Milk MAKEUP - Lip + Cheek I find it to be convenient that it’s easily to apply though it’s a very small amount. Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara It’s a very good mascara it doesn’t clump but it isn’t my favourite as it doesn’t add extra volume more than other ones I’ve tried MORPHE - Out & A Pout Nude Pink Lip Trio I loved this trio, I wish it would have been a little bit darker which is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars (I have light skin) HUDA BEAUTY - Easy Bake Loose Baking & Setting Powder This is the best baking powder I’ve ever come across, I can even apply it with just my fingers and it comes out just as nice

I used the Fenty Beauty Killawatt Foil Freestyle Highlighter palette once again for this frosty blue look. I used the lightest blue color on my lids, the second lightest on half my lids, put the dark blue in both corners and the silver on my bottom lash line. Then i topped it off with Sephora Collection Colorful Water Proof Eyeliner in Pool Party. I still really like the quality of this palette!! I am amending my earlier review of the Fenty Beauty Killwatt Foil Freestyle Highlighter Palette from three stars to four! I knew when I made swatches with the palette that this is a really high-quality product (the colors are nice and pigmented, there is very little kickback, etc), but I had an issue with the facts that the colors have a LOT of similarity and the brown shades looked more red/pink online. However, once I used it to create a look, I had to add an extra star. The colors may be similar but the are so PRETTY on my eyes. The shimmer is gorgeous and they make my blue eyes pop. The shades were really easy to blend and use. I’m still a little annoyed by how similar a bunch of them are, but the quality can’t be denied. Swipe to see how I used the shades. I always get the most flawless yet, believeable finish with my TF Born This Way Mayte foundation. It’s medium-buildable coverage and still gives a really natural finish. I’m very pleased with it.

This has been my favorite go to lip cocktail for the winter and this lasts a super long time. Outline with my lips with KVD liquid matte lipstick in the color “Chocolate”KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Everlasting Liquid Lipstick Limited-Time Offer Fill in my lips with Fenty matte lipstick in the color “Thick” FENTY BEAUTY - Mattemoiselle Plush Matte Lipstick I like to add a layer of gloss at the end. I’ve been really enjoying NYX - Filler Instinct Plumping Lip Polish Please Make sure to blend both the matte lipsticks really well !

This palette is a great mix of neutrals, purples and a couple pink shades in a variety of matte and shimmer finishes which makes it very versatile for everything from everyday casual makeup looks to l glam evening makeup looks. The product is nicely pigmented, buttery soft and very blendable so is easy to work with. I love the velvety finish on the palette packaging and the included brush is reasonable to use but I prefer to use my usual mix of Morphe and MAC brushes instead.

FENTY BEAUTY - Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation trying out this new foundation sample by fenty. Kept me nice and matte for majority of my wear. A touch of oil did start to peak through but that was with about 8hrs with of wear. It oxidized a touch so I think I’d get a shade lighter to try out. NYX - Epic Wear Eye & Body Liquid Liner love this liner. It’s dark and easy to apply. A little hard to remove, even with my professional products. But I do love it benefit - Precisely, My Brow Pencil Waterproof Eyebrow Definer this was my go to after I ran out of my Mac brow pencil. I like that it has a little more length to the pencil so I can hold it better. I wish the product was a little firmer so I’m able to make more defined hair strokes. laura mercier - Translucent Loose Setting Powder love this setting powder. Sometimes I’ll use a powdered foundation if I need a little more coverage but I typically set my whole face sigh this powder. I don’t bake since power dries out my under eye area but this powder keeps my skin smooth. It also blends well with my contour powder and my highlight powders.

As a makeup artist I have always priotrtized having a diverse range of products to suite all of my clients. Sadly Ive heard the same stories from my darker skin toned model’s too many times. I listen intintely as they expressed their frustrations about beauty industry inclusivity and not being able to find products that were made with them in mind. Since my start as a makeup artist there has been so much improvement when it comes to finding shades of foundations, lipsticks, blushes and bronzers that compliment beautiful rich, deep skin tones. See some of my favorites below! MAC Cosmetics - MAC is considered one of the most iconic brands and rightfully so. They came out as an inclusive makeup line with their well known tagline “All Ages, All Races, All Genders”. As a makeup artist MAC offered some of the best shade ranges and to this day I still carry a variety of their lipsticks/liners as a go to for darker skin tones. The variety of color range makes it really easy to find nudes, color and bold reds that look absolutely stunning on deep skin tones. MAC - Ruby Woo Lip Duo Danessa Myricks - If you havent tried Danessa Myricks Cosmetics then where have you been? Danessa’s foundation range is impeccable and can also be mixed with other bases to create a custom shade. Danessa also makes products with formulas with the deepest skin tones in mind, no worries about an ashy or gray finish. The Dew Wet Balm’s give the perfect glow with out being chalky. DANESSA MYRICKS BEAUTY - Dew Wet Balm I love using this on my clients with deeper skin because seeing their faces light up when they realize how effortless achieving radient highlighted skin can be with the right products. Colourpop - Chalky shadows are the worst thing ever evented. Finding pigments that show up bright on deep skin tones can sometimes be a challenge. As soon as I tried Colourpop’s eyeshadows, specifically their supershock shadows, I knew I had to add these to my kit. The variety of colors makes it really easy to find untraditional colors like greens, yellows, and blues that actually deliver great color payoff. COLOURPOP - Colourpop Super Shock Pigment

Hey fam, here's a look that I never get sick of, especially for summer. I actually wore this exact look for my wedding last week 💍 It was perfect for the short ceremony at the city hall and formal enough for a nice dinner after. IMO you can never go wrong with simple eye makeup and a classic cool toner red lip! Here are the products I used: wet n wild - Photofocus Liquid Matte Foundation This is such a great affordable foundation that just works. I don't find it's very high coverage but that's exactly what I prefer. e.l.f. - Selfie Foundation Blurring Brush This makeup brush makes putting on foundation SO fast. It's actually converted me from makeup sponges back to brushes! URBAN DECAY - Original Eyeshadow Primer Potion Always makes eyeshadow last so much longer! NARS - Blush/Bronzer Duo I actually don't tend to use this as bronzer, but rather as eyeshadow. It's the perfectly slightly warm brown for a summery wash of colour over the eyelids. L'ORÉAL - Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara This is the most impressed I've been with a Western drugstore mascara for a while! However I do find it does flake a little towards the end of the day. MAYBELLINE - Brow Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow Pencil I like how thin this is, again it makes everything so quick and easy for a great brow. benefit - 24-Hour Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel It took me a while to learn how to use this for my brows! It's a great brow gel but honestly overpriced for what it is. MAC - Ruby Woo Lip Duo My favourite red lip, ever. My lipstick version is actually from the limited edition Collab that Rihanna did with MAC. the Balm cosmetics - Mary Lou Manizer Luminizer Highlighter i have had this for so long, you can see it's well loved! Its my favourite highlighter, perfect for my skin tone.
