using steam to get the most out of your mask! 🌹
whenever i use a sheet mask, i like to combine it with steam. it reminds me of how i like to use a hair steamer or steam from the shower to help my conditioner penetrate the hair follicles. i find that this sheet mask + face steamer method helps my skin to really absorb the sheet mask product (so it doesn’t sit stickily on top of the skin, and it helps to make my skin feel softer after masking). the device is really easy to use - there is a little back-loading cartridge where you add the water, and it heats up within a minute or two. i purchased this cute lil steamer for about $40 on amazon. there is a really expensive steamer at sephora - this unit basically does the same thing. i have had this steamer for about six months and it’s hold up really well. i use it 2-3 times a month, and i always use it back to back in the same session (just to get a longer ‘spa’ experience, lol). for masks, i love SEPHORA COLLECTION - Face Mask Rose Moisturizing !! they are moisturizing, gentle, lightly scented, and about $5 each. there are also a lot of different sheet masks in the sephora collection, so definitely figure out which one you like best. make sure that you rub in all of the product and water on your skin at the end of the masking experience. 🧖🏾♀️ enjoy!!

The Zit Stick: My Saving Grace🙏🏻
I hate showing my acne so I hope you guys will appreciate my pictures through this process! Quarantine has been rough but my zits DID NOT help. So, being the huge Glossier fan I am, I used this Zit Stick. The results? Well, you can see for yourself! There is an INSTANT redness reduction just minutes after applying! After a morning and nightly application for a few days, my acne was finally going away ON ITS OWN! No popping was necessary!! Thank you Glossier for this wonderful Zit Stick. It may have just saved my skin😁
