Nizoral - Anti Dandruff Shampoo I’m been using this shampoo for about 2 weeks and so far it has help with my itching hair, and my dandruff, but not completely. It smell a bit weird, but not a unpleasant smell, I prefer this one instead of the Head and shoulders mint shampoo because in my opinion the only thing that that one was doing is cooling my scalp 🤣 and just the time the shampoo was on my hair the itchiness will go away. So, so far it’s good ☺️ 4/5

Instantly cured my dandruff
Long story short I used to bleached my hair all the time and my scalp was suffering. It got so bad to the point where my scalp was bleeding because it was dry and begin to notice that my dandruff got worse overtime. My head was like the North Pole, dry skin was literally falling off my head and it was so embarrassing and at times I had no motivation becuase I was irritated. I try so many methods to cure my dry scalp and it would work for a short while and it would come back. I came across this product on TikTok, many people gave it a great review. I had to get my hands on it. The first couple of uses the shampoo effectively did the job and now I my hair in the most healthiest condition ever. If you suffer severe dry scalp and dandruff like I did you should definitely check this out. Additionally you don’t have to worry about your hair falling out. I use this 2-3 times a week. Shampoo for acne?
As many of us, I started struggling with an acne I've never had before. After a couple weeks of struggling, I figured out what was causing my acne (if you are interested on that, I made a post on that... It's about B12 vitamin). With that being said, I had now to look for options as to how to fix my face.  I am a rather logical person. Who usually questions everything, specially now after a terrible experience (again, that story is on my B12 post). By that I mean, if I do something I have to know why I do it, what are the pros, what are the cons, and everything in between. So here is what I did: I full on investigated the different causes on acne, what their triggers were, what the cures, what made them worst. Everything. I was well aware htat my acne was triggered by an overproduction of sebum on my face, which was triggered by a higher than normal level of B12 on my body. So what description did my acne fall in exactly? I was suffering from mild acne, which consists of a combination of white heads and some pimples here and there in my face area, maybe neck and chest. I knew it wasn't the normal typical, hormonal acne or anything of that nature. It was mainly triggered by an overproduction of sebum. So then I started looking there, with sebum and what triggers its overproduction. Upon many google searches, I came across with the following: "Hormonal medications often increase sebum production." Which to me was still not it, I was not having the breakouts related to my menstrual cycles so it could not be that. Then, I read the following: "In many cases, pituitary, adrenal, ovarian, and testicular conditions can cause either an increase or decrease in production." I knew from previous tests that I had an inflammation of my pituitary gland. In other words, I found myself in a loophole, which I did not seem to be able to get out of. What did I do next? I decided to continue researching about sebum, given that obviously I was not going anywhere with the causes of my acne. Somehow, while researching I came across the following search: "is sebum the same as dandruff?"  That is the statement which changed my life. Literally. Turns out, overproduction of sebum causes dandruff. Not going to lie, it is quite obvious and I felt rather dumb for not even considering it. So what next? Well it was a simple cause and effect: excess sebum causes dandruff, what do you do when you have dandruff? You use dandruff shampoo. I was going to wash my face with dandruff shampoo.  I have super delicate skin, and to be honest I was sort of skeptical at first. However, I was also desperate to get rid of my acne so I figured that it was worth the shot. I ordered the shampoo.  The one I got is a little bit on the pricier side, not going to lie. BUT hear me out, it actually worked! Was it the only thing that I used? no, BUT it definitely contributed.  I think it is important to note, that I barely wear any makeup, literally just mascara and eyebrow powder. Maybe a little bit of concealer if my under eye bags are showing and translucent powder if I want to be fancy -yeah, I know, scandalous LOL. As per how I washed my face (which was in the morning by the way); I have always washed my face with glycerine soap, so I did that first. Then I took a tiny portion of the shampoo and washed my face with it afterwards. Then I proceeded to dry and moisturize my face. I kid you know my face was no longer irritated. It definitely did not make my pimples go away, however, I did notice that the redness had gone down and that during that day, my face did not get as oily as it had been the past couple days. The shampoo did not make my face itch, or have any real issues really, it felt like any other face wash. It did not smell like roses or anything in particular, but it did the job and for the first time in days I did not hate the state of my face! Conclusion: regardless of what your acne might be, I honestly think you should give it a try, if your acne trigger seems to be coming from an overproduction of sebum. This will most certainly help you regulate the sebum production on your skin, which honestly can be a life saving tool!!! In case you are wondering about my skin type, I have super light skin, freckly and actually suffer from atopic dermatitis (eczema). So yes, you could say it was quite risky to do this in a way. However, I would like to add that I had used Nizoral in the past on my scalp, and it showed great results so I was not too worried about having a reaction.

