BEST Acne Spot Treatments and How They Work

👩🏻‍⚕️Everything you ever wanted to know about acne spot treatments, ingredients and more! 🔑P. Acnes/C. Acnes is the bacteria responsible for causing acne. 🔑Rx Retinoids, Differin (Adapalene,) and retinols should not be used as spot treatments. See my previous post for information about these. So what's in spot treatments and how and why do these ingredients work? proactiv - Emergency Blemish Relief
✅Rating 9/10 ✅More penetrating, less drying 5% BPO formula ✅Goes on clear and can be worn under makeup ✅I’m allergic to BPO but can sometimes use this sparingly 🧪Benzoyl peroxide (BPO) is considered the gold standard in treating acne. BPO works by penetrating clogged hair follicles to kill the bacteria that causes acne within the pore, P. acnes. In addition, BPO is anti-inflammatory, and continues to fight acne after it has cleared. New studies show lower concentrations of BPO are just as effective as higher concentrations and cause less irritation. ✅Best for: inflammatory acne, blackheads, whiteheads, pustules/papules, mild cystic acne ORIGINS - Super Spot Remover Acne Treatment Gel
(1.5% SA) ✅Rating 9/10 ✅More concentrated formulation ✅Works quickly ✅Goes on clear and can be worn under makeup 🧪Salicylic acid is (SA) a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that acts as a skin exfoliant. It works to clear acne-causeing debris from pores, such as dead skin cells. Dead skin cells then shed and pores appear smaller, tighter, clearer and more youthful. It's important to note that it does not kill P. acnes, the bacteria that is linked to acne. ✅Best for: oiliness, blackheads, whiteheads, large and congested pores Kate Somerville - EradiKate Acne Treatment
✅Rating9/10 ✅Dries quickly and doesn’t flake ✅Works quickly ✅Combines sulfur (10%), salicylic acid and Zinc Oxide 💁🏻‍♀️I like it better than MARIO BADESCU - Mario Badescu Drying Lotion
(Combines sulfur, salicylic acid and calamine) 🧪Sulfur works similar to benzoyl peroxide and fights P. acnes. However, it appears to be more gentile and has less irritant effects. Sulfur also promotes the top layers of skin to dry and peel off. The effect dries up pimples and prevents future breakouts. In addition, sulfer reduces excess production of sebum oils that can cause acne causing debris when they mix with dead skin cells. Overall, sulfur is excellent at unclogging pores. ✅Best for: sebum-induced acne, blackheads, whiteheads, large and congested pores yesto - Triple-Threat Acne Treatment Kit
✅Rating 9.5/10 ✅Combines charcoal, sulfur (4%) and which hazel ✅Dries and works quickly ✅Smells heavenly boscia - Charcoal Spot Corrector
✅Rating 8.5/10 ✅Combines charcoal, willow herb extract and salicylic acid ✅Dries and works quickly ✅Good for sensitive skin 🧪Activated charcoal works by picking up and removing bacteria, oil, toxins and other cellular debris. It is a good anti-inflammatory, exfoliant that clears pores, increases pore tightness and reduces pore size. It works similar to sulfur in that it can balance sebum production. But, like salicylic acid, activated charcoal has no effect against P. acnes. ✅Best for: inflammatory acne, blackheads, whiteheads, large and congested pores 🚨All of the ingredients and products can have side effects such as dryness, itching, redness, flaking, irritation or allergy. Be sure to test a small area on skin 24 hours before applying to your face.

