SLAY at home ✨💄🏠
The way I slay at home is with a bold, exaggerated cut crease with a neon ombre and custom false lashes. I have included a list of ALL the products featured in this makeup look, however, I will be focusing more on the eyes, and how I achieve this look. Firstly, priming the eye before shadow application is great. For this, I use the Revolution Conceal & Define full coverage foundation in F11 to create a lighter base for my whole eye. After I have seat that, I begin with the B Perfect Cosmetics Carnival III palette using the color Reef first to create the overall shape of where I want my crease. When I’m comfortable with that, I go in and deepen the crease with a smaller brush blending both Lagoon and The Deep. One thing that I truly love most about this palette is the SATURATION of the colors, as a dark-complected individual, I find it nice knowing that I don’t have to use a lot of product to achieve a bold and impactful eyeshadow application. Once I have achieved that, I go in with a clean flat brush and apply the Kat Von D Lock-It Concealer in Whiteout to Prime the lid, and create a clean crease. I like this product a lot because it is REALLY white, and dries very fast with a nice matte finish. Once that is dry I layer in a bit more of Reef, and Lagoon, blending them outward. I then add the Give Face Cosmetics poly pigment in neon green blending outward away from the inner corner of the eye to create a nice ombre. I then further define the crease by taking my Nyx Epic Ink liquid liner in black and trace the outward line of my cut crease to make it even sharper. Starting above the center of the iris and working out. I then take the Nyx Epic Ink liquid liner in white, and trace the outer corner of the crease starting at the inner corner of the eye, and pulling it back until it meets the black liner. I finished that with a sharp black winged liner using the Nyx Cosmetics Epic ink liner in black, apply my YSL mascara in black, and then top it off with custom-built lashes. Swatches of 11nn Stay Naked & 1.5 All Nighter
Swatch at the top is 11nn aka ultra fair double neutral from urban decays stay naked line Swatch at the bottom is 1.5 aka fair bisque in pink undertone. As you can see when it comes to being super pale stay naked wins.
A Day From Hell, Foundation Reviews Amended
How many times did I go in Ulta today? Enough that they now have my phone number memorized... so this all started with smashbox fair neutral foundation making me look like a geisha... only for fair cool/warm in urban decays Naked and All Nighter lines to be TOO DARK. This made more sense to me as growing up buying cheap foundation I was always the fairest shades. Yet suddenly smashbox through me off. So after going in and out so many times buying and returning since testers are not available due to covid I finally said “please. I need help.” I was exhausted, seeing red, about to cry, frustrated out of my mind. They agree my undertones are neutral leaning towards cool. Unfortunately neutral does not exist in urban decays fairer shades for some reason so we went with cool. I tried their naked line which DOES have neutral fair shades but the coverage was medium and I didn’t enjoy that. Though it match my skin flawlessly in shade 11nn which they called double neutral. It is second to lightest of shades in the urban decay naked line. So I finally decided on fair bisque (super fair) w/cool tones aka shade 1.5. I’m considering keeping the naked line product to use to cancel out the rosy tones in the all nighter line. Urban decay are you reading this??? Make some fair neutral all nighter darn it! 😫 So I guess a warning to add two of my past review. Smashbox tones oxidize severely and quickly. Any color you see in the bottle will barely exist on your skin. As urban decay all nighter full coverage has strong tones. They call it subtle online but it’s not subtle. The Ulta employees agreed with me. They’re undertones are very strong. Both great foundations just beware of skin tones.
