Basic Morning Routine for Normal Skin
For this routine, I used almost all gel products because they’re light-weight and don’t leave your skin feeling like you’ve just used 6 products. Plus, with it being summer I don’t like using anything too heavy. All of the above products are very gentle and hydrating and leave my skin with such a nice glow. I think this is great for those with normal-combination skin. Like I’ve said in previous posts, I always use hyaluronic acid after cleansing my face. What’s better than waking up and starting your day off with a clean, hydrated face? I also love the wide awake brightening eye cream because it is a gel-formulation and it doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy and just smells lovely. The vitamin C cream just gives the nicest glow when used in conjunction with these products or on its own. It’s my go-to the last couple of weeks! Vitamin C in the summer just feels right haha. Antioxidants are the best! And my favourite face cream is the extra dry Neutrogena hydro boost. It’s fragrance free and hydrates your skin, leaving is so soft to the touch and doesn’t cause any irritation. And because it’s summer and I used vitamin C, I had to follow with sunscreen. I chose to go with the spray as it’s quick and easy to use and super light on the skin. (I forgot to include a photo of the cleanser and sunscreen I used but will tag them below. I’ve done reviews for all the products below which is why I haven’t gone into much detail on them in this post 💚) Step 1: Cleansed my face with CeraVe - Hydrating Face Cleanser For Normal To Dry Skin

REN Skincare good for environment good for me!
Also snagged this little trail sized kit from REN so I was able to try their beloved Glow line everyone is talking about.... here are my thoughts REN AHA tonic- a fricken godsend for me and my maskne, I use this after my shower at night and after wearing a face mask for 8 hours (hello retail) this just refreshes my skin and keeps my maskne at bay I feel like, I haven’t had as much breakouts pop up as usual and it’s thanks to this baby right here. It’s gentle so I can use it everyday which I love since the strong exfoliant serums I use can only be used twice a week it helps those two days I use it but besides that my skin goes back to normal so love this everyday use one Vitamin C gel cream- I thought this wouldn’t be enough for my dry skin and to be fair it isn’t alone, smells like light light oranges not too strong that the fragrance worries me at all, I use this in the morning and lock in the moisture with an oil or the REN overnight calm balm that’s basically a balm I rub into my hands then put all over my face and feels just like I put a face oil on (I’ll review that in my next one), back to this cream I love it! Smells good and hey it’s a useful cream in the long run so I am considering repurchasing this baby I do like it Overnight spot cream- amazing! Doesn’t smell orangey more natural but still spreads amazingly feels like there are oils in it because there is a bit of a oil residue left behind which I very much love for my dry skin it will drink anything up, I don’t use it alone at night my dry skin I have to use an oil with it in the summer I’m sure it’d be fine alone This whole set I give a 5/5 amazing products and yes I did actually purchase the full size of the overnight spot cream to help my dark acne spots because I did notice a difference, I might repurchase the vitamin c gel cream when I have some money saved up but I definitely will repurchase the gel cream and the tonic when I run out, amazing products. I’m liking REN a lot you guys!