Late October Haul 🎃
This month I decided to treat myself to a little haul! The above products were purchased from Sephora and Amazon. Some of these products I’ve had my eye on for months, while others I compulsively bought! On the second slide are all of the sample products that were kindly supplied by Sephora 🙂 Sephora: PAT McGRATH LABS - Eye Ecstasy Duo: I bough these pallets out of compulsion. I only own one pallet which is the URBAN DECAY - Naked Ultimate Basics Eyeshadow Palette. I really want to start incorporating makeup into my feed, so I went on the hunt for a new pallet. I was able to get both of these pallets for $14 each instead of $28 each. That’s a steal for me! I cannot wait to dip into the Sublime pallet! DRUNK ELEPHANT - E-Rase Milki Micellar Water: Getting back into makeup I knew I needed a makeup remover. Just about everyone I know uses Micellar Water no matter what brand. I decided to go with the Drunk Elephant because I have seen so many product reviews with mixed emotions, so I wanted to try this brand out for myself! Kate Somerville - EradiKate Acne Treatment: This is another product I’ve had my eye on for months! I have seen many reviews of this product and so far everyone has loved it. I can’t wait to give this product a shot tonight after a much needed shower! Review for this product to come very soon! Not pictured: SEPHORA COLLECTION - Makeup Match Highlight Brush Samples: LANCÔME - Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover Dr Dennis Gross - Dr Dennis Gross Extra Strength Alpha Beta Peel Original belif - The True Cream Aqua Bomb IGK - First Class Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Tatoo Liner in Trooper Deluxe Sample laura mercier - Flawless Lumière Radiance-Perfecting Foundation Milk MAKEUP - Hydro Grip Primer CAUDALIE - Vinopure Skin Perfecting Serum GUCCI - Free Bloom Eau de Parfum Deluxe Sample Amazon: StriVectin - Daily Reveal Exfoliating Pads: I saw that StriVectin just recent came out with these. I was quick to purchase these because I have been looking for a product that I can carry with me at all times and quickly use during the day when my face is super oily while I’m out and about! I was originally using the OXY - Acne Medication Deep Pore Cleansing Pads, but the ingredients aren’t great for the skin at all! So I am super hyped to find a much more healthier alternative! Rael - Miracle Ratch: I originally found these on Instagram. I have been on the market for acne patches for sometime. My local target didn’t have any in stock, so I took to the internet. When I found these I looked up reviews, and every single one was positive. I cannot wait to try these!
This is really working!! All these products at together and fighting my STUBBORN honor all acne. I’m very pleased and this is what is working for me. My derm recommended all these products to me includes the medicine spirolactone which helps fight hormonal acne. Try these products out they are all very reasonable priced and easy to get. Except the spirolactone you will need to get this prescribed my a doctor.

TOP Amazon Skincare Buys ✨
If you're looking for some affordable hidden skincare gems on Amazon look no further! 🙌 One brand I've discovered is Amiré which has an incredible spot treatment that is a dupe for my beloved MARIO BADESCU - Mario Badescu Drying Lotion They also make an incredible energizing coffee body scrub that is great for reducing cellulite and sloughing off dead skin. I also purchased a POPCHOSE - Dry Brushing Body Brush which is phenomenal in the winter for exfoliating. Last but certainly not least, CREATE COSMETICS - 5 Elements Cleanser is the best exoliating cleanser for sensitive skin I've ever found! It has 2% Glycolic Acid so it gets the job done and keeps breakouts at bay without being to harsh or stripping your skin. What are your go-to beauty buys from Amazon? Let me know in the comments!
A CLASSIC in my skin care routine
A year ago I heard of MARIO BADESCU - Mario Badescu Drying Lotion . I decided to buy it ($17). Next day at work, I got asked if it ACTUALLY works.. I’ll tell you this, it would be a miracle if it disappeared a big ol’ pimple from my face in just one night. But it doesn’t do that. Yes, it actually works, but it’s not a miracle worker. Here’s what DOES do: overnight, it disappears the very small pimples that have almost nothing in them. if a pimple is making its presence (meaning it’s growing into a pimple), the MARIO BADESCU - Mario Badescu Drying Lotion accelerates its maturity for it to be ready to “pop”, if that’s what you do. it decreases the redness of a pimple it helps unclog comodones (white/black heads) Every time I see a pimple, I apply this. And it’s been that way for more than a year. DISCLAIMER: DONT SHAKE IT! THE CLEAR LIQUID INSIDE IS ALCOHOL, NOT WATER. THE ALCOHOL WILL EVAPORATE, SO DON’T BE AFRAID TO FILL THE BOTTLE WITH ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL AGAIN.

