Hello everyone! Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy, sending lots of love to y’all! Wanted to share my spring makeup favorites! I’ve been using more pastel shimmers for eyeshadows lately. Moisture and glow are huge factors to my current routine. Love mymatcha for extra dry spots and Glamglow brings a natural glow. Cloud paint is my ride or die but milk makeups glow oil adds dimension without making texture a problem! I’m quickly running out of my fresh lip balm, it’s tinted smells amazing and moisture lasts forever!!

A Zoom Patient Encounter ft Glossier’s Niteshine
HONEST FEMME FINDS: It’s the end of the academic year which means our final series of mock-patient encounters. Only one more year until we start rotating through the hospitals (kind of glad I slipped through the COVID-19 mess)! During these patient encounters, patient actors interact with students through Zoom, and we do get graded on a scale of 1-5 how professional and clean we look! After a month of barely leaving the house and putting on makeup, I figured today was my perfect chance to try out my bulk order from Glossier. The play highlighter in Niteshine has been one of the few new products that’s stood out to me. Here are some of my thoughts. Glossier. - Niteshine COLOR: ultra pigmented highlighter with heavy pink/rose undertones. A little pigmented for an everyday office look but adds a perfect amount of depth over a blurred MacBook webcam during a zoom call. Can easily make it an everyday highlighter if used lightly. APPLICATION: applicator looks like a lipgloss wand. I normally just use my finger, dab the tip and apply with my hands. The wand does come in handy if I want to line my nose or lower waterline. PRICE: I bought this in a set and on sale but it normally retails for $20 a piece, again like many glossier products, a bit pricey for the amount they give you (0.34 fl Oz). I’d say still worth it for how quickly it’s made it’s way into my light makeup routine! Before this, I solely used the NYX liquid illuminate for years and years.
Cloudpaint in dusk as contour for sunkissed skin
HONEST FEMME FINDS: 🎨 For my sisters out there with warm undertones, here is my ultra-lazy, travel-savvy (back when we went places) beauty hack! Traditionally worn as a blush, Dusk is now on my jawline, on my eyelids, and even on my lips when it’s sunny outside and I’m feeling a little adventurous. It does contour a bit warm so if it’s a little too much for you, it easily serves as a blush to bronzer transition duo. I truly feel that Dusk, an almost pinkish brown nude, is the most versatile tint they have. 🎨 This is not a full product review as I see Glossier’s Cloud Paint has been saturated with attention already but for those wondering, the retail price is $18 and cheaper if bought in a set. A little out of my normal price range for the amount of product (0.33 fl Oz) but undeniably a stunning color. Great for the “no-make” makeup lover. Glossier. - Cloud Paint
pre makeup moisturizers
my pre makeup moisturizers love picking one of these before putting on makeup depending on what my skin needs that day - my holy grail is the @origins matte moisturizer helps so much to keep my oils at bay - when my skin needs some moisture I love the @milkmakeup and the @ctilburymakeup moisturizers - for a glow the @glamglow is bomb.com - And the @tatcha @clarinsofficial and @firstaidbeauty moisturizers are more of a gel base which are so light weight and perf for my oily skin
Glow baby, glow!
I received this in my play box last month and have utilized it since to see what I truly think. I'm actually not a huge Glamglow fan, but was intrigued by the beautiful highlighting pearls. It's meant to be moisturizing and illuminating and includes green tea, hyaluronic acids, jojoba oil, ceramides, and shea butter. I'm impressed with its illuminating effects and think it's a great base to wear underneath makeup. Granted I do prefer more moisture to my skin and I think it's just slightly too scented for me. The only qualms for me other than scent is that the full size is $50 and I don't think it's worth that much personally. If you're put off by scented moisturizers, this may not be for you. Otherwise, glow on baby!

