Iโ€™ve always loved zinc for my scalp. I use it for my hairline, itโ€™s an awesome ingredient for seborrheic dermatitis (self diagnosed๐Ÿ˜…) When I learned about malassezia folliculitis (fungal acne) and I was positive I had it, I tried Zinc for my face and it totally got rid of the pustules/whiteheads. GabbieMartinAwesome post! Where did you get the Hydroquinone/Tret? And the Tret on the right side of the picture? Also, Iโ€™ve been really considering using sulfur also. Have you had any reactions using the sulfer while using Tret? Or do you use it on one of your off days? TIA!

FA safe but there is a Sulfur product I prefer
MARIO BADESCU - Mario Badescu Drying Lotion ^ has no fungal acne triggers Has 2 ingredients that help fight fungal acne: - Sulfur - Salicylic Acid Some people say it dries out there skin too much but I think itโ€™s okay as a spot treatment. But it didnโ€™t do much for my acne. A Sulfur spot treatment mask that works really well for me is De La Cruz - Sulfur Ointment, Acne Medication, Maximum Strength which you only leave on clean skin for 10 min then wash it off and use your regular skin care products

Skincare Junkie Needs Help Please!
Does this look like fugal acne or closed comedones? What do you guys think about this?! Thank you!! Iโ€™m a self proclaimed skin care junkie. I love learning everything there is to learn. When this current situation started, I was so discouraged. I pay so much attention and care to my face, I canโ€™t believe this happened to me. I have a few hunches as to what it could have started it. - Double cleansing with the same cleanser (Paulaโ€™s Choice Optimal Results Hydrating) - Wearing a mask outside in the cold over Christmas for 2 hours - Wearing sunscreen under a mask - Using too heavy of moisturizers on my face too frequently (Acure Radically Rejuvenating Night Cream) (The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors) This is everything I was using at the time this started: Paulas Choice Resist Optimal Results Cleanser Drunk Elephant TLC The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors Acure Radically Rejuvenating Night Cream TO Niacinamide + Zinc TO Absorbyl Glucoside Solution Mychelle Sun Tint (Tint and non-tinted) Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen DRMTLGY SPF 46 DRMTLGY Universal Tinted Fungal Acne Safe Products I Switched to: Purito Defense Barrier PH Cleanser Stridex Pads Iunik Centella Calming Hydrating Gel Cream The Ordinary Plant-Based Squalane TO Niacinamide + Zinc TO Absorbyl Glucoside Solution De La Cruz Sulfur Spot Treatment De La Cruz - Sulfur Ointment, Acne Medication, Maximum Strength Elta MD UV Clear

Products that helped my acne
Iโ€™ve struggled with acne since 7th grade (Iโ€™m 20 now). I have used a lot of products and there are a handful I want to share that have really helped me get closer to my clear skin goal. PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator this is by far the best product Iโ€™ve ever used. My skin looks smoother and my acne has subsided tremendously. I canโ€™t get enough of this. (I use it twice a week, working up to three). I really do believe this product is essential for clearer skin! CeraVe - Daily Moisturizing Lotion For Normal To Dry Skin this moisturizer has been my go to for about 5 years. It always keeps my skin hydrated and really helped when I was on acne prescriptions because my skin would always get really dry. Curology - Curology formula I have a whole post dedicated to this, but it really did help me a lot. I like having dermatologist prescriptions over other treatments. So, this was a great option for me and worked wonders! CeraVe - Hydrating Face Cleanser For Normal To Dry Skin I used to use the harshest face washed out there and strip my skin completely. This cleanser really helped me repair my moisture barrier and was gentle. My skin started looking really good after about 12 uses of this. The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% this stuff is a miracle in a bottle!! My face is way less sensitive and my oils are under control. The redness from my acne subsides with the help of this product and I find it to help my acne heal and become smaller faster. Kate Somerville - EradiKate Acne Treatment this treatment really helped me when I had minimal breakouts. This dried out my pimples over night and helped them go away faster. This was a really nice treatment and I plan on using it again when my face is clearer and I no longer feel the need to continue curology!!