1 month + on Paulas Choice Results
It’s been almost 2 months on Paulas choice and I’ve seen tremendous change on my skin! I’ve been using the same products in my last post consistently since I started, no change to diet or water intake if anything thanks to COVID I’ve gained more than a few pounds and indulged in eating some trashy foods. 😂 With that being said I do have hormonal acne usually a week before my menstrual cycle starts I break out with painful red acne on my chin area, jaw line, neck, and cheek bones BUT i do have to give major thanks to this one product that has made a huge difference in my skin out of all the products I’ve used especially during this outbreak PAULA'S CHOICE - 1% Retinol Treatment with Peptides + Vitamin C Around the time my menstrual cycle starts I switch out my whole night time routine for retinol use every night so I do not develop any painful acne, I use a gentle cleanser beforehand and use a gel moisturizer afterwards to keep my skin hydrated. I will be leaving updated reviews for each item I used in my last post and see what I will be repurchasing. Also please feel free to let me know what worked for you! I would love to try new brands and products. The Best Advice For Choosing Skincare Products
Hey Beauty’s 🙋🏽♀️ So I’ve recommended a lot of products and thought I’d share some advice on how how I select skincare products these days. ☺️ Thanks to @babesandbeauty on Instagram for the advice. Products that you consistently use I noticed that I consistently use TruSkin - Vitamin C Serum which has Vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E as my day Serum. I also have The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 for my night routine. I’ve started using Truskin’s Super Serum at night and now alternate between using a natural Retinol or Vitamin A Moisturiser and the Truskin Super Serum which has Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, and Retinol. I now can’t live without my FORMULA 10.0.6 - Rise of the Foam Blemish Busting Cleanser I use this because of the salicylic acid and hemp oil as part of my double cleansing routine. I’m trialing have their products for my first cleanse. 😄 I noticed the ingredients are ideal for my issues which are rough texture, larger than average pores, dullness and my wrinkles and fine lines. For reducing the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles I ❤️ hyaluronic acid!!!! Products that are ideal for your skin type I’m a little lucky in the fact that I have combination skin and can use a range of products for my issues. Treating the wrong skin type can lead to irritated skin, breakouts and premature aging. Choosing the correct skin care routine for your skin type is essential for making your skin appear youthful and healthy. Products that do not cause irritation to your skin barrier Our skin is the largest barrier against infection that we have. Keeping our skin healthy and moist helps keep this barrier strong. Using the proper skin care products for your skin type can help preserve this important protective layer. ☺️ Products that fit your budget and life The Ordinary creators have totally changed how we think about and buy skin care. Its allowed us to understand ingredients and offered them in ridiculously cheap formulas. It’s championed transparency in an industry that wants you to think expensive products are better. Nothing costs more than $20. In fact, the majority of it ranges at less than $10. This is largely in part thanks to The Ordinary's dedication to transparency, resulting in prices that aren't significantly marked up. Although if you can afford to spend $150 I’d recommend purchasing a Serum rather than a cleanser or moisturiser. Drop me a line about what you consider when you purchase skincare products. Is it the beautiful packaging, ingredient list or that you just saw a review and want to try it. ☺️ Have a wonderful day or evening Jade 🥂
When hydration is needed 💦
I am a dry skinned girl so I am always on the look out for hydrators and moisturizers. This is especially the case as I like to use actives in my routine and they can further dry out my skin. Hyaluronic acid is one of my go to ingredients as it draws moisture into my skin and it works well with other ingredients. The ordinary offers this serum which is great as it is super affordable and it works well with my skin. What is it: This is a hyaluronic acid serum with 3 different weighted molecules so that it can penetrate and hydrate different layers if the skin. Hyaluronic acids is a humectant meaning it absorbs moisture from the air and draws it into the skin. This serum also has b5 which helps nourish and soften the skin. Texture: This is a goopy and cloudy serum that is easily absorbed into my dry skin. Price: This sells at Sephora for $6.80 cad for 1 oz or $12.20 cad for 2oz How I use this: I use this along with my steamer to make sure that the air is moisture rich in order to draw moisture to my skin. This ensures I get the best result. Pros 👍: affordable 2 sizes available accessible effective cruelty free 🐰 Cons 👎: some people don’t like the texture you shouldn’t over use hyaluronic acid (check other products) The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 this is a super simple serum that has really helped my dry skin

Week 1 of Tretinoin and Spironolactone
For 1 week, I’ve been taking spironolactone every morning and applying .025% tretinoin every other night. Starting today, I will apply tretinoin every night. Regarding the spironolactone, I haven’t been experiencing any serious side effects. So far, I’ve been peeing more often and every once in a while I would get cramps that are similar to period cramps (I’m expecting my period to come at the end of this month). Regarding the tretinoin, I’ve been experiencing lots of purging. So many pimples have surfaced. I’ve also had some dryness, especially around my mouth and nostrils. I recently started using the CeraVe - Hydrating Face Cleanser For Normal To Dry Skin every morning and it’s been good in taming my peeling skin. Let me know if you guys have any tips regarding tretinoin or spironolactone!
