$95 VS $36❓$36 Win‼️❕‼️
Both of them are highlighters, but the price difference is more than twice. MAC costs $36 and cle de peau costs $95. I almost run out of my cpb, so I bought a new alternative, MAC ginger highlighter. This MAC’s packaging is the limited edition for last year’s Christmas, but the inside product has no difference. The color is “oh, darling”. It has the polarized light with bronze color, especially suitable for taking photos, very shining. I bought it from covent garden London. Many people were purchasing this limited packaging highlighter at that time, this is very popular product. MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish Highlight Face Powder

The Most Beautiful Highlighters I Found!
From left to right SHISEIDO - Luminizing Satin Face ColorPK 107: It has fine powder which is basically colorless on face and flies everywhere. It can be used on the under eye area to cover small bumps. However, it dries easily, so it's important to keep the skin around your eyes moisturized. clé de peau BEAUTÉ - Luminizing Face Enhancer #11 Pastel: It's absolutely stunning! The packaging is pretty, the powder is fine, and the little brush it comes with does a pretty decent job of applying the product. It's a loud highlighter which is well pigmented and suitable for those with a lighter skin tone. Normally, I'll apply it gently to the outer corners of my eyes and my nose bridge, giving a nice glossy look. BECCA - Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter: My forehead is not plump enough, so I'll normally apply it to my brow bones, my cheekbones, the outer corners of my eyes, along my nose bridge and to my chin. It's a light champagne shade suitable for warm skin tones. It provides your skin with a healthy translucent glow. The powder is so delicate that it doesn't fly everywhere when applying. I definitely recommend it! From the swatches, we can see that Becca is a more yellowish tone, PK107 has a light metallic blue shimmer while Clé de Peau Beauté illuminates your skin with a translucent glow. You must buy yourself the Becca highlighter! You can buy the Clé de Peau Beauté enhancer if you have enough budget, or the Shiseido face color if you have an even greater budget.
Worth it? My 4 favos highlighter
I'm a highlighter girl. Highlighters always highlight my makeup look! Those four highlighters are my favourites and are also very popular in the markets. Swipe left to see the color swatches. Let's go review them. ✨Cle De Peau Beaute - Luminizing Face Enhancer #17 Price: $90 - The highest Texture: Pressed Powder Cle De Peau is a Japanese brand, which provides high-end beauty products. The price point of it is the highest among all my highlighters, it's almost equal to the total of other three highlighters. I'm very into the package and the color of it. This highlighter provides a natural look. I always use it after setting powder. The powder is super fine. It's buildable and won't cake the look. clé de peau BEAUTÉ - Luminizing Face Enhancer ✨Charolette Tilbury - Beauty Highlighter Wand #Goldgasm Price: $38 Texture: Liquid I picked Goldgasm color of this highlighter. The color is a bit goldish, it works well on light and medium skin tone. It's perfectly golden on my skintone without being yellow. Just one thing need to notice that, as a liquid highlighter, I need to apply it before setting-powder. Or, it will make my look cakey. Charlotte Tilbury - Beauty Highlighter Wand ✨Fenty Beauty - Diamond Bomb All-Over Diamond Veil Price:$39 Texture: Pressed Powder ( a bit creamy) I've had it for 2 years. It does what it claims - "diamond-dusted". I love it's shimmer and sparkle, which gives me a fabulous look. This highlighter is not natural, as it's super shiny. I will wear it for nightlife. It will definitely standout you. The texture is a bit creamy, which is very buildable. I use my fingers to apply it on my cheek. FENTY BEAUTY - Diamond Bomb All-Over Diamond Veil ✨Natasha Denona - Mini Diamond & Glow Cheek Duo Price: $19 Texture: Pressed Powder This one is the lowest price, but gets my fullest attention. I'm a super fan of Natasha Denona. They always create beautiful things silently without over merchandising. This pallete has two colors: nude and pink. The nude one looks the same as Fenty Beauty highlighter. But the powder is not as fine as that. I love the pink glow of it. It's super buildable and blendable. And is the most pigmented one among all these highlighters. It's like a combination of blush and highlighter. I will give it 5 stars and definetly recommend it. NATASHA DENONA - Mini Diamond & Glow Duo ✨My thoughts: I will say the Cle De Peau highlighter is not worth the price. I can find a lot of dupes to replace it. The only reason I bought it might be it's package, which attracts me a lot. If I can only have one highlighter, I pick the Natasha Denona one, for it's functional and affordable price. ✨I have combination skin and light skin tone.