My all time favorite lip balms
I’m prone to dry chapped lips, especially now when the weather keeps changing and is on the verge of getting chillier. Here’s some stuff that’s always helping my lips. Laneige Lip Glowy Balm - I started using the sleeping mask, fell in love with it and eventually bought this too. They’re so good! Price - $17 for 0.35oz Dior Lip Glow - been using this since forever and it’s never disappointed. But lately I feel that there are more competitive products in the market. Price - $34 for 0.12oz Chanel Les Beiges Healthy glow lip balm - I use this before I apply lipstick or gloss and it gives the perfect tinted protection. Price - $25 for 0.10oz @cocokind Mymatcha moisture stick - a great all round balm for dryness anywhere. Price - $9 for 0.50oz My fave lip balm ever however, is the Nuxe Miel lip balm for which I have a separate post!
🖼 lip favorites 🖼
Lip products are some of my favorite things in my collection. I love my classic balm dot coms and the greatest lip oil of all time is the INNBeauty project one! I also really have been enjoying the fenty lip care line, it’s extremely hydrating and nourishing and keeps the lips soft for a long time! I also love my kosas wet lip oil, it has a glossy look, smells amazing but it is quite pricey. I have also been using the Cocokind my matcha stick for my lips and it’s amazing and provides long lasting hydration!
SNAP SHADOWS ARE ACTUALLY LEGIT👏🏽🌟
so if you didn’t want to pick up any of fenty’s snap shadows, you dumb 😂 I didn’t expect them to be anything great but wow was I shook! This is my second palette from the line and I’m obsessed. Not only are the shade buttery, even the mattes. They blend our like a dream plus are highly pigmented. No fallout, even in the pan! And the shimmers are just wowo🤩 Even without needing to spray your brush, the shimmer doesn’t kick up any fall out, it’s extremely smooth and it’s very pigment and shiny! I mean wtf! How could you go wrong! And there are so many of these, plus they are so perfect for travel! Buy a neutral one and a fun one and just snap them together and take them to go!😋 what a smart and innovative idea! I might pick up two more because recently I’ve been loving smaller palleted over the giant palettes because I actually use all the shade which makes more sense because you’re actually get your moneys worth! 💸 go get you someFENTY BEAUTY - Snap Shadows Mix & Match Eyeshadow Palette
FENTY BEAUTY - Snap Shadows Mix & Match Eyeshadow Palette Fenty Beauty Snap Shadows Type 1 True Neutrals The perfect every day shadow palette! It’s definitely my go to. Absolutely love the product!!
New from Fresh beauty!
When I saw fresh beauty was launching new flavours of their lip balms I had to pick them up to complete my collection! My obsession with fresh lippies is real and these new balms are no less! I’ve really been loving the watermelon one but the other scents are amazing too! If you’ve never tried fresh lip balms you have to they are the best! fresh - Sugar Hydrating Lip Balm
fresh - Sugar Hydrating Lip Balm This is now my most absolute favorite lip balm. If your looking for a hydrating lip product look no further! This is a newer balm form the fresh sugar line, and I am in love. This gives you a shiny non-sticky Finnish and is not flat like your usual chapstick. It does have the slightest rose color tint to it. This product is sulfate and paraben free. This balm also contains vitamin E to help protect the lip through the whole day. I hope you give it a try! I know you will fall in love with it!