‼️PSA: CEREVE CREAM TO FOAM CLEANSER‼️
I had so much hope for this cleanser. It literally went into my hand looking like shampoo, foamed up and lathered beautifully. The experience was 12/10! However. My cheeks had the WORST reaction. My face has never felt this burnt, flaky and dehydrated ever. Only my cheeks and under my nose had a reaction, aka my dry areas. My oiler areas (t-zone) didnt react at all. I’m soooo sad. I’m currently using the cereve hydrating cleanser in the morning & inkey list SA cleanser in the evening. I do was my fave twice a day because if I don’t by skin doesn’t feel as soft and nourished. So, that’s why I went with a super gentle cleanser for morning. Maybe even needing to use the SA cleanser 2-3x/week. I’m looking for something gentle, but will get my sunscreen off. Any recommendations would be extremely appreciated 💗💗💗💗 CeraVe - Hydrating Face Cleanser For Normal To Dry Skin

Update with the Process...
I'm going to be totally honest😔 I know it has only been a month with Apostrophe (and other recommended products by their derm) but so far I am not liking the outcomes. The first week I started off by putting the prescription on 3 nights a week. My face definitely got irritated the first night which led to my decision on limiting the usage. I started to use the prescription everyday by the 3rd week. Since then I have not felt like I've had any improvements on my acne. I am not giving up just yet, but I do hope to see some improvement at least by March. 🤞 🌼Apostrophe - Topical Formula 🌼CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion 🌼CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin 🌼CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser 🌼Neutrogena - Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel Moisturizer
Happy & Hydrated
Hi Skin Beauties, So this is me today with zero makeup on with the natural outside lighting! I was struggling with hyperpigmentation for the last year so I wanted to share this picture to let you know it is possible to diminish the intensity of the dark spots with consistency and the right products! Facials as well as additional treatments always accelerate the process but products are important. Products make progress ! I still have a slight discoloration to my skin but patience is key with this type of skin issue so you have to trust the process. My two favorite products i use that help make my skin even toned are skinceuticals CE Ferulic Acid and skinceuticals Retinol 1.0(I use this product sparingly once every week or once every two weeks it is so strong yet so effective). The only product I have on my face in this picture is the hydroboost gel moisturizer by neutrogena. I am really not a fan of gel moisturizers but this one effectively penetrates the skin barrier leaving my skin feeling hydrated and soft, it fully absorbs into the skin leaving no residue behind. I also like this product due to its lack of fragrance and oil. I wear SPF 50 everyday by skinceuticals as well. I enjoy the slight tint it brings to my skin. Remember don’t give up on your skin goals and stay consistent!! 🦋🦋

What To Do When You Over Exfoliate 🔥🔥🔥
I found this great chart on beautywithbodden IG, what to do when you over exfoliate. I tagged some of my favorites that I use when I over exfoliate or when my skin starts to feel irritated. Day 20 of Curology
1st picture is today and second picture is before I started. My skin wasn’t horrible, but it was oily and I have hyperpigmentation problems. Also I have hormonal acne. I actually start my period tonight-tomorrow. And my face didn’t break out around my chin area. I don’t use it every night but I do use it every 2 days. I’ve used these Ingredients before and they have irritated my skin so I try to use other washes like the CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin in the morning and use my sunscreen, I vary from CeraVe - Ultra-Light Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 For Normal To Oily Skin and Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Face Mist Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 55 . I am currently on birth control which has helped a lot but after switching my acne started to act up. And now I am starting to get adjusted.

The Perfect Summer Eye Cream
SATURDAY SKIN - Wide Awake Brightening Eye Cream with Avocado This eye cream is a light-weight gel cream, making it perfect for summer. When dealing with the heat you don’t want to wear anything super thick under your eyes. It’s cooling when you apply it and it has a really nice smell; nothing over powering. This eye cream contains: 🍃 Date seed extract - (antioxidant) illuminates and refreshes 🥑 Avocado extract - improves hydration and moisture barrier 🍃 Cha-7 es complex - (a peptide) helps to improve hydration and firmness 💧 Hyaluronic acid This eye cream claims to help with dryness, dark circles, and puffiness. My Thoughts: While I have not noticed any difference with my dark circles, I find it has helped a little with puffiness. It does have an immediate brightening effect but I don’t believe it provides any lasting results in regards to that. This eye cream is hydrating but if you have very dry under-eyes, I recommend something more moisturizing. Verdict: I love how light-weight this eye cream is and how nice it smells. Because it’s light-weight I think it’s perfect for summer. I don’t have dry under-eyes so I don’t need anything super moisturizing, but something that offers some hydration, which this eye cream does. It also hasn’t caused any break outs and it hasn’t clogged my pores. I recommend this 100% if you want some added hydration, nothing heavy, and something that smells great :) 🍃This is the 15 mL bottle which retails for $33 CAD. The larger size is 30 mL and costs $60 CAD at Sephora.