YOU NEED THESE PRODUCTS HUNNY. 💋💫
Oh hey! Back again with another list of products I’m tempted to buy. Ugh the struggle is real. Can’t Sephora/Ulta do what chipotle does? Chipotle gives out cards that allow whoever has those cards to eat at Chipotle for free. Sephora/Ulta should do the same except free shopping sprees. 😂 They would probably go bankrupt just because of me alone. Side note: THANK YOU FOR 128+ followers on Cherie! ❤️💋 (From top to bottom) 1. BPERFECT COSMETICS - Bperfect X Stacey Marie Carnival III Love Tahiti Palette WHERE TO BUY: bperfectcosmetics.com - $49.99 The colors in the palette are TO DIE FOR. You get 40 shades (31 -matte, 4 - pressed pigment, 3 - metallics, and 2 - shimmers). It looks like most of the palette is matte colors. If you buy this palette, you would never need to buy another palette again since you will have all the colors of the rainbow. I heard the pigmentation of each color is fantastic. To get great pigmentation for colors like yellow and purple, $49.99 is well worth the splurge. 2. Milk MAKEUP - Flex Highlighter WHERE TO BUY: Sephora.con - $28.00 -This highlighter has been sitting in my loves list and basket for so long. I think because I already have a lot of highlighters but I hear really good things about this blinding highlighter that I’ll probably buy it the next Sephora sale or if milk makeup has another sale. I did peep that they had a 25% off sale so this maybe purchased soon. 😭🤦🏽♀️ I’m an addict and need Jesus. 😂 3. L.A. Girl - Keep It Playful Eyeshadow Palette WHERE TO BUY: Ulta.com - $9.99 - These palettes are blatantly obvious dupes to the HUDA BEAUTY - Haze Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette. However hers go for $29.00 at 3.22 a shadow where as these go for $1.11 a shadow. These are brand new palettes to Ulta and the reviews look okay. Now that lockdown has been lifted, I may need to make a trip to Ulta and buy this palette. 4. NARS - Soft Matte Complete Concealer WHERE TO BUY : Sephora.com and Ulta.com - $30.00 - If you are OBSSESSED with tiktok like I have been, you may know mikayla Jane. She’s an amazing makeup artist with the dopest Boston accent. She’s ❤️❤️❤️ this concealer. She seems like she knows her stuff so I would totally go out and buy this concealer. 2K reviews on Sephora and 90% of the reviews are 4 stars or more. If I need a new pot concealer, I know which one I’m buying. 5. NARS - Soft Matte Complete Foundation WHERE TO BUY: Sephora.com and Ulta.com - $40.00 - This is a new addition to the soft matte family. Another one of Mikayla Jane new favorites. The reviews look promising and if it is just as good as the concealer, there’s going to be a new cult favorite foundation. Well that’s the tea on my top 5 new products list that I need to have. If you liked reading this post, give this a 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Check out my other posts as well and give those a 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 . LYLAS4EVA! Xoxo 💋 #CheriePartner

my AFFORDABLE too faced products😍😍❤️
hello everyone! today i am showing u all my too faced collection! its definitely MUCH smaller than my colourpop collection but regardless. unlike colourpop, too faced is REALLY expensive! but, everything in this photo except the diamond light highlighter i bought at over 50% at marshalls/tj maxx!😊 so, i will be rating all of these products! these are what i would call “affordable”. i will be listing (what i think was) the price of each of the items at marshalls/tj maxx, and what the original price of them was at sephora/ulta! time to save $$$! 😀😀 Too Faced - Pretty Rich Diamond Light Eyeshadow Palette $49 originally, but i got it for $20! this palette is GORGEOUS and i absolutely love the shimmers and mattes. i LOVE glitter, but these glitters are a little splotchy. i prefer the colourpop glitters but overall this is a good buy. Too Faced - Sparkling Pineapple Eye Shadow Palette i think the og price was $34, but i got it for $14.99❤️ now this palette blew me away! its so creamy and blends soo well. i absolutely love it, and its a great everyday palette. Too Faced - Diamond Light Highlighter okay, this i did not buy at a discount. i got it at ulta for $36. BUT, in my op its worth it! it comes with ALOT of product and has the most beautiful, rainbow-iridescent effect ive ever seen! its also amazing for pale people because it doesnt look dark✨ Too Faced - Tutti Frutti Twinkle Twinkle Liquid Glitter Eyeshadow they were $22 og but i got them for $5.99! too faced has dropped the price on their website as well. these shadows are really nice as a topper and dont look patchy. i have the colors “sweet spot” and “candied rose” Too Faced - Tutti Frutti Dew You Fresh Glow Foundation og $36, but i got it for $9.99! also, they reduced the price on their site to $9.00. this foundation i like a lot even though