How to avoid greasy hair in summer? My secret is...
When it comes to summer, many girls with long hair always have oily hair trouble. As a girl who doesn't want to wash hair every day, in this post I'll share my tips for avoiding oily hair. The first thing I would recommend is a scalp scrub. KÉRASTASE - Energizing Scrub: Purifying Scrub for Oily Scalp

If you only use scrub to clean your hair...
KÉRASTASE - Energizing Scrub: Purifying Scrub for Oily Scalp This energising scrub replaces a traditional shampoo and deeply cleanses the scalp and hair. Its purifying texture is specifically designed for oily prone scalp and hair, to combat oiliness and dandruff. The detoxifying power of the sea salt profoundly exfoliates the scalp, effectively removing impurities, particles and product build-up, allowing for stronger, healthier and more beautiful hair. The Vitamin B6 and Salicylic acid protect the scalp with their anti-inflammatory benefits. A little of this powerful scrub massaged in circular motions in a warm shower, will promote skin renewal and unclog pores for optimal scalp health. As you add water to your hair, the energising scrub lathers and create an intense whipped cream cloud. Let the massage awaken your senses. Easy to wash away, this scrub leaves the scalp free to breathe, roots highly lifted, hair fully volumised, 72% more volume after application, shinier and with a lightweight feel. i use this product once a week instead of the shampoo, and I like it so far. It does good job, the only a problem is that you need a lot of product to make sure that after washing your hair will feel fresh and clean. And for sure you need to follow up with conditioner or a hair mask. can’t say enough about this product. I bought this during the Sephora sale and I am so happy that I did. I kept going back and forth because of the price but WORTH EVERY PENNY! I have fine, oily hair and use to wash it every day. I know, a hairdresser’s worst nightmare. I then started using every type of dry shampoo there is. After months of copious amounts of product and dry shampoo I tried this scalp scrub to remove all the buildup and help with the itchy scalp. This made all the difference in the world and I have only used it twice. My hair is softer and shinier! Mad I didn’t get it sooner.
I tried two products to to treat thinning hair, BUT only 1 is my fav...
1.KÉRASTASE - Energizing Scrub: Purifying Scrub for Oily Scalp What it is: A scrub for an oily scalp that is formulated to exfoliate and provide healthy-looking hair. Hair Type: Straight, Wavy, Curly, and Coily Hair Texture: Fine, Medium, and Thick Hair Concerns: - Oiliness - Volumizes - Flaky, Dry Scalp Key Benefits: - Cleanses - Removes Impurities - Adds Volume Formulation: Scrub Highlighted Ingredients: - Sea Salt: Known for eliminating impurities and exfoliating the scalp. - Vitamin B6: Known for removing dead skin cells from scalp. - Salicylic Acid: Involved with protein metabolism and energy support. Maybe you are confused now: is this scalp working for thin hair? Actually, nearly 50% thin hair is caused by the oil imbalance. So balancing the oil to secrete can not only make your skin fresh and cool but also save your thin hair. That's why I recommend this one for the thin hair. This energising scrub replaces a traditional shampoo and deeply cleanses the scalp and hair. Easy to wash away, this scrub leaves the scalp free to breathe, roots highly lifted, hair fully volumised, 72% more volume after application, shinier and with a lightweight feel. I like using it on wet hair only, start gently applying a walnut-size amount on the scalp (on the top, on the temples, on the crown and on the nape). Gently massage the scalp, add water to the scalp from time to time to help the product to create a thick lather. Rinse thoroughly. Always follow with a treatment on lengths and ends. It's ideal to use Scrub Energisant once a week. 2. GROW GORGEOUS - Hair Density Serum Intense I find the best way to learn more about a hair loss product is to look at the ingredients inside. That is what I am going to be putting in my already thinning hair so I want to make sure everything checks out. Caffeine Ever since a study by german scientists should some minor hair growth on hair follicles in a lab, everything went a bit crazy and every hair loss product now seems to contain caffeine. No doubt it you are from the UK and own a TV you will have seen those rogaine ads. I'm not sure how to feel about this ingredient, it was carried out on male follicles and caffeine shampoo Alpecin was recently banned from claiming it could "help reduce hair loss". I have used other Caffeine products like OGX, Lipogaine and Shapiro MD which did give me some results but I personally don't think it was because of the caffeine inside. Hyaluronic Acid Thinning Hair and "acid" might not sound like a great combination at first glance but taking a deeper look it will make more sense. Hyaluronic Acid is a natural "watery gel" substance that is amazing for moisturising your hair and skin. This may sound hard to believe but just 1 gram of Hyaluronic Acid can hold 6 freaking litres of water. Kate Ellis from the grow gorgeous company actually wrote an in depth article on this ingredient. Bio-Active Pea Sprout extract This ingredient caught my a little bit off guard since I haven't tried a product yet that used this ingredient and I'm not familiar with how it works exactly. I did some research though and it's