How I Cleared My Acne in 3 MONTHS!!!
Iโ€˜ve struggled with cystic hormonal acne for years, but when I was diagnosed with breast cancer this summer, I didnโ€™t imagine Iโ€™d experience the worst breakout of my 27 years of life... I was so overwhelmed and stressed, that I honestly forgot all about my skincare until it looked like this! And just like breast cancer, cystic acne hurts physically and mentally, but I had to regain control. I couldnโ€™t control what was happening to me, but I could refocus, change my perspective, and restart my skincare routine ๐Ÿ˜… Then I was gifted this medically personalized product to try and this is was my three month progress! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผโœจ Itโ€™s different for everyone, but I noticed a difference in my skin after 4 weeks of consistent use. Iโ€™d say, itโ€™s definitely worth a try, so Iโ€™ll leave a link to a 1-month trial for $4.95! http://curolo.gy/RebeccaSantos (No, I donโ€™t get commission or any form of payment for this post or if you use my link.) My P.M Skincare routine
It took me about a year to formulate and create a skin care routine that catered to my own skin perfectly. I must say, I have come a long way from using witch hazel and apricot scrubs and figured out what my skin needs. Itโ€™s amazing progress. Hopefully this year I will incorporate a retinol into my routine.

Overhyped products; didnโ€™t see a difference
Iโ€™ve used these products consistently over the period of a couple months (not necessarily in combination with each other). I havenโ€™t noticed a difference and realize I donโ€™t particularly love the feel of serums and oils. Hereโ€™s my review of each product individually and one ordinary product that I do feel like makes a difference. PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator I was super excited to try and love this product and was mainly wanting help with blackheads on my nose. I havenโ€™t noticed a difference even when using the product twice a day for a couple months. The product is very oily and itโ€™s easy to get all over the bottle. Not a toner that can be used without a cotton pad The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 I donโ€™t love the textures of these products and am disappointed not seeing a difference after using consistently and over half the bottle is gone. dear, klairs - Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Drop This product is very oily. I want to include vitamin C in my skincare routine but just didnโ€™t enjoy this particular one. e.l.f. - Happy Hydration Cream I love all of elfโ€™s products and bought this thinking I would love it. It leaves a white cast and I donโ€™t like the feel when I put this moisturizer on, because of this I have been using it just at night I order to not waste the product. Elf has much better products than this one for sure! One product I do like: The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution Iโ€™ve started using this once a week and believe it is helping with my blackheads. It is drying and I have sensitive skin so if youโ€™re like me I would suggest only once a week for 8 min and consider a hydrating mask afterwards.

RENTINOIDs: the BEST super ingredient
๐ŸŒธ note: two of the products in my picture are prescription only, high grade retinoids. but i have tagged their drug store dupes that are the SAME product with a lower concentration ๐ŸŒธ WHAT IS A RETINOL? in the most basic form, a retinoid is a form of VITAMIN A which encourages skin cells to break down and turn over faster, resulting in reduction of acne, wrinkles, dark spots and signs of aging. It promotes collagen production, unclogs pores, and reduces scarring. its actually thickens skin, preventing wrinkles from forming โ˜€๏ธโ˜€๏ธALWAYS USE AN SPF WITH RETINOIDSโ˜€๏ธโ˜€๏ธ because your skin cells are dying and regenerating so quickly, you are much more prone to sunburns. read @jensantiโ€˜s comment below for more health cautions! they vary HIGHLY in strength (weak to strong list) ๏ฟผ ๏ฟผ- retinoid esters: The weakest version of a retinoid, but is good for sensitive skin, surface level ๏ฟผ retinol: found in a variety of products, works on the cellular level of skin - adapalene (differin):๏ฟผ Used to be prescription only but can now be found in a low-dose age in most drug stores. penetrates deeper and slows the production of sebum with faster cell turnover ๏ฟผ- retinoic acid (Retin-A/tretinoin): works deeper in the skin, can produce overnight results in the form of dead skin peeling. Very advanced skin cell turnover, as it penetrates and stimulates cell death and production. Skin can become very sensitive, irritated , and red ๏ฟผ- isotretinoin (Accutane): essentially sebum production is very limited and skin cell turnover is dramatically increased. on ingestible medication that will make your skin peel, dry out, and really kill acne. Itโ€™s prescription only but very effective. ๐ŸŒธ products i use! prescription only: ADAPALENE 0.3% dupe: DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel ADAPALENE is the primary form of retinol in this product. this has been my go to product for years, it makes me less sun sensitive then Retin-A 0.05%, while still giving me excellent skin cell turnover and anti aging benefits. It helped my skin go from absolute shiz to a much cleaner glowing face (see 4th pic) prescription only: RETIN-A 0.05% dupe: janssen - Retino-A 0.05% Tretinoin Cream TRETENOIN is the primary form of retinoid in this product. these two may actually be the same product, but the one that I have I know is usually prescription grade. it will make your skin peel overnight, so I use it as a spot treatment if I get any deep set nodular acne. i used this for a couple years but it made me really sun sensitive, it is very strong! luxury brand: SUNDAY RILEY - A+ High-Dose Retinol Serum RETINOL ESTER and CoQ10 are the primary forms of retinal in this product. this claims to have a 6.5% blend of stabilize retinoids and botanical retinoid alternative extracts. I think that it is incredibly overpriced for what it is. There are very similar dupes such as those from the inkey list and the ordinary

