Huge pores and oil slick T-zone?
Hylamide - Pore Flush
Hylamide is basically the “step-up” brand from The Ordinary and it’s also really reasonably priced. I love the bright and simple packaging.
This pore flush is described as a plant and marine based mist formula to help visibly reduce pore size and sebum overactivity.
Includes Buchu and bridewort in a base of natural marine polymers.
Booster Pore Flush helps reduce visible sebum accumulation within pores which can cause pores to appear enlarged. This product forms a natural, non-clogging marine-derived film to tighten pores immediately and visibly reduce sebum even further through a different pathway than that offered by other technologies within the formula. This product is : 🚫water free 🚫alcohol free🚫oil free🚫silicone free🚫nut free🚫gluten free VEGAN 🌱 and cruelty free 🐰 Directions: Spray on face am and pm on a clean dry face before other skincare treatments. I use in place of a toner. This product has me doing a happy dance 💃🏻 The second picture shows my face after using this AMAZING pore flush. I’m one of the lucky ones who have gigantic pores and I have never found anything that makes them look smaller until now. I can tell a huge difference and along with that it controls my oily T-zone better than any product I have ever tried and let me tell you..... I have tried A LOT!!! After misting on my face, I take a cotton pad and pat around a bit to make sure the entire area is covered. One thing I need to mention, the scent of this spray is..... interesting 😂 Upon spraying it smells a little bit like chamomile and a tiny bit citrusy. After it sits on my face for a few minutes however, I seem to get a faint whiff of 🐱 pee. I know that’s super weird and I actually saw others talk about this in reviews and I just overlooked it. It definitely does remind me of that. But it’s nowhere near a dealbreaker and the smell goes away super quickly. This controls my oil production almost all day. Even under make up. This is a skincare SUPERSTAR in my eyes!! And at $11.00 for 120 ml. This will be a staple in my routine and will purchase again!! ❤️Pros—- Absorbs quickly Visibly shrinks my pores almost immediately Makes my T-zone matte for hours which helps tremendously under makeup. Love the price 😭Cons—- The smell but it goes away quickly Shipping from Deciem takes a while If you have gigantic pores and an oily T- zone like myself, I seriously cannot recommend this product enough. At this price what do you have to lose? Have you ever tried this product? I would love to know your thoughts as well! ❤️

The ordinary love✨✨
I cannot express enough my struggles with oily skin and acne. I’ve tried countless skin care products and nothing worked for me. My last try to fix my skin was using K-beauty products as much as I loved their products it just did not work for me. That’s when I tried The ordinary although I was skeptical at first but after seeing the results I was blown away by the change. The Ordinary - Squalane Cleanser I begin my day with cleaning my face using this cleanser and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. This can also be used as a makeup cleanser and it works as effectively as any other makeup remover. Hylamide - Pore Flush Acne prone skin certainly faces large pore issues and my skin was no different. This product helps reduce your pore size. I spray (or pat) this on my face after using the cleanser and within seconds it gets absorbed in my skin (I absolutely love love love that). The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 It’s my personal opinion to use HA before using Niacinamide as it doesn’t leave your face feeling dry. Hydration is the key to achieve fresh looking soft skin and i achieved it using this product. The Ordinary - 100% Niacinamide Powder I’ve tried the niacinamide +zinc and it’s powder version too and tbh they both work great. Please note this product did not help me with my current acne but helped me control the sebum activity on my skin which in turn did not give me any new breakouts. The Ordinary - Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA I can swear by this product 😍. It doesn’t leave my skin oily, doesn’t give me any breakouts and my skin feels soo smooth. I will 💯 recommend this product to anyone who struggles with oily and acne prone skin. The Ordinary - Salicylic Acid 2% Masque Any nose strip I used to get rid of my blackheads they ended up giving me a very oily t-zone 😓. I use this product once 2 weeks for 10 mins on my face and holy grain, it not only cleans my face but doesn’t leave it feeling dehydrated. ✨I have never overused any product on my skin and hence never faced any sort of dryness on my face. I’d certainly recommend trying these products. It’s a 10/10 for me. I hope this helps you and do let me know your experience with this brand 💜
Pores pores and more pores
In the series of pictures above, you can see all the usual questions and answers about pores. Pores are the bane of my existence and it’s so difficult to treat them so they look better and smaller. I was born with gigantic pores apparently which it was really hard to find out that they are genetic. You can treat them though! You just have to find the right products that work with your face. It’s time we do what we can and then decide to love our pores and understand that size REALLY DOES NOT MATTER! ❤️ Things you can do: Stay out of the sun and ALWAYS wear a good spf Stop smoking 🚬 (inhaling nicotine on the regular dries out your skin, shrinking the blood vessels that deliver oxygen and nourishment. This deprives your skin of important nutrients and speeds the aging process.) Look for products with charcoal and clay, which draw out impurities, or other pore-minimizing serums and face masks. Exfoliate Exfoliate Exfoliate. This doesn’t mean everyday but if you want to minimize your pores, this is a step you don’t want to skip! Use a daily toner with AHAS and BHAS The drier your skin, the bigger they look so keep your skin hydrated. Use non-comedogenic products that won’t clog pores. Try niacinamide My pore holy grail is Hylamide - Pore Flush I use this as my toner and it SERIOUSLY work!! See my previous review on this! What is your favorite pore product? 💭
One of the best way to us spinach 🥰
this product helps me cleanse my face without irritating it and especially by moisturizing it. I have very dry skin and the cleanser helps my skin absorb the vitamins. I no longer feel my face dry after using it, and I have a shiny face. I just add a cream to close the pores. green tea eliminates impurities and purifies the skin. it also closes the pores after cleaning it gives a more refreshing and youthful effect. spinach, it is an anti-acne it cleans toxins it protects the epidermis and reduces inflammation.so if you have redness you can boil water and put spinach turn into paste and put on the face! that's wonderful it also helps prevent aging of the skin it also helps for hair loss vitamins A and C they help produce the oil necessary to strengthen them
YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE-Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser
My Post Workout Double Cleansing Duo
I enjoy daily workouts and activities. My post-workout double cleansing duo is complimentary of @boscia What is double cleansing? In a nutshell, it’s cleansing twice to remove dirt, grime, and pollutants off the skin. First cleanse is with an oil-based cleanser (remove pollutants, SPF, and makeup) and then second cleanse is with a non oil-based cleanser. My combination, acne-prone skin has thrived using the double cleansing method for over two years. Makeup- Breakup Cool Cleansing Oil is lightweight, which I love in an oil-based cleanser. I add to my face dry and slowly work it into a milky cleanser by adding water to my fingertips. It washers away clean and easy. Key Ingredients: ▪️Green Tea ▪️Rosehip ▪️Avocado & Olive Fruit Oil Cryosea Firming Icy- Cold Cleanser is the ⭐️ of my cleansing show! I love this cleanser as my second cleanse and as my post workout cleanser. It’s a perfect summer time cool down cleanser. It’s cool, refreshing, and doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped. Key Ingredients: ▫️AHAs ▫️Menthol ▫️Jojoba Seed Extract ▫️ Peppermint Oil (warning if sensitive to EOs)

