Help with red skin on my face please!!!

Hello!!!!! I have always had the struggle of a red face if I’m not wearing make up, I have a night and day routine going with recommended “the ordinary” products which has been working great with no side effects. I was told I have the red face from my skin being very dehydrated however ongoing skincare routine and improved skin the redness is just not going away. Has anyone had the same problem and able to help me! I’m so over feeling embarrassed about it as people confuse me for being hot or embarrassed about something, when it’s actually just how my skin looks religiously!!!! This is all year round does not subside during the colder weather. Please help me!!! TIAThe Ordinary - 5 Piece Glowing Skin Collection

💙 Saturday afternoon, post AM routine - normal routine 💙 Sunday night, post PM routine - normal routine 💙 Monday morning, post AM routine - normal routine plus Biossance in morning 💙 Wednesday morning, post AM routine - was packing Monday so didn’t do Tuesday AM routine, completed Tuesday PM though and only got 4 hours of sleep Tuesday night so I put on Biossance in the Wed AM :) 💙 Thursday night, post PM routine - did Wed AM, didn’t do Thursday AM routine, got 5ish hours of sleep so the dark circles are happening, and I’ve been in the car so I put on some sunscreen but thats about it during the day ❓Is it safe to put The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solutionon a whitehead? Also do I continue with my normal routine afterwards? In googling I saw options for both

What should I get?
What should I get?
Hey y’all, I am really excited to try products from “The Ordinary” but I’m not so sure about what to get! I have many products in mind but I would love to hear your thoughts!! 💭 🔅 Depends on the day my skin is oily or dry, it varies. My skin is slightly sensitive, I have some texture, and since the quarantine started I have been dealing with some breakouts (which I had never experienced before, I used to have a reallyyyy clear skin). I know that I don’t have acne but I have been struggling with some pimples around my face. 🔅 When I get the products I would post my before (4-5 months ago) until now and then now - after using the products. 🔅 I have been using aloe Vera and it has helped me a lot. I hope you guys can help me, i would love to hear what you have to say!! Thank you 🤍

Another tired looking photo of me, first thing in the morning after using The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution 😂. Since it’s only my third time using it, I’m not quite seeing obvious results, but I have noticed a bit of a change in the texture and tone of my skin! It’s more even and bright, besides the pimples that popped up this week because my diet wasn’t the best. I’ve been using a few products from The Ordinary, and I’ll share them in another post. Can’t wait to see how my skin looks next week! If you regularly read my updates, thank you. 🥺❤️ And if you’re in the Edmonton area, I got my headband at Niche Beauty!

Girl, you’re beautiful 🤍
Girl, you’re beautiful 🤍
So believe it or not, when I first saw these pictures (after I put my glasses back on to verify lol) I thought “oh, it’s not that bad!” 😅 I have struggled with acne and acne scars ever since I started puberty in the 7th grade. Some people struggle with their weight, features, skin tone, etc. mine has always been my skin. It has stopped me from talking to people, going out, and wearing the type of clothes that I actually want to wear. I have tried so many products and not seen results, gotten so many questions from people wondering how I got a black eye or informing me that “there’s something on your face.” It’s been a really long and honestly still ongoing struggle to believe that I and my skin is beautiful. But, I’m working on it, staying consistent, and as you can see it’s getting better! 💪🏾 I wanted to post this to remind anyone who is frustrated, sad, insecure, or even angry towards their skin that YOU. ARE. BEAUTIFUL! How smooth and glowy your skin is does not determine you’re beauty. Of course we all love that, and there’s nothing wrong with wanting clear skin, but please don’t put your happiness on pause while get there. You’re beautiful no matter. If you have a goal of evening your complexion and controlling your acne, research the best products/treatment for YOUR specific skin type and stay consistent. It’ll get better. In the meantime I’m wishing you all my love and joy! ✨ Xo Staesha 💜
