Happy Sunday everyone, As promised, here are the best leave-in conditioners that I have/or continue to use that have worked best on me. Just a reminder that I have type 3A curls and have also thin hair, so it may not work best for everyone. However, I just wanted to share them because they are also pretty underrated and unknown in the industry. aussie - Miracle Curls with Coconut Oil Paraben Free Detangling Milk Treatment

BUDGET AMAZON 4C HAIR/DRY SKIN ROUTINE✨
it took me years to find anything that's works for my dry sensitive skin let alone work to help me style and detangle my 4C hair. SKIN ROUTINE: I only trust Noxzema facial cleansers to not break me out and actually CLEAN my skin. I also recommend a soft bristle spin brush to help scrub. (I strongly recommend getting the NOXZEMA - Ultimate Clear Daily Deep Pore Cleanser The one in my photo has tiny beads that are hard to wash off without soaking your shirt) Be sure to pat dry your face. Next I use the ANDALOU NATURALS - CannaCell Hydrating Toner . This product contains "hemp stem cells", not too sure what that does but it sure does help keep moisture in. It has a citrus scent as well. You can spray about 2-3 times in a cotton pad but I usually just spray on the hands and rub it into my skin. The HONEST - Hydrogel Cream is the best thing I've ever used. I used to pay $50-$60 for the Murad - Nutrient-Charged Water Gel and never has it ever held in moisture all DAY. I never had to put lotion on my face again. My face never dried up again!!! 4C HAIR CARE: The TANGLE TEEZER - The Large Wet Detangler Hairbrush and Carol's Daughter - Hair Milk 4-in-1 ''Combing'' Crème I've only seen used on type 3 hair and was almost positive that it would not work for me. Was I extremely wrong. On wet hair the tangle teaser is the best detangler I've EVER USED. I was depressed and my hair was matted from neglect and it made the process of reviving my hair so much more tolerable. The 4 in 1 Hair milk, I used after detangling a section and applied from the ends to the roots, then brushed over them again. I wouldn't say to use this as a styling cream with type 4 hair because my hair instantly puffed back up but it did keep it soft and moisturized all day. For daily moisture I recommend using the AS I AM - DoublebButter Cream
Curly Hair Routine
Hey guys! This is my current hair routine 🤗👩🏽🦱 ~ i was my hair about 3 times a week ~ All my life i disliked my hair. It was super frizzy, unmanageable, and I was very insecure about it, up until this year. I stopped being lazy, educated myself on my hair type and was able to find beauty in my natural hair. Now i absolutely love doing my hair! it’s a lot of work & takes a lot of effort but i wouldn’t trade it for anything else. 💋 Now for the breakdown of the products: tgin - Rose Water Leave-In Conditioner Right after my wash i apply this leave in conditioner and rake it through my hair, making sure it covers every strand. I absolutely love the smell of this!!! Carol's Daughter - Hair Milk 4-in-1 ''Combing'' Crème Then i apply this super lightweight creme. It is very hydrating & smells soooo good. I’ve also noticed this product definitely makes all the difference in my hair. Support black owned businesses!! 🖤 DevaCurl - Light Defining Gel Soft Hold No-Crunch Styler After i flip my hair upside down and begin scrunching this product throughout my hair. What i love about this product is that it does exactly what it’s names. Super soft gel that does not leave a nasty crunch feel behind. Great for holding that shape. Lastly i diffuse my hair till it is about 80% dry ogx - Nourishing Coconut Oil Weightless Hydrating Oil Mist I finish it off with this spray, it’s great, efficient and inexpensive! & that’s it! 💞💓💗 Let me know if you guys try any of these out. Curly Hairstyle Routine
For reference, I have type 3A curls and thin hair! This before picture is how my hair looks after going to the beach and after not washing it for 3 days. This is my routine for prepping my hair for any type of activity immediately after I wash it. I’ve already provided information on the shampoo and conditioner that I use, so be sure to check that post and the curly hair tips posts for further details that will help during the washing process. When I’m done with my hair washing, I proceed by adding the aussie - Miracle Curls with Coconut Oil Paraben Free Detangling Milk Treatment . For a more thorough review on that product, please take a look at my previous posts. Following this, I proceed to by brushing my hair with Wet brush - Original Detangler . This is a MUST is you have curly hair and want to avoid losing excess hair. Plus, it is SUPER CHEAP. The Intelliflex Bristles are firm yet soft and covered with SofTips. The bristles are firm enough to pull through the tangles, yet they’re soft enough not to get caught and rip through the hair. It has helped me reduce the amount of time when it comes to detangling and the amount of pain I used to go through. Just remember to always start from the tips and work your way to the top when brushing. I then proceed by wrapping my hair with a cotton t-shirt to help lock the