What is it: Hydrating gold eye masks used to help diminish dark circles How to use: Place under eyes for 10-15 minutes. I rubbed in the access after taking off. Results: My under eyes were definitely left more hydrated after one use and helped with makeup application. I think you would need to use continuously for improved dark circles. Do I recommend: Yes! Caused no burning on my sensitive eyes and will repurchase ☺️

Alright. I was born blessed with dark circles or at least I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have them. So over the years I would invest in creams and gels and eye rollers to try and fix them. Still nothing. Then I started to buy all the concealers and they always seemed to make me feel cakey, crease or rub off so by the end of the day I looked as tired as I felt (not ideal). Today was the first time I used WANDER BEAUTY - Baggage Claim Gold Eye Masks . While I can’t say I’m in love I’m definitely in like. I left it on for 15 minutes. I massaged my under eyes when I put it on and then again when I was taking them off. They market that the gold foil keeps the heat in and it seemed like it did. They masks were warmer than my skin when I felt them. When I took them off it seemed like the edge of the mask left a crease on my under eye skin but that went away pretty quickly. Another weird thing was that the left eye seemed to have more serum than the right when I was taking them off. Anyway, I do feel like maybe my dark circles have faded a bit. I definitely feel pampered though and at $25 for 6 packets I would really hope that I did. After this initial use, there are a few things I would change. I would not do this in the morning since my eyes still feel a little sticky (I’m still WFH, so it’s fine). I think I would do a little less massaging because maybe that’s what caused the dryness on the right patch??? Overall, pretty pleased with the result but because they’re pretty expensive, not adding this to my weekly routine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ UPDATE: do NOT recommend doing this with your boyfriend. He will make you laugh and then they will just fall off and then he will take pictures of you to send to all of his friends...

This mascara used to be everything!!! My lashes were so long when I used this product I stopped curling them because they would hit my brows! But a while back I noticed the formula of this product changed and I was less than impressed 😫 My lashes would clump, they weren’t as long, the formula was thick, and the product had an odd smell. I though I might’ve just had a bad batch but all of the tubes I got were like this! I’m so sad because this used to be my go to... but now I wouldn’t waste my money on it! Has anyone else noticed this change??

First let's start with tips, these will be about application & just things that may make the application easier: BEND THE WAND! I know this seems scary but it can actually help with your application & lessen the chances of smudging. So just take your wand head & bend it to a 90° angle this will allow you to maneuver the wand better and keep you from getting that clump of mascara on your nose, you know what I'm talking about. 🤣 I promise the wand will be safe & intact as long as we don't go Hulk on it. DRY MASCARA? This is one of my personal favorite hacks, if you accidentally left your mascara open or anything like that run the tube under hot water/keep it inside of a glass while doing other steps of your make up routine this will help smooth out the formula & make application 10x better. SMUDGING? Use a clean spoolie (like on the back of brow pencil) AFTER mascara has dried, if you gently brush the spoolie onto your face the mascara will begin to flake off without ruining your look! TWIRL, DON'T PUMP! I know it seems natural to pump your mascara tube for more products but please stop! When you do, it allows air inside the tube which can dry out the formula & make it susceptible to bacteria. So if you need more product, before you fully take out the wind twirl it around for even distribution of product. MIXING! I do this all the time try using more than one type of mascara, all wands are made differently so they have different purposes I like to use a voluminous and lengthening mascara! Find a formula you love & see what you can do to make it even BETTER! Lastly I just wanna touch on different application techniques - Wiggling wand: helps maintain curl - Wiggling horizontally at lash base: thicker/voluminous lashes - Wiggling vertically at lash base: natural effect Now the fun part: RATINGS! Most are waterproof formula because I feel it holds my lashes up longer. MAYBELLINE - Volum' Express The Rocket Waterproof Mascara - an old favorite! good volume not my favorite brush head, it is plastic. benefit - They’re Real! Lengthening Mascara - don't like the "They're Real" line! everything feels dry & doesn't apply well L'ORÉAL - Voluminous Lash Paradise Waterproof Mascara - okay but too wet, smudged on me a lot L'ORÉAL - Voluminous Million Lashes Waterproof Mascara - great for separating, i like to pair this with other mascaras! essence - Lash Princess False Lash Effect Waterproof Mascara - current fave! all essence mascaras are bangers but this one is the BEST! I tried this deodorant as I’m a natural deodorant user and I loved it ! It has a choice of scents that smell amazing. It’s on the pricey side 11$ at Walmart but it well worth it and has lasting power to keep that funk at bey!

