Very oily skin?? Look here ⬆
About me: 44 yrs old, brunette, light-med skin tone, combo skin (oily t-zone, dry face), dark spots (from sun), dark circles and bags. So there it is folks! Just a peek into the universe of my insecurities in which I'm proudly and expensively working on... °I absolutely LOVE snail mucin creams. They're known for being very hydrating and depending on which one you purchase, are also known for being safe/great on sensitive skin! I found my first snail product a couple years ago and decided to switch to a better known brand MIZON - All-in-One Snail Repair Cream
Hi beautiful ladies, This is my skin. I am sorry for the partial pictures, I am too embarrassed to post my full face. I was diagnosed with rosacea (some redness but mostly red papules which never go away), have enlarged clogged pores especially on my nose and forehead, combo skin, blemishes, sun spots, uneven texture and so on... This is currently my routine that helped a lot with reducing the amount of red blemishes and made my skin smooth (like butter according to this app :) although my rosacea is mostly gone, I feel very self conscious about its appearance. I included some pictures of how my skin used to look with a rosacea flare up. Here is what I use now: 1. Cleanser with sulfur (prescribed by dermatologist) 2. ETUDE - Etude House SoonJung pH 5.5 Relief Toner very hydrating, smoothing the skin. 3. I just added Elizavecca - Hell Pore Control Hyaluronic Acid Serum feels smooth, does not irritate my skin however it is too early to say if it’s doing anything to my pores. Before this I used serum with niacinamid. 4. dear, klairs - Rich Moist Soothing Cream my skin loves this cream even though it might be a little heavy for the summer. At night I sometimes add azelaic acid (prescribed) or soolantra (prescribed) but more for a spot treatment as I have been using it for the whole year now and I think it helped a lot with smoothing the skin. Sometimes I use MIZON - All-in-One Snail Repair Cream which I like just because it does not irritate my skin and feels like it reduces shining in my t- zone area Or I use SKE DERM - Snail Jelly Mask which is amazing! I wake up after this mask with soft and plump skin. Once a week I use Cetaphil - Pro DermaControl Purifying Clay Mask but I don’t think it exfoliates my skin enough however it is gentle and my skin does feel good after this mask. However, my skin issues are still obvious and I would like to get any advices on how to deal with it. Thank you in advance!
dr. brandt - Clean Biotic From the first time I used this overnight sleeping mask I saw and felt immediate results the next morning, NO JOKE! I absolutely adore this mask, it’s SO soothing and smells SO good and while you enjoy these factors as you drift off to sleep 😴 you can take comfort knowing it’s repairing your skin while you get your beauty sleep! Hands down best over night mask evaaaaarrrr😁💚 MIZON - All-in-One Snail Repair Cream So it’s kind of a funny story how I ended up buying this product (which is effing INCREDIBLE). I was buying Peach and Lily’s Glass Skin serum and I needed to spend a bit more money to get free shipping 😂! So I decided to give the Mizon all in one snail 🐌 repair cream a shot. And omg am I ever happy I did! This moisturizer (which can be applied morning and night) not only hydrates deep down into the skin but after a month of using it, I stopped wearing coverup and I was getting compliments left and right about my skin - I was baffled but SO happy I could cry, that was the first time ever in my life that: 1. I stopped using coverup and 2. That I felt comfortable and beautiful in my own skin for the FIRST time ever in my life. Mizon has given me the gift of great skin and confidence, and I am eternally greatful 🥰❤️❤️❤️! #CherieConversations

These bottles are gorgeous! They didn't break my skin out rather they were the reason why my skin improved drastically from patchy eczema and acne skin to clearer skin. But ✖️they are pricey so that can be the largest drawback for these products. But they did last 8 months for me-considered long lol .
