Hunting for a Skincare Oil that Does More with Less? Look No Further!
Like many people, I had hesitation in using oil on my face, afraid of it being too heavy for my skin - especially in summer, when I tend to keep my skincare routine as minimal as possible. However, summer is also the time when I’m the most outdoorsy and hence often in need of remedy for skin damage caused by environmental irritants. I came to know from research that a right face oil can regulate our skin’s oil production, which is the root of many skin issues. And that is how I found HABA - Squalane ll

Perfect Oil products for autumn, winter seasons!!!
An absolute godsend for dry, flaky skin. My skin is a combination of dry and oily and it's also sensitive, it works really perfectly on my face. These are an absolute godsend. I can't believe I've never tried these before. These are 100% worth the price. Excellent for hypersensitive skin. I have some eczema and Rosacea on my face and this completely soothes it, moisturized, and a little brightens. Just use it for a week, the problems have been alleviated. Elizabeth Arden - Ceramide Capsules Advanced This product is a wonderful moisturizer and though expensive, it's worth the cost. I moisturize with these ceramide oil capsules every night after cleansing my face. It's expensive but worth the results. I've been using this product along with the ceramide cream for over 20 days. (Glides on my skin like a dream) Really leaves my skin soft and smooth. I've found it's also effective in removing wrinkles and whitening, and plz don't forget to massage your face well，it will make it work better on your face. This order arrived within days. I enjoy using these capsules from EA although I find them sometimes difficult to twist open with my arthritic hands. I usually cut the tip off and use one two or three times, I don’t feel that the whole capsule needs to be used at once to get the same results. (if u have oily skin). But I adore the way just taking one whole capsule before I go to bed, （I use it on myself, all over my face, neck, and lips as my night treatment, then massage), then will wake up to wholesome beautiful very hydrated and non-greasy skin at all! HABA - Squalane ll Compare to the other Haba Oil, it also makes my skin feel so smooth! A lot of others say it’s oily and initially, it is; however, if you just wait a minute or two, it soaks into your skin leaving it soft and smooth. (Using every time before putting my face cream on and makeup.) By contrast，I prefer to use it on my neck，it could help ease my necklines. (EA one is really versatile) Really moisturizes my skin very well, not too oily. Both of them, all perfect oily products for the autumn, and winter seasons. Highly Recommend.
Amazing J-Beauty only costs $32 & lasts for 3 months
I found this gift during the house cleaning last month. This is a souvenir from my Japanese roommate. She said it's a very famous skincare brand in Tokyo. The name of this product is Haba Squalane Oil, which comes from pure plant extracts. I have combination & sensitive skin. After using about half a month, its effect really surprised me. It smells non-scented, seems to be fragrance-free, which is very friendly to sensitive skin. And it has a transparent & fluid texture, absorbs quickly, non-comedogenic & doesn't leave greasy at all. The most important thing is that my skin becomes super soft and moisturized after using it & easy to apply foundation during the day. Amazing Japanese skincare product. My usage is that after cleanser and toner, use 1 drop to spread evenly on the whole face. The 15ml is very durable. In addition to face moisturizer, I sometimes drop it into Laneige Sleeping Mask to get hydrating all night. It can also be used for hair and body to get care from head to toe. The most magic usage was taught by my Japanese roommate, which is amazing. Step1 Put a hot towel on the nose for 1 minute. Step2 Put 5 drops of Haba oil on fingers, and then gently rub the blackheads on your nose. Step3 After about 5 minutes, the oil on my fingers became a bit dirty (because it is too disgusting, plz forgive me without pic). Now clean your nose with a face wash. The miracle happened: The enlarged pores seem to be smaller and they are much cleaner obviously! I don't know what this principle is, but compared with Biossance Squalane Oil ($72 for 1oz.), Haba just costs $32 for the same. Half the price, better results, I can't find a reason to refuse.
🌟Emerald face oil worth every penny!💵
HERBIVORE - Emerald CBD + Adaptogens Deep Moisture Glow Oil first of all this stuff was $58 which is honestly the most I’ll ever spend on my skin because that definitely breaks the bank! (Or you can buy the one without CBD with is $48). However, this stuff is liquid gold, it’s works so well. My skin is usually red and irritated/dry from the climate I live in but after washing my face I just use three drops and gently massage it into my skin. It looks so hydrated and healthy and I have barely any acne. It also makes my makeup go on super smooth & dewy. Just to name some of the best ingredients in here are cannabis (hemp) sativa seed oil ashwagandha root extract shiitake extract Cannabidiol (CBD) helichrysum flower extract And of course the list goes on but I’ve found it helps the skin tone & texture and makes it glowy & soft ✨ It’s all natural and safe no added chemicals. I recently bought the CBD face soap to go along with this so hopefully the combination of the two would amplify the already amazing effects. But if you have the cash to buy a higher end product I highly recommend spending it on this brand because so far I think it’s worth the hype. (This just has CBD in it because of the medicinal properties sooo theres no THC) 💚