LETS GO TO THE CLUB🥂
ok guys, I know this looks super complicated but it’s actually super simple to create!!❤️ I ended up creating this look earlier in quarantine for a birthday look I would’ve totally worn this year but OFC corona had to ruin everything but I still ended up creating the look for fun and fell in love with the way it come out! 🥰 My skin is very oily, acne prone and sensitive but I got that down after so many years of doing skincare + makeup so I know exactly what products to help balance out my oils👍🏽 so let’s get to the main event, the eyes👀 STEPS started by using the URBAN DECAY - Anti-Aging Eyeshadow Primer Potion all over the lid the only palette and my FAVOURITE palette I think everyone needs is the ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Jackie Aina Eyeshadow Palette and I used the shades, ginger and edges in the crease and then credit in the outer corner and my lid shade, I was DYING to use sponsored for a look and I had to for this and my gosh was this vibrant snd in your face! FYI I didn’t use any spray or fix+ to help with the shimmer shade on the lid, just used a dry flat brush to apply it and that’s the amount of pigment I got! If you are going to buy one product from this, it has to be this if you can still find it!! I used the black shadow from the MORPHE - Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Eyeshadow Palette which is another favourite of mine in my stash! Ans smoked the black shade into my lash line with a slight wing applied my favourite mascara which is the MAYBELLINE - Lash Sensational Waterproof Mascara which has been a repurchase and the reason why my lashes look like this in these pictures 😝 finally to add a pop into my inner corner, I took my highlight MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish Highlight Face Powder shade global glow on my brow bone and inner corners and my cheeks as well and then to add a pop to my lower lash line, I took the NYX - Slide on Eye Pencil in a rich emerald green colour and applied it to my lower lash line along with the brown shades from the ABH palette to smoke out my lower lash line and omg, I’m obsessed ofc for the lips, I had to use FENTY BEAUTY - Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer to finish off the look and that’s it! It’s actually super simple yet looks super intricate with the super BAM shimmer shade applied to my lid and I would’ve totally worn this out to a club for my bday! 🥳 #cheriepartner
Declutter With Me! POWDER HIGHLIGHTER 💖✨
What I’m Keeping: MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish Highlight Face Powder in Soft & Gentle This is a classic, classic highlighter. It’s the product that made me fall in love what highlighter. The shade is a perfect champagne color that works for my skin tone whether I’m super pale or tanner over the summer. It adds the perfect wash of shimmery champagne to my cheeks and builds up from a sheer wash of color to a blinding highlight perfect for a night out. flesh - Flesh to Flesh Highlighting Powder in Jump This is my favorite “no shimmer” highlighter. The formula is just so smooth that when applied to the cheeks, you look like you applied a cream or balm highlight- not a powder! The shade is also a beautiful champgne color that goes with almost every single look and it also looks stunning on the tops of the shoulders, collarbones, and even down the legs if you’re feeling extra! FENTY BEAUTY - Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Mean Money/Hustla Baby I love that this highlighter comes with a more subtle shade, actually quite similar to Flesh Beauty’s where it’s zero shimmer and all shine, and a more blingy shade that has a little more shimmer and pigment. It’s perfect for customizing your glow and both look beautiful on the lids too! DIOR - BACKSTAGE Glow Face Palette This is just such a classic product too- I love all four shades on the cheeks and on the eyes as eyeshadow! The lightest gold shade has a little more shimmer and sparkle than the rest, which also makes it a beautiful eyeshadow topper! The other shades are smoother and with less shimmer, they look creamy on the skin instead. What I’m Decluttering: BECCA - Limited Edition Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter It’s a super unique shade in that it looks gold under most lighting but sometimes flashes a peachy pink. It’s hard to apply this as a blush because the gold looks off on the cheeks but using it as a highlighter and having it flash peachy pink so high on the cheekbones is weird too. Lovely formula and shade but it just isn’t functional for my style of makeup. COLOURPOP - Gimme More Highlighter Palette I remember obsessing over this highlighting palette when it first came out, but overtime and after trying so many more powder highlighters, I just feel like I’ve found better shades. The formula is still buttery and beautiful but I honestly just use one shade from this palette (Top row, middle pan) and I have found a similar shade elsewhere (MAC Soft & Gentle).