Day 9 of accutane
Hey a lil update! I don’t have any new pimples, and my face is starting to look clearer, I didn’t think by day 9 I’d see such a big difference! I’ve started to use some new products as well as sticking with my faves : Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser (New) It’s less harsh on my face than all the other cleansers I have, normally something like this wouldn’t cleanse my skin enough. The Ordinary - Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA (fave) the only moisturizer that doesn’t make me breakout and provides surface and below the surface hydration ORIGINS - Super Spot Remover Acne Treatment Gel (new) makes pimples go away fast (at least while on accutane) URIAGE - Bariéderm Cica-Cream with Copper-Zinc (fave) for my extra dry crusty spots like around my nose or mouth SUNPLAY - Skin aqua UV moisture milk (the blue one) (fave fave fave) love this sunscreen with my whole heart, it’s so moisturizing and provides a pretty glow, and no white cast at all, it has a milky look to it but blends out without a trace! It’s beyond amazing. LANEIGE - Lip Sleeping Mask - Mint Choco Chip (new) smells great, I’ve been using this as lip balm because my lips are so chapped. It’s not the most amazing lip balm(I prefer aquaphor) but this is nice if you want a scent
One I Hate and One That’s Great
Two new products I was excited about: Origins Super Spot Remover: I had been getting a few pimples, mostly just a couple little barely noticeable ones but I also had a big one coming up on my cheek. I was so excited to try this as I had heard good things. I used it twice a day for about three or four days. Now I know that’s not a lot of time for other types of treatments but I expect at least SOME positive results within a day or two but I got none. There was absolutely no change. ORIGINS - Super Spot Remover Acne Treatment Gel Rael Calm + Collected Facial Mist: I had been looking for a nice facial mist for hydration and to use in my 10+ step Korean beauty routine when I felt a need for it. A lot of facial mists claim to be hydrating but the ingredients include alcohol and witch hazel which can be drying. This mist’s key ingredients include: Hyaluronic Acid Vitamin B5 (anti-static, moisturizing) Glycerin (moisturizing, solvent) Aloe Vera Flower Extract (emollient, moisturizing) Trehalose (moisturizing) Allantoin (anti-inflammatory, soothing) Caprylyl Glycol (emollient, moisturizing, skin conditioning) Ethylhexylglycerin (preservative, surfactant) These are not the ONLY ingredients but they are the key ingredients. According to another app I use that helps identify ingredients, irritants, hormonal disrupters and carcinogens in cosmetics and skincare products (it’s called Good Face in case you’re interested) it lists two possible allergens which are • Limonene: a fragrance and solvent. Under “safety concerns” it lists allergen and irritant. The other possible allergen is • Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil: used as an astringent, for skin conditioning and masking. Under “safety concerns” it is listed as a possible allergen. It also lists two possible irritants which are • Limeonene: (see above) and • Butylene Glycol: a solvent. Under “safety concerns” it lists it as a possible irritant. The facial mist is also said to have bamboo extract, is “clean”, vegan and made without synthetic fragrance, artificial dyes, parabens, PEGs, phenoxyethanol, mineral oil, silicones, sulfates or phthalates. I think it is nice, light and with a smidge of creamy texture that you can rub in if you like. It doesn’t take a lot to give you a some moisture. I haven’t used it a lot yet but so far, I like it. Swipe to watch my skin journey
Swipe to watch my skin journey - from horrible hormonal acne, premature wrinkles and large pores to clean smooth and hydrated skin. I struggled with my skin from the what’s 2017-2019, it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with. I developed a tool kit to help my skin from the inside out, it started with birth control and controlling my cortisol and testosterone levels, once I started birth control and eliminated some stressful elements from my life, is started cleansing with micellar water and then a simple cetaphil cleanser, I would apply pixi glow tonic and then the ordinary hyralaunic acid, I would apply the ordinary copper polypeptide “buffet” and origins “a better world” moisturizer and I would apply tamanu oil to my acne scars. Twice a week I would use dr.jart cicarepair sheet masks or garnier hydrating sheet mask. I used glamglow brightening exfoliating mask once to twice a week to reduce my hyperpigmentation from acne scars. THE NUMBER ONE THING - was controlling my hormones, even with a great skincare routine, birth control and stress levels were instrumental in helping me control my hormonal acne. I highly recommend checking these methods out if you are not seeing results with your regular skin care routine.