Welcome to my on the go skin cabinet! College living is definitely making the most of smaller spaces! 🧺 My Two Organizers 🌿 • My little clear organizer I found at TJ Maxx for around $8, which is a great price considering most I have seen go for about $20! 🤑 • The very cute mini makeup fridge is a Cooluli - Classic 4 Liter Small Mini Fridge It comes in plain colors, but I’m from the south so it’s all about Coke here! I absolutely love my little fridge, but there is a large emphasis on ‘little.’ I think in the future I’ll want to size up, as my of my products are really tall and take up loads of space! If you have mainly smaller serums or such products, I believe the smallest sized fridge would serve you well! ❄️ To name a few favorites in the clear organizer🌿 • I have my Formula 10.0.6 mud and peel masks (I have some reviews up already, and I’ll be sure to get through them all in the future!) • My NATIVE - Citrus & Herbal Musk The one I have was seasonal, and it’s scent is cypress and ginger! I found the Too Face Damn Girl mascara to be ok but nothing to get excited about. I feel like I have average lashes with them as far as volume goes but I didn’t see much lengthening. However, it does seem to hold a curl better than mascaras with runny consistencies. It’s a drier formula so while it doesn’t run all over your face it still is messy which brings me to the main issue. Why is this brush so big?!? The formula itself wouldn’t be messy if it was applied with a smaller mascara wand. When I apply it is all over my lids and bottom lash line which exacerbated the dark circles if you don’t clean it up. This mascara requires a q-tip clean up every single time. This isn’t as big of deal when just wearing mascara and bare lids but it messes up my eyeshadow and liner so I have to redo it (yes I’ve tried applying mascara first and I get too much fallout on the lashes from eye shadow where it looks worse than cleaning up afterward). While I didn’t pay for this because it’s an add on trial size with a Sephora order, I’m rating it as if I did because I feel the formula is similar to lash paradise but the brush is too big which causes all the issues. Me: dry-combo, currently acne prone, sensitive or very sensitive For my first dive into Farmacy products, I purchased the FARMACY - Farmer's Market Kit so that I could try a variety of their bestsellers. Overall, a good tester kit for your money with adequately sized samples! (Much bigger than the Glow Recipe sample sizes.) From favorite to least favorite: FARMACY - Green Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm This was my first ever cleansing balm and I fell in love 😍 Your skin feels so smooth and moisturized afterwards. As a dry skin person I often used this as a single cleanse and didn’t notice any breakouts. I knocked off a star because it contains fragrance.... but actually I LOVE the smell... I just worry about my sensitive skin. The next balm I’m trying out is the GOOD MOLECULES - Instant Cleansing Balm FARMACY - Daily Greens Oil-Free Gel Moisturizer with Moringa and Papaya This was a nice lightweight moisturizer. I didn’t like the smell quite as much as the balm but it was fine. It did leave a bit of a shiny sticky residue for me but that went away when i added oil on top. Overall, not enough moisture for my skin right now, but I could see myself loving it in the summer! The next lightweight moisturizer I am trying is the CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion FARMACY - Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask I wanted to love this one, and about half the time I loved it, but about half the time I HATED it. When it was good, it made my skin feel so smooth, hydrated, and brightened. When it was bad, it BURNED my skin, horribly at times. I guess it depends on how my skin barrier is doing? Probably not a repurchase since it was so unpredictable on my sensitive skin. I love honey and would love to hear thoughts on other honey masks to try! FARMACY - Very Cherry Bright 15% Clean Vitamin C Serum with Acerola Cherry My least favorite of the group, this one was just too sticky for me. I also didnt like the smell... it was almost sour smelling? Idk, just not for me. I’m now trying the Mad Hippie - Vitamin C Serumfor my next vitamin C product. I also now purchased FARMACY - Cheer Up Brightening Vitamin C Eye Cream with Acerola Cherry and it is too soon for a full review but right now I am liking it a lot! It is not sticky, and does not have the funny smell of the serum. What do you guys think?? What Farmacy products should I try next? I’m eyeing the FARMACY - Honey Drop Lightweight Moisturizeror the FARMACY - Honey Halo Ultra-hydrating Ceramide Moisturizerand the FARMACY - Honeymoon Glow Serumand maybe the FARMACY - Whipped Greens: Oil-Free Foaming Cleanser With Moringa and Papaya!! I’d like to talk about two recent additions to my skin care routine. These are both good clean products and I recommend them, but I don’t plan to repurchase. First, I’ve tried FARMACY - BEE CLEAN It was recommended to me by a sales person at Sephora. This cleanser is great, but I think it’s a little too stripping for my dry blemish prone skin. I’ve been trying to overcompensate with other hydrating products, but my skin has felt a little rough. I think this is a great cleanser for combination skin or oily skin, but if it’s on the dry side, find something else. To try and bring some much-needed hydration into my skin, I’ve also been trying the FARMACY - Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask I think it’s pretty pricey for what you get, and I just didn’t get the skin softening effects I was hoping for. It’s not the miracle product I was hoping for, but it is a nice warming treatment and again, I’d recommend it for combination skin or oily skin. I did discover a new serum that’s been giving oh skin more glow and hydration. I will post about it next time. Thanks for reading!

So far, I haven’t tried a product by this brand that I haven’t liked. These are intended to firm and depuff the under eye area. They’re also very cool to the touch when I put them on and it feels so refreshing. I was gifted these for Christmas and I have already bought a second pack. I usually like to put them on in the morning before i do my makeup and just relax for ten minutes with them on while I wake up. I can definitely tell that my eyes look refreshed and firmed. Whatever your case may be, I think we can all relate to the feeling of being able to do good while look good 😏🙌🏼 I personally put a lot of emphasis on being eco-friendly when it comes to the skincare industry because of how much waste can accumulate just from packaging alone. Think about how many plastic is on your shelf right now. Here are a few products/brands that are magnetized towards being eco-friendly 👇🏼💗 YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Limited Edition Pride Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser I was able to repurpose this glass bottle into another bottle for my new cleanser. The versatility of glass packaging (heavily endorsed by YTTP) is essential for skincare as it encourages the process of reusing materials without excessive waste. This cleanser is also extremely fresh and leaves my skin feeling super clean. Before, I’d go through countless plastic bottle cleansers that were both non environmentally friendly AND non effective. HERBIVORE - Prism 5% Exfoliating Glow Potion this small herbivore bottle is also made of glass and has a pipet for easy portioning of any liquids. I especially love how Herbivores products are vegan and cruelty free! This specific exfoliant worked in my favor to achieve a glow and vibrant look to my skin. I enjoyed the subtle yet effectiveness of it. REN CLEAN SKINCARE - Perfect Canvas Clean Primer when Ren skincare launches this primer, it not only came in a glass bottle but also a card with instructions on how to properly recycle it after it’s done. This was extremely intuitive on their part as it provides a physical reminder to consumers of the proper way to recycle products. The primer definitely primed my face well as I noticed my makeup staying on longer with this on due to the tacky texture. It comes out as a “serum” but blends into the skin like a “lotion.” Magic, no? Finally, as my last photo, here you can see the packaging boxes of various skincare products ive collected over the years. I cut the packages to fit into a “collage” made on a $5 target cork board with glue. The final result came out so pretty and made for the perfect gift for one of my IG friends! 😏🙌🏼 Being into skincare doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice being environmentally conscious. Being aware of brands who are striving towards the same goal as you can help streamline this habit and help encourage others to be a little more loving to mama earth 😌✨

I recently used up several skincare products. I noticed that these two products are pretty hyped these days, so here is my honest review. I hope this is helpful. 👇 Youth To The People focuses on natural organic ingredients. I love their idea of using recyclable packaging and being cruelty-free. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Limited Edition Pride Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser Main ingredients: Vitamin B5, vitamin C, kale leaf extract, spinach leaf extract and green tea leaf extract. Among the ingredients, the cleansing ingredient is considered gentle. Vitamin B5 and vitamin C provide a moisturizing and whitening effect while the various superfood extracts have great anti-oxidant and anti-microbial properties. Feeling: It smells really nice, doesn't create a lot of foam and can be washed off easily. It's suitable for oily skin but I don't recommend it for those with dry skin as it leaves your skin dry after it's washed off. There's nothing special about it except for its nice scent. TATCHA TATCHA - The Water Cream Main ingredients: Rice ferment filtrate, green tea and algae. Rice bran keeps the skin hydrated, soothes it, and keeps it healthy. Feeling: I don't really like it as it contains exfoliating particles, causing my skin to break out in acne after using it just once. It has a jelly-like gel texture with beads that burst when it's rubbed into the skin. Simply massage it in until fully absorbed. I've read online that it's moisturizing, anti-aging and it minimizes the appearance of pores, but I didn't experience the latter two effects. It's quite moisturizing though, so I think it's suitable for both oily and dry skin. Have you used any of these products? How do you like it? Let me know😉

I usually have combination skin but for the past few weeks my skin has been extremely dry and tight. I’ve felt the most dryness on the lower parts of my cheeks and slowly my face has become more sensitive. These products have definitely helped improve the texture and hydration of my skin. I’m usually somewhat dry with my forehead/nose being really oily. My area has been having really cold dry winter days and nights. I start off with glossier milky jelly cleanser. It’s super conditioning. It doesn’t lather and helps soothe the redness. This has always worked for my combination skin and now works perfectly for my dehydrated dry skin. This doesn’t have a scent which I love. I have the full size and I already bought a back up of this. Full size is 6 oz $18 Mini size is 2 oz $9 Glossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser I follow with my peach & Lilly glass skin refining serum. I’ve been using this since July and it’s really light but moisturizing. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all and I’ve definitely seen my skin be less textured. This texture is very thin close to watery. This also doesn’t have a scent to it. It’s kinda pricey but does last several months. It’s $39 for 1 oz PEACH & LILY - Glass Skin Refining Serum For moisturizer I’ve been using the GLAMGLOW moisture trip omega rich moisturizer. This is a lightweight moisturizer but feels very hydrating. It has helped with my redness a lot. It has hyaluronic acid so it will help with dryness. It’s a nice feeling knowing you’re putting on a good moisturizer to help with dryness without the thickness of it. It has a slight fresh/avocado scent to it. It’s pricey at $55 for 1.7 oz. GLAMGLOW - MOISTURETRIP Omega-Rich Face Moisturizer At night I love to follow with the origins drink up intensive overnight hydrating mask with avocado & Swiss glacier water. I absolutely love this overnight mask. I’ve been using it for years and it’s something I trust to get rid of the dryness and tightness in my skin. It feels really soft on the skin and it’s not thick. Its great for my sensitive skin too. It has a very slight avocado smell but it’s not too much. For the first week I used this every night. After that I now use this every other day. Besides that I tend to use this once or twice a week. Full 2.5 oz is $27 Mini 1 oz is $13 ORIGINS - Drink Up-Intensive Overnight Mask to Quench Skin's Thirst I never forget about the lips and I use my trusty glossier mint balm dot com. I love this so much that I’m almost done with it. Personally the mint, rose, coconut and Un scented one are the ones with the most hydration. It’s pricey but I’ve had this for about a year. It’s 0.5 oz for $12. Glossier. - Balm Dotcom

I’ve posted past reviews of some items that I have received in my boxycharm subscription box. I am excited to post this one because it was a real score imo. Usually I will use my CeraVe moisturizer but when I saw this GLAMGLOW - MOISTURETRIP Omega-Rich Face Moisturizer in my boxy, I had to try it out. I am pleased to say that this moisturizer is wonderful! My only problem? The price tag. I find that my CeraVe moisturizer works just as well as this one for half the price. If you are one who does not need to focus on the price tag, then of course you can opt for this little guy. But for me? I can’t afford $70 to give my skin a moisture boost. Anyways, the product applies nicely, not greasy and doesn’t sit on top of your skin in a slimy gross layer. It absorbs right in and makes your skin feel nice and soft. A little of this product goes a long way! A bit of a scent, but not an unpleasant one and not too strong. Hi guys! Today I’m going to be talking about some eye mask/patches I’ve used and whether or not I think the more expensive option (Viicode) is worth it. Cost: — The Viicode masks come out to about $9.16/pair of eye masks. — The Patchology masks come out to $3/pair, so you can get three Patchology masks for the price of a Viicode one! Application: — The Viicode patches are meant to be worn for up to 8 hours, or overnight. They tend to not slip around very much and are very sticky. — The Patchology patches are meant to be worn for only 15-20 minutes. They all tend to slide around on my face unless I put a sheet mask on top or stop moving. Claims: — The Viicode patches are overall plumping and brightening, and of course luxurious. I think they are rather hydrating and the effect lasts all day after I wear them at night. I didn’t think they were going to work as well as they do. — all of the Patchology patches I’ve tried are good but not great. They are brightening and plumping a bit, but not the most hydrating, and the effect doesn’t last super long throughout the day. Worth it? Both are worth it! — I think the Viicode patches are worth the price, but it’s not something I can afford all the time. They are a very luxurious set that I use before social events or important work events (and I can see myself using them on my wedding day!). — The Patchology masks are much more accessible and affordable comparatively. They are not at all the same caliber of product compared to the Viicode, but that’s okay! In this case, they are great for every day or twice a week use. Good for mornings when I wake up looking a mess! These Wander Beauty Eye Masks are 100% the best eye masks I've tried. They're supposed to brighten, hydrate and reduce the appearance of dark circles. I mainly use them for hydration or if my eyes are feeling tired, because hydration is my only concern. I store them in my beauty fridge so that they will also help depuff. Pros: ➕ they stay saturated because of the foil ➕ if stored in the fridge they're extremely cooling ➕ extremely hydrating Cons: ➖ they will slide around I will always have these on hand and actually have some in my Sephora cart right now. I love them. I think they're way better than other under eye masks because they stay so saturated and can continue to hydrate the skin for so much longer than others I've tried. How much product do you really need?! Here is a breakdown of how much and what products I use in my AM Skin Routine. The key is to use the products sparingly and go by the nickel-sized rule. That is all you'll need. These are Steps and products in my AM Skincare routine that work for me. Everybody is different, you can customize your routine however and with whatever You like. Smells very clean with Pineapple + Papaya scents. This product is formulated without sulfates, Gluten, Parabens, Minerals, Oil, Talc, harmful preservatives, Etc. 2. SERUM - After cleansing, I use 3-6 Drops of the serum and pat gently until it gets absorbed into the skin. I love to add serum as part of my morning routine to keep my face glowing and hydrated during the day. I use bioClarity's 'Drink it Up' Super Hydrating Serum. bioClarity - Drink It Up Super Hydrating Serum This serum leaves my skin feeling soft and dewy! 3. MOISTURIZER - After the Serum gets absorbed, then I apply my moisturizer to lock in all that goodness and hydration. 🥛As I was finishing off my Laneige Cream Skin, I already regretted buying one this instead. It’s not terrible, I just realized immediately that I like their Cream Skin Toner so0oO0o much better! 🧊This slightly translucent blue bottle is gorgeous though! It’s plastic, but very sturdy & well made. LANEIGE - Essential Power Skin Toner for Normal to Dry Skin $28/6.7 oz 🔹Though this is a much better deal per oz than Cream Skin, it does contain Alcohol (3rd ingredient) & fragrance (last ingredient) while ‘Laneige Cream Skin’ is alcohol & fragrance free. 🌀Overall this isn’t a horrible toner for dry skin, but it’s not a good choice for sensitive skin. It’s heavily fragranced. 💦I also don’t like the slightly gelatinous, yet somehow very watery texture. It feels a little slimey. Though it doesn’t dry out my skin or anything, I didn’t like the slightly sticky feeling afterwards. The container does make it really easy to dispense without a mess, which I do appreciate. The scent is a sort of floral/clean refreshing smell, but you do get notes of alcohol. I’m not super sensitive to fragrance, but I don’t like alcohol smell😕 ❄️The formula does have a lot of good hydrating ingredients like Prickly Pear extract, Panthenol (provitamin B5), Amino acids, Vitamin-rich Silver Birch & Quinoa extracts. It’s also enriched with moisture enhancing minerals Zinc, Manganese, Magnesium, Sodium, Calcium & Potassium which are ionized & stabilized in water, designed to absorb quicker into skin. ◻️I tried it with & without a cotton pad for application experimentation, but wasn’t feelin it that much either way. I’ll definitely finish it, but since I had to reorder cream skin, I’ll probably start alternating. I also don’t use a toner 2x a day or necessarily every day. Kinda depends on how my skin feels. 🤷🏻‍♀️Toners are definitely a debated topic. I won’t be the one to tell you need one at all. I’ve just been using them in my skincare routine foreverr & I enjoy that addition to my routine. I like my skin to feel balanced & refreshed after cleansing... But what I will say is: a toner is not meant to further clean your skin or remove last bits of makeup after cleansing. If your cotton pad shows grime or makeup, it means your cleansing routine (even if you’re double-cleansing) may not be effective enough. Experiment with different methods. Everyone’s needs will be different. 💄I know some people like to use a Micellar water after cleansing if they think they haven’t removed all their makeup. ☁️So this product was definitely not a favorite as far as texture & feel. There are way better toners out there... I think I really couldn’t help but compare it to LANEIGE - Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer ($33/5 oz) but that was such a winner for me & a unique product. ☁️I ditched drugstore cotton pads a long time ago, I could never consistently find ones that didn’t flake & shred fibers onto my face. I have sensitive eyes & I absolutely hate getting anything stuck in there, I’m sure we all do. I don’t wear makeup much anymore, but having cotton pads that don’t shed or fall apart is so crucial for removing eye makeup! I mostly use cotton pads for my toning step. A good cotton pad will be absorbent, but not too much to be able to dispense your products across your face. 💦Pro Tip: If your cotton pads still look dirty or has traces of makeup after toning, this means your cleansing routine isn’t cutting it. Toning is not meant to further clean your skin after cleansing. Rather, toner meant to help rebalance skin & prepare it for your following hydration/moisture routine. 🚰 Toner is an important for me because I’m not super happy with my tap water quality. If I wouldn’t drink, I’m not thrilled about washing my face with it, but I’m not bougie enough to wash with Évian®😭 SHISEIDO - SHISEIDO Facial Cotton $12/165 pads Description from Shiseido: This exclusive Facial Cotton is 100% natural and uniquely manufactured for a consistent soft, smooth texture. Allows for maximum absorption and assists in the application of Shiseido softeners. 165 sheets per pack. My review: I’ve been using these & loving them for years. It seemed like such a splurge to me when I first switched, but such an upgrade, I never looked back. They’re about 7 cents each, so it’s honestly not that bad if you’re sick of buying random cotton pads at Target/Walmart. (I checked prices a few mainstream brands like Equate & Q-Tips, which range from about 2-5 cents per) These are super soft! It doesn’t soak up too much product even though they’re plush, it gives it right back to, making toner an effective & enjoyable experience. I love they have no type of seam or edge, so there’s nothing but soft, fluffy texture☁️ COSRX - Pure 100% Cotton Rounds $12/80 pads Description from Cosrx: Soft, round cotton pad made of wavy patterned 100% cotton to mildly wipe skin without irritation. My review: Every once in a while I forget to add my usual Shiseido facial cotton to a Sephora order, so I decided to try something new in a Soko Glam order. These are double sided, one side is textured, one smooth. Technically these are twice as expensive per pad as Shiseido. Some of you may like the textured side for removing makeup or applying certain products, but I personally didn’t find it as an added plus. It’s not rough, but the smooth side isn’t as soft as Shiseido. They perform fine, but overall I like the softer, plush texture of Shiseido better. Cosrx has little seam edges I don’t care for. Results: Both held up equally well in all my tests. Swipe through the photos. I tried to see how much roughing up they could take & if they would flake or fall apart-they didn’t. Cosrx pads are slightly stronger, but both broke eventually💧

REDKEN - All Soft Heavy Cream Super Treatment $22/8.5 oz 🔐🧡This is an old favorite of mine that I’ve returned to time & time again, even when I was a broke raggedy at-home bleach blonde. Smells really good, very infectious, I’ve always received a lot of compliments. It’s an expensive salon type scent, but richer & deeper. In the warm Amber & Vanilla family. The formula is meant to be used after rinsing shampoo, for 5-15 minutes. It says to apply to towel dried hair, but I’ve honestly never done that, just tried to make sure my hair wasn’t full of water... You can totally use it for longer though. 🪴The formula contains repairing hydrolyzed plant-based proteins & nourishing Argan oil. I can’t wait to get back into this stuff, after trying so many different things for my bf’s hair, I remembered this treatment I used to buy constantly. I really hope it works for him too. Full ingredients of every product in the slides. OUAI - Super Dry Shampoo$14/2 oz (size shown here) OR $24/4.5 oz Though both of our hair types are on the dry side our current climate (mountains, snow) I haven’t had a dry shampoo on hand in a while & sometimes roots need a little sprucing up before we go into town. I’ve heard good things about this one! I can already tell it smells expensive! I've been testing out a few Ouai products they sent me a while ago for my curls to see how they do. So far I'm liking the Leave-in Conditioner for refreshing my hair and the Finishing Creme for styling! They smell AMAZING! I'm not a big dry shampoo girl since my scalp is dry rather then oily, so curly girls tell me how you use dry shampoo for your hair. Have you guys tried Ouai products before? What are your faves? I think I want to they their new treatments masks next. Yay for bringing back mini brand reviews! 🥰 This is where I do a couple sentences on every product I’ve tried from a brand. If you have any questions or want an in depth review on a product comment below! GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Eye Sleeping Mask - I love this! Creamy formula melts into the skin without being too heavy. Very hydrating but I would only use 2-3x a night. Good beginner retinol. GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon Glow Jelly Sheet Mask- They don’t make this anymore but I did like it! A hydrogel sheet mask that felt resfreshing on the skin. I didn’t see many benefits though. GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon + AHA Glow Sleeping Mask - The texture is not for everyone but I like it! It’s a little goopy but it does absorb into the skin once worked in. It smells like watermelon jolly ranchers. I would say oily skin only and only she 2-3x a week but I loved the mild exfoliation. GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon Glow Pink Juice Moisturizer - I love this for oily skin! Smells like the sleeping mask but not as strong. Adds a lot of hydration without feeling heavy or sticky. GLOW RECIPE - Limited Edition Lip Pop Duo - I feel like it’s overpriced for what it is but if you’re interested it’s a nice product. It has a waxy feel but it’s very lightweight and nourishing. Both smell AMAZING!! Has mild exfoliation that doesn’t stay long on the lips and a really pretty natural tint. GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops - Again, over priced for what it is but I still like it. The serum feels amazing on the skin and gives all the benefits on niacinamide. Smells like watermelon but it’s a lot fainter than their other products. It doesn’t give a “glow” like they claim though. It’s more a “dolphin” skin effect that doesn’t last long. I would not use over make up though as it has your typical serum consistency.

I have been devoted to this wonderful GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon Glow Pink Juice Moisturizer for the last 10 days and I have nothing but great things to say about it. #friyayfaves This was not the first @glowrecipe product I’ve tried and featured in my page. In fact, before trying this, I was very much in love with the Watermelon Glow Toner. #hereweglow Just like the toner, this moisturizer smells delicious and fresh. It is made up of 90% watermelon juice, that is packed with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties; and other ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, jasmine and peony extract. It has a beautiful glass packaging that comes with a pump. The texture is a very lightweight gel that is pink in color. It is silky, smooth and a little bit runny unlike traditional moisturizers. Once applied, it has a cooling, refreshing effect and makes my skin so soft and glowing. It is fast-absorbing and fairly moisturizing, even for my dry skin (note that I also use essences and serums in my routine). I also have sensitive, acne prone skin, but it did not irritate my skin or clogged up my pores. I used 2-3 pumps during the daytime, and at night I supplement it with a sleeping mask (for extra hydration on colder nights). Because it is non-sticky and applies very nicely, it can also serve as a primer. I’ve tried it under makeup a few times (just to test it out) and it makes my skin so healthy looking. I really enjoy this moisturizer and I think it will be good for all skin types.
