Combo-dry skin holy grails!
Hey gals. Since I am mostly staying at home these days, I spent a lot of time on my skincare. I have explored a little bit of differernt types of products. Today, I would like to share my recent skincare routine. ❤ I have combination-dry skin and almost no acne. I have visible pores on both sides of my nose and I sometimes have cheek redness. My routine is: ① Dior Prestige: La Micro-Lotion de Rose → ② Dior Prestige: La Micro-Huile de Rose → ③ Abeille Royale Youth Water Oil → ④ Abeille Royale Double R Serum 1) DIOR - Prestige Rose Micro-Lotion

Let the jelly do the thing • fall skincare
GUERLAIN - Abeille Royale Double R Serum Guerlain Double R Renew and Repair Serum feels amazing on the skin. I have combination dry skin. The honey helps a lot with its hydration and natural glow. The product smells a little too fragranced to me but fortunately my skin didn’t have any irritation. The serum is also effective in fighting again fine lines and loose skin. I’m happy with it overall. Love this rich formula for fall season. Key ingredients: Royal jelly - the precious substance produced by bees Ouessant honey - honey produced in Ouessant a UNESCO Biosphere reserve by Black bees with ultimate purity. Both ingredients are rich in animo acid, protein, vitamins and more! How to use: I apply the serum as a regular serum. It feels lightweight on the skin but it’s actually richer than my other serum products so I would only use toner before the serum and a layer of gel cream without oil. Use in the morning and night. I see improvement in loose skin and fine lines in about four weeks!
Believe the HYPE? No! I found my personalized skincare combo😜😜
I have combination-dry skin and have accidentally bought a lot of products I dislike. SK-II - Facial Treatment Essence (Pitera Essence) turned my combination-dry skin into sensitive, peeling skin with easily visible blood vessel dilation while the SK-II - R.N.A. Power Radical New Age Cream and the ESTĒE LAUDER - Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex increased my bumps, so I have been really careful to purchase the smallest size of these products to try them out. Finally, I found this perfect combination for dry skin. LA MER - The Treatment Lotion After cleansing, squeeze 3 drops and gently pat it on your face. It's non-greasy and it effectively reduces blood vessel dilation. GUERLAIN - Abeille Royale Youth Watery Anti-Aging Oiland GUERLAIN - Abeille Royale Double R Serum These two are definitely the perfect combination! Normally, I shake the Youth Watery Oil before use, then rub three drops of it between my palms until it's warm, then gently pat and massage it onto my face. After that, I apply the Renew and Repair Serum with the same steps, and it doesn't become pasty. This combination focuses on minimizing the appearance of pores. It doesn't feel oily on your nose and chin the next day as it effectively adjusts the skin's water-oil balance. It's also great in reducing blood vessel dilation and leaves the skin very supple. sisley - Ecological Compound People has very polarized opinions regarding this facial cream. I've experienced bumps after using it until I found a new way to use it. I'll squeeze one pump onto my palm, then rub it between my palms until it's warm and emulsified, then massage it onto my face until fully absorbed. Don't apply it onto your face directly after pumping it out. You have to wait until it's fully absorbed before proceeding to the next step. If you have combination-dry or sensitive skin with visible blood vessels and you want to maintain your skin stability, then you must try out this combination! You can see the difference in just a month!😍😍

My anti-aging serum choice — Abeille Royale youth watery oil👍
