Nail strengthener hual💅Best in Byrdie but smelly🤢
I am a big fan of acrylic nails. But the bad thing is my nails became weak and brittle. It is very uncomfortable and I feel guilty about my nails. However, I found something really good for my nails: nail strengtheners. I did a lot of research and then I bought many different kinds of nail strengtheners. Why nail strengtheners？ I like biting nails so I use acrylic nails or gel nails to "protect" them. BUT I was totally wrong! Both nail biting and using acrylic nails can damage the nails. And a good strengthener is full of strengthening ingredients to save brittle and damaged nails. Ingredients are different from product to product. I've also read some magazines about having supplements for nail growth, but it takes time. So I chose nail strengtheners to help my brittle and flimsy nails. My favs I tried several kinds of nail strengtheners and these are my favs. I usually apply it like a nail varnish or a cuticle oil. After that I always apply hand cream to keep it hydrated. Try to avoid washing hands as this can dry out the nails and cuticles, and it can cause splitting. OPI Natural Nail Strengthener This was the first one I tried. Before using it my nails were splitting and breaking and had very little growth. With use, my nails are no longer splitting and are growing nicely. The smell is not weird. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Nails Inc NailKale Superfood Base Coat This one contains kale extract and other antioxidant-rich botanical extracts. It can be used as a base coat. It gets my nails back to health. Duri Rejuvacote 1 I bought it because many reviews and magazines have said good things about it. Generally, it did a good job. It gets my nails harder and stronger. But I don't like the strong smell, it is a little bit offensive. It is the "Best Overall" in Byrdie but it's so smelly!🤢

MAGICAL Cellulite Cream Collection! 👆 With Powerhouse Ingredients!
Here comes ur daily reminder, cellulite. It is estimated that about 90 percent of all women have it. Cellulite is often due to hormones, genetics, and poor blood circulation, and the common causes can be weight gaining and a lack of exercise. Sadly, it is quite hard to get rid of it! With this concern, cellulite creams have been splurging on all kinds of beauty magazines. However... Do they really work? Well, actually, it depends on which type of cellulite cream that you spend your money hun! There are ONLY 3 ingredients that have been approved effective for your dimpling fat: Caffeine: Caffeine is a powerhouse ingredient that can cause the blood vessels to constrict and the fat cells to shrink temporarily. Thus, it is one of the most responsible ingredients that can firm your skin. Retinol: Retinol is able to penetrate the skin to increase collagen production, which makes your skin thicker and hides the dimpling fat. Dimethylaminoethanol or DMAE: It is an antioxidant derived from fish. When being combined with amino acids, it can stimulate the muscles to contract and become firmer. Therefore, when you are looking for cellulite cream, DO check the ingredients before buying! The pic I've posted has recommend the products that work MAGICALLY with the special concern that they target! You can choose the most suitable one. Hope to give you some inspiration! However, the truth is that no miracle cream has the power to kill cellulite totally. All they can do is to help reduce the loose appearance. Thus, you can't fully rely on these products. If you really wanna shake off your cottage cheese-like appearance, grab a towel and hit the gym lol!