i have oily skin. it goes on very nicely and blends well, and doesnt look cakey! its not TOO dewy either❤️ i use the shade “vanilla” Too Faced - Rich & Dazzling High Shine Sparkling Lip Gloss . it sells for $22 but i got it for $7.99! this gloss is AMAZING! it has a blue/purple/yellow shift to it, and it feels really nice too. it looks beautiful and doesnt wear off super easily Too Faced - Glitter Pop Eyeliner this was $22 og but i got it for $5.99! so, this liner DOES peel off and it does look nice, but it can be a little patchy and hard to work with. honestly i dont like that it peels😂 the urban decay glitter liner is better but this one is also nice thats all! dont forget to follow and like, and tell me what you like from too faced down below✨
classic cut crease with a twist!🧚🏻♀️✨
hello everyone! today i am showing a classic cut crease look with a little extra sumtin’! full disclaimer though, i have a really hard time with cut creases because i have so much extra skin on my eyelid that can make it look uneven. i also dont do them a lot so dont be mean! and im also aware that my eyebrows are in bad condition😂 anyways, i though this would be a really fun look to share! dont forget to follow and cheer❤️👏🏼 products/how i used them: face👱🏽♀️ SOAP & GLORY - The Fab Pore 3-In-1 Oil Control Serum i use this to control oil Juvia's PLACE - I am Magic Velvety Matte Foundation i use this for a very matte look e.l.f. - 16HR Camo Concealer i use this under the eyes e.l.f. - High Definition Powder i use this to set and make my makeup even more matte COLOURPOP - Colourpop Pressed Powder Blush i use this light pink shade called “desert rose” to add color to my face ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - ANASTASIA Beverly Hills Powder Bronzer i use this in the shaw cappuccino to add color to my face ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Moonchild Glow Kit i used the light blue shade called “blue ice” to make my look more silvery eyes 👁 PLOUISE - PLOUISE Base Shade i use this in shade one as an eyeshadow primer and to cut the crease COLOURPOP - Garden Variety Eyeshadow Palette i use the pale shade “deserted” all over the lid HUDA BEAUTY - Mercury Retrograde Eyeshadow Palette i use the light brown shade “crash” to deepen the crease, and the deep brown shade “vortex” as a liner along my lash line Too Faced - Glitter Pop Eyeliner i used the silver shade “super fun night” as a base glitter liner along the crease. i also used it on the lower lashline URBAN DECAY - Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner this glitter is a little splotchy which is why i used the other glitter underneath it. but, its a lot more shiny and beautiful than the other one. i used the shade “disco daydream” COLOURPOP - Colourpop Glitter Gel i used this in the inner corner in the shade “ur a firework” L'ORÉAL - Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara i used this like normal ALMAY - Brow Styler Brow Mascara i used this to keep my brows in place lips 👄 Too Faced - Rich & Dazzling High Shine Sparkling Lip Gloss i used this in the iridescent blue shade “pants off dance off” lemme know what you think in the comments☺️✨🦄 #CheriePartner

The BEST concealer I’ve ever used | 💘😍👀
KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Lock-It Concealer Crème I’ve been using the same concealer for YEARS. Crazy, right? So many of us like to hop around and try new ones, but once I found this baby, I couldn’t let her go. The Kat Von D line became controversial when it’s namesake did, but has now become KVD Vegan Beauty and is unattached from the tattooed icon. I seriously love so many products from this line, and have been using them for so long, I can’t imagine my life without them! The Lock-It Concealer Creme is my #1 holy grail when it comes to foundation and concealer. What I love about it: ✨ I’ve always had a hard time finding concealer and foundation that matches me perfectly, but the shade range in this formula is pretty great. I totally recognize that there will never be one brand that makes something that’ll work for everyone, but I do find their range to be better than most. This stuff matches me perfectly. ✨ The formula is medium-high coverage, super buildable, but isn’t heavy feeling and won’t crease when set properly. I always use this after foundation but before powder, and have never had a pesky under-eye crease, even after a long day at work! ✨ This concealer is suitable for all skin types - I’ve been able to use it on dry patches in the winter, oily T-zones, and my super sensitive areas without any trouble. I always feel confident that my skin will look great when I have this on. ✨ KVD Vegan Beauty is paraben, phthalate, and cruelty-free, and is a vegan brand. I know, I know, there are SO many good concealers out there, and you bet I’ve been wanting to try some. But honestly? I have such a good relationship with this stuff, I can’t see myself giving it up anytime soon…even for a day! 😋 What’s your #1 base product? Do you like the KVD line?! 📝