OW: treating my nodular acne
OW: treating my nodular acne
🌊 first off, sorry if the first photos make you a little uncomfortable! This is my current face as of June 5, and I have a huge and annoying nodule on my forehead. Its been here for 4 or more days now. The worst nodules ive had have lasted up to two weeks from formation to dissapation. 🌊 What is nodular acne? We all know what a whitehead is, a squeezable, popable little brat of a zit. a blackhead is similar but with an open surface and easily extracted. Well, this isn’t open or popable. And if you touch it, its painful as heck. I had the misfortune of wearing a hat on a nodule and it was incredibly painful. A nodule forms the same way as other acne, with a blocked pore, but deeper in the skin. its a hard red bump on your skin, which can become as large as a fingernail (its hideous). The nodule is also associated with the bacteria p. acne. 🌊 Treating Nodular Acne If you have nodular acne, its time to see a dermatologist! This acne can’t be cured using drugstore products and is considered pretty severe. Here are the products given to my and/or recommended by my derm! DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel My dermatologist prescribed Differin which is adapaleme (a retinoid) 0.3%, which is MUCH higher than you can buy anywhere. This encourages skin cell turnover so that you get less skin clogs and reduces inflammation. The one in the link is only 0.1% but it can be a game changer for many people. I only apply it at night as it makes me sun sensitive SMARTR SKIN - MICRONEEDLE DERMA ROLLER i microneedle before putting on topical treatments to help the serums and treatments get into my skin. If i have an active spot, i dont roll over it — usually it hurts too much to anyhow. I always sterilize my needles with isopropyl alcohol beforehand SEPHORA COLLECTION - Clear Skin Days by Clarifying Serum This is a salicylic acid aka beta hydroxy acid solutjon that I use most AM and PMs. Salicylic acid dissolves oil and goes into pores to help clear breakouts. I use this as an extra preventative measure to stop breakouts from forming at all up&up - Max. Strength Acne Medication This benzoyl peroxide topical cream kills acne bacteria, and i use it as a spot treatment on top of any active nodules I have. It can be drying, so I use just a little bit

My favorite face serum for acne
My favorite face serum for acne
The Vinopure Skin Perfecting Serum from Caudalie is my favorite face serum for treating acne. It is marketed as a serum that helps to unclog pores, reduce both blackheads and blemishes, and helps refine skin texture. The key ingredient in this serum is salicylic acid which helps to control excess oil production from your pores. It also contains rosewater to help moisturize and nourish your skin so that the salicylic acid doesn’t dry out your skin. The texture of the serum is what I would describe as a water gel. It is a very thin gel that is more on the liquid side, meaning it can easily run down your face. However, you only need a very small amount to completely cover your face. I myself like to use this only on my nose for my blackheads, as well as my forehead to eliminate the shine from excess oil production. The serum also has a very interesting minty smell. The smell isn’t overpowering but you do smell it very faintly. I’ve been using this serum for the past three months and have noticed great results. It reminds me of facial peel pads with how gentle it is and how fast it works. A 30mL bottle costs $49, but it is obviously cheaper on other websites besides Caudalie’s website. I myself would re-purchase it because of the great results that I have seen, especially in the reduction of my blackheads. It is much more gentle than using a lactic acid treatment, and is much cheaper. I would rate this serum a five out of five.

