Say Sayonara to Hair Loss!👋👋
Hair loss in women is probably a lot more common than you think. Despite popular belief, it's not chalked up to aging strands. Hair loss is actually a common problem for almost everybody. I'm letting you in on some of my tried and tested hair secret weapons to help combat hair loss! My hair type & hair texture: I have long, wavy, fine hair. It can be frizzy and unmanageable at times, but if I use heat (which I do often), it's much easier to tame. What's the reason behind my hair loss? I have naturally dark brown hair, and I wanted to go lighter. Much to my hairdresser's dismay (sorry Tristan!), I did it myself. As you can probably figure, it didn't go well. I had crazy breakage, and my hair looked like I had cut it six inches when I didn't touch it with a pair of scissors. I also use quite a bit of heat on my fine strands, which has caused a ton of breakage and hair loss around my hairline. My holy grail hair loss product: My hairdresser introduced me toOLAPLEX - No. 3 Hair Perfector, and boy did it change my hair, also not to be overly dramatic, but I think my life a little bit too. Specifically, OLAPLEX #3 is my go-to for healthier, happier hair. The product is a bond-builder, meaning it actually repairs broken strands from within. Hair is more likely to fall out of it's damaged, so this product helps repair the damage and keep my hair on my head - where I want it to be! How I use OLAPLEX #3: I use this religiously every week. As you can probably see - I bought 3 bottles in my last haul! I wet my hair in the shower and remove excess water with a hair towel. I apply the product generously and let it work its magic for at least an hour. Then, I just shampoo and condition as usual.

life changing hair products!
hi everyone! to preface this post, i have been seriously struggling with my hair for a very long time. as you can see in the photo to the top right, i have awful scalp psoriasis and sudden hair loss/thinning that makes my hair absolutely unbearable. i have had to get used to being in so much pain and discomfort at all times, and finally within the last few months, i have begun the pursuit toward more manageable hair. it is clear from the lack of dandruff or scabbing AND subtle hair regrowth shown in the bottom right photo that i have made an amazing amount of progress. while it’s not perfect, i can include my current hair care routine down below so hopefully someone else can get the same relief! the night before a shower, i will usually apply either the #Lush Cosmetics - H’suan Wen Hua Hair Treatment[products]#[FourStars] which makes my hair SO SOFT or i wet my hair and apply OLAPLEX - No. 3 Hair Perfector which feels very reparative even though i don’t have awful damage. regardless on which i am using that night, i will cover my hair with a durag and don’t rinse out until my shower in the morning. when in the shower, i first use my #Lush Cosmetics - Soak and Float Shampoo Bar[products]#[FiveStars] which is the one of the only shampoos i’ve found that actually somewhat helps my dandruff and it’s NATURAL. not to mention the bar legitimately lasts forever. after lathering and rinsing with my scalp massager, i then apply Briogeo - Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-exfoliating Scalp Scrub Shampoo and lather and rinse the same way. i then apply my #Lush Cosmetics - Veganese Conditioner[products]#[FourStars] which i leave in for as long as possible or until i’m done doing everything else in the shower. after getting out of the shower i apply Briogeo - Farewell Frizz Blow Dry Perfection Heat Protectant Cream and Briogeo - Farewell Frizz Rosarco Milk Leave-in Conditioning Spray which feel, smell and make my hair absolutely amazing. i then blow dry my hair upside down and wait until it’s almost entirely dry before brushing with my Wet brush - Original Detangler . lastly, at the end of each night i apply The Ordinary - Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density focussing around my hairline and spray a bit of an oil mixture that a friend created for me. i then massage my scalp with the scalp massager and every once and a while i’ll apply caster oil focusing on my ends. i know i completely went overboard and this is way more products than any one person needs but i have found my hair has completely transformed within the last few months and it feels amazing! ps. if anyone has any recommendations that help with faster growth please let me know! with all of this progress it has made me realize how slowly my hair is growing (like literally an inch or two in over two years). thank you so much!! 🤍
Hair Secret # 1
This Dynamic Duo has been my holy grail and has definitely been a game changer in my hair game . I’m never going to give this up and this duo will definitely stay in my hair routine . All you do is Apply # 0 to dry hair and let it sit for 10 minutes ( Do not rinse out ) and then you apply # 3 . . Let that sit for as little as 20 minutes or longer . Then you rinse and proceed with your shampoo. I feel this combo has literally strengthened my hair for the better . I will definitely recommend this duo to keep your hair game strong or to nurse your hair back to health from overprocessing , heat damage or dryness.

