How to get Flawless Brows? 3 effective ways from $5 to $1200
For me, the eyebrow shape is the essential step of my makeup! It allows us to harmonize the face, to structure the look. That's why I read lots of articles about "how to get flawless eyebrow" from some beauty magazines! Here are three the most worthy trying methods which I want to share with you! Vaseline Price: under $5 Persistence: less than 12 hours Vaseline is one of those affordable, multi-purpose cosmetics. Do you know that Beyoncé uses it as a primer before her lash makeup?! This iconic jelly helps prevent the dryness of the brow bone. As a result, it hydrates the eyebrows and eyelashes, strengthens brittle hairs so they will be stronger and less prone to breakage. Also, petroleum jelly provides substance to the hairs to create a trompe-l 'oeil effect and make them denser. I used this HG product to shape my eyebrow when I was in my teens. The best affordable way to getting a flawless eyebrow! Must have a try! Microblading Price: $400-$1200 Persistence: semi-permanent Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup that allows you to restructure an eyebrow in a natural-looking way. Unlike permanent makeup, which can sometimes turn red or blue over the months, microblading is durable over time and fades gently after about a year and a half. If you don't want to apply makeup to your eyebrows every morning, this new technique with a long-lasting natural result is a good option! It's too expensive for me, and I don't know which eyebrow shape is best for me, so I will not try it recently. Eyebrow Lamination Price: $70-120$ Persistence:: long-lasting (about two months) After microblading, it is now necessary to try "brow lamination," which can be translated by lamination or plasticization of the eyebrows. Behind this concept is a new restructuring technique that makes it possible to fill and densify the eyebrows so that they appear thicker and voluminous. Originating in Russia, the process straightens the hairs upwards and fixes this position. I tried it this summer! You can see the picture I posted above! Super love it! BUT, it doesn't work if you have thin and fragile eyebrows. The result will not as visible as mine.
Starfish? No, it's curly wavy girls' bad boy!🥂
Hello, sisters on Cherie! How are you? It's my first post on Cherie, I wanna introduce a weird hair tool looks like a starfish or a palm, but really deserve all curly or wavy girls rushing into the shopping mall and purchasing it without any hesitation! I started CGM on my wavy hair this month, so I know I have better avoid blow dry. My hair is too thick to dry it by using a towel, it takes me hours to air dry! That really made me crazy, I hate waiting! So I turned to my friend who has the same problem she told me I should try this holy grail tool, hair diffuser! As all curly, wavy girls know, there is a possibility that you damage your curls while diffusing, especially if you diffuse on high heat. This "starfish " diffuser can disperse the air for your blow-dry to reduce frizz and keep from disrupting the natural wave pattern. So the right tool (yes, I mean this Deva diffuser!) can dry your hair immediately like magic and give you salon-worthy curls. Why not?!? I recommend this set to all of my curly-haired friends!!! ⚠️ Make sure the blower is set to cool or medium temperature. Do not use maximum heat.

Are they dupes?! Round 2
I’m back with another dupe! I just got the HOURGLASS - Ambient Lighting Blush Collection in Mood Exposure blush (mini version) in the mail and I knew immediately that it reminded me of the ciaté - Marbled Light Illuminating Blush in Halo. Both I love, both dusty pink shades. If you swipe you can barely tell a difference in the swatches! Hourglass is on the top, Ciate on the bottom. I love these marbled blushes, they’re both finely milled and buildable on the cheeks. While neither are affordable brands, I know I lot of us received the Ciate blush in Boxycharm a few months back. So if you have that you definitely don’t need both!

Having long silky Rapunzel hair is so Disney. Fact is the longer the hair is the more headache there will be. Maintaining long hair is not as easy as it looks, problems such as knotted or poorly divided hair, and withered yellow and dull hair at the ends, which annoys girls who have long hair. If you struggle with extra tangled hair, you might want to just give up on brushing all together. There are a few ways to gradually get rid of knots and tangles and have the soft silky hair back. First thing first, use a good detangling product. You need a product that will keep your hair silky after shower, something stays in even when the hair is dry. Always detangle curly hair while it's wet, never dry. I normally apply this on my damp hair, Coat hair with this leave-in conditioner MIXED CHICKS - Leave-In Conditioner This is an all-natural leave-in conditioner I found in Walmart. This is a vegan product with great hydrating ingredients like and vitamins A, C, and E. These formula with plenty of slip would help the brushing process easier without pulling or damaging your hair. Secondly, you need a nice brush that works through the knots and tangles gently without breaking. I found this item randomly as I was shopping for a conditioner in Shoppers Drug Mart, and it caught my attention for its unique shape. TYME - Detangler Hair Brush I have long thin and fine hair and it usually tangles after a shower. After moving to Toronto, my hair started knotting up like crazy. Then I found this as my favorite detangling brush so far. It does a great job at detangling my long hair. One thing I really like is the bristles are really easy to bend and quite long enough to reach the root of my hair. Not only for myself, this brush works great on my 8 year old sister long hair because it gently takes apart the knots. The bristles are pointy but are comfortable on your scalp. One thing you should be careful when detangling your hair is that always go bottoms up. As the ends of your hair split, all of those little pieces intertwine with each other and can cause extra tangles.