indie brand alert! & a facial oil I recommend
This review has been a very long time coming. I’ve been using this mini for a considerable amount of time now, and I’ve shot content for it like four times, and ended up being unhappy with most of the shots. I currently have sensitive, combo skin with rosacea! WILD MAGIC BEAUTY - MOON LIGHT - Goji Berry + Sea Buckthorn Facial Oil Wild Magic Beauty is a small business/indie brand inspired by ancient Eastern wisdom. Moon Light was formulated with “one key idea in mind: to provide your skin the nutrients it needs for a soft dreamy glow.” Key Ingredients: nourishing superfruit seed oils including pomegranate, blueberry, raspberry, tamanu, green tea, sea buckthorn, and goji Berry & delivers antioxidants, vitamins, and fatty acids. The oils are non-comedogenic! It smells kind of fruity and floral, but not overwhelming! The texture is a lightweight oil that feels luxurious and works great at sealing in moisture. I think that Moonlight is my favorite product from this brand because it works so well for my skin type. It’s so hydrating, but not so heavy that I’m left looking like an oil slick (except at night, but that’s my business). A full size is $48, which is more affordable than most high end oils these days. Do I think it’s worth $48? No, not really. It takes a lot for me to justify anything over $30, but if money is not an issue, this oil is wonderful! #cheriecreator

COVID Mask Tips & Tricks for Dry Skin
Wondering why your skin is super dry from wearing the daily mask outside during our global pandemic? Are you experiencing Micro tears on your face from your mask rubbing on your face? Well, here’s a solution to help you manage that and keep your face hydrated while you wear a mask. Make sure that your wearing your daily favorites sunblock. Make sure it’s thick enough for your skin type to ensure not getting break outs. Also, you can get a result driven face oil that will help keep your skin Barrier protected from anything hard rubbing against your skin such as the daily mask. Some heavy creams are not for me cuz their too occlusive from being to “Pore” blocking. That will cloth pores and fissile acne. Be sure you understand your skin type to make sure your skin barrier can hold enough moisture without being greasy or too oily. You may have heard me talk about this luminous face oil before, however I love it! It just enough of hydration for my skin. And I’m sure yours also. Biossance tea tree oil
BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Tea Tree Balancing Oil This facial oil is targeted for all skin types who have concerns with blemishes, pores, and redness. It is formulated with tea tree oil, squalane, and rosemary to purify, calm, lock in moisture, and prevent oxidation. I found this oil to be very lightweight and when used on active blemishes, it helped to reduce redness and size. I didn’t see any difference in pore size. It has a very earthy and fresh smell which I loved. I am happy I was able to try a sample of this, because while I liked it, I don’t think I would spend $49 on it. I only use this at night and only when I felt like I needed it for an active blemish or redness. However, I found it mostly effective for what it claims, so if you are willing to spend the money, I would give it a try!

Favorite Face Oils for Combo Skin ☀️
I have sensitive and acne-prone combo skin that doesn’t do well with fragrance and requires lots of hydration and brightening. These are my favorite for that. These are the Leah Rose + Glow Facial Oil and the Hibiscus Unspottable Correcting Oil by Volition 🌹 Rose + Glow 🔑 Key Ingredients: Squalane and Vitamin C Purpose- Hydration and brightening Hibiscus Unspottable Correcting Oil 🔑 Key Ingredients: Hibiscus Oil, licorice root extract, sea buckthorn oil Purpose: Exfoliation, dark spots, discoloration, brightens and soothes I’ve been using these for a few months now and have noticed significant changes in my skin including a decrease in breakouts and a decrease in acne scars. Out of these two my favorite is the Leah Skin one. It has squalane and a stable form of Vitamin C so it lasts a long time and helps with acne scars a ton! It’s also super affordable and around $32 right now with the conversion rate. I’ve noticed significant changes in my skin redness from acne from this oil. I highly recommend these two for adding extra hydration to your routine and for spot correction. What’s your favorite clean oil? *I won the Leah oil in a giveaway and was gifted the Volition one as PR LEAH - ROSE+GLOW FACIAL OIL VOLITION - Hibiscus Unspottable Correcting Oil #CheriePartner

My new favorite oil/serum
I’m am loving this amazing oil from @myfacetory Oats Calming Glow, a weightless facial oil. I received this in one of my subscription boxes and let me just say, love at first use!!! 🤍 —— What it is: A calming facial oil that combines Oats, Rice Water and Squalane to create an essence-like texture that hydrates and calms the skin. Provide your skin with a soft and radiant glow that feels comfortable and super nourishing! $18 —— It’s everything it says it is and much, much more! Don’t let the name fool you. It’s definitely more of a serum than an oil. I’ve used this when I had a small breakout and by morning my skin is less irritated and my breakouts were almost unnoticeable. I now incorporate this in my morning and night routines as the last step. I use it to lock in all the goodness that’s on my face as well as that extra “umph” of hydration. I can’t even describe the scent but I am in love with it! It’s a soft, subtle scent that I almost crave! It’s really that good! I honestly feel like this oil/serum has been a game changer for me! Have you gotten that I just love this?!? 😝 —— Hoping this finds you all healthy and happy and not going too stir crazy yet!

My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.Feb. 17