For anti-aging, I truly believe hydration is crucial. Hydration is something that was embedded at a very early age. I remember my very first moisturizer was the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion; I was 14 at the time. I’ve had pretty decent skin; I have to give my mom credit for that. I also believe in good retinol and water; although I don’t drink enough. GUERLAIN - Abeille Royale Youth Watery Anti-Aging Oil According to Guerlain, the Abeille Royale Youth Watery Oil is a revolutionary formula that combines the power of a serum, the richness of an oil, and the freshness of a lotion. Replenishing micro-drops of oil are released at the very last minute to leave your complexion looking radiant. Your skin appears instantly smoother, plumper, and revitalized. It offers the skin all the power of Guerlain-exclusive ingredients Ouessant black bee honey, highly concentrated in this balm, and royal jelly, which work together to combat visible and future signs of aging. The Ouessant Honey offers essential ingredients to revitalize the skin. It also contains Guerlain Exclusive Royal Jelly. This Royal Jelly is rich in exceptional nutrients and is a natural source of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, and vitamins. It is produced in a protected environment and offers exceptional benefits for the skin. At first impression, I found the fragrance a bit off-putting. Don’t get me wrong; it smells beautiful! The scent was created by famous perfumer Thierry Wasser, and described as “sunshine nectar with notes of honey, fresh and airy fragrances.” I want to put it all over my body! But initially, I felt that I probably shouldn’t be putting something that smells this good on my face. I got over that quickly. I’m not sensitive to fragrance, and I do believe in the power of scent. I feel if a product smells amazing it just makes the experience more enjoyable. However, if you are sensitive to fragrance, you will not enjoy this face oil. The oil is not watery as the name describes, it feels rather rich to me which I don’t mind. Guerlain recommends that you press the oil into the skin and massage upwards. There’s a tutorial you can watch if you’re interested. I do the massage in the evening, but not in the mornings when I’m in a hurry. I don’t use oil every day: it’s expensive, and I don’t feel I need it every day. After I use it my skin feels a little tacky; but not uncomfortable or greasy. Immediately my skin feels supple and soft. It also works well under makeup, and I have mixed it with foundation and liked the results. Overall, I enjoy the Abeille Royale Youth Watery Oil, and I’m happy with the purchase. My skin looks brighter and toned. And I feel my skin has been plumper and smoother since using it. However, I feel that if you’re in your twenties, you don’t need this product. I think it’s better suited for people in their late thirties or older. Would I repurchase it? Yes, it’s lovely, and I recommend it.
$145😔VS.$32🤫 This is an excellent product to save your money💰💰💰
The essence is a product that concentrates the most valuable and effective components. So the essence is the most important step in the skincare process. But the problem comes, the essence is usually very expensive, it's very stressful for people who don't have a budget. If you have some trouble, follow me! My faith is that buy the right products, not the expensive ones. And Glamourflage Advanced Firming Royal Essence can be your right one!Glamourflage - Advanced Firming Royal Jelly Repair Essence This essence contains a royal jelly component, the same ingredient of Guerlain Abeille Royale Youth Watery Oil.GUERLAIN - Abeille Royale Youth Watery Anti-Aging Oil Royal jelly is a perfect natural source of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, and vitamins to nurture skin. Besides, it also adds Proteoglycan IPC, Myrothamnus Flabellifolia Stem Extract, etc. The first thing I noticed was the cute packaging looks beautiful on my vanity. The Gold Foil in it is awesome! It instantly creates a sense of luxe, which I think is nicer than the little gold beads Guerlain oil. The fragrance is quite strong and it lingers. As for the texture. Glamourflage essence is very thin, liquid like water, and does not feel oily and felt so light on my skin. When I put in my hand and rub it, it's absorbed very quickly. It is light, so you won’t end up with a thin film after layering. Then it comes to the effects, I have super dry skin and because of staying up late, my skin is dull and lifeless. After using this essence, my skin is absolutely well hydrated, plumper, and even. Applied in the morning and I feel so refreshed and leave my skin looking with a glow. I love adding this product to my routine. Just a side note, Guerlain oil contains alcohol, if you have sensitive skin like me, do not hesitate to turn to Glamourflage, which is free of stimulants!