Thoughts on the YTTP superfood cleanser!
After hearing nothing but amazing things about this cleanser , I decided to cave in and buy the mini size. I just finished the bottle and I have some thoughts. I have been struggling with teen acne for around two years now and I am yet to find a cleanser that has good ingredients and helps with my acne and this cleanser did exactly that. Directly after using the cleanser my skin felt so clean and I didn’t feel even a hint of left over oil on my skin like I generally have with other cleansers. I used this cleanser at night in a double cleanse system after my banila co cleansing balm and in the morning by it’s self. My skin always feels extra oily in the mornings when I wake up but, On nights when I used this cleanser I definitely noticed less oil in the mornings. This product also help clear of clogged pores around my nose area which no othe cleanser has ever done. I love what this cleanser has done for my skin and it doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped. Now let’s talk ingredients. There is no ingredients I don’t like or would find problematic in this product. There is no added fragrance and this product is paraben free which I really like because fragrance can irritate and sensitize your skin. This product has panthenol (vitamin b5) to hydrate the skin. It also contains asorbic acid (vitamin c) which boosts the skins collagen production. And it has green tea leaf extract which is a great antioxidant and a great anti inflammatory as well as a uv protectant. Another ingredient is aloe vera leaf extract which had moustrizing properties and anti inflammatory properties. Overall, this cleanser is very hydrating and great to help repair your moustire barrier. I love using it and it’s amazing. The YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser is one of the best cleaners I have ever tried. ABOUT THE PHOTO- I am very into graphic desgin on procreate so I have been working on skincare photo draws like this one! Comment any requests for photos I should draw and review next!

green goodness for glowy skin 🌱
This is a small routine that I used last year that ended up being all green. Starting with a cleanser: YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser I have reviewed this before and I love it. It’s such a gentle cleanser and it feels so fresh on my skin. It never causes any dryness for me and the bottle is so pretty. Next onto an exfoliator: L'ORÉAL - Pure Sugar Scrub Purify & Unclog This scrub uses sugar which I like because it dissolves down while scrubbing. It was super gentle on my skin but still gave me a nice glow. It smelled like kiwi but it did not taste like kiwi (it was nasty when some got into the corner of my mouth). It heats up a bit when you begin to rub it which I enjoyed. It never was too abrasive on my face. It didn’t really unclog my pores like it said but it still worked as a pretty basic physical exfoliant. Now onto masking: PETER THOMAS ROTH - Cucumber Gel Masque This is a gel mask that I often throw in the fridge before use for extra cooking effect. It has a nice thick gel consistency. My face definitely looked refreshed after using it and I had a nice glow but this mask seems rather expensive for what it is. I don’t think I would repurchase this again.

BANILA CO-Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original
Banila Co Clean It Zero Purity ☘️Description: Award-winning skin friendly, hypoallergenic sorbet-like lightweight cleanser that goes on as a solid balm and transforms into a silky oil while effortlessly dissolving even tenacious makeup & impurities without stripping the skin. Recommended for sensitive skin. ☘️My Thoughts: Been using this for few months now. I actually had a bit of mixed feelings with this at first. Maybe because I don’t really like the scent. I personally love balm type for my 1st cleanser. So I do really love the texture of this balm cleanser, its easy to apply on skin and it dissolved and cleansed my skin so well. This Clean it Zero Purity make my skin feel clean, fresh, didn’t make me breakouts, gentle on my skin, and a bit soothing. I do prefer the balm cleanser instead of oil or micellar water honestly, because I feel that my skin love them more and they feel gentle and don’t irritate my skin at all. And I started to love this balm Banila Co Purity after few months of using this -because while my skin suddenly acting up being so sensitive and dry, this one feel so soothing and calming to my skin. Banila Co is really good with their balm cleansers! Can’t wait to try out the new formulated and packaging. ☘️Conclusion: No breakout, clean, fresh, and soothing. And great for sensitive skin!