Turmeric face mask challenge...stay tuned for updates! I plan to do 5-7 days depending on irritation or potential side effects. My skin is NOT virgin by any means. Consistently using The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% , OLE HENRIKSEN - Truth Serum , OLE HENRIKSEN - Banana Bright Eye Crรจme , janssen - Retino-A 0.05% Tretinoin Cream (stopped with Covid due to severe irritation under mask), TATCHA - The Water Cream , and Kiehl's - Calendula Deep Clean Foaming Face Wash . My hyperpigmentation is static at this point so looking for an adjunct to try with my routine. I normally have no breakouts/ acne but struggling a bit with maskne (12 hr shift RN) so taking it easy on a few of the products. Iโ€™m praying for decreased hyperpigmentation. Iโ€™ll keep you all updated on progress as I go along.

Honest thoughts on Curology ๐Ÿง
๐‚๐ฎ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ฒ is a customized skincare subscription service - iโ€™m sure weโ€™ve all heard of it! Ever since I learned about prescription tretinoin, I knew I had to try it. I like that Curology can prescribe Tretinoin through an online consultation so it saved me a lot of money. I signed up and I received my first bottle in the first week of 2020. I have combination, sensitized, acne-prone skin with PIHโฃ โฃ ๐Œ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐œ๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ & ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐  ๐ˆ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ญ:โฃ I used two formulas: โฃ First month (January): Tretinoin 0.01% , Clindamycin 1%, Azelaic Acid 4%โฃ Next two months: Tretinoin 0.018%, Clindamycin 1%, Azelaic Acid 8%โฃ โฃ *NOTE: I specifically asked for tretinoin and azelaic acid โฃ * I have been using Adapalene for two months before I started Curology and was at the purging stage. โฃ โฃ ๐…๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก: โฃ My free trial arrived the first week of January and I tried it right away. As per the instructions, I washed my face with a gentle cleanser, applied moisturizer then the cream. I used it 2x a week. I was alternately using it with Adapelene. For the first month, the effects werenโ€™t super obvious - other than my skin becoming smoother and softer feeling than it ever had before. โฃ โฃ ๐’๐ž๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก: โฃ I think my skin was at its worst in my second month of Tretinoin (4th month adapalene). I had more cystic acne and I was literally red all day -- I like to call it my full-on purging stage. I just stuck to it anyway. By this time, my skin was also feeling dry and I had slight peeling. My routine was: cleanser, thick moisturizer, and tretinoin. I was using my formula 3x a week. โฃ โฃ ๐“๐ก๐ข๐ซ๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก:โฃ The last weeks of the third month was when I saw the big changes in my skin. I was able to use the cream nightly by this time. Only word I can use to describe it is - shocked. I went from having cystic, red acne and rough patches to having smooth and completely calmed skin. Though left with hyperpigmentations, my skin was better than ever. โฃ โฃ ๐—ช๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž ๐ˆ ๐š๐ฆ ๐ง๐จ๐ฐ: โฃ After 3 months with Curology (with simplified skin care routine and adapalene) almost all of my cystic acnes were gone. Something I had thought months ago never would be possible. In April, I started my Triluma journey (tretinoin 0.5% + hydroquinone +mild steroid) to treat the hyperpigmentations left behind. I finished my tube last May and from then on used another brand of tretinoin (0.5%) for maintenance and to treat PIH. โฃ โฃ ๐…๐ข๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ: โฃ All I gotta say is that Curology is a great service, for most people. Unfortunately there are some of us for whom the base and/or certain ingredients simply won't work, and I believe that's no fault of Curology.โฃ I thoroughly recommend Curology. Itโ€™s a great option to get our hands on prescription strength products, like Tretinoin cream, without paying for an expensive private consultation.