Do You Really Need Concealer and Eyeshadow Primer? 💥
Well… Yes and no, let me explain... So you want your eye shadow to have the best color pay off and durability possible? You are going to want to apply it on a base. Imagine you’re painting a wall, to make the color look bright and uniform, you must prime it or paint it white with a base coat then put the color on top. In doing so, you have created a base to which the color can stick to it. ❤️ Without it, your skin will absorb the eyeshadow making it dull and lifeless, and on hot days the color will merely run off and leave you looking tired. This is why we use primers for eyeshadow, but this is the thing - you don’t need a specific eye primer. Stop the Press! 👀You can do the same thing using a great concealer, but it must be a quality concealer with staying power. 💪🏼 As long as you use something as a base and make sure that it’s a matt product with some powder, you will notice the results, and they will be positive.☀️ Go for…. KVD Vegan Beauty Concealer - Lock-It Concealer Crème A dual product use to conceal under the eyes and also on the top lid as a primer. It’s a great product that comes in 21 shades, so there will be one for your skin color. Fenty Beauty Invismatte Blotting Powder The next stage is to add a little blotting powder to your skin, especially if you have oily skin and are prone to breakouts. Now we are talking about staying power, and this means your eyeshadow won’t move. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion If you decide you want a primer and it’s always better to have everything than nothing, choose Urban Decay, it’s a great product from a fabulous brand. Investing in the right products is always a good move.

Second love affair..
The classic Mac, lip liner/pencil. Believe it or not, I've been using Mac's lip liners since the end of highschool! I'm talking 15,17, 18 years! What I do, as a hardcore makeup lover, a smart shopper & to always have what I need, on hand. Buy classic colors. So, one red. One plum. One on the nose side or pink. Most of my lipsticks are either red or plum. All different shades, but one mac plum lip liner, or red etc (at least for me) match every other plum lipstick. So stuck with one main lip liner shade in each category, matching what you wear. I have one red 1 plum/wine and 1 in the softer side I'd consider nudes. And whether I'm wearing covergirl lipstick, or NYX.. I never need to spend even more money to buy yet another lip liner. I've had this problem with other lip liner brands. But at least for myself, I find ma's liner pretty amazing in the fact that they match almost 100% of my lipstick shades. As long as I have one per category of main color. I dont bother buying any pink, as I dont wear pink, I wont and wont waste money.MAC - MAC Lip Pencil
INTERVIEW MAKEUP + TIPS TO GETTING THE JOB💼✨
HOW I DID MY MAKEUP FOR INTERVIEWS + TIPS TO GETTING THE JOB I have been on the search for a new job for sometime now. I am a fairly recent graduate with little experience and plus being in a global pandemic it has been challenging to find the right fit. Throughout my research on how to look presentable during interviews, here are some tips I gathered that helped me get multiple job offers. Less is more: •Makeup: Now I am not a fan of this saying because I love being extra with contour, and big lashes, etc. but when you are doing makeup for an interview less is more. The interviewer’s main focus is going to be listening to what you can bring to their company. If they are distracted by glittery eyes or a bright pink lip they might not be fully listening to what you have to offer. I would recommend to stick to a more “conservative” look with a clean makeup base, minimal eye makeup and possibly a lip color that you feel comfortable in. •Hair: When choosing the right hairstyle for an interview, you still want to keep in mind that your face will be the main focus. With that being said, you do not want to take away from what you are saying by any hair distractions. It would be best to keep your hair pulled back and out of the way so it does not cause any interferences. (Especially if you play with your hair, that could be a big distraction away from what you are saying.) If wearing your hair down or a bright lip color makes you feel confident then I would go for it. Ultimately you want to be comfortable with how you look so that confidence can transfer over well into your interview Dress the part: Companies want to see if you are a good fit by imagining yourself in the role. When you dress the part you are saving them this step. If they can see you professionally as one of their own, it will be easier for them to