I finally get to review these four serums and I truly appreciate mellownaturals for being patient with it. 💖 I wasn’t able to use them right away because I would only open one or two so I would get the most of it and finish my other opened products. 💛 Vit C Natural Glow Face Serum I used this as soon as I emptied my other Vitamin C Serum and I fell in love with it right away. It’s similar to TMYS Vit C minus the scent. Definitely gave me that really nice glow and it also lightened my acne scars. 💛 Hydration Drops Face Oil Argan, Rosehop and Strawberry = 3 Rich Antioxidants which definitely hydrated and moisturized my skin. It can sit on the skin for a while so I like to use this before a moisturizer and the next day, ya girl got dat glow. This definitely fits normal to dry skin. I have oily skin but it still works for me as long as I use a teeny bit. 💛 Clarifying Face Serum with Sophora Root Did you misread that too? No? Okay :( Well, I thought it was Sephora at first haha but it’s actually a Chinese herb that relieves and prevents acne. It also has Salicylic Acid and another Pine extract which is a high-potent antioxidant and anti-baterial. I used this on my last breakout season and it helped calm my pimples! I ain’t even tripping. Of course, my other skincare products helped too but this also works as a spot treatment if you like. 💛 Botanical Concentrated Face Serum Next, after calming the bad guys, we need to lighten them. I would use this at night and the Vitamin C in the morning. I think they work really well together because my scars faded quicker than usual. I just don’t like how it can stain my pillows since it has a yellowish colour. It also minimizes the pores but I don’t like how it sits on my skin so I rarely use this, really. Only when I remember tbh! I didn’t breakout on all 4 serums ✨
this was such a gorgeous routine! ⭐️ a.florenceskincare Balm to Milk cleanser - my ultimate fave!🙌🏻❤️ • ⭐️ herbivore botanicals Rose Hibiscus mist. • ⭐️ zelensskincare Power D Treatment Drops - 2nd use. These smell gorgeous, no idea what of but it’s lovely!😂 They’re the lightest oil I’ve ever used. I can’t wait to see what results I get from them! • ⭐️ esteelauder Advanced Night Repair Eye cream - very nearly finished this. • ⭐️ renskincare Evercalm Anti-Redness serum. • ⭐️ elemis Pro-Collagen Overnight Matrix cream - I realised after nominating this as my fave night cream in the skin emmies, that I’ve not used it in ages 🤦🏼♀️I think it’s because it’s expensive and I don’t want to run out 🤣I bought these as part of a qvc offer so they were ridiculously cheaper than normal. So I thought I’d better stop being an idiot and actually use and enjoy them! Soooo good 🙌🏻😂 • ⭐️ herbivore botanicals Lapis oil.
One More Drunk Elephant Cocktail? My Mix & Match
Skin Type: Combination, oily T-zone/ but super dry in winter Drunk Elephant is the first brand I know that all of their products can be mixed and matched. The concept of cocktail attracts me to try their products. The entire Drunk Elephant skincare line can be mixed and matched as you see fit for a personalized approach to your beauty routine. I tried to cocktail two drunk elephant products. The one is DRUNK ELEPHANT Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil, which is drunk elephant’s star products, and the other is DRUNK ELEPHANT B-Hydra™ Intensive Hydration Serum, always sold out in Sephora. DRUNK ELEPHANT Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil Size: 30ml Price: $102 This facial oil is straight from the “pip” of the marula fruit and is untouched by chemicals and fragrances. Its delicate antioxidant and fatty acid compounds are preserved. All of drunk elephant’s products are cruelty-free. Actually, because of my acne problem, I always doubt about anything that contains oil, not to mention a facial oil. My first time using it and I feel it's really quite oily for my skin, so I only used it at night. However, because of the simple but functional ingredient, I decided to give it a chance. The truth is that if you use it alone, it’s oily indeed. But if you combine it with other products, it will not be that oily and easy to be absorbed. My skin becomes soft immediately after using it. It didn’t clog my pores. DRUNK ELEPHANT B-Hydra™ Intensive Hydration Serum Size: 30ml Prize: $68 I combined this hydrating serum with Marula Luxury facial oil. No breakouts, not oily or sticky. I love that this product doesn’t have silicone too. It leaves my skin hydrated. I used this mix & match in winter. They calmed my dry patches. But I have one thing to complain about is the price. Drunk elephant is pricy, compared to their plastic packaging and simple ingredients, I don’t think the price is appropriate.