moisture. Depending on how my day goes, I sometimes leave it longer, but generally I leave it on for 20-30 minutes. Then I proceed with the actual hairstyling using a diffuser. CONAIR - InfinitiPRO 1875 Watt AC Pro Hair Dryer Rose Gold Using this hair dryer has accelerated and simplified my hairstyle process! It is pretty affordable and has both ceramic and ionic technology. Ceramic technology is what releases non-damaging infrared heat to your hair, while ionic technology works by using electrons to break the water molecules and, thus, allows the hair to dry faster and more hydrated while reducing frizz. In addition to this, it has a cool setting AND cold setting, which are the ones that I use when I’m styling. DON’T DRY USING THE WARM OR HOT SETTINGS! While this hair dryer does a GREAT job at preventing damage with its technology, hair styling regularly with warm or hot settings diminish the levels of moisture that your hair is able to retain, so you wan’t to avoid that as much as possible. It also comes with a diffuser, so you don’t have to buy one. I finish by adding hairspray. aussie - Sun Touched Shine Hairspray I know many shy away from hairsprays for various reasons, but hear me out. I avoid at all costs mousse and gels, which tend to be much more harmful than hairsprays. Besides, this is ONE OF A KIND. It has UV PROTECTION, JOJOBA OIL, & SEA KELP. There’s no way that this harms your hair. Just avoid soaking your hair in it and you’ll see WONDERS! And VOILÁ! The results are clearly seen with the after picture!
Curly Hair Daily Routine
Finally I found a topic that many thin hair girl or curly hair girl might be interested in, that is how to treat my curly hair. I was straight hair for years. I’ve always wanted to go curly because of the volume and big hair that I was always dream of. I personally hesitated a long time before go curly just because of the concern of washing and taking care of curly hair. And here comes my personal hacks! Curly hair gives you the volume and easy to get a style. It is even easier to create a beautiful bun comparing with straight hair. My hair care routine is a little bit different when I went curly. No worries it is not gonna make it harder, it’s just some tips to be noticed. You know when to wash your curls when they start to get way down when they really tingly and a lot more dryer than regular hair. It is important to wash it less often than you would with regular hair. Tip #1. Condition hair first. I did the same way before getting my curls. But with curly it even more important to detangling with conditioner. I also put it on my root cus I do have tangles there. And I would put 2 coins amount all over my curls Tip #2. Be extra gentle when washing it. And let hair mask to stay longer (at least over 15 min) Tip #3. Use a cotton towel to soak your wet hair, DO NOT RUB. ! You don’t want to create extra frizz to your hair. We want the healthy and bouncy hair. Tip #4. Put treatment on damp hair. Do not wait till completely dryOLAPLEX - No. 3 Hair Perfector -Limited Edition Tip # 5 Let it dry naturally ! ! This step is gonna make your hair look healthier and more shinny. Effect would double if you apply an oil. OLAPLEX - No. 7 Bonding Oil Do not panic if you see a lot strands after washing. People lose 100 strands/ day, unlike straight hair you lose it over the washroom, your curls will hold them till you washes them. These are my tips for curly hair wash routine. Hope you like it!

Say “BYE” to your rough hair!
I have unfortunately been cursed with rough, thick, coarse hair. With my hair, you will only ever see me in a ponytail or a messy bum, because I am unable to deal with it most of the time. And the few times I need to look a little presentable, I need a clear window of at least three hours in my schedule to be able to work my hair into a decent hairstyle. This being said, I have tried a lot of things to fix my hair, and I have settled on the following solutions. For the first one, I have to mention my trusted hair conditioner, the REDKEN - All Soft Conditioner. I purchased this product about three months ago for $27, and I can tell a huge progress in the texture of my hair. Before, as you can see in the images, my hair was frizzy and a coarse mess. But after using this conditioner twice a week for the last three months, I have seen a HUGE positive difference! It smells so good with a coconut flavour, and the conditioner applies smoothly on to the hair. The second product I really love to use when I need to tame my hair is the MOROCCANOIL - Hydrating Styling Cream. I got this at Sephora for $34 about the same time that I got my _ conditioner. It might seem pricy, but the product lasts a while and actually works for my hair type! I started by using this product before styling using heat, but I prefer to use it after every wash as I see that my hair gets smooth and easy to style that way. It smells great too. My hair used to be dull and dry after washes, but since I got this, the frizz is controlled and my hair is sleek and shiny, and it also feels so healthy! Don’t double think about getting this, 10/10 recommend it!