I have consistent acne that I’
I have consistent acne that I’ve struggled with for years. Wether or not I purposely pop them or they pop themselves I always end up with dark spots which were more of a pain to get rid of then pimples. I don’t care for pimples but I want to get rid of them as fast as possible so I can decrease my dark spots Now this treatment does work. But not for all kinds of acne. White heads( pimples that come to a head with pus) don’t really shrink, they eventually pop anyways. Same with blackheads. Both of them require to be extracted so the treatment won’t do much Now for hormonal bumps and cysts, those can be shrunken by the treatment. Overall it’s good for just that, it has a mild scent because of the sulfur and my eyes tend to get watery so I’m constantly rubbing it and if I have a pimple close to my eye the treatment will burn my eye a lot Kate Somerville - EradiKate Acne Treatment

Different Types of Acne & How to Treat Them💥
Different Types of Acne & How to Treat Them💥
Acne comes in different types. But I think we can all agree it’s a bad experience in any form. ⁣ It’s not just a teenage problem -- millions of adults and even infants can suffer too. I have dealt with acne in my teenage years, but not as worse as I did in the past two years. In this post, I’d like to talk about the different types of acne and share tips on how to treat them. ⁣ ⁣ Basically, all acne falls under one of 𝐓𝗪𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒: inflammatory and non-inflammatory acne.⁣ ____________________________________________ ⁣ 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐧𝐞 includes blackheads and whiteheads. ⁣ ⁣ What are 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬? ⁣ Also called open-comedones (clogged hair follicles), these are small bumps filled with dead skin cells and oil. When the melanin pigment of our skin makes contact with the air at the top of an open comedone, it oxidizes and turns black.⁣ ⁣ What are 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬? ⁣ Also called close-comedones, these are basically pimples hidden by a clogged pore. They often look like tiny skin-toned bumps. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦? ⁣ The key to treat comedones is to get to the source - excessive oil production from the sebaceous glands. From my own experience, it’s really not easy to get rid of them. You have to treat comedones continuously or they would keep forming - you have to practice consistent care and good hygiene. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬 that work for me:⁣ - Using salicylic toner like Paula’s Choice BHA lotion. Make sure to focus on your T-zone where it’s usually more oily. I would use BHA in the morning every other day. If you are very sensitive, use it only 2-3x a week. ⁣ - Use Niacinamide daily. Toner or serum form, niacinamide helps control sebum production and is anti-inflammatory. I like TO Niacinamide+Zinc and have previously reaped good results from Pond’s White Beauty Pore Conditioning Toner.⁣ - Blot excessive sebum. I recommend Gatsby Powdered blotting sheets -- keep it in your purse and use every time it’s needed. ⁣ - This is optional but consider getting an ultrasonic facial scrubber. This is a gentle way of exfoliation by using ultrasonic sound waves to deep clean your skin. It is safe for sensitive and rosacea skin and definitely so much better than using nose strips or manual extraction. This helps you avoid more irritation or inflammation. ⁣ ______________________________________⁣ ⁣ 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 acne includes involves papules, pustules, cysts, and nodules. ⁣ ⁣ What are 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬? ⁣ They are small inflamed bumps. They form when a hair follicle becomes clogged with bacteria. Your immune system reacts to the bacteria by producing white blood cells, which fight the infections.⁣ ⁣ What are 𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬? ⁣ Pustules are similar to papules but are usually bigger in size. Pustules have pus (a thick yellowish whitish liquid produced in infected tissue) on the top and are red on the bottom of the lesion. ⁣ ⁣ What are 𝐍𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬? ⁣ These are large, hard, and painful pimples that arise deep in the skin. They occur when clogged and inflamed pores endure further irritation. ⁣ ⁣ What are 𝐂𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐬? ⁣ Cysts are a severe form of acne. They are deep, pus-filled, and are often very painful to touch. They occur deeper in the skin than nodules and usually result from a severe infection. They’re most likely to leave a scar. ⁣ ⁣ 𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐧𝐞?⁣ ⁣ 1. Genetics - it may be prevalent in your family, it could be hereditary. ⁣ 2. Hormones- acne may develop in response to hormonal changes, especially a rise in androgens, such as testosterone. ⁣ 3. Cosmetics- your makeup products may have bad ingredients and/or clogging your pores⁣ 4. Lifestyle- your sleeping habits, stress levels, your food choices and more can contribute to getting acne⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦? ⁣ Some inflammatory acne can be controlled with over-the-counter treatments and self-care measures, while some patients may feel they require medical help. If you have severe acne, consider getting professional help. But if you opt for self-treatment, here’s my 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬: ⁣ ⁣ - Avoid fragrance and use only gentle products. Refrain from using products with bad alcohol like ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, etc. “Fragrance” comes in different names -- natural fragrance (i.e. essential oils like lavender oil, peppermint oil) orange peel oil, lemon peel oil, linalool, and limonene are just few of the many. ⁣ ⁣ - Stop using many products. You have to reset and give your skin barrier the time to repair. Try using only a cleanser, gentle active like niacinamide, moisturizer with ceramides, and sunscreen for a month. Our skin can heal itself -- we forget this fact often. Allowing our skin repair and supplementing it with repairing ingredients may actually get rid of your acne. ⁣ ⁣ - Wash your face twice a day and clean your makeup brushes and bed sheets regularly. ⁣ ⁣ - Drink a lot of water. Adequate hydration is essential to help our body function and heal properly. ⁣ ⁣ - Use anti-inflammatory or exfoliating ingredients like Salicylic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide. If you see only minimal results, consider using a retinol or retinoid. Adapalene is in a class of medications called retinoid-like compounds. It works by stopping pimples from forming under the surface of the skin. It is the first prescription-strength retinoid to be available over-the-counter. ⁣ Tretinoin - a dermatologists’ favorite ingredient. Effectively treats acne and has an excellent safety record over 50+ years of use. Available only by prescription in the US. ⁣ * Some of these products may not be safe to use during pregnancy. Check with your doctor before using. ⁣ ⁣ Patients with severe acne condition that doesn’t improve after three months of treatment with an over-the-counter medication may need to see a dermatologist for oral medication.
Origins Super Spot Remover Product Claims
Origins Super Spot Remover Product Claims
Origins was one of the first brands I got into when I first started getting into luxury/non-drugstore skincare. I’ve been using their masks and this treatment gel for almost 2 years now. I do have to say that though they seem like a great company, they are not cruelty free and once I finish their products I won’t be purchasing any more. At the time in early 2018, I was looking for a spot treatment that quite frankly wasn’t from neutrogena (lol) and I saw a few beauty YouTubers talking about how this product obliterates active breakouts. Of course I wasn’t really thinking of skin types or anything at the time but luckily I was oily and this product worked wonders for me. Now that my hormones are allll out of wack, my skin type has been more dry in the last year. ORIGINS - Super Spot Remover Acne Treatment Gel is a 1.5% salicylic acid spot treatment gel formula in the littlest bottle ever (.3oz) but the smallest amount goes a long way! The product claims to reduce oiliness, treat active breakouts, and prevent future breakouts without irritating or drying your skin. It is marketed for all skin types. I usually use this product as the last step in my night routine when I do need it. I usually only use it on the big bad whiteheads once or twice a month. It dries down completely and leaves a little residue to be washed off in the morning. The past few times I’ve used it, it definitely irritated my skin and left me flaky for at least a few days after using but it does treat the active breakout. It claims to be soothing but I can’t recommend this to dry skin types. If you’re oily, this will work wonders for you! For a .3oz bottle it costs $19 and mine has almost lasted me 2 years and it still almost half full. I think the value is great! But still wouldn’t recommend for dry skin types and have to rate is 4/5.