8 Do’s and Don’ts for Hormonal Acne
☀️I have combo skin that is sensitive and I get regular hormonal acne which makes keeping my skin fully clear very difficult but I’ve gotten a lot better at it over time so wanted to share some tips! 💕Do: 1. Wash your face daily by double cleansing. I like to wash my face with a water-based cleanser in the morning personally and then at night I’ll use a cleansing balm and then a water-based cleanser. This is called double cleansing and that extra step is important at night, especially if you were wearing makeup and sunscreen during the day (hopefully SPF!). You can also find a cleanser with Salicylic Acid in it to treat breakouts like the one from Paula’s Choice or CeraVe. 2. Wear sunscreen SPF 30 or higher Sunscreen daily helps my skin so much with redness and of course with acne. This is one of the most important things you can do for your skin! Do it do it do it! 3. Use clay masks Once or twice a week I will use my pink clay mask by Sand & Sky to pull out impurities from my skin. I find this mask helps with painful acne and reducing redness. It increases healing time from my experience too. This is the best one I’ve found and I will repurchase over and over again. 4. Use Vitamin C (with SPF during the day) Vitamin C helps me a TON with acne scars. You know after a big breakout how you’ll have redness? This ingredient helps me with that and fights free radicals during the day which is good too! Always pair it with sunscreen. I like to use this during the day and a retinol to increase cell turnover at night. Generally, the rule of thumb is to not mix the two! 5. Use a retinol This product increase cell turnover which for me helps heal acne faster and also seems to prevent big breakouts and even small ones from happening as frequently. I use A-Passioni by Drunk Elephant currently. It’s strong so like any product, patch test on your hand to see if your skin gets along with it. Then slowly add to your routine with a richer moisturizer. There are many options out there. I did experience peeling and purging when I first started and that purging where your skin breaks out from the product at first can last a few weeks but is so so worth it in the end. 🙈Don’t: 1. Do NOT use products with coconut oil. This isn’t true for everyone but for me and a bunch of skincare lovers I know, products with coconut oil make us breakout consistently. Yes, it can be hydrating but keep it to the body rather than your face. 2. Do NOT use products with fragrance! This isn’t true for everyone but for some people fragrance is extremely irritating for the skin. I think if you can avoid it, which you can, then definitely do. CeraVe has a lot of great and affordable products that fit this category. 3. Do NOT sleep in your make-up. I know. It can happen. But for my skin, I find I can breakout throughout just the course of the day from wearing make-up. I hope this helps! SAND&SKY - Australian Pink Clay Porefining Face Mask

Kylie Skin: A Closer Look (Part 2)
This is part two of a recent post about Kylie Jenner’s skincare line. This post will include a product that’s overall decent along with a surprising find and the infamous walnut scrub. KYLIESKIN - Face Moisturizer This moisturizer has a lightweight creamy texture which is suitable for normal to combination. The formula includes very good ingredients for moisturizing the skin and protecting its natural barrier. These ingredients consist of shea butter, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, and silicone. -The formula could be better and more impressive with additional beneficial ingredients. -The product contains orange peel extract which can cause irritation to skin. KYLIESKIN - KYLIESKIN Hydrating Face Mask This has a creamy texture that does well to seal in moisture. The formula contains niacinamide which has many different capabilities, including the ability to stimulate ceramides for barrier strengthening and to improve dullness. A good dose of emollients is also included in the formula, one emollient is shea butter. -Formula contains soothing antioxidants. -Although this mask has a light cucumber melon smell, it can still be considered a fragrance-free formula. The raw ingredients that give the mask its scent are not known to have a negative reaction on the skin. KYLIESKIN - Walnut Face Scrub The product contains walnut shell powder where the unevenly shaped particles can tear away at the skin’s natural barrier. If that wasn’t bad enough, the formula also contains irritating orange and lemon extracts. -There are some good ingredients such as jojoba and apricot oils. The walnut scrub is really a disappointment considering that the other products is this line are more than just decent. I will do another review later on for four more products that I will be reviewing. Thanks for reading! :)
Ouai Rose Hair and Body Oil
Purpose: hydrate dry skin and hair while locking in moisture. Notable Ingredients: rose hip oil, absinthium oil, shea oil Texture: it feels less viscous when compared to other oils. I use a full pump. It has a rose scent to it with hints of bergamot, lychee, Cedarwood and white musk. Packaging: comes in a plastic packaging with a pump. Verdict: once I cut my hair to shoulder length I still applied this to my ends to keep them moisturized. The smell would last till the morning and my ends felt soft! I would buy this oil again as I do enjoy the scent and its multipurpose use. 💕SKINTYPE: oily, acne-prone, texture at times 💕SKINTONE: medium warm 💕HAIRTYPE: 1a, dark brown colour, oily scalp OUAI - Rose Hair & Body Oil
