High End or High Street

The first picture shows my eyebrows after applying the brow tint and leaving on for 3 hours. I’m actually happy with the result, the colour is a close match, pretty pigmented, although nor perfect, but definitely still doable. If be happy with this temporary cooour for a few days. The second picture shows the tint almost completely washed off and revealing my red tinted eyebrows (from faded tattoo) after just one day. The colour was supposed to last 3 days, but from washing my face (day and night) it faded after one.. which i was not very impressed with.. i dont think Maybelline expects us to avoid our eyebrows when washing our face to keep the product on... do they?

This is MILK’s high volume kush mascara in the shade blackest black. It contains cannabis sativa oil, as well as heart shaped fibers for volume, as opposed to long fibers that can end up looking “spidery.” Like all of MILK’s products, this mascara is vegan and cruelty free! While I think putting CBD and hemp extracts in everything is a *bit* of a gimmick—I don’t know that the cannabis oil in this really adds much to the performance of the product—I do really like this mascara, and it holds up all day. I’m a grad student with several jobs and I’m typically wearing makeup for at least 12 hours a day, so it’s important to me to wear items that last without needing constant touch-ups. Since today was a Saturday, I didn’t have school, but I did run a lot of errands, walk a lot, and cook dinner and meal prep. I have absolutely no complaints about how this mascara wears throughout the average day—my only thing is that it isn’t waterproof, so if it rains or snows, it can smudge slightly. However, there is a waterproof version, which I’m hoping to try soon. This version keeps my lashes looking thick and long from sunup til sundown, so it’s a winner in my book! It’s $24 for the full size, which is worth it in my opinion. Have you tried this mascara? What did you think?

Ok, I have become such a fan of CBD products, I know it’s like the new fad and every brand is coming out with new CBD oil products. But honestly, let’s talk about Kush Mascara. I fell HARD in love with this mascara 🖤 I got it as a sample at Sephora over a year ago and haven’t used anything since. I am not a fan of false lashes, they look amazing on some people, I don’t like them on me. And I really dislike some of these “lengthening” mascaras that you add numerous coats and end up with a chunky look. I love Kush because one coat goes on nice and light and lengthens. For a high end mascara, it is cost friendly and it lasts because you don’t need to use a lot. Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara I recommend this product to EVERYONE!

This is the what the product looks like on, while setting in. It does not appear this dark once peeled off, and it does peel off in one piece- definitely not a hassle to remove. This is the dark brown shade

Disclaimer: I love makeup and do know how to apply mascara nicely I promise - this item just did not cut it for me. I had SUCH high hopes for this raved about mascara only to file that it is super clumpy yet too liquidy at the same time. I would blink and have mascara on my lid. I also purchased this after a Sephora employee told me thus would have fallout - yet thus mascara came off my eyes in FLAKES. I am super disappointed in this product.

i use this mascara every day and i could not recommend it more!!! my lashes are very short and light but this mascara helps make them look voluminous and long. it stays on throughout my entire day of school and exercising without rubbing off at all. 10/10 would recommend!! one thing to note is that because this mascara is so strong you really need to rub your lashes to take it off. if you do leave some product on it will stick your lashes together overnight and it will be hard to apply more mascara the next day :)