🎖RANKINGS: Tinted Lip Hydrators
I've previously ranked my favorite nude glosses, now I'm moving on to tinted lip hydrators - my criteria is that it should be deeply hydrating and leave me with the perfect my-lips-but-better (MLBB) tint! Here's my rankings and my why: 1. bkr - PARIS WATER BALM BTS in every shade! This balm is special. It's glossy, stays on literally all day long, and leaves my lips so so hydrated. According to bkr it should hydrate, soften, plump and prevent moisture loss. I agree that it does all four. I love that it snaps into my bkr bottles and I have one with me at all times. The shades are sheer, but each one gives the lips a tint! It is a sticky balm, but I don't find that it's too heavy or thick. 2. Kosas - Wet Lip Oil Gloss in the shades Jelly Fish and Dip. I love this oil/gloss hybrid because it's a nice glossy finish, without being too much. Dip is my perfect nude and Jelly Fish is a gorgeous clear gloss. It doesn't stay on all day like the bkr Paris balm, but it does last a good amount of time! I love that Dip isn't as sheer and it's perfect for a more glam day time look! 3. DIOR - Lip Glow Oil in the shade Rosewood. It's the glossiest of the bunch! The shade adjusts to your lips, rosewood is a deeper rose nude on me. It's sheer, so it's never too much. It's a bit sticky and thick, but this helps it to all day. #CherieCreator
How many lip products is too many to carry in your purse? I have at LEAST this many at all times 😂 I’m obsessed with Maison Margiela - Replica Coffee Break Fragrance – I have the travel size so it’s perfect for on the go. Also loving Glossier. - Glossier Hand Cream – probably my favorite hand cream I’ve ever tried. It smells amazing and is super nourishing. I love the packaging but I’m worried that when it starts to run low it’ll be really hard to squeeze out.
Kosas Wet Lip Oil in Jellyfish
Wow. Just wow. If I decided to be a makeup minimalist 😅 this would be the only lip product I’d keep. Okay okay, I’d keep a lip balm too but seriously this is all I’ve been using lately. The Kosas - Wet Lip Oil Gloss is moisturizing like a lip oil, and in my opinion barely resembles a gloss in texture at all. It’s so light and thin in consistency that feels soft on the lips and doesn’t cause any stickiness or globby build up! the shade Jellyfish is the perfect name for this shade that appears peachy in the tube but applies practically clear. The only thing is that it doesn’t last on the lips forever but I don’t mind reapplying such a thin product like this as it never feels like too much. I think this is gonna be even better in the summer months when my lips don’t get as dry and then I can truly be a lip balm minimalist 😂
Kosas-Wet Lip Oil Gloss
Excited about NY, going to prep my skin up tonight 🥰, not 100% sure what mask I will use. So I have had glossier for a couple of weeks now, so have had a good play with the products. First off the packaging is spot on! My opinions on the products. 🔸Cloud paint: Really like these! Really pigmented and apply really well and last a while, even on my slightly oily summer face. The one I have been reaching for is “dusk” which is a brownish nude, and is so perfect for everyday. I apply with my fingers then buff out with an eco tools stripping brush. 🔸Balm Dotcom: These are pretty good and I like them but I wouldn’t say they are must have, I have a variety of balms that work just as well. 🔸Boybrow: love this! I have been growing my brows out and using a brow serum to help with the growth as I over plucked in my 20s and also lost some hair when I was pregnant. This brow gel gives my brows volume and gives me actual boy brows, I could be competing with my husband right now! 🔸Lashslick: Nice mascara for everyday natural look. 🔸Haloscope: In colour quartz. Very Dewy highlighter. I like it but have to be careful when I use it, it can “move” my foundation if I am not careful and if my face is oily it can make it look oilier. So quite like the products, and for the price point they are good! They are perfect for a natural look, and that is their selling point. My favourite is the cloud paints, very pigmented and easy to blend and don’t settle into pores.
This look is inspired by spring and how I long for it to arrive! I’ve been using my morphe boss babe palette to set my liners and make sure they don’t rub off! The red and green colors are incredible! I love using the lord jones cbd oil as a highlight as I don’t like super blinding highlighters! And as per usual my cloudpaint! Also really enjoying the fenty beauty full frontal mascara! And my Dior lip glow!
MORPHE-35M Boss Mood Artistry Palette
I have always been a fan of diors makeup and skincare line, I bit the bullet and purchased some of my favorites! The only thing I need to get for my collection is the highlighter quad which I see so many people rave about! I love the lip glows and oils because they are hydrating and make your lips look full and juicy! The blush is so pretty and unique, it’s very blue-based which is unlike any other blush I own and the packaging is always gorgeous!