CBD Addicted 🙋♀️
Ok, so I’ve only just received this via Influenster but I did a big happy dance when it arrived! One, I’ve always wanted to try Perricone MD and two, give me everything and anything with CBD! First off let me say that CBD is a hot topic (buzz word) right now. There have not been enough studies done to determine the benefits as a topical skincare ingredient but I personally will be a fan of choosing products with natural healing agents every single time. A little research will tell you that our bodies produce a naturally-occurring cannabinoids called endocannabinoids (they’re not at all related to the cannabis plant). There purpose is to support your skin’s endocannabinoid system, a complex network that’s job is to keep your skin in homeostasis—that is, a happy, healthy, and balanced state. When this system is out of whack, well, so is your skin. Your complexion may be irritated, oily, dry, blemish-prone, or even itchy. Again, more studies need to be done but what is believed CBD can do for your skin is: Slow the signs of aging Soothe your complexion Balance the skin I highly encourage you to read Perricone’s blog on CBD: https://www.perriconemd.com/blogs/forever-young-blog/why-cbd-in-skincare-is-the-next-big-thing I don’t feel you have to spend a fortune for a good quality product but when it comes to CBD I do insist on a high quality brand that has third party testing done. I personally have finally found a tincture I can trust that’s been working to help me with pain, anxiety and sleep issues. Perricone MD - Hypoallergenic CBD Sensitive Therapy Rebalancing Elixir is formulated with 99% pure Cannabidiol (CBD), this gentle, soothing elixir is designed to visibly hydrate, smooth texture and even skin tone for supple and radiant skin. Rebalances skin to its ideal pH level, leaving it feeling soft and smooth, looking healthy and refreshed. My first impressions are wonderful! I love it! It says to shake the bottle twice, pat your hands together and then gently press onto the face. It has just a tiny bit more of a consistency than water which is helpful transferring it from the hands to the face; it’s doesn’t seep out as fast. It has no noticeable scent. I am so eager to try more of the Perricone MD line. Please let me know if you’ve tried anything. And I will be sure to be back with an updated review after I’ve had this in my routine for sometime. Much ❤️ @cheriefamily 🍒 #CherieCreator

I’ve been testing out a new product by the 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 brand @biologique_recherche_usa 𝐋𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝟓𝟎 𝟏𝟗𝟕𝟎 & I wanted to share my thoughts! 💭 Have you tried @biologique_recherche ?! What products have you tried?! ✨𝐏𝟓𝟎 𝟏𝟗𝟕𝟎; HOLY MOTHER OF ALL THAT IS HOLY! This 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐲 is a chemical exfoliant known for being a little on the pricey side but has been a 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 for a very long time (they also make different versions). It is made with ingredients like horseradish, onion extract, vinegar & phenol (& 1970 bottle smells of Chloroseptic spray aka phenol). Their products are also used in Spas all around the world! I don’t know if the smell is horrid or happiness. ✨This 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧-𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 (numbing due to the phenol) is all about the epidermis which is the basis for 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐛𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, communicating 411 from the outside to the inside of the skin & protecting us. With exfoliating ingredients like 𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐝 & 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐝 to balance your skin’s pH, regulate oil production, brighten dark spots, even skin texture, & help with acne. ✨I will say a 𝐊𝐄𝐘 part in incorporating this into your routine is to soak a cotton pad & 𝐃𝐀𝐁 slowly onto the skin & 𝐍𝐎𝐓 swipe on. In my personal experience my skin did experience tingling & irritation which is 𝐍𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐋. You can literally 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋 it working & always following with a calming serum & moisturizer. 🏷𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭; so far I’m in love. The smell isn’t great but beauty has its sacrifices sometimes! I will continue to use but I will say my skin is looking less congested & less “shiny.” Deal with the devil has never looked so good. (Price ranges in size $30-120)

Favorite acne combo ✨oil + treatment!
One of my favorite hydrating oils for my acne-prone skin ✨ I’m obsessed with the later hater spot treatment and watermelon face milk for my skin. They moisture and fight bacteria when used in unison especially 💕 the watermelon is great for acne-prone skin! It did not break me break out, which is always my fear with using oils and I’m usually sensitive to them. Watermelon seed oil seems to be one that works for me. The face milks are around 12 dollars each, which I think is a good price. It’s worth trying as i found it to be a really nice face oil for acne. The later hater spot treatment is the same price, though I know it’s similar to other sulfur drying ones, I don’t know what makes it different from one like from Mario Badescu, but I appreciate this one. Worth it for the price and I have had good experiences with these Fourth Ray - Watermelon Face Milk
