Milk Makeup highlighter in Lit
This was my first intro to cream highlighters, or highlighters in general outside a theatre purpose. You 100% get your moneys worth for this product because it will last until you die, there’s so much product. This is a champagne pearl color that you could use for any occasion. I like to rub my finger on the top and then tap it on the highlights of my face. It’s too big to apply straight from the tube. Really lovely!Milk MAKEUP - Milk Makeup Highlighter
Milk make up MVP kit!
Milk MAKEUP - Milk Makeup Highlighter doesn’t show up after 1 swipe, but when it does it’s really faint... it is a gorgeous shade though Milk MAKEUP - Cooling Water I love this product and it’s probably my favorite!!! It is soo refreshing and if I put it under my eyes in the morning, the dark circles disappear! Milk MAKEUP - Matte Bronzer same situation as the highlighter, doesn’t show up, but in the actual packaging it is a gorgeous color!! Milk MAKEUP - Watermelon Brightening Serum once again, I loveee this product so much it makes me feel refreshed and renewed, its also not very sticky which is good
Key to on-the-go makeup
If there’s one thing I’ve learned about doing my makeup on my commute it’s that sticks are the answer! They make the whole process so much quicker and less complicated, they’re easy and compact to travel with, and they mean no more worries about spilling product down your top or in your makeup bag! Oh, and on top of that, they’re usually much more hygienic since you don’t need to use your hands to apply them. In fact, with these products, you don’t even need a brush. Milk Makeup’s Highlighter in Lit and Cheek + Lip Tint in Werk are two staples in my everyday makeup routine. I start by applying Werk to the apples of my cheeks – all it takes is a couple of dabs moving outwards towards the edge of my face. The colour is very sheer and neutral (kind of a warm, dusky pink) so it doesn’t need blending unless I am a bit heavy-handed – in which case a quick blend with a powder brush does the trick. Because it’s a cream formula it has a little bit of a dewy finish which looks really pretty and natural. The colour doesn’t last all day (which is the one downside) but because it’s a stick, it’s so easy to top it up throughout the day. Next, I apply Lit on the tops of my cheekbones up to my temples. Again, this has a really sheer and natural finish so it’s impossible to overdo it. I literally just swipe the stick over my skin and it layers on just the right amount of product – resulting in a bright and glossy shine. What I really love about it is that it’s not too sparkly or glittery so it doesn’t sit in my pores or emphasise my acne scars. Would 100% recommend both of these products if you want to streamline your makeup routine!
The milkmakeup minis are being tested during a day of lounging by the pool✨ 💕 Lip + Cheek in Werk - Dusty rose tint that I use on my cheeks as a faint blush. A little dewy thanks to the avocado oil and mango butter. Keeps relatively well in the humidity! 💕 Highlighter in Lit - Champagne-hued highlighter that is great for focused application to cheekbones. It doesn’t look glittery or chunky and has a similar feel to Fenty. It’s a little cool-toned for my liking, so I’ll have to experiment with how I layer this with blush. 💕 Cooling Under-Eye De-Puffer Stick - Carried this around for the so-called “cooling” effect, but I’m pretty sure this doesn’t do anything. Like 99% sure lol.

Favourite highlighter for my skin tone ✨✨✨
Milk MAKEUP - Milk Makeup Highlighter This highlighter stick is probably ONE of my favourite ones to use for my skin tone. I have the mini travel size of this that I got as a Sephora gift set, BUT I LOVE HOW MINI IT IS 🥰🥰 it’s so cute aha. The highlighter is a really pretty colour for my skin tone because of the consistency it’s not a powder where it can be drying and glittery and it’s not a more water base where it can be sticky and weird🙃🙃 I love this consistency because it’s the perfect amount and it gives you such a beautiful colour. I have a light to med would probably just define it as a neutral skin colour with a hint of olive under tones and this just emphasizes the glow I already have ✨✨ It’s not a crazy pigment and you can definitely build it up if you want, but I love how subtle it can be with your makeup. It’s one of my favourites and it’s so easy to take with you when you need it. I took it with me on my trip to China and it helped so much with not putting too much makeup on where you can sweat, but having something to make you feel confident and put together. 👏🏼🥰🧡 I love it so much!

I’ve been waiting on you!
For the longest time ever I have done a full face of make up, heavy foundation, and a lot of powder. If you wear your make up like that, that is completely fine, but the weight of it on my face was bothering me. On a whim I decided to buy glossier’s skin tint and with the order I got a sample of cloud paint. When I first used this mix I was so confused. Like umm ,this is not giving me anything?? Hello? My face is dewy, you can still see my spots, and I’m glowing.. oh my I love it! I felt so confident with how my skin looked! I decided to get more cream based make up and that lead me to getting the @milkmakeup MVPs set. It’s just so much fun and it looks so good. Make up for me was always about focus and perfection. Now I just mix everything on my face, a swipe here, a dab there, and I feel so gosh darn cute. If you’ve never tried a full face of cream based make up, give it a go! FENTY BEAUTY - Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Mean Money/ Hu$tla Baby What it is: a cream-to-powder highlighter duo featuring a soft champagne sheen and a supercharge peachy champagne shimmer What it costs: $36 What I think: this is a pricy highlighter, but I love the versatility of it coming with two shades. One is much more subtle while one packs on the shimmer, and they can be used together or separate depending on the look you are going for. The creamy powder formula applies smoothly to my skin, and I like the glow it gives me.

I love this thing! It’s such a cool, innovative product that lets you apply glitter all over your skin. I don’t recommend it for your face, but I love using it on my neck, chest, shoulders, and arms! You can use it really lightly and just have a light dusting of highlighter, or you can pack it on to get a super glow! I love this product because it’s not messy like a loose powder or a glittery oil. You just smack it on and there ya go. The only downside to this product is if you want to apply a lot of it, you really have to hit your skin pretty hard with it to get a lot to come out. Other than that, it’s perfect! Though these sizes may seem small, the little color tubes last an insanely long time. i like the mascara for a more ‘natural’ lash day (i have short stubs for lashes) the price: $25, but its on sale for $12.50!!!
