Thrive Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara
thrive causemetics - Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara™ Wow. I never thought anything could top my love for the Glossier Lash Slick but I think this just did it. This mascara has the exact same brush/wand as the Glossier one, but this formula just gives my lashes a little more umph. My lashes look longer, darker, and more separated, plus it doesn’t smudge all over my lower lids like others I’ve tried!

Bioderma Hydrabio Mist
BIODERMA - Hydrabio Brume I got this to basically refresh my face and it does just that! I use this, then a toner, then serums or whatever and then moisturizer. I can also use it to wet my beauty blender! I don’t have a lot to say but I really like this product.
Embryolisse Lait Crème Concentré
Embryolisse - Lait Crème Concentré If you have dry skin, this is the stuff for you. I think I’ve been using the FAB Ultra Repair for so long that my skin got used to it, so whenever my skin is exceptionally dry I go to this stuff, which can also double as a primer! I guess this is used on runways as a primer as well, and that’s what made me buy this a few years ago in the first place. It’s hard for me to get to so that’s why I haven’t used it a again since like 2018. But wow I forgot how great it is! A little goes a looooong way too.

Heritage Store Rosewater Spray
HERITAGE STORE - Rosewater Spray I’ve been using this as a toner and just something to refresh throughout the day after realizing my Thayers toner spray is probably drying me out long term, which is a huge bummer because I really liked it. This works good for both the toner and refreshing spray and has a nice natural rose scent to it. I’d definitely want to buy the toner next time to see how it compares. The one thing I don’t like on this is the spray nozzle, I feel like it’s too wide and I have to spray a lot to get it to actually go on my face rather than around it. I’ll probably end up pouring it into another bottle that I like that sprays better.

Rare Beauty Liquid Blush in Love
Rare Beauty - Soft Pinch Liquid Blush So I’m not normally a matte anything type of person, but this shade of liquid blush has me intrigued. This is described as a matte terracotta and its so unique I have nothing like it. It dries down so quick and is insanely pigmented so I dab a little bit on and do one cheek at a time so that I can actually blend it in. If you have a hard time blending it at first, don’t give up on it! Just do one cheek at a time and don’t use a crazy amount. I can use a brush or my fingers and both work fine. I’m so impressed.

Milk Makeup Bronzer in Baked
Milk MAKEUP - Matte Bronzer I’ve never really felt the need to bronze before but decided I wanted to try it just for funzies because I miss being tan. This blends so nicely and you can build it up or just use a little. Plus the tiny size makes it easy to use! I prefer a matte bronzer to make it look more natural, but I think I want to try the tower 28 one next!

turmeric mask stick
My first voiceover video!! I actually love these types of videos, as well doing them!! It allows me to record what i want to show and really think about what I want to say. So let me know if you want more of these voiceovers :) Ive been spotting this at target for a while now, and ive always been skeptical about getting it. I saw someone do a review on this the other day, she said it was good, so I just went ahead and got it :) This mask contains turmeric, which a antioxidant than can help reduce acne, acne scars, target your pores, and calm the skin. It also has amazing antibacterial potential as well as fighting future breakouts. However, turmeric is known for staining your face hahah. I would recommend using turmeric that is meant for your face, and not just the ones in the spice aisle. I got this at Target for $8.99 cocokind - Turmeric stick
Setting powder: Laura Mercier or RCMA?
If you search “setting powder” on Sephora website, sorting with “bestselling”, the Translucent Loose Setting Powder from Laura Mercier is one of the top 3. And if you pay some attention about makeup, you may hear about the No Color Powder from RCMA Mackup. I love both of them and I will show the differences before and after I applied two products and talk about my thoughts. By the way, I barely baking and I usually use loose powder under my eyes, nose and the center of my face where my pores are obvious. Let’s start with the more expensive ones. I have two sizes of the loose powder from LM. The smaller one is $23, with 0.33oz/9.3g product inside, and the larger one is $39, with 1oz/30g inside, which means the large size is more cost-efficient if you use powder a lot. I also purchased the puff, and it feels soft and can grab the powder easily, so I love using these to apply all my loose powders. As you can tell in the picture, after applying foundation, you can still see my pores and the radiant of my face. But after the powder, my face looks totally matte and blurred, and my pores are covered up to 80%. Because I am a dry skin and only my nose will be a little oily after 4-5 hours. With the powder, I would say I won’t get oily until 7 hours later. You can tell how I love this by my repurchase, and I think it is for all skin types. They also launched a darker version if you have medium deep to deep skin, which is awesome. Then let’s talk about the RCMA No Color Powder, which is only $12 for 3oz/90g. The only thing is inconvenient is that it is hard to pour out the appropriate amount of powder, and I still need to buy a small box so that I can get the product with either a brush or a puff. And sometimes, when I am lazy, I will use the beauty blender that I apply the foundation to apply the powder to do a short time baking under my eyes and on my nose, then wipe it with a big fluffy brush all around my face after 5 mins. Because I am doing a comparison, so this time, I use the same puff to apply it. There is not such a big difference just by looking, because they both cover my pores and have a matte finish. The only difference I feel is that the RCMA one is a little drier than the LM one on my nose, but the price of RCMA powder is so affordable, and you can get so many products that you may never use up. So I think it is a perfect dupe for me and I highly recommend it.