quite interesting. There was a study that showed Pea Sprout "significantly growing the ratio of anagen and telogen hair". This means that in the study it did improve hair growth. It get's even better though because study included a 50% ratio between Women and Men. The study its self was quite complicated and carried out well. The participants had to apply the Bean Sprout product to the back of their scalps twice per day. At the end of the study 85% of the participants said that the noticed regrowth of their hair. Grow Gorgeous also includes Soy Sprout and Wheat Sprout which some people believe can give similar results. My main issue has been thinning hair and it taking a long time to grow in length. I picked up the Grow Gorgeous Hair Growth Serum 60ml from Amazon UK 2 months ago. It took about 1 week to arrive. I decided that I was going to use it every night after I got home from work. At about 9pm after I had finished my evening bath, I opened up the Serum for the first time I straight away noticed the beautiful smell coming from the shampoo. I tilted my head forward and starting massaging the serum into the front of my scalp into my dry hair. This is where I have been having issues with thinning hair. I did this for about 5 minutes and after that I just let it sit in and went to sleep at about 11pm. I simply repeated this process every night until the bottle was empty and I did notice results. At the end of my experiment I noticed that my hair had grown more than usual and it felt thicker than usual. The results weren't that shocking and I don't think many people would notice that much of a change but for me personally it was definitely nice to see. The price was okay as well but I am keen to try as many other products first for this blog so I probably won't use it again for a while. In a word, both this two products are my often use but if i need to choose one of them ,it should be grow gorgeous because it will show the effect so fast.
How to make your hair fluffy? My secret weapon is...🤫
Hi guys！Today I want to recommend a great product to u! Let me introduce my hair condition first. My hair is medium width and recently I’m really bothered with hair loss. Even if I don’t comb my hair, it just fall off itself. Flattened hair makes people look low-spirited. I also considered wigs, but wearing wigs always looks strange. It is more important to take care your own hair! SO I’m searching for a long time to make the hair fluffy, after all, fluffy hair can increase the sense of volume visually! Finally, I found the magic weapon for first aid! It wasSchwarzkopf - Osis+ Dust It Mattifying Powder 10g During this period of time, I tried various things at home and found that it can really make my balding hair look much more good looking. What’s more, it will not damage the hair quality, and it can also help me to do more different hair styles. After using the this powder,my face even looks a lot smaller. I recommend it to everyone and hope you can all have fluffy hair! Here I will introduce to you the steps I usually use (dry hair and wet hair). 1. Use powder to put evenly on the hair roots and sparse hair parts at a distance of 20cm from the hair roots 2. Use your hands rub it again 3. Finally, use the “low volume” position of the hair dryer to dry the hair (blowing against the direction of the hair root will effect better!) Advantages:This powder is not like other styling products that will stick to hair. It is very refreshing and non-sticky, suitable for any hair type. My own hair is very soft, so my hair looks more fluffy after using it. This one is really easy to get started.
caring for straight(ish) hair
Today I want to talk about how I’ve learned to care for my hair, which isn’t stick straight but usually isn’t *super* wavy either. It can also get pretty oily in the summer; I have oily skin on my face, and the two typically go together. First, I tend to wash my hair every day. I know some people are very against this, but it’s what works for me! Since my hair is pretty straight and thin, it tends to get weighed down with product and I hate the feeling of sleeping on it. So I wash it every night. When my hair is wet, I comb out any tangles with a wide-toothed comb. I’ve found this results in way less breakage than if I comb or brush my hair when it’s dry. I use a wooden comb that was a gift, so I’m unsure of what brand it is, but there are lots of great wide-toothed combs out there. I rarely blow dry my hair. I used to blow dry it every day in high school so it would be stick straight, but thankfully that’s not the look anymore 🙃 It’s straight enough without subjecting it to unnecessary heat every day, and heat also makes hair brittle and more prone to breakage unless you use proper heat protectant products. If I do blow dry my hair, I use amika: - Brooklyn Bombshell Blowout Spray to protect from heat and add extra volume and shine. I’ve reviewed this before, but just to recap: I love it! A little goes a long way to add just the right amount of volume to my hair. I’ll be honest: I haven’t been styling my hair much at all since I’ve been working from home since March 😬 Most days it’s just a scrunchie ponytail for me. I’ll occasionally add some Batiste - Batiste Dry Shampoo or SACHAJUAN - Dark Volume Powder to add some volume to my roots—both of these are great for making my roots look lifted, and I’m recommend them to anyone with straight hair in need of a little volume and texture.