I have fine and oily hair, but recently I've been focusing on repairing my damaged hair. Because I bleached my hair and got a new color and did not do any special hair care, relying on hair care completely at home by myself, not professional! The two products I introduce today, one is very suitable for damaged hair, Kiehl's amino acid conditioner with pure coconut and Jojoba oils. The other is the QUAI dry foam for lazy men, which I generally don’t use any other hair care products later. So it mixes with shampoo and conditioner. Only one of them I will recommend. ✨✨Kiehl’s: Amino acid is a necessary nutrient substance for hair. It is good for repairing damaged hair. If your hair is particularly oily, you may not like this product due to the oily texture. If people with greasy hair really like this product, you guys can use it in winter. it will be better. I've always thought that hair conditioner is the key to the hair care system. From the ingredients, it is suggested from my past expernce that not to use silicone, which only gives the illusion of false smoothness, and will turn back to its original appearance if you don't continue to use this product. ✨✨QUAI: The Quai features a good smell, but the degreasing effect is not recommended. Only suitable for very local degreasing. For people with large scalp area of oil like me，using this is not convenient. I even think it makes my hair more oily... Combining these two products, one needs water flushing and one does not need washing. I prefer the former. Leave in conditioner or dry shampoo always gives me the feeling that my hair hasn’t been cleaned up. Moreover, amino acid conditioner got a fresh coconut fragrance, and gel texture is also my favorite. Kiehl's - Amino Acid Conditioner OUAI - Dry Texture Foam

Keraste Night Serum!
Okay, i really have to be honest about this product. I love this brand, and i thought this would be Magic. This is a serum you use at night, it detangles your hair and it supposed to relieves or help your split ends. Also it is really Expensive, it cost 55$ in Sephora, I wouldn’t buy this again. I like the product, but I didn’t see any changes or magic in my hear. I really got disappointed. I bought this in December.

Damaged Hair / Remedy Restructuring 💥
Bleaching is one of the most aggressive chemical processes that hair can undergo, since the hydrogen peroxide used in bleaching is capable of removing pigment from the strand and modifying the hair cuticle. This weakens it, dries it out and causes it to lose its protein and natural shine. For that reason, when we undergo such an extreme process it is essential to nourish the hair. I show you my routine of products to repair my hair after bleaching: AVEDA - Damage remedy restructuring shampoo Gentle shampoo with quinoa protein helps repair and strengthen damaged hair, while naturally derived conditioners help leave it smooth and soft. This product are very concentrated, so you shouldn't need much to get the job done. I recommend using water to help spread the product and really focus on working the product into the scalp. Remember that shampoo is mostly used for the scalp, the mid-lengths and ends of hair don't need an intense washing. (I love scalp massager) Focus your application and washing on the scalp area and then bring down through the ends with water and lightly rub the hair. AVEDA - Damage Remedy Restructuring Conditioner Conditioner with quinoa protein helps repair and strengthen damaged hair, while naturally derived conditioners help provide intense detangling and leave it smooth and soft. I love it’s aroma, organic bergamot, mandarin orange, ylang ylang and other pure essences of flowers and plants leaves your hair smelling incredible. AVEDA - Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair It's ideal for all hair types, and anyone who is looking to instantly repair existing damage and protect from breakage. It can easily be added to your daily routine, or rotated in to help strengthen your hair. When you use Daily Hair Repair, work a small amount of product in hands, apply through damp hair and comb to distribute.