Tretinoin week 1
So far Iโ€™ve now applied my tretinoin cream 0.025% 3 times I started November 2nd. I have done it basically every 2 days so I applied Monday the 2nd, then Thursday the 5th, then again on Sunday the 8th. Iโ€™m planning on keeping up with this routine for the next week, then i will switch to every other night and so on, so far I havenโ€™t noticed many side effects. I still use the same products VANICREAM - Gentle Facial Cleanser VANICREAM - Moisturizing Skin Cream sun bum - Face Lotion SPF 50 I apply the mighty patches occasionally on really bad pimples on nights im not using tretinoin. I honestly donโ€™t really like the vanicream moisturizer, I donโ€™t like how thick it is it seems difficult to spread it across my face without feeling like I have to rub it in or force it to glide. It also makes my face look pretty oily. The only think I actually like it about it is that it hasnโ€™t caused any irritation to my skin which was expected. If anyone has any recommendations for a good moisturizer to use with tretinoin preferably fragrance free I would love your suggestions! I also wanted to possibly starting using the VANICREAM - Z-Bar Medicated Cleansing Bar for my body (I get mild acne on my shoulders and sometimes on my chest or bottom ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ) I also heard good things about it for your face to, does anyone recommend? I do like the sun bum - Face Lotion SPF 50 buttttttt itโ€™s just not my favorite, the texture is okay but i feel like it leaves my face kind of red. I really would like to venture into a better one recommendations for a sunscreen would be much appreciated as well! ๐Ÿ™ preferred to be fragrance free as well Iโ€™m still super scared for the purging stage, Iโ€™m hoping it turns around for me, the inflammation in my acne has gone down a bit but Iโ€™ve notice new breakouts on my chin and around my mouth also one on forehead but I have a feeling itโ€™s due to my period that started this week as well as the copious amounts of candy Iโ€™ve been shoveling into my mouth since Halloween. ๐Ÿคก whoops. Whelp hereโ€™s to a better and healthier week!

Cystic acne gone!!!!!
It was such a hard time. The first photo is also a lot better compared to how my face was before. I didnโ€™t even click any bare face photos as it was so bad, I would avoid looking myself in the mirror and meeting peoples. I never thought acne could literally mess your life up. Most importantly besides skin care products, I changed my diet as well. My cerave retinol updates!
My cerave retinol updates!
Well guys if youโ€™ve been following my journey this is the beginning of my third week on the CeraVe - Resurfacing Retinol Serum and with it I have some updates. The first is, my skin has gotten considerable worse in almost a week. The second picture shows my skin photo with a time stamp for the right side of my face. I hadnโ€™t noticed how bad it had gotten but now that I have Iโ€™m really worried about whether this is a sign that this product isnโ€™t for me or if this is almost the peak of my skin purging The second is, my skin has gotten to the point where my mom said she is going to look into me going to the dermatologist ๐Ÿ˜ญ I have been wanting to go for a while so hopefully my insurance covers the visit and I can go to one. I donโ€™t know what to expect if I do though, so Iโ€™m kinda anxious about it because I feel like the derm is gonna be like โ€œyeah so youโ€™ve been doing skincare completely wrongโ€ but fingers crossed I can go to one The third is, my senior portraits are in a month so this whole thing is so ill timed and Iโ€™m hoping this purging ends before that or I have a solution to my skin problems ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ Iโ€™ve had a lot of what Iโ€™m thinking is purging and itโ€™s really annoying because my acne has been scarring whether I pop my pimples or not, plus the pimples have become very stubborn in going away. I know the purging process takes patience but so far for me itโ€™s being really frustrating, Iโ€™m just hoping and praying the serum is going to do what it claims