Coarse Hair Is No Match For These Holy Grail Products
Coarse hair can be ultra-difficult to keep shiny and smooth. It seems like coarse hair has a mind of its own! My natural hair is quite curly and coarse, but it's also on the thinner side. If I don't use my holy grail hair care products, I look like a poodle. For lack of better words! The tricky thing with my hair is that while it needs a major boost of hydration, I tend to get oily roots quite fast because it's on the thinner side. Luckily, I've found some excellent products that combat my course dry strands without my roots looking like an oil slick. Products I can't live without: 1. OLAPLEX No.6 Bond Smoother Reparative Styling Creme $28 This is sulfates & paraben-free styling cream is such a hair-saver. It comes in a 3.3oz (recyclable) bottle and smells delicious. A little goes a long way; this stuff is potent. I use about a pea size amount and run it through damp hair. I use it on dry hair too after styling. I've been using it for around a year, and I'm already on my second bottle. I will repurchase it - no doubt about it! 2. OLAPLEX No.7 Bonding Oil $28 In my mind, OLAPLEX can do no wrong, so it's no wonder I'm obsessed with the bonding oil as well. The 1oz bottle comes in a small, easy to use bottle. I put about 3-4 drops in the palms of my hands and mix it with OLAPLEX No.6 and put in my dry hair. It makes my hair look shiny, feel softer, and it smells light & fresh. I'm still on my first bottle (a little goes a long way), but I know I'll be repurchasing when I finally run out. I use this mixture (No.6 + No.7) about twice a week to keep my coarse hair feeling soft.
They Saved My Coarse Hair! 👍👏
Coarse hair seems to be a common problem among many people, yet, having smooth and luscious hair is desired by most. Nowadays, there are many products on the market that can help us treat coarse hair, and I’ll be introducing a hair essence and heat protectant that will achieve just that! My Hair Type: I have to admit that I brought this problem to myself. My hair used to be smooth and healthy, however, I was into dying my hair in various bright colors that involved many times of bleaching, which ultimately damaged my hair, almost beyond repair. For a while, my hair was coarse on the part that has been bleached and endless split ends followed. My hair became extremely weak and prone to breakage. On top of those problems, I have oily hair roots but dry ends. Product 1: Heat Protectant - Tresemme RP7 Pre-Styling Spray $3.59 / 300 ml This is such an affordable product that should be a staple item in everyone’s hair care collection. One cause for coarse hair could be too much heat on the hair. When we blow dry too closely to our hair or at a temperature that’s too high, or style our hair with a straightener or curler, our hair could be damaged and dry, thus, becoming coarse. This is where heat Protectant is important. I love the packaging because it is a spray-on product, which makes application very easy, you simply spray onto dry or wet hair before blow-drying or styling. The scent is very mild and makes the hair smell nice. The texture also feels lightweight and coats the hair nicely. I noticed that my hair became smooth and shiny right after application, and over months of usage, my hair felt stronger, and there are less split ends and less tangles. One thing I would note is to avoid applying onto the scalp because it can make the hair oily and flat. Product 2: Hair Essence - Pantene Ultimate 10 BB Creme for Hair $4.95 / 135 ml We’ve all heard of bb cream for the face, which is a product that is supposed to benefit the skin in multiple ways. In this case, this product is a bb cream for hair. It is a multi-tasking leave on treatment. It truly lives up to its name, because it really moisturized, detangled and defrizzed my hair. It can be applied onto dry or wet hair, at day or night. For me, I like to apply this before bedtime. I would dispense two pumps into my hair and apply it evenly on my hair, except for the scalp. I would notice a huge difference the next day, where my hair feels extremely smooth and silky, and all of the coarseness would be gone. The packaging is nice and convenient, the price is very affordable, and most of all, I love the scent. It smells like perfume for the hair. I absolutely adore this product and would highly recommend this to my friends and family. I have emptied at least three bottles of this, so I encourage you to give this a try too!
TRESemmé-Repair & Protect 7 Pre-Styling Spray
Two hair products that saved my laziness!