Makeup Products that I Can't Live Without!!
What's up gals! I hope everyone is doing well these days. As the weather is getting warmer(summer is right around the corner), I really want to hang out with my friends. So today, I will share with you some makeup products that I find perfect to carry around. [NYX - Total Control Drop Foundation] This foundation is pretty light, really easy to spread out evenly. It does not make you look patchy. You can also use it as a concealer by adding multiple layers onto your face. [DIOR - Diorskin Forever Perfect Matte Powder Foundation] I use this pressed powder for two purposes. Firstly,I bring it with me when I go out. It has a mirror inside, and I can use it to refresh my makeup. Secondly, I use it after I put on my foundation. I normally use a brush to get a little on my face. It helps with oil-control and it serves as a setting powder. [Mac eye shadow- Omega] This eye shadow was recommended by so many bloggers, and it is super popular. Even though it is an eye shadow, you can also use it as a contour. This has a beige grey color, and the texture is matte. [NARS - NARS Blush] You MUST get a blush from Nars! Although it is not very cheap, it is worth the price. The color is like a tomato. The texture is awesome. You don't look patchy, and it lasts for a long time. [TOM FORD - TOM FORD Extrême Eye Color Quad- 03 COCOA MIGRE] If you ever ask me to recommend an eye shadow palette, this is gonna be my top choice. The color is simple, but super useful. The texture is awesome, very easy to put on. And it lasts for quite a long period of time. [BOBBI BROWN - BOBBI BROWN Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner- Dark Chocolate] This is one of Bobbi Brown's bestsellers. It has been popular for many years. When I tried this product in cosmetics stores, I thought the black one did not fit me well. So I bought this dark chocolate one. It is smooth and natural. It can last for a very long time even in summer. The only problem I would say is that the gel is a little bit dry. [MAC - MAC Matte Lipstick-Chilli] I feel like everyone has heard of Chilli, so there is no need for further explanation. It is matte. The color is a darkish orange, which brightens your face when you put it on. If your lip tone is light, then it is similar to a pumpkin color. My lip tone is more pinkish, so it looks like an orange-red color.

Daily peach tone makeup
In the recent quarantine situation in NY, my friends and I have decided to do weekly vidchat dates where we all put on makeup of sort of theme. I was supposed to be piglet but ended up just doing a daily peachy makeup. Too Faced - Diamond Light Highlighter I really like this product because the shimmer isn’t super over board and blends in with my blush quite well. Very pink hue highlights compared to golden or porcelain colors. MAC - MAC Powder Blush the color I am using is Gingerly, it is my absolute favorite color from MAC because it works magic on Asian skin tones. Must must buy!

Worth it or not? MAC And COLOURPOP highlighter
MAC. Soft&gentle Highlighter Price: US$36 I bought this because the shade of double Gleam is out of stock. But it’s beyond my expectations. I usually use it on my cheeks. It’s shimmery but not overly shimmery, you know? My skin was plumped immediately after I apply it. It’s glowing no matter what angles you are looking from. Besides that, it quite long-lasting. Not only the highlighter itself, but also the look it finishes is quite beautiful to me. I thought the shade would be a little bit darker. But once it was applied to my skin, the shimmer and the tone are just perfect match for me. It’s so natural. Colourpop Lunch Money Price: US$8 I’m always loyal to colourpop. I never made mistakes in choosing colourpop products. I really want to talk about all of my colourpop products. Here I will take this Colourpop highlighter as a start. Compared to MAC Soft&gentle, I thought this lunch money could be the dupe in some case. Firstly, the price of MAC soft&gentle is almost 5 times than Colourpop Lunch Money. Secondly, the shimmer of lunch money is similar to Soft&gentle. They are both easy to apply with fingers. MAC soft&gentle is definitely worthy. But colourpop Lunch money is more affordable. And the iconic formula is literally fancy. By the way, I would choose Lunch money when I hang out and clubbing with my girls.