UPDATED NIGHTTIME ROUTINE: MY SKIN CURRENTLY
well... i changed my routine again, but in my defence i was breaking out A LOT on my cheek, chin, and jawline area. Like it was unbearable, i have SO MUCH. Most of them are turning into scars now which is good but with my skin, it takes a long time for it to go away. so hereโ€™s my updated routine! weTHE BODY SHOP - Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash no need to further introduce this product, iโ€™ve reviewed it before and itโ€™s one of my favs lol. Fruit of the Earth - Aloe Vera 100% Gel I use this to rehydrate and soothe my skin after washing it. Itโ€™s great for moisturizing and helping with acne scares, which is of course great for me. The Ordinary - Mandelic Acid 10% + HA So far so good!! I reviewed this product already and itโ€™s doing great on my skin VICHY - Minรฉral 89 Face Serum iโ€™ve used this before and itโ€™s pretty good! it does a great job of hydrating my skin to make it look all soft and supple. It also gives me a nice glow and is really good under makeup VICHY - Normaderm Beautifying Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment Iโ€™ve used this before again because i had the same problem with my acne and let me just say that it works wonders. In the matter of days my acne shallowing started to decrease in size and fade away. The active pimples became less red and irritated and are slowing going away which is great. The only problem is that when i used it before it dried my skin out a bit, but now i use some hydrating products along with it and it works out very good. Welp thatโ€™s my new routine!!! if anyone has any recommendations for acne and acne scars I really wanna hear it! also if anyone can help me care for my acne that would be amazing!

my newest skincare purchases!
my newest skincare purchases!
throughout the past few weeks my acne has flared up so because of that I decided to try a couple new products. first- The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% I have only been using this product for about a week and already am in love. For those of you who donโ€™t know, niacinamide is an ingredient that brightens the skin and help balance oil production. I have definitely seen less oil on my face throughout the day and when using this product, itโ€™s not like many other products I have tried for pores that immediately dry out my skin, this as well hydrates the skin. I would recommend this to anyone with oily to combo skin but I have seen it has been out of stock everywhere so as an alternative I would try the inkey list niacinamide serum. second- CLINIQUE - Acne Solutions Clinical Clearing Gel I had originally tried a sample size of this months ago and loved it. It immediately helped bring out the white head in my pores and I had been waiting for the mini size to come in stock to order it. My product finally came in the mail today and staring at it I am not sure the tiny .5 fl oz bottle was worth 18 dollars. Yes, the product does what itโ€™s supposed to do but it does just that and is not very impressive. I glanced at the ingredient list and realized the product does contain two ingredients I am NOT a fan of at all. The FIRST ingredient was denatured alcohol. Denatured alcohol is an ingredient that will strip your skin but can tend to be very stripping to your skin. The fourth ingredient is witch hazel which is very simaler to denatured alcohol and acts like am astringent by drying out your pimples or pores. I rated this product a 3/5 because it does what it is said to do but, also is not worth the price and I donโ€™t like the ingredients other then salycic acid. third- KINSHIP - Naked Papaya Gentle Enzyme Face Cleanser For a long time I had been using a cleanser that was way two stripping for my skin so I decided to try a more hydrating cleanser. First off the bat, I noticed that it had a super strong papaya scent that was not from fragrance but from natural papaya. An ingredient that stood out to me was aloe to sooth the skin. This is also alcohol free and fragrance free. This product was super soft on the skin and felt nice but I have been using it for three weeks and have not seen any results. It cleans your skin and gets rid of dirt but, it hasnโ€™t helped with my acne and pores at all. I will give you an update if I see any difference in results in these products but for now this is how I feel. Have you tried any of these? If so what were your thoughts?