Shooo away dandruff!!
Shooo away dandruff!!
Now I’m sure everyone has seen this product being used for fungal acne. Let’s just turn the table around and talk about hair. A year and a half ago, I had my hair dyed from a salon and my hair and scalp were damaged from the chemicals the hairstylist was using. I was wanting a lighter reddish brown tone for my hair so I’m guessing she had to bleach it to get to the desired color. Apparently, she over did it and burned my scalp and hair. As a result, my hair became super dry, to the point where I could not even comb it after shower after tons and tons of conditioning. On top of that, I had seborrheic dermatitis. I had to go see another hairstylist and get my hair treated. My hair was less dry but the dandruff stayed for months. I used many different kinds of dandruff shampoo and this product is the only thing that works! Ever since My scalp is very prone to dandruff due to my seborrheic dermatitis, so I use this when I have flare ups. I wash my hair with this shampoo twice a week, until my dandruff clears out and then once week just to make sure the fungal from the dandruff is gone. Now this shampoo can make your hair and scalp very dry so I would be cautious in using it and to follow the directions on the box. This is my holy grail for my dandruff. I would never use anything else. With all the frustrations and shame I had to go through with this condition, I am thankful that this product eases my stress. I encourage you to try this shampoo (if you haven’t yet) if you have dandruff issues...

Best Daily-Use Conditioner For Medium Density Hair
Best Daily-Use Conditioner For Medium Density Hair
I have thick strong hair, but it was relatively loose yet hardly manageable. I don’t really see very noticeable problems with my hair, but I keep gradually losing hair because my scalp gets dry very often, even in the summertime where I tend to shampoo too often.   For the hair type like mine, average hair with medium density, it is important to give it decent care very often. When it comes to daily care,  my personal favorite would be Kiehl's Amino Acid Conditioner. It is very gentle but more than enough for what your hair needs every day.   My experience with Kiehl’s Amino Acid Conditioner is that, it does not give you many instant improvements overnight except for making it smooth, but it does gradually improve both your hair and scalp health over time.   Kieh’s Amino Acid Conditioner is one of the most gentle conditioners that I have used, with a rich creamy texture and very subtle coconut and wheat scent. Unlike most conditioners, it does not make your hair extremely slippery when applying it on your hair, and it could all be rinsed off your hair. So there is no fake instant effect. But over time, say 2 months, it restores the shine and smoothness of your hair and maintains it manageable all day long even if you forget to bring your conditioner or any conditioner on your trip.   Most importantly, this conditioner is designed for both hair and scalp. So don’t worry that you have to avoid it from your scalp; instead, it moisturizes and soothes your scalp, and works particularly well for dry scalps. Although it is not a loss prevention conditioner, it does help to reduce the problem and would work very well for medium density hair type as hair loss is often caused by scalp problems.

When your hair is falling out use this!

So COVID has me stressed and when I get like that all my hair starts falling out. I’m a huge fan of the Holocuren hair care line it totally helped ny postpartum thinning but I get kinda lazy with the daily hair serum. Well not anymore!!! I pulled this out 3 weeks ago desperate to do anything for on keep my hair in my head and stop the clumps in the shower. Thank goodness I did because now my hair isn’t falling out and I can see baby hairs growing back in! 🎉🙌 I have ultra fine hair and I color treat it. The anti-aging serum is weightless, adds a tiny bit of body, doesn’t make it feel gross by the end of the day, doesn’t make me need to wash it more than I usually do, and it actually looks really shiny and pretty when I use it. Best of all is THE HAIR GROWTH!! Three week and I have stopped losing hair and now see signs of baby hairs growing. This is magic.✨💫🌟 You just put a little on damp hair at the roots and that’s it. Nothing special. All set. 👍 #cheriecreator #hairgrowth #hairloss #hairthinning

Relief for my Itchy Scalp !!