Grow your hair with a ✨Long Hair Care Routine✨
Long hair, especially curly hair like mine, can be very difficult to maintain. I’ve had long hair for about 5 years now and I have found that it’s better to use less products overall and more importantly the right ones. After years of testing products, I found what works! 💊Taking vitamins can help to strengthen hair and promote growth as well (previous post.) 💪 To keep my hair strong, I avoid blow drying and straightening. I probably do it once or twice a year. 🔑 Key - hair can’t maintain length if it’s prone to breakage and split ends. It’s important to strengthen it, if you want long, healthy hair. 💁🏻♀️My Daily Long Hair Care Routine Step 1 Shampoo 2-3 times per week MARC ANTHONY TRUE PROFESSIONAL - Grow Long Caffeine Ginseng Shampoo I shampoo 2-3x per week, but less is also ok if your hair requires a little more or less depending on the levels of dryness or oiliness. Focus on the roots and work downward. It’s important not to dry out long hair as it can become prone to breaking. I’ve used this brand for a while and my hair became healthier and less prone to breakage, split ends and more voluminous overall. Sulfate and paraben free! Step 2 Condition MARC ANTHONY TRUE PROFESSIONAL - Grow Long Caffeine Ginseng Conditioner I condition my hair almost every time I a shower. For long hair, especially wavy and curly hair, hydration is key for maintenance. This conditioner is perfect because it leaves my hair feeling nourished, shiny and soft. Sulfate and paraben free! Step 3 Leave In Treatment MARC ANTHONY TRUE PROFESSIONAL - Grow Long Caffeine Ginseng Rapid Grow Leave In I use this right after a shower. I towel dry my hair and liberally apply as needed. It’s an excellent detangler and I have overall less breakage and loss when brushing my hair. Sulfate and paraben free! MOROCCANOIL - Moroccanoil Treatment After my hair is mostly brushed through, I use 1.5-2 pumps of Moroccan oil on my whole head. It tames my frizz while conditioning and smoothing. Sometimes I’ll apply it dry to style as well. I’ve been a fan of this for years and it never fails. Sulfate and paraben free! Step 4 Style ogx - Moroccan Curling Perfection Defining Cream Once my hair is ready for styling, I’ll add a small amount of this, especially to stop flyaways. It’s lightweight and absorbs well. Definitely a better alternative than gems or mousse.

I grew my hair long and strong
I was always a heat styling person, I never embraced my natural curly hair and I always used to flat iron them my whole life. Until back in November I stopped using heat styling tools, especially flat iron and my hair is this long now!! My hair always grow fast, and genetically I know my hair can grow knee length. My mom had very long, luscious hair in her teenage and I got that inherited in me. Blessed! 😊 But seriously, what can help hair grow longer and healthier?? I believe the following tips and products can help: 1. Eliminate heat styling as much as you can. This is the first step in finally focusing and be able to invest your time and money in reversing the damage. 2. If you have curly/wavy textured, coarsed hair... start embracing it. It's okay to not have flat managed hair all the time. You can always use some nourishing oil like Moroccan oil to tame the frizz. 3. Incorporate Fatty acids,Omega and Vitamin E in your food. Fish is a great option but if you're vegan/vegetarian, Greens, whole grains and fruits are great option. 4. Maintain your hormonal levels with diet and light exercise. I'm not pointing out towards not eating junk (which I adore myself) and not exercising daily. Just a little for you to feel good is enough😊✨ 5. Use nourishing hair oils and masks to pamper your hair weekly. 6. Last but not the least, use gentle products that will help you with your desired hair texture and finish. I'm listing down the products I've neen enjoying and they're really helping me maintain my waves and curls so that I don't feel the need to heat style my hair often 👍 Also these products are my Holy grails now, they're very affordable and work amazing for curly and wavy hair types💖✨ @cantubeauty Shea butter Shampoo and Conditioner cantu - Shea Butter for Natural Hair Sulfate-Free Hydrating Cream Conditioner cantu - Shea Butter for Natural Hair Sulfate-Free Cleansing Cream Shampoo @cantubeauty Define and shine custard cantu - Shea Butter for Natural Hair Define & Shine Custard @pacificabeauty Pineapple Curls shampoo PACIfICA - Pineapple Curls Curl Defining Shampoo @igkhair Mistress hydrating hair balm IGK - Mistress Hydrating Hair Balm @thedrybar Prep rally detangler drybar - Prep Rally Prime & Prep Detangler @aveda Damage remedy daily hair repair AVEDA - Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair AG hair care Fast food moisture leave on conditioner AG hair - Moisture Fast Food Leave-On Conditioner

Help my hair!