Review My Routine
Hi!! Here is the morning routine I used today 😌 My skin type is normal thanks to consistency with products. Step 1: I cleansed my face and neck with the Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Hydrating Cleansing Gel I love it because it’s soap-free, oil-free, paraben-free, non-comedogenic, & hypoallergenic. Because it contains hyaluronic acid — which I’m obsessed with — it leaves my skin feeling so fresh, clean, and hydrated. This cleanser is a light-weight gel. The tiniest amount lathers beautifully to remove dirt, oil, makeup, etc. This cleanser really does make my skin feel hydrated. No tightness or dryness after using this. Step 2: I spritzed my face and neck with NIOD - Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist This is a mouthful, I know. It’s also referred to as SDSM. It’s essentially a face mist that prevents against damaging environmental effects & improves your skin’s hydration. It also aids with fine lines, discolouration, & dullness. Think toner but MORE amazing & beneficial. I love using this in the AM because it instantly leaves my skin feeling so refreshed and hydrated. This is best applied after cleansing and before other treatments. Step 3: While my skin was still damp from the NIOD mist, I applied the The Ordinary - Marine Hyaluronics I love HA so much and when I read about this in one of @Mallory‘s posts I had to try it. Only having used it twice (this morning and tonight) I’m already obsessed! It’s more watery than The Ordinary’s HA + B5 but works in the same way by attracting and holding water and therefore hydrating your skin. The marine hyaluronics are lighter than HA and has a lower viscosity. It doesn’t leave your skin feeling tacky. It makes your skin feel hydrated & lovely. Step 5: I adore vitamin C and having glowy skin, and the REN CLEAN SKINCARE - Glow Daily Vitamin C Gel Cream is the perfect product for that. While I do love other vitamin C products, I love how quick and easy this is to apply. This is a gel cream and I generally apply 1 pump to my finger tips and apply it onto my face and neck. This leaves your skin looking radiant & bright. Not only is it super hydrating, it also neutralizes pollutants. I love how is absorbs into my skin, making it feel soft & hydrated. Step 6: Next I apply the BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Marine Algae Eye Cream I am obsessed with this eye cream. I find it blends nicely, makes my under-eyes feel hydrated, and smoothes out my skin which makes the application of my concealer look so nice. Step 7: I use my favourite moisturizer,Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream on my face and neck. It makes my skin feel so hydrated and soft :) Step 8: Lastly, sunscreen: LA ROCHE-POSAY - Anthelios 50 Mineral Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid SPF 50 This is amazing! No white cast and leaves a lovely glow :) ❤️🤍 -Stacy

🌟Trust Me! You Can't Miss Them in Sephora🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻
I'd like to share with you some of the products I've purchased from Sephora.I have combination-dry and sensitive skin. The skin on my cheeks is especially fragile with visible blood vessel dilation, but I have a normal T-zone which only gets occasionally oily. So, I always choose skincare products which are lightweight, moisturizing, non-greasy and spread easily. They should be scent-free,colorant-free, essential oil-free, metal-free, etc. THE inkey LIST - Hyaluronic Acid Serum This is a fragrance-free, essential oil-free hyaluronic acid serum which is not particularly thin in texture but it is lightweight and moisturizing. It neither balls-up nor irritates my skin, and it's really cheap too. I highly recommend this serum. BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Omega Repair Cream It has a frosty, soft and delicate texture which spreads easily. It is moisturizing, non-greasy and is easily absorbed. Its ingredients include squalane, glycerin, omega fatty acids, shea butter, skin-friendly hyaluronic acid, and ceramides. These promotional ingredients are actually listed as the first two rows of the ingredient list. It is moisturizing and nourishing, and it repairs the skin barrier. Also fragrance-free and essential oil-free, it is suitable for dry skin. However, the moisturizer from the same series contains ginger extract which is not very sensitive skin-friendly. boscia - Purifying Cleansing Gel The ingredient list shows that it's fragrance-free and essential oil-free. It creates a soft and rich foam which washes off easily and doesn't leave your skin feeling dry. I've