AHA Whitehead Power Liquid for Blackheads??
So this product is formulated to use apple water and AHA to exfoliate the skin and reduce oiliness. I know it’s called the whitehead power liquid and CosRx has a product like this specifically for blackheads but hear me out when I say this product is great for both! It’s a clear slippery consistency and has a light smell of apples! I’ve used this product for 6 months and here’s what I think: ★ My Experience ★ I decided to try this product because I wanted to try a chemical exfoliant and this one was advertised for oily skin. I have issues with whiteheads often and thought this might be the perfect solution. At some point a couple months ago, I found blackheads on my nose and tried this product on it and they were gone after a couple of days! I like this product because it’s really effective at exfoliating the skin both for white and blackheads. My only issue is it did sting a little but that’s most likely because of my sensitive skin caused by prescription acne products. I only use this once in a while because of this. ★ Overall Thoughts ★ I love this product and wish I could use it more often! I recommend it to those who deal with oiliness and have the occasional blackhead because it’s a great hack to just buy one product instead of getting both the whitehead and blackhead power liquid. I wouldn’t recommend this to those with sensitive skin as it is irritating and if you get more blackheads than whiteheads, I’d try the other CosRx product as it might be more helpful. Night time skincare routine is a pure 'me-time' for me. It's a serious ritual to prep my skin before bed and that's when I use the fourthray BFD Cleansing Oil as part of double cleansing. I'm happy that all of Fourth Ray products are 100% cruelty-free, vegan, gluten-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and synthetic fragrance-free. There aren’t really any synthetic materials in here to worry about, even though it contains PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate. From a little googling I did, PEG-20 is safe for the skin. And the rest of of the ingredients in the formula is essential oils, like tea seed oil which is rich in antioxidants, juniper berry oil which helps cleanse and balance the skin, and meadowfoam seed oil which is rich in antioxidants and helps moisturize the skin. Another special thing about Fourth Ray products is that they come infused with quartz for “love, clarity, strength and protection”. Not all people buy into the crystal energy idea, but I still found it interesting. I would consider this product to be more of a lightweight and gentle oil. The smell is also very light and non-offensive. I always start off by rubbing two pumps of the oil onto dry skin. Straight out of the bottle, it glides across my skin easily and I noticed that it doesn't coat my hands with any stickiness. It doesn't sting or burn nor did it create super cloudy vision which I appreciate the most. Once it dissolves away my makeup, I splash my face with water and rub more. This helps emulsify it into a milky consistency, which then lifts away any remaining dirt. Then I rinse everything away with cleansing cloth. After I pat my face dry, I swear there is no a single speck is left behind. This product manages to glide makeup and impurities right off my skin, including waterproof mascara even the most staining eyeshadows. Right after, I noted that my face didn’t feel greasy or sticky. It doesn’t leave oily residue at all that I just feel like I already washed my face with foaming cleanser. But it didn't over drying or stripping my skin either.
TOO FACED GLOWY BRONZER
Too Faced - Sweethearts Bronzer Looking for the perfect golden glow? This Too Faced Baked Bronzer is the best neutral bronze that adds a subtle sheen to the skin. You can see from the swatch video that it complements my skin tone really well and the glow it gives off isn’t too much. The flash definitely emphasized the glow, but it truly just makes my skin look healthy. I don’t feel the need to use highlighter or blush when using this because I like to brush it all over my cheeks, like a one-and-done kind of product, and it just gives a natural, bronzed flush of color. The only downside to this product is that it doesn’t come in more shades. I have a light/medium complexion and it is the perfect shade for me. I can’t imagine this being used my deeper skin tones because it probably wouldn’t show up! Too Faced, please make this beautiful formula in more shades!!!

The Fountain of Youth
Okay, maybe it’s not THEE fountain of youth, but it’s pretty darn close. I got this Measurable Difference, Collagen and Retinol anti aging serum several months ago and have been using it almost daily. A little goes a LONG way and effects are almost immediate. I have terrible genetics and also terrible vision so my “11 lines” (the lines between my eyebrows) have always been predominant. I squint all too often and have been known to have RBF. I haven’t wanted to pull the trigger on Botox just yet (hey, I’m not even 30 yet!) so I decided to give this a try. Alright, so retinol and collagen are the holy grails for anti-aging skin care. They help to reduce and tighten pores, reduce inflammation, decrease fine lines, improve skin texture. You name it, these two active Ingredients target it. The serum is somewhat thick in consistency so it’s very easy to use. I massaged this serum first between my fingers to “warm it up” and then primarily into my problem areas until the lines are virtually no longer visible. I’ve seen improvement as far as the visibility goes and think I’ll be able to put off the Botox until the dirty 30 rolls around. We’ll see 😉 For only $20, this product is a steal as far as it effectiveness goes. I would recommend this to anyone, for preventative care, for fine lines and even the deeper set ones that I have.
There’s something really satisfying about showering with a bar of soap. It is my husband’s preference yet I usually forgo in favor of some body wash with a trusty exfoliating glove… but not this month… this month is all about Canadian skincare and I am luxuriating in the shower… For the past few weeks I have been using this Oatmeal + Almond Milk Soap from bucknakedsoap and loving the results. The oats give it the right about amount of exfoliating power, the scent is delicate and neutral and bodies are left clean and soft. I honestly didn’t realize how well it does its job until caressing my husband’s back… He NEVER moisturizes, but his skin has been so soft and smooth and the only thing he can credit is this lovely soap that we’ve been sharing these past few weeks. A definite keeper.
Getting my glow on with the Firm & Lift Firmarine Life Face Mask by erno laszlo . I love the anti-aging properties (bye-bye fine lines!), but it’s also hydrating and gives my skin a glow. My skin gets insanely dry during the colder months, so I’m very particular about the products that I use throughout the winter. If it doesn’t say “hydrating” or “moisturizing”, it won’t touch my face, but the Firm & Lift Mask totally won me over. If you’re looking to make an investment into your skin this winter, I would highly recommend this mask (along with a couple of others from Erno Laszlo).