When weekends come, I usually just stay at home and don’t want to leave my house at all after a busy week, not to mention spending half an hour or longer in the bathroom to take total care of my hair. The reason why I don’t say sorry to my hair (I should actually) is that there are some great remedies we can take to re-nourish our hair when we have time and mood to caress it. I recently found two products that help me to address some basic hair problems in a fast, easy way even when I don’t want to get out of my quilt. I have straight hair which is really thick, and it doesn’t get tangled at all unless I dye my hair frequently. This oil elixir from Schwarzkopf is what I found really helpful on untangling hair and smoothing the hair texture. I bought this hair oil and immediately fell in love when its rose scent and it smells so much like rose and the texture is quite silky and balmy, not like some other hair oil I have used. When I had my hair dyed, it just became super dry, and there are some split ends as well. I tried this and it helped me get rid out of issues including dullness and dryness. My hair becomes so much easier to comb. I like to use it not just after the bath, but every time when I feel like some extra suppleness and glow on my hair. It is worthy to try this lightweight and sweet-smelling hair oil when you need some hair care but doesn’t want to wash your hair and do a hair mask. Another holy grail is the dry shampoo. I believe most people have tried this because it is so famous and has a great reputation. My first encounter with this product was not a good story, to be honest; the one I used didn’t work well on me. Unlike the previous one which didn’t solve my problem, this new Batiste dry shampoo I am using can really help me to get rid of over-oiliness while providing hydration. It is so easy to use and convenient to carry it in my bag since it is in a small size. It is also lightweight and has a light, refreshing scent that I don’t hate. After a few seconds, it becomes completely invisible and no white stain left on hair at all. I like to use to when I realize I need to wash my oily hair but really tired to do so. Thanks to this product for saving lots of my time. Batiste - Batiste Dry Shampoo

Thanks to this babe! I get perfectly straight hair at home👉👉
I have thin, soft and naturally straight hair. But what bothers me a lot was that my hair is frizzy. It just looked like a pile of withered grass grew on your head!!! Since it is too expensive to go to a salon, I decided to straight my hair by myself. Of course, I have to be with the help of some products. After searching the internet and carefully comparing, I bought Schwarzkopf Glatt and gave it a try. It felt natural after use, and the hair become glossy and smoother. No matter you want to straight your naturally curly hair, or you just wanna to make you straight hair look smoother and straighter, Schwarzkopf Glatt can be your choice. It can give you amazing results! You can get two bags and some tools if you buy it, including one Neutralizing Balm and one Hair Straightener. You have to follow the steps properly to achieve better results, First, wash you hair and add some conditioner. Second, dry your hair. If you want to get better straightening effect, you can use the flat iron before you apply the cream. Third, apply Hair Straightener. Be quick as possible, you can ask someone to help you. In addition, you’d better follow the direction of your hair and don’t let it touch your scalp. After finishing applying, comb your hair to straight and smooth it. Then wait for about ten minutes. Fourth, wash hair and then add some conditioner again. You don’t need dry your hair this time, and apply Neutralizing Balm directly , then just repeat the above steps. Remember not wash your hair for two days after you finish it. It could be done within one hour, which is very simple and convenient. And the point is that its effect exceeded my expectation. What’s more, its effect is long-lasting. I highly recommend it!!! If you have any questions, tell me below!
Flat iron Do’s & Dont’s
"No heat protection " This is a common mistake that most people make when blow drying their hair. You can choose to apply a serum or a cream heat protector before drying on your damp hair or use an aerosol spray that you can spray on each section before you heat it with a flat iron or curl it. KÉRASTASE - Nutritive Nectar Thermique Conditioner This is my favorite heat protector cream this year. Kerastase has the best hair products for repair 👍 Since blow dryers have heat, and damp hair is more fragile than dry hair. If your hair is really fragile or breaking, it's the heat that brings the damage. Using heat protection will keep your hair in the best condition possible given the fact that you are using heat tools. This is also when most damage comes from. “Do not go up & down multiple times” When heating the hair with flat iron, try not go up and down. Correct way is to slowly moving from the scalp to the root. It makes all the follicles point the same direction. This also create the sleek finish and add extra shine if you do it correctly. Dos Comb your hair One thing you should notice is that the iron seals whatever goes into the hair. By this, it means that, if there are a lot of crinkles in a section of your hair and you go straight to straightening. What you did is to seal the whole section including all the crinkles into the hair. It is always recommended to avoid using a comb first. Section your hair I like to iron with small sections about 1 inch wide. Sectioning shift to diagonal section, keep portions nice and small, working on diagonal, easy to get the texture we want. give a light mist, once it gets dry, we can go ahead and apply the heat. One thing to notice here is that when we work on the diagonal, after the hair falls, it still has a little bit movement to it. So it doesnt get flat. What we did is that we keep the iron on the diagonal and this would leave with a much nicer result.