determine if you are a good fit. I would recommend sticking to basic/neutral colors and solid pieces. Blazers are always a good choice when it comes to layering and they make me feel more professional and confident going into an interview. Again, like mentioned before, wear what you feel most comfortable in. Check your background: This tip has nothing to do with your actual physical image but I still think it’s important to mention now that a lot of interviews are being conducted over video-call platforms. I recommend choosing a background with MINIMAL clutter and possibly adding greenery into the scene. If none of this is possible, opt for a neutral-solid color background. You can even hang up an ironed white sheet if necessary. Also, make sure there will be minimal noise distractions wherever you are interviewing. If you live with others, make sure you let them know that you will be interviewing so no distractions can occur. SMILE & relax: Unless you are applying to a job where you do not need to be friendly… SMILE. It looks good to see that you are friendly and confident in the way you carry yourself. Also, it is important to relax and don't let the nerves get the best of you. • Psych tips: ◦Even if you mess up, if you are still smiling you can trick the interviewer into thinking you still have yourself composed. ◦The feeling of excitement and fear are SO closely related that you can turn one of those feelings into the other. When I get very anxious I like to tell myself I’m actually excited and it will help calm my nerves. How to get flawless base makeup in summer!!
What you’ll need: a foundation brush, a primer that is light and easy to blend, a high-coverage foundation and an oil control setting powder My pursuit for the base makeup: as I have an oily-combo skin type, I would like my base makeup to be long lasting and not easily ruined by the oil and sweat that I will inevitable have on my face during the day. Besides, I would especially suffer from acne in the hot humid summer, so it would also be better if my acnes could get perfectly covered. What I’ve used and my thoughts: ·smashbox - Studio Skin Full Coverage 24 Hour Waterproof Foundation I love how this product provides full coverage and it could last a whole day, sometimes when I wear this foundation, as long as I moisturize well and set the foundation well, it still stays on place and give me an intact look after 9-10 hours. But the only problem with this foundation is that it tends to get dry quickly and it could be hard to blend. ·clé de peau BEAUTÉ - Correcting Cream Veil SPF 21 My go-to foundation when I pursue a natural and clean look. But these days it is not long-lasting enough and it could only provide light-to-medium coverage. So on important occasions, this alone is not enough. ·KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Lock-It Finishing Powder This is my holy grail setting powder, only that the cushion that comes with it is not good enough. So I’ve changed it with something else I bought from CVS. You could also just use your brush or sponge to apply this powder on your face. It just blurs out every single shine resulting from oil on one touch. And I always carry it with me in summer to save my from being too shiny… Steps to follow: 1. Moisturize well before you apply any foundation products. This is always a must for any base makeup to look good and last long. 2. Blend the primer and the foundation in the ratio of 1:1 on hand. 3. Use the brush to dip the mixture and apply them on your face. You could also opt for a beauty blender if you are in want of a more natural look 4. Use the setting powder to set your foundation carefully and thoroughly. And voila, here is a base makeup that provides high coverage and lasts long.
BH has some amazing formulas 💜💙
Just used the new Sweet Shoppe Cotton Candy and the Bubble Gum palette and I LOVE THEM! They each retail at just $18, the pans are HUGE and the color payoff is insane! I used my Colourpop Pretry Fresh Concealer as the base for my eyeshadow and it just popped so beautifully! These colors are super pigmented and to my surprise didn’t stain my lids (which is common for pinks/purples). Overall these palettes are a solid 10/10 for quality, price and performance! bh - Cotton Candy 8 Color Shadow Palette #BH Cosmetics - Bubble Gum eyeshadow palette[products]#[FiveStars]

Moreover, it has some bright matte color, which is relatively rare in eyeshadow palettes。 As you can see from the picture, the whole color is very dreamy. I guess all the girls will like it! The glitter color feels slippery and soft. There are several colors that can even be used as highlights. Bright matte eye shadow needs to be matched with eyelashes and eyeliner. The only cons of this plate is that it has less matte color, but its packaging is very attractive. So if you wanna bright matte