Hi guys! I hope you’re having a great Wednesday and week so far! I know that fruits and fruit extracts are very popular in skincare lately. I myself get really excited when I see my favourite fruits incorporated in skincare cause, who wouldn’t? Here on this post I’m going to educate you guys on some the best fruits to have in skincare!! BEST FRUIT 🍉 🍉 Watermelon- A lot of us are dealing with acne in the summer, or maybe it’s just me but this ingredient in skincare is amazing for acne prone skin because it acts as a mild exfoliated which is lighter on the skin than physical when dealing with acne. It’s also full of antioxidants!! A product that contains watermelon that I personally love is the @glowrecipe Watermelon Moisturizer 🍌 Banana- it’s not only yummy, but because 75% of a banana is made up of water it jam packs your skin with moisture and glow! It’s also high in vitamin c and other really good essential vitamins like b3, 5 and 6!! I think we were all first introduced to banana in skincare with the @olehenriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream, which is still a cult favouriteee There are so many other amazing fruits for your skin, but these too are too favourites for me and honourable mention is avocado 🥑 and YES it is a fruit! 😂 (Art is my own)
It has a special oil-absorbing complex called Sepicontrol A5 which helps decrease shine, keep your complexion clear, balanced, and healthy. Has mixes of hyaluronic acid and aloe vera to sooth and relieve acne, witch hazel to tighten pores, also packed with natural botanicals like cinammon and ginseng extracts as well as vitamin C to fade dark spots. - This is targeted for people with oily or acne-prone skin but personally I feel like it’s great for sensitive types as well since t’s lightweight and mineral oil-free. This watery gel-cream moisturizer has been greatly helping me at balancing out my oil production while still nourishing my skin. Haven’t seen any fading of my dark spots but maybe with continued use there will be? Gonna have to get back on that!
My Fav Toner: Bejbi Skin Hydrating Spray Toner
My favorite everyday toner!! This gentle hydrating toner from Bejbi Skin is perfect for dry or sensitive skin. It’s full of incredible ingredients like... Soothing ingredients: aloe leaf juice, niacinamide, green tea extract, bisabolol, ginkgo biloba extract Antioxidants: niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, green tea extract, pumpkin seed extract, ginkgo biloba extract Replenishing, restoring & hydrating ingredients: vegetable glycerin, sodium PCA, sodium lactate, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide I like to spray this every single day after cleansing to give me back any hydration I may have lost. I even use this before other toners like ones with acne-fighting or brightening benefits because my skin just craves this gentle hydration. This is an absolute must have in my opinion! The Bejbi Skin products in general are amazing and free of any potential irritants— a dream for sensitive skin!
Soaks Super instantly! 5 Star!
This toner is formulated with reishi, fermented chaga, coprinus mushrooms, and sea buckthorn, these ingredients have been used centuries in traditional Chinese medicine. I was confused initially because I thought I bought a lightweight face lotion. The name "lotion" is a bit misleading. However, I want to shout out "unbelievable"! I do have very sensitive skin and find it hard to avoid harm. My skin barrier is vulnerable, especially in autumn and winter. BUT, I started to feel that my skin became stronger, hydrating, and I also noticed much less redness, I don't see any irritation whatsoever after applying it. Normally, I pour some onto my palm and pat it into the skin. AM and PM. I genuinely believe purchasing this was a fantastic choice. 100% add it in my winter skincare routine!

Cica Toner for Sensitive/Acne prone skin?
𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫🌱 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬/𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: A Centella Water based toner that claims to nourish, soothe and leave a long lasting moisturizing effect. 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Centella Asiatica Leaf Water(64%), Onion Bulb Extract, Panthenol, Niacinamide, Sodium Hyaluronate, Madecassoside, Green Tea Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Licorice Root Extract ✅ Bee Venom, Chamomile Flower Extract, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Tea Tree Extract ❗️ 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬: Dryness, Acne —————————- Have you tried a face product with onion extract in it? Apparently, the ingredient has been shown to help significantly reduce the appearance of scars. It was the main reason why I picked up this toner. Sadly, I didn’t get to try it for enough time to see results. As a first impression, it’s an ‘okay’ product for me. It’s a viscous liquid that is best applied in a patting motion in my opinion. I was expecting it to give a ‘long-lasting’ hydrated feeling to the skin but it didn’t. Or maybe it’s just me? I got used of heavier hyaluronic acid/sodium hyaluronate to pat after cleansing. It did help decrease the redness of my face though, thanks to cica and green tea which have always been helpful for me. It’s a plus I didn’t get bad reaction from the other ingredients too. Overall, I still liked it. I think it was gentle enough for my skin as I’ve always tolerated tea tree and bee venom quite well. But i’m actually ditching those ingredients soon so I would not keep or repurchase this toner. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬: ~ calms redness ~ can dry up acne fast (although that’s not the proper way to treat them🙈) ~ doesn’t leave skin feeling sticky 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬: ~ not hydrating enough ~ needs better packaging quality 🙈 —————————- 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: 3/5⭐️⭐️⭐️ ‼️ I learned tea tree and flower extracts can still potentially cause allergic reaction even later if used continuously