So my whole life I have always had long and supposedly straight hair because I had always had it done up and I had not had it down for 24 hours in YEARS so I was taking care of my hair as if it was straight and as you can see it is NOT STRAIGHT you could even call it curly. I had just found out last year... lol 😂 that I had curly hair 👩🦱 and I’m still new to this curly hair thing so if there are any tips or products you know of please recommend! My “hair routine” rn looks like - Use normal shampoo and conditioner 🧴 - Once a week leave in Marc Anthony hair mask in for 10 minutes then rinse out. - Get out of shower and scrunch water out of hair with t-shirt to reduce frizz - Scrunch in Marc Anthony curl enhancing lotion and styling foam. Also can someone tell me my hair type? Please educate me! 😘 MARC ANTHONY TRUE PROFESSIONAL - Strictly Curls Curl Enhancing Styling Foam MARC ANTHONY TRUE PROFESSIONAL - Curl Defining Lotion MARC ANTHONY TRUE PROFESSIONAL - Damage Repair Mask

Wanna Mermaid Worthy Hair？Trust Me! Try This Haircare Routine!👩🦰👩🦰👩🦰
My hair was always frizzy, pouffy, did weird flippy things when it felt like it and it was just an overall hassle to tame. After years of trials and tribulations, money wasted and damaged hair due to the heat, I finally expolered the haircare routine that works perfectly on me. I'd like to share it with you guys and hope its helpful for you. 1. wash my hair once a week For someone with curly hair, washing with shampoo every day would strip away the hair’s natural oils and making it more dry and more frizzy. 2. I use shampoo with zero or minimal sulfates Lately the shampoos that have worked greatly for my dry and curly hair is the DevaCurl - No-Poo Original Zero Lather Conditioning Cleanser. This shampoo produces zero lather (which takes a while to get used to) and the grape seed, peppermint and rosemary in it keeps my hair soft and frizz-free. TheLUSH - Rehab Shampoo is another great shampoo if I want to switch it up. I only lather a loonie-size dollop of shampoo on my entire scalp. Tips: I never apply shampoo on the ends of my hair, just my scalp. 3.I use silicone-free conditioner It smells amazing and a little goes a long way with this one and it works wonders on my hair. The olive fruit oil, hops and quinoa in this conditioner makes my hair incredibly soft, but my hair still feels light and bouncy since there are no heavy silicones and parabens to weigh it down or make it greasy, like your average conditioners. I smooth out about 3-4 pumps of this conditioner on the ends of my hair only, starting from my ear, down to the ends. I let the conditioner sit in my hair for about 5 minutes before rinsing off and revealing silky hair that smells enchanting. Tips: Never apply conditioner directly on the scalp and focus on the ends, because that is the driest part. 4. I rinse my hair with cold water I always finish off my final rinse with very cold water. It’s worth the 10 seconds of frigid discomfort. The cold water basically eliminates frizz and feels refreshing on the scalp. 5. I pat my hair dry with a cotton T-shirt Never rub your curly hair in a towel! That will make your hair frizzy. Instead, grab a cotton T-shirt and pat gently. I pat my hair, focusing on the ends mostly, to absorb excess water to prepare it for the next step below. 6. I use styling product on wet hair The best advice I could give to styling curly hair: apply your styling product on wet hair. I have used a number of decent curling creams in the past but lately I have been digging thisLOVEurSELF - All-In-One: Curly. It has great ingredients, doesn’t feel heavy, and the curl power lasts all week. With this product, I get bouncy spiral curls for the first half of the week, and by the end of the week my hair winds down to flowy waves, and my hair never feels greasy. 7. I use a diffuser to dry my hair Diffusers distribute heat a little more sparingly so it’s not as damaging. I diffuse until my hair is about 80% dry, I give a brief cold air blast and then I finish off with the final step below. 8. I use a leave-in treatment to set my curls This LUSH - R&B Hair Moisturizeris a Holy Grail product for me. It’s the perfect finishing touch to use after I’m done diffusing my hair. 9. I use coconut oil as a deep conditioning hair mask I’ll slather it on my ends, comb it out through my entire hair, give myself a little scalp massage, twist my hair up in a bun and let it absorb the coconut oil all day or overnight by wearing a disposable hair cap and placing a towel on my pillowcase. Do you have any ideas on curly hair routine. I'd love to discuss it with U!
