Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover If I’m wearing waterproof mascara, I usually go in after the oil with this makeup remover. It’s the best one I’ve tried that breaks down my eye makeup so I’m not tugging at my skin. Just hold it to your eye for a few seconds. Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Water Gel Cleanser I ran out of my normal cleanser (FARMACY - Clean Bee Ultra Gentle Facial Cleanser ) so I decided to try this in the meantime. It has actually worked very well! It doesn’t strip my skin, I don’t feel any tightness and it does a great job of cleansing. I do feel like there is still moisture in my face after using it. It has glycerin and hyaluronic acid which are powerful humectants to draw moisture in. It does have frangrance which can be irritating, however it has not effected my sensitive skin. fresh - Rose Deep Hydration Toner Toner is one of those things that you really don’t NEED in skincare. It’s not going to make or break your routine, but because I’m dry, I use it to add more moisture into my skin. This toner has hyaluronic acid to again, draw moisture into the skin, as well as rose water which soothes sensitive skin. The Ordinary - Lactic Acid 10% + HA Lactic acid is one of the only AHAs I can use as I have sensitive skin. All other chemical exfoliants are too harsh for me and cause redness and breakouts. However this lactic acid is incredible. I use 5 drops2-3 times a week, and wake up with clear, bright skin. It is truly a game changer! And the price can not be beat. BIODERMA - Atoderm Intensive Baume This is the best moisturizer I have found (and I have tried a lot). It is so moisturizing and so soothing. I wake up with such moisturized and dewy skin. I’ve found my makeup applies better-even if I’m not applying this in the mornings. It’s a thick cream that can be applied to your face or body. However, it is lightweight and absorbs quickly. This can help with any eczema flair ups I can get under my eyes (haven’t had since using this!). It’s fragrance free, has glycerin, and zinc for redness.

🌟Trust Me! You Can't Miss Them in Sephora🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻
I'd like to share with you some of the products I've purchased from Sephora.I have combination-dry and sensitive skin. The skin on my cheeks is especially fragile with visible blood vessel dilation, but I have a normal T-zone which only gets occasionally oily. So, I always choose skincare products which are lightweight, moisturizing, non-greasy and spread easily. They should be scent-free,colorant-free, essential oil-free, metal-free, etc. THE inkey LIST - Hyaluronic Acid Serum This is a fragrance-free, essential oil-free hyaluronic acid serum which is not particularly thin in texture but it is lightweight and moisturizing. It neither balls-up nor irritates my skin, and it's really cheap too. I highly recommend this serum. BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Omega Repair Cream It has a frosty, soft and delicate texture which spreads easily. It is moisturizing, non-greasy and is easily absorbed. Its ingredients include squalane, glycerin, omega fatty acids, shea butter, skin-friendly hyaluronic acid, and ceramides. These promotional ingredients are actually listed as the first two rows of the ingredient list. It is moisturizing and nourishing, and it repairs the skin barrier. Also fragrance-free and essential oil-free, it is suitable for dry skin. However, the moisturizer from the same series contains ginger extract which is not very sensitive skin-friendly. boscia - Purifying Cleansing Gel The ingredient list shows that it's fragrance-free and essential oil-free. It creates a soft and rich foam which washes off easily and doesn't leave your skin feeling dry. I've never used a cleansing product that feels better on the skin. CLINIQUE - Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm It is suitable for sensitive and dry skin because it is fragrance-free, preservative-free, and essential oil-free. Ranking second on the ingredient list is safflower seed oil, which nourishes our skin and doesn't damage the stratum corneumwhen removing makeup. I personally think that this cleansing balm is the best facial cleanser for sensitive skin. DRUNK ELEPHANT - Shaba Complex Firming Eye Serum This eye cream contains plant extracts, and although it is not a common fragrance which irritates the skin, those with sensitive skin should still be aware of it. Its main featured ingredient is peptide. It's actually very moisturizing and hydrating, but it is also relatively more expensive. If you have used any of these products, share your experience!