BEST TREATMENT FOR COLORED AND DAMAGED HAIR
My hair has gone through a lot. I started dyeing my hair 4 years ago and started bleaching a little (for balayage) about 1.5 years ago. Obviously, my hair has taken a lot of damage from these chemicals but I’ve found the one product that I can truly see and feel a difference from immediately. It’s this Olaplex Hair Perfector. OLAPLEX - No. 3 Hair Perfector This treatment strengthens hair from within, improves the look and feel, and reduces breakage. It’s perfect for color and/or heat treated hair! I use it about once every two weeks as a pre-shampoo mask. I leave it in for 15-20 minutes and then follow with my usual shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair feel so silky and soft, and even prevents my hair from getting tangled for the next few days. I’ve recommended this to all of my friends who have damage from color and heat and it’s always a winner!

If you want to add volume to your hair, you should not miss this👉👉
I've been trying to increase the volume of my hair, because my hair is thin and soft. If I don't do it well, and It's oily, my hair will stick to my head tightly. It looks very weak. Then I suddenly found that the most fundamental problem with increasing the amount of straight hair is to reduce the amount of oil in hair. As long as the scalp remains fresh, the hair will not stick to the scalp. The solution to keep the scalp oil free is to wash your hair thoroughly. In fact, a large part of the reason why hair is easy to produce oil is due to the blockage of scalp pores. Then, we need a product to help us clean hair and pores thoroughly. Christophe Robin - Cleansing Purifying Scrub With Sea Salt $35/300ML A pioneer when it comes to scalp concerns, Christophe Robin launched his Cleansing Purifying Scrub with Sea Salt in 2013. The best-selling scrub uses a mixed formula, combining two active ingredients, which can relieve even the most sensitive scales. Sea salt is an effective natural exfoliating product, which can clean, remove impurities and restore the balance of scalp. Cereals stimulate the microcirculation of scalp and provide the greatest amount of nutrition for the hair. Within 24 hours, the scalp recovered to the optimum hydration degree and irritation decreased. Restores a balance and soothes the scalp, feeling comfortable and fresh, with shiny hair and cleanness. My use method is to dig out a piece of water behind every wet hair, emulsify it with water, massage the scalp with fingertips until the particles disappear, and then wash it off with water! After washing, the hair will feel astringent, so follow-up must use conditioner or hair mask! Do you have the same concern as me? Which products do you recommend? Tell me below!

Grow Gorgeous, Grow my hair!
Do you ever have hair fallout concern? I have to admit that hair fallout is my biggest trouble… I’m really tired of sweeping the hair on the ground every time I blow my hair dry. Also, fine and thinning hair really makes me look older and my face seems bigger lol. So I started to look for some hair growth products. KÉRASTASE has a famous serum helping hair growth but it’s a little expensive for me. Grow gorgeous is well-known for its hair growth series and the price is acceptable, so I bought it from the official online shop (luckily with a 20% discount). It claims to have a unique complex of active ingredients and this ultra-concentrated serum works to increase thickness of each strand by up to 13%. The effect is amazing. I already use this stuff for 2 months. The liquid is lightweight, I use it after blowing dry my hair. I usually have 10 drops in my hand and carefully massage it into my hair line. As to the scalp, I prefer apply some drops directly. I love the smell so the massage process is enjoyable. It’s hard to see an obvious difference in the first weeks. You need to be patient and keep using it in the right way. It really works in the long term. I did notice my hair stronger, healthier and more alive! It looks fuller and softer, which is a healthy change. Now I can make kinds of hairstyles I love. This serum is definitely worth every penny. I will continue to buy it. If you’re going through the same problem like me, you may give it a try. But remember it really depends. I’m planning to try KÉRASTASE when I have enough budget. If you’ve tried, please tell me your feelings.