5 steps for a flawless foundation application!
Do you want to get a flawless foundation every time?? Follow this 5 simple steps and notice the difference: 1. Use Micellar water before applying your makeup to remove oils and impurities from your skin. They will clean your skin without drying it. 2. Using a skin booster or serum is an excellent way to make sure your skin is getting all the nutrients it needs to be healthy and radiant. 3.Make sure to moisturizer your skin according to your skin condition. A well hydrated skin will look smoother and glowy. I highly recommend using the Embryolisse - Lait Crème Concentré It is super creamy and great for all skin types. It works as a moisturizer and a primer. 4. The way you apply your foundation is also very important. I recommend to aplly it on the back of your head and using a buffing brushes to blend it on your skin. Also use tapping and upward motion to get a smoother finish . 5. Use minimal podwer. Loose powders at the best since they are very fine. Also using translucent powder only in your T-zone will give you a more natural finish and will prevent foundation from caking. My all time favorite is laura mercier - Translucent Loose Setting Powder This product leaves a beautiful finish and locks your foundation in place all day long

Axiology Lip-2-Lid Balmies
@axiology_beauty recently dropped a new product called (Lip-to-Lid) Balmies! They can be used on cheeks, lips, or eyelids! They’re of course super green, and 100% zero-waste. The shade range I have on are from the Cotton Candy Skies collection (3 pack) of Balmies and they’re STUNNING! The total Balmies range has 9 shades + 4 highlighters! I have such an appreciation for how Ericka creates her products so sustainably and incredibly mindful of the earth! As you can see, these are insanely EASY and beautiful they are! They are easily the coolest new sustainable beauty product, imo! AXIOLOGY - Lip-to-Lid Balmies Cotton Candy Skies

Sensitive Skin Ingredients
This is a great guide to show skin sensitive issues ingredients! When I was dealing with skin barrier inflammation, some of these products saved my life. Ingredients I swear by: Aloe Vera: this is great for inflammation and red skin. The plant is amazingly effective, but you can also buy the 100% gel at your local store as well! Fruit of the Earth - Aloe Vera 100% Gel SKINFOOD - Aloe Vera 93% Soothing Gel Green Tea: The tea is a favorite I drink every morning, but I also love this in mask form! TONYMOLY - I'm Real Green Tea Sheet Mask Vitamin C Derivative: There’s many forms of Vitamin C. The strongest, L- Ascorbic Acid, is mostly toted for their effects, but there are other options. Sodium Ascorbly Phosphate, Magnesium Ascorbly Phospahte, etc. If you have skin sensitivity (burning, tingling, etc) to Vitamin C I recommend : Seoul Ceuticals - 20% Vitamin C Hyaluronic Acid Serum Mad Hippie - Vitamin C Serum Lukewarm Water to Rinse: I recommend this no matter type of skin you have. Hot water can dry your face out, making you skin more irritable and sensitive. Less is Key: When experiencing sensitivity it can often be associated to new products and the amount you use on your face. You do not need a 10 step routine to treat skin issues I found when I was using 3-4 steps my skin was treated just as effectively, you just need to find what works for your skin. Mineral sunscreen: There are two types of sunscreen physical and mineral. Physical are usually chemical based and can cause irritation. Some great mineral sunscreens I’ve tried: Supergoop! - Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40 Neutrogena - Sensitive Skin Face Liquid Sunscreen SPF 50 My skin is not as sensitive as it was before but this is great photo I got from (babeandbeauty on IG).

SMITH & CULT - Glitterbaby Metallic-Shift Eyeshadow If anyone knows me they know that although I pamper my clients to the moons with countless amounts of lotions and potions, I don’t have that kind of patience personally for myself. This is why I absolutely love products that allow me to make myself up in a jiffy while helping me look like I’ve taken some time to elevate my everyday look. Would you believe it if I told you it took me 10 minuets to do this entire makeup from start to finish? It only took me 2 minuets to smoke out this glittery eye cream and 3 minuets to line my eyes and apply mascara. I absolutely adore this line of glittery eyeshadow creams by Smith & Cult, so much so that I have every single color. In this video I am using the shade “blue to pink”. As you move, the glitters reflect back blue or pink. I tried to include videos of me turning my head so that you can see this magic in real time. This glittery eye cream comes in a fat tube with a doe foot applicator. The consistency is very smooth, not sticky, quite easy to apply. I love keeping one in my purse just Incase I need to run for drinks with friends after work.