never used a cleansing product that feels better on the skin. CLINIQUE - Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm It is suitable for sensitive and dry skin because it is fragrance-free, preservative-free, and essential oil-free. Ranking second on the ingredient list is safflower seed oil, which nourishes our skin and doesn't damage the stratum corneumwhen removing makeup. I personally think that this cleansing balm is the best facial cleanser for sensitive skin. DRUNK ELEPHANT - Shaba Complex Firming Eye Serum This eye cream contains plant extracts, and although it is not a common fragrance which irritates the skin, those with sensitive skin should still be aware of it. Its main featured ingredient is peptide. It's actually very moisturizing and hydrating, but it is also relatively more expensive. If you have used any of these products, share your experience! If you have any question, feel free to let me know. 🌵🌵🌵

☀️ Secret to My AM Hydrated Glow Revealed!☀️
I have combination skin so my t-zone is in the range of normal to oily skin and I have dry skin on my cheeks. My skin tone is warm ivory with a slight reddish discoloration in my cheeks 🧐I also have some freckles (sun spots) across my cheeks and my nose bridge (which bother me!). I also have very sensitive skin so I am alwyas cautious with new products or else my skin will becom super red and peel!😭 Every morning I use different face wash and serums depending on how my skin condition is or based off of how the weather is! I always look at the weather to see how humid 💦 it is and where I live, the humidity level is almost always over 90%! Even though my routine may differ day to day, these are the main products I like to use the majority of the time. The outline of my steps are cleanser, serum, concentrate, moisturizer. I start off with theGlossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser to gently cleanse and refersh my skin. I feel like this product is super fit for using in the mornings since it is super light and not harsh at all. Since I wash my face at night already before my nightly routine (coming soon!), and I don't really do anything else that would dirty my face at night 🌚 so its good to use a gentle cleanser to wake up my skin. This product can be used dry to melt away dirt and makeup or used with water to refresh your skin. However, I did noticed that it did not remove all the makeup off my skin so I stopped using this product to remove things and just use it solely for a refresher. I heard that some people did not like the scent but I like it. It smells faintly like roses 🌹 which I LOVE. If you want a more in depth review on this product please read my Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser review that I posted earlier! I then useThe Ordinary - ''Buffet'' . This serum is a recent new addition to my skincare products and I'll touch more on why I switched to this serum in a future post (please look forward to it!). Since my skin is combination, it is really hard to find the right balance for my face since some parts become oily and some parts are so dry that it peels. I chose this serum because it is good for dryness and I feel like I suffer from dryness more than oiliness. This produt is good for pretty much all types of skin: normal, oily, combination, dry, and most importantly, sensitive skin! Not only does this product help with drynes, it also claims to help with fine lines, wrinkles, dullness, and uneven texture. I've been using this product for about 2 weeks and I feel like its pretty good so far. I like how there is no fragrance and absorbs into my skin pretty well and preps my skin for the next step. Concentrate and Mosturizer/sunscreen. The concentrate I use is theKiehl's - Daily Reviving Concentrate I drop 2 drops of the concentrate along with my moisturizer and mix it and homogenize it in my palms. The concentrate is an oil so using this in the past, I made the mistake of using too much which caused my skin to break out (more details in te review I posted earlier). Now, I quite like this product since it does add an extra hydrating and brightening effect to my day. The moisturizer I use is theSUNPLAY - SKIN AQUA Super Moisture Essence SPF50 + PA ++++ . This product is a 3-in-one so it is super easy and nice to use for someone as lazy and on the go as me. It provides high-moistre, provides superior photo-stabel protection, and most of all, it protects against premature aging caused by UV rays. I love ❤️ the texture of this sunscreen since it is extremly watery and light which does not cause my skin to clog up or break out.
