Dove - Exfoliating Body Polish Crushed Macadamia & Rice Milk PRODUCT A gentle physical exfoliant meant to buff away dead skin to reveal softer, smoother skin in just one use. Though I’ve never tested it on my face before, I recommend this only be used for the body. I have the macadamia and rice milk scent and it’s so yummy and comforting. This is a creamy exfoliant with very gentle physical granules that exfoliate without irritating the skin. OPINION I have been through two tubs of this exfoliant and I am still shocked at how much I love it. It really gently buffs the skin, so it is okay to use multiple times per week. I was recommended this from an ig friend, and now I recommend it to a bunch of people around me because its affordable and just that good. The creamy abseils ensures that your skin stays hydrated while exfoliating – which is the key to baby soft skin. This is incredible, especially for the price, and I give it 5/5 stars.

The Best Products for Back Acne According to Dermatologists
40-50 million Americans suffer from some form of acne at any given point in time. This equates to 12-15% of the total US population. That means that if you stuffed a room full of 100 of your friends, 15 of them would have an acne breakout.
Cerave for the body?!
Everyone is always talking about the CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser and other face products, rightfully so, but no one ever talks about the amazing body products they have as well. If you’re like me you have super sensitive dry skin and are prone to things causing some irritation or rashes. We both no these are no fun. I have found that minimizing my routine and leaving out irritating ingredients helps control a lot of these symptoms. Let’s talk about the CeraVe - Hydrating Cleansing Bar for Normal to Dry Skin first. This product I bought after wanting to use more bar soaps because I wanted to be more environment conscious. My issue with bar soaps in the past is they leave behind this sticky residue that I CAN’T stand. I was so pleasantly surprised when this product didn’t do that. I was also surprised when this product actually lathered. I figured it was going to be like the hydrating facial cleanser and not foam up, which is fine for the face, but I have this thing with my body where foam = clean. (I know, I know🤣) anyway, this actually foamed up and instead of stripping my skin of moisture I felt like I was adding a moisturizer onto my skin. I imagine this would also work on the face as well for people who want something that foams but also hydrating. The next product I want to talk about is perfect for people who have body acne. CeraVe - SA Body Wash for Rough & Bumpy Skin I bought this product when I was having a hard time with KP on the back of my arms. I didn’t ever see a difference with that when using this product but I did see a major difference with my body acne. This is perfect for those with sensitive skin that still need the active ingredient of salicylic acid. It can be a smidge drying though so warning.

Body Acne Be Gone!
I’ve had acne on my back, shoulders, and chest for as long as I can remember. When I was a teenager it was really bad, but as I got older it got better. I really only see it on my chest now. I’ve been using this body wash for months, I believe this is my 4th bottle and it helps so much! It is a physical exfoliant as well as a chemical exfoliant containing 1% salicylic acid. I pour a dime-sized amount into my palm and rub it all over my chest and shoulders for about one minute, then I let it sink into my skin for a minute before rinsing. Over time it has helped reduce the severity and amount of acne my chest gets. My skin does not dry out, nor has it ever been irritated. It’s pretty steep for $57 a bottle at Sephora, but I think it’s worth every penny. I usually stock up lots during a sale so that helps.

Favorite Antioxidant Serum for Body Acne
The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% This is the Ordinary Naicinimide and Zinc Serum. This product claims to reduce the appearances of blemishes, reduce sebum production and brighten skin tone. They also warn to not wear vitamin c when using this product. This product is not a direct treatment for acne, but it can help with skin blemishes. this serum is pretty thin, it sinks into the skin and dries fairly quickly. Overall, I really like this product. I actually don’t use this on my face, but rather on my chest acne. I find that with regular use, the red blemishes that dot my chest slowly disappear. I like it because it doesn’t irritate my skin and it’s pretty effective with continued use. I would totally recommend this product to someone who wants to reduce the appearances of their blemishes, and I do think that this product is worth trying out.