Products that helped me with mascne (mask acne)
So I work 7 hour shifts at work as a beauty cosmetician at Shoppers Drug Mart (a Canadian version of Ulta? Or Target I guess) My skin type is combo, but more on the oilier side. Acne prone as well. Wearing masks 4-5 days a week for 7 hour shifts has really impacted and sensitized my skin. I wanted to share some products that have helped me calm down my acne and the acne scars! The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% I saw this hyped up on tiktok and it seemed intriguing to me so I wanted to try. It has made a difference in my skin! I find at it helps control my oil and lightens my acne scars. #Biacna - Tretinoin 0.025% with clindamycin phosphate 1.2%[products]#[FiveStars] This topical gel has a higher level of retinol in it! I used to use 0.04% in high school but it hasnโ€™t really made a difference now. It does dry out my skin, as a side effect but I make sure I use a more richer mosturizer when I use it (only in the night time routine). It renews my skin faster and HELPS greatly with the pigmentation my acne leaves. It has vitamin A and a thin layer is all you need. (Less is more) Btw: itโ€™s an Rx (prescription) LA ROCHE-POSAY - Toleriane Sensitive Riche This moisturizer is the one I use in the night time when I use my Rx. In the morning, I use the fluide version as itโ€™s the same formula but just in a gel consistency, great for summer and lightweight. Itโ€™s very hydrating and I can literally feel my skin taking in the moisture it needs from wearing a mask all day! Wearing masks have made my skin irritated, sensitive, and break out excessively. Itโ€™s got ceramides to repair the skin barrier, vitamin B3 to soothe the skin, and their La Roche Posay thermal spring water to clam and reduce irritations. The best part is: itโ€™s Non comedogenic (always a must for my acne prone skin) Hypoallergenic Alcohol free Paraben Free Fragrance free Not wearing makeup has made a difference in my skin as well. If I want to wear makeup at work, I focus on eyeliner/ eyeshadow looks for my eyes instead. DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil THIS. IS. AMAZING. I have never tried a cleansing oil before but ITS A MUST in my night time routine. I can ACTUALLY feel the oil and dirt coming off my skin, and I do many blackheads and oil plugs have LITERALLY FELL OFF MY SKIN. My skin thanks me so much for double cleansing! This one smells like olive oil but that doesnโ€™t bother me. Itโ€™s got no fragrance I believe and a little goes a long way. I got mine from Amazon!

In a battle with my skin...
In a battle with my skin...
Well, I think I kind of feel comfortable to share a big part of my insecurities with you guys. I have seen many many ladies sharing their experiences with their acne battle that it has been making me feel like I am not the only one struggling from this (just like I feel when Iโ€™m on Instagram). So I decided to share the current skin care routine that I have to see if I can find any suggestions from other girls! I have a combination skin. I have whiteheads, papules, postules and even some nodular acne near my ears. Big pores, dark spots, and uff ๐Ÿ˜… Just to be clear, I am breastfeeding for the moment, and I have seen that this new product (I bought it accidentally) made a big change on my face. Which is the the CeraVe - Skin Renewing Retinol Cream Serum in only 2 days my skin was reflecting happiness and healing. It wasnโ€™t until the third time that I used it that I noticed it wasnโ€™t the CeraVe - Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Face Serum that I thought I bought because of the retinol. I got so disappointed cuz it can affect my baby so I had to remove it from my routine. I wanted to ask, to any girl who is breastfeeding, which type of products are you ladies implementing m into your routines that it still feels like if youโ€™re getting the same results as using retinol? I took the tretinoin treatment like 5-6 years ago so I know retinol can bring me marvelous results, but I have to wait until my breastfeeding journals ends. ๐Ÿ˜“ For the meantime, any suggestion? Please donโ€™t judge.