Dry Skin Routine
It’s been getting a bit cooler and I’m noticing my skin is starting to feel more dry and dull 😭. In todays night routine I’m going to add some very moisturizing products to help with my dry skin. Products: 🤍 @laneigeca cream skin really helps with my dehydrated skin and deeply moisturizes. 🤍I’m using @deciem The Ordinary’s Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% to help with my dull looking skin. 🤍I’m trying out a sample of the @drunkelephant Lala Retro Whipped Moisturizer with Ceramides. Im really enjoying this super rich cream. Its not overly greasy but definitely deeply moisturizes my skin. 🤍I have been using the @biodermacanada Cicabio cream for any dry patches on my face and body. Its really thick and repairing. 🤍 @kiehls Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado is nice and hydrating. Really thick so it gives my under eyes a nice glow!
Review My [AM] Routine!
I have super dry, reactive, eczema-prone skin! I amazingly somehow have large pores and dry skin (I know) and get barrier damage easily. My routine goes: 1. Wash my face with PETER THOMAS ROTH - Water Drench Cloud Cream Cleanser it is my FAVORITE cleanser ever and works SO well for my dry skin AM because it adds moisture to my skin before I even start with my products. Even after like the night before I tend to wake up with dry skin and this is such a huge help. I use a green tea or turmeric konjac sponge with it depending on my concern for the day (green tea when I’m feeling a little more broke out and turmeric when I’m extra dry) and pat my face with a bamboo washcloth. 2. Prep my skin for product with Kiehl's - Ultra Facial Toner this is more an essence than a toner, I probably won’t buy it again because I think there are better products with this function BUT it was not cheap so I’m using it all up before I buy anything else. 3. MY SAVIOR VICHY - Minéral 89 Face Serum this stuff just really keeps my skin bouncy and hydrated all day long I started with a trial size and bought the full size because I was so obsessed. 4. I don’t like the texture of The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% so I mix it in with my Kiehl's - Ultra Facial Cream and it makes a perfect AM gel cream that keeps my pores in check while moisturizing! Niacinamide has really done wonders for my skin and I use it in both my AM and PM routine because I just love it. 5. I treat my eyes with Big Cloud Fix from Dollar Shave Club’s Eye Savior and omg it’s the best product no one uses! It’s full of niacinamide, caffeine, and just does wonders for my dark eye circles. After that sets I will use Kiehl's - Creamy Eye Treatment With Avocado because I get really dry under eyes and want to prevent wrinkles with a lot of moisture. 6. If I’m having trouble with my eczema or used actives the night before and have some sensitivity I will use LA ROCHE-POSAY - Cicaplast Baume B5 for Dry Skin Irritations to help repair my barrier further (the niacinamide helps tremendously with that issue as well). 7. Of course, no AM routine is complete without quality sunscreen! I am OBSESSED with PETER THOMAS ROTH - Max Mineral Naked Broad Spectrum SPF 45 Uva/Uvb Protective Lotion right now because it leave no white cast and is a mineral sunscreen! Due to my reactive skin, chemical sunscreens tend to cause sensitivity and flare my eczema so mineral sunscreens are a must for me. This one is gorgeous and has a skin perfecting tint to it that blends seamlessly with your skin tone (I’m very pale and it does not cause any issues for me). This may seem like a long routine, but it takes only five minutes max and has helped me so much to layer moisturizing and hydrating ingredients!

Basic Nighttime Routine for Normal Skin
How to start a nighttime routine: These are some basic steps you could take when starting a nighttime routine. 1). Cleanser 2). Toner 3). Treatments 4). Eye cream 5). Moisturizer 6). Spot treatment It’s best practice to layer your products from lightest to heaviest/richest. I used the Marcelle micellar water to remove my makeup, then I followed with the Farmacy clean bee gentle cleanser. Next, depending on what your skin needs, this is where you apply your treatments; these can include hydrating serums, retinols, oils, peels, etc. I used TO‘s hyaluronic acid serum and then the TO’s cold pressed rosehip seed oil. It’s best to use water-based before oil-based. Then I will apply my eye cream and then my moisturizer. Lastly, you need to use a spot treatment, this is the time to do it. Cleansing your skin can be a great way to unwind at the end of the day. I personally find it really relaxing. I will only tone my face 2-3 x a week to detox/balance my skin, which I skipped tonight as I did so the previous night. Treatment is great to repair and protect your skin. The two I chose were hyaluronic acid to hydrate my skin, and the rosehip seed oil as it is a great antioxidant/fatty acid to promote cell regeneration, etc. And I always use an eye cream and face cream before bed for that extra hydration :) 1).