I feel like Head and Shoulders have had bad reputation over the past decade without a valid enough reason for it. Most hairdressers I speak to always talk lowly of it, with their reason being that “it contains sulfates so it must be bad” and all those marketing myths. I personally am a big fan of Head and Shoulders. Despite having sulfates in, it’s never stripped my hair of the oils and left it feeling squeaky clean (which I hate). This is likely because it’s pH balanced and not on the more alkaline side but lathers enough to remove any oils from the hair leaving it clean! This shampoo has a thick texture and foams really easily making it easy to wash and rinse out. It also leaves your hair looking healthy, perfect for everyday use. I particularly like the menthol in this - if you’ve used a menthol shampoo before, you’ll know what I mean when I say it gives your scalp a tingly fresh sensation (almost the same feeling as the burst of freshness you get after you brush your teeth). If you have a dry flaky scalp like me, this shampoo is perfect for soothing your scalp and relieving some of the itchiness. It’s the one of the very few shampoos that’s not irritated my flaky and itchy scalp. I’ve suffered from a flaky scalp for as long as I can remember so Head and Shoulders is definitely one of those products which has been a staple in my life. What are some of your favourite shampoos if you have a dry and flaky scalp like me? Let me know in the comments below!

THIN AND SOFT, LOW DENSITY, DANDRUFF. I'm going to recommend a shampoo for dandruff and oily hair today! It is Davines’s purifying shampoo! From the product introduction, brand said this product is suitable for both oily and dry hair. From my experience, I do not recommend dry hair people to use this product. The reason will be told in the following. 👍🏻✨The main function of Davins shampoo is to remove dandruff and relieve itching and clean the scalp. Let's start with advantages. I have used more than half of the bottle since I bought it, and its anti-dandruff function is very powerful. After using it twice, my dandruff never came back. The cleaning ability is also very strong. People who are confused with dandruff problems are worth a try. In addition, its color is ginger yellow and the scent is very fresh, which can make people feel comfortable. This shampoo doesn't have any foam, even if you use a lot of it. 📛🙅🏻The downside is that because this shampoo is so good at cleaning, your hair will be very dry after washing. That's why I don't recommend it to oily hair people. I always use Aussie conditioner after I use purifying shampoo. Leave Aussie conditional on for 3-5 minutes and you will feel your hair rejuvenated and moist. If your guys are curious about the aussie conditional, I have written one article in my past post. You can check it! Anyway! The clean power of davines shampoo with moist ability of aussie conditional, this combination can make the hair care effect reach to 99 points. One attention, if I wash my hair every 3 times a week, I only use one time of this davines shampoo. Because the high-dtrength cleaness is not necessary in every times! davines - Purifyng Shampoo aussie - 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor Hair Conditioner

✨MASK TO HELP STRENGTHEN HAIR/PREVENT LOSS✨
✨MASK TO HELP STRENGTHEN HAIR/PREVENT LOSS✨
We have all noticed a little extra hair in our brush or shower drain and wonder what the heck is going on! Most people go through some kind of mild hair loss for all different reasons (i.e changes in hormones, stress etc.) I began to notice some hair loss after I had a baby last year, which is totally normal but still really scary when it’s happening to you! While I can’t tell you how to get rid of hair loss or prevent it completely, I can tell you what I like to do to keep my hair healthy and strong and minimize loss! Masking is a something you can do once a week to ensure your hair is getting enough moisture so that it can stay strong. Lately my favorite mask has been the Malibu C Replenish Mask. ♥️Why I love it♥️ You can leave it on for 10 minutes or overnight depending on how much hydration you think you need. (I like to leave mine in a shower cap for a couple hours while I clean up the house!) Gives you intense moisture, controls frizz, and helps maintain colored hair Comes in cute little single use packets so you know exactly how much to use each time! Smells like a tropical vacation! Coconut yesss! Does not leave hair feeling greasy, just soft and smooth! *PRO TIP: look for a salon that offers professional Malibu treatments. These are amazing for your hair as well as your scalp and will give you an extra boost against hair loss.