COLOURPOP- Super Shock Highlighter
Throw your blush away?🤫
Bronzer is part of the Contour category. For me, bronzer is any bronzed products that can create a face outline. So bronzer here includes bronzed shadows and bronzed highlights. Bronzer pays more attention to the lines of the face. And blusher, can improve one's complexion and make our look healthier and energetic. If I have to choose a more important facial product, I can't choose one, because both of them are “must have products.” Blush is less limited on applying areas of face than Bronzer. You can apply it under your eyes, on your cheeks, and even on the tip of your nose and earlobes for a lovely effect. In addition to that, blush is more colorful, pink, orange, purple, etc. For Bronzer, applying area is determined by the shape of your face and it has some fixed match with highlight. For combination 1, I use Bronzer on both sides of my cheeks and chin, and highlight under my eyes. Combination 2, The Bronzer is applied 45 degrees below the cheeks, with highlights applied to the chin and below the Bronzer. Although both of these products are my must have, I think Bronzer can replace Blush. A bronzer that fits your skin tone can also boost your complexion, making you look healthier and more attractive. I use Bronzer more than Blush because Bronzer matches the style I'm trying to make! A mature and sexy style! Blush's creating style is more limited, always in a cute style. For beginners, the powdery Bronzer is easier to use! If not used properly, it is very easy to cause the whole makeup get a dirty finish. So, when you use the bronzer products, be patient and careful!
My top 3 drugstore highlighters
Today I am really excited to share my drugstore highlighters, which are so affordable and easily to blend into my skin. What I gonna share are more like wet-looking and still have strong reflection when facing the light. And even though Colourpop is not really a drugstore brand, the price is really competitive, and the products are amazing. Let’s start from the cheapest one, the mineral highlighter #010 from Catrice, which is an Illuminator cooked baked powder and micro mineral pigments that reflect light to a shiny appearance. This is a beautiful silver pearl color, and I can see a little pink flash after applying on my face. And it can be built up to get a really intense glow and wet-looking. CATRICE COSMETICS - High Glow Mineral Highlighting Powder The next one is the Megaglo highlighter from Wet n wild named Golden flower crown, which is a nice gold color. It is less metallic than the other color in this collection, so I love to dust it all around my face and have a nice natural glow. It is definitely buildable and I like doing a soft glam look using it, really love it when I do a golden-brown eye look and wear a red lipstick. wet n wild - MegaGlo Highlighting Powder The last one is my favorite Super Shock highlighter from Colourpop named flexitarian, which is a pearl undertone and perfect for fair skin. What is amazing is that It looks so intense on the cheek but still looks wet. I can also throw it on my browbones and the inner corner of my eyes, perfect for shooting or just taking pictures when travelling. COLOURPOP - Super Shock Highlighter I feel like drugstore brands can always give me surprise, because they are so affordable, and I value more on products than on packaging. They are really worth a try.

Worth it？$90 Blusher or $36 3-in-1 Blusher？
CPB is too expensive compared to other make up brands. Their make up holders and inside products are sold separately most of time. This is no exception for this powder blush. $50 for the pink powder and $40 for the holders. Although the price is high, the product looks very exclusive and elegant! It has two different color tones, one is rose pink and the other is close to orange. Both colors are suitable to the natural looking. The powder mixed with a little bit shining, and is smelt great. I always use the right color to highlight my face. clé de peau BEAUTÉ - Cheek Color Duo Case & Brush clé de peau BEAUTÉ - Cheek Color Duo Refill This Fenty Beauty’s freestyle highlighter. I wear it not just as highlighter, also eye shadow and blusher！Under the natural light, the color is typically cute pink and makes my skin young. Under the strong light, especially when I go to the bar, it shines like a diamond! It has a very high cost performance among the same kind of products. This product is pure glitter and pure joy! I love it and wears to everywhere! Try it if you have not already. BTW, compared to the star product of Fenty Beauty, the diamond bomb all over diamond veil, which is limited in highlighter. I highly recommend to this one. Buy three cosmetics for the price of one. Conclude, Fenty Beauty’s freestyle highlighter is much cheaper and has multi function than CPB. I also buy one more for my young sister as her birthday gift. Lol. 3 in 1 gift，why not？ FENTY BEAUTY - Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter
