An Exfoliating Lotion for Your Body

I joke that when using exfoliating serums or moisturizers that you should take it all the way down to your titties. But it’s true — your neck and décolletage need love and we often overlook those areas! The same could be said for our bodies. We’re always looking for ways to hydrate our bodies with oils or make them shine with lavas and foils, but our body deserves exfoliation too! Pixi makes some of the best, affordable skincare on the market. Their Glow Tonic is iconic for a reason! It’s gentle yet delivers smoother, brighter skin. Instead of suggesting your use a cotton square to rub the toner all over yourself, they created this lotion.
Helps smooth your skin texture and tone. Glycolic is great for keratosis pilaris too!

KBeauty Amore Pacific Treatment Enzyme Peel
KBeauty Amore Pacific Treatment Enzyme Peel
Amore Pacific Treatment Enzyme Peel is designed to be a daily exfoliating treatment. It is meant to remove dead skin cells and impurities without stripping the skin. It starts as a powder but with a little water works its way into a foam. Amore Pacific is one of my favorite K Beauty brands and I rarely dislike anything they make. When I choose a physical exfoliant, I need it to be a little tougher on my skin. This enzyme peel was so gentle that I felt it did nothing more than a regular face wash. I did feel like it acted more like a chemical exfoliant, but not as good as any of the AHA toner's i've used. Maybe the tiny sample I have isn't enough to tell a difference on my skin. at this point, I don't think I'd recommend this product at $60 for 1.7 oz. or purchase it for myself, but if i received it in another Amore Pacific set, I'll happily use it up. 2/5 stars for me! I have always used more textured exfoliating products but never a peel. I was very excited to try this product and I was not at all disappointed. It is intended to help with dullness, dryness, and uneven skin. It has a really light gel base with a little bit of a gritty feeling to it. I use it about once or twice a week (as instructed) on clean and dry skin. As I use it, I can see my dry skin being lifted. It leaves my face looking so fresh. It’s almost like hitting a reset button on your skin after a long week. This is definitely another Saturday Skin product that I will be restocking on. SATURDAY SKIN - Rub-A-Dub REFINING PEEL GEL
Best exfoliation you can get at home
Best exfoliation you can get at home
I love a weekly exfoliating regimen. This exfoliator is definitely offers a deep rejuvenation. It does scratch a bit and hurt the skin if you scrub too hard or if you don’t splash a bit of water on your face before hand. You can feel the exfoliating grains (maybe see it in the swatch on lid in photo) But it’s like scratching off a layer of old and dirty skin to bring out new glowing youthful skin. You definitely need to moisturize after this. It’s on the pricey end for the amount you get. But it does last a while given that you don’t need much product and you shouldn’t use it everyday. You will definitely see an improvement in your overall complexion, dullness of skin and rejuvenation of glowing and youthful skin!

The On-The-Glow Moisture Stick
The On-The-Glow Moisture Stick is a portable moisturizer inspired by Pixi’s infamous Glow Tonic. In addition to glycolic acid it also contains ginseng enzymes and vitamin D2 to protect and brighten your skin. You can use it on your face, lips or even to tame flyaway hairs 💁‍♀️. This is going to live in my purse!
This is a k-beauty recommendat
This is a k-beauty recommendation I took someone up on for its effects on minimizing pores and firming skin. It has a nice peach scent and a very airy cream texture which I do like. I did notice of this is the last thing I add before makeup it does mattify my skin, but all in all it actually causes more sebum production due to the drying effects of the alcohol. If this isn’t that much of a concern, then for $8 it mag be worth it. Overall, it does what it says to a degree but I am not sold on it as beneficial to my skins overall health, which is my main concern when looking to skincare.

the pixi glow tonic is a toner with 5% glycolic acid. glycolic acid works to get rid of the dead skin cells on top of your skin to reveal brighter, glowing skin. WHAT SKIN TYPE IS THIS FOR? the pixi glow tonic is good for all skin types! there’s no alcohol in this toner making it great for people with dry/combination skin since it won’t dry out your skin. for those of you with sensitive skin, like me, i would use it only once a day either at night or in the morning. i personally use it at night so my skin is fresh in the morning. HOW DO I USE IT? depending on your skin type, the pixi glow tonic can be used two times a day, but i wouldn’t do more than two. for those with sensitive skin, once is good. after cleansing, apply the toner all over your face with a cotton round and make sure to put a little bit of pressure to get the outer dead skin cells. after that, apply your favorite moisturizer! ADDITIONAL NOTES <3 for me, the first time i used it my face was a little bit red, but as i used it more and more my skin got used to it. make sure to moisturize and cleanse day and/or night to get the best results! hopefully this was helpful and get your glowy skin asap!! pixi - Skintreats Glow Tonic Exfoliating Toner
