Great Gentle Cleanser For Redness

THE inkey LIST - Oat Cleansing Balm
My first Cherie post! Hi! I’m not usually a balm person because they are often too heavy and leave a film on the skin, but this one emulsifies into a milky consistency, which is becoming a trend with balms. It’s the perfect first step in double-cleansing, helping to break up your makeup and get rid of dirt and pollution from the day.
Oat is a natural anti-inflammatory ingredient so it’s great for people with sensitive to dry skin and everything in-between

➤ ⠀ 𝑰𝑵 𝑻𝑯𝑰𝑺 𝑺𝑯𝑶𝑻: 🤍 @theinkeylist Oat Cleansing Balm. 🤍 It is a gentle AM and PM balm cleanser that’s perfect for dry and/or sensitive skin types. 🤍 It is formulated with oat kernel oil and colloidal oatmeal, to support the skin’s moisture barrier and soothe irritation. 🤍 The texture is thick with a bit of grit for a light exfoliation. I expected it to be smooth, but I quite enjoyed the grainy feel. I didn’t experience any irritation from the grain, not even in the eye area. 🤍 It dissolves makeup and grime easily, and rinses away with no residue left behind. 🤍 It comes in a large tube, is very affordable and effective. I usually remove eye-makeup and lip product with a baby wipe soaked with my oil cleanser first, then I move on to this balm cleanser to remove everything else. It was extremely gentle and moisturizing, and does exactly what it says it will. If you’re looking for a new cleansing balm that does what it’s meant to, this is worth looking into. Empties: Cocokind Oil to Milk Cleanser
Empties: Cocokind Oil to Milk Cleanser
I recently ran out of my beloved Cocokind Oil to Milk Cleanser! 🌻 SKIN TYPE, FUNCTION & CLAIMS 🌻 For my AM skincare routine I love to use a gentle, milky cleanser. I don’t like to use anything harsh, abrasive or stripping because I’m not washing off the day’s dirt or any makeup! My skin is normal and leans towards dry in the winter months. When shopping for a new AM cleanser I saw that this one claimed to “’wash’ your face without stripping it of moisture”, and it “leaves the skin feeling soft and supple” which is EXACTLY what I look for not only in an AM cleanser but that’s what I look for in cleansers in general during these winter months because my skin leans a little drier! I decided to give this one a go and I was NOT at all disappointed! 😍 🌼 TEXTURE, CONSISTENCY & FORMULA 🌼 This product has the most unique texture/consistency I’ve come across yet! It starts off as an oil, not like a runny kind of oil, more like a soft, thick texture and once you use water it turns it into a MILK! 🥛 It goes from having some structure to becoming a silky, creamy consistency. After rinsing it off it left my skin feeling SO nice and soft! You have to experience it yourself to understand just how lovely this formula is 💛 This cleanser is full of incredibly beautiful and nourishing ingredients such as oats, lactobacillus, vitamin e, and grapeseed oil. It has a very light, calming geranium scent to it that really completes the experience 😌✨ 🌞 FINAL THOUGHTS & PACKAGING 🌞 I LOVE this cleanser so much and really savored every last drop of it! You can tell it was really thoughtfully made by the formula and even down to the sugarcane tube packaging (very low carbon footprint!) It’s only $18 and you can catch it on sale sometimes at your local Whole Foods Market which I think is totally worth it considering the high quality ingredients you get! I totally recommend anyone of all skin types try this product! It’s such a nice, gentle formula that’s just perfect for a good AM routine and with a pH range of 5.25 it won’t disrupt your skin barrier. I will definitely be repurchasing it in the future! ⭐️🌟⭐️ cocokind - Oil to milk cleanser

I have been going back and forth between this cleanser and new ones for so long. This product lasted me forever. This has a great scent for a cleanser, it’s very fresh and clean smelling. I got this product before I started switching to more natural beauty brands so I really just wanted to finish this up. This is great for dry skin, it leaves my skin very soft and hydrated. I used this morning and night. This is very inexpensive and takes a while to use up. I might repurchase this in the future. Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Hydrating Cleansing Gel

Okay, so let’s talk about a ba
Okay, so let’s talk about a balm cleanser that I’m obsessed with: the HOLI FROG - Kissimmee Vitamin F Therapy Balmy Face Wash is SO GOOD! My skin is so constantly dry, and this balm promises to both cleanse and hydrate the skin. It also promises to help restore the skin. This is contains 85% oil, so this bad boy is absolutely going to leave the skin hydrated after use - it also takes some extra time to actually emulsify and use properly, so you have to really take your time with it, which I love as it feels pretty luxurious to just take time to wash your face. It doesn’t make my eyes cloudy typically, which I appreciate as many other balms have done that to me in the past. This is $42 for a tube, which is a bit pricey for a balm cleanser BUT for everything it goes for the skin, I think it’s worth it and recommend it if one can splurge a bit

Hydrating cleanser 💦🥇

The first hydrating type cleanser I’ve ever used... On my (more) younger days I always used to use cleansers that strip my skin leaving me feeling squeaky clean because I had oily skin and thought that’s what I needed... Moving from the Caribbean to the US my skin type change from oily to a more combination/dry type. I experienced dry spots for the first time: my cheeks would look red and I could see the flaky, scaly patches on them. Watching skincare based YouTube channels (as Beauty Within, skincarebyhyram, James Welsh.... and more) I stumble upon the brand Krave Beauty, and after hearing all the good reviews decided to try a couple of their products. This is the first tube of the Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser I finished (already have two back ups), so is pretty clear I love it... it cleans my skin but hydrates it at the same time, which sounds amazing now that I have a more dry skin. My boyfriend who suffers from rosacea also loves it, it really helps him soothe his flare ups. I recommend this cleanser for any skin type to be honest, anyone would benefit from the skin barrier friendly ingredients in it. It has a gooey/gel type of consistency, and you can actually see the (I guess) hemp particles in it. It’s really a 5/5 ⭐️ for me.

This time let’s talk Tashmoo🌸. This brand is all about situational cleansing and believes in the no bull crap ingredients as well as acknowledge that not all natural is good and that man-made synthetic ingredients are mostly safer and work! They are also super sweet and will answer any questions at any time. . 🌸 WTF is it? Another bomb ass product from holifrog that is all about dry skin. It is a milky wash with no fragrance, no essential oils, no sulfates. It is like washing your face with a perfectly formulated lotion. Like being drenched in milky love (insert sexual joke here). Tash-MOOOO like a cow just dripping all its milky glory on you. 🌸🐄 Ingredients Please? 37 total ingredients that includes 14 a(moo)ino acids and some awesome ingredients for dry, irritated skin: Aloe vera, vitamin E, apricot kernel oil, blue-green algae (ACE vitamins), vitamin B5. . 🌸 How does Alex use it? Typically for me, I need 2-3 pumps. I damp my face first (after washing hands) and gently go in circular motion. The botanical smell is so invigorating. I sometimes use it as a 5 minute mask where I put about 4-6 pumps and wash it off. 🐸 Results? It’s situational cleansing so the results are what your skin needs. I’ve been using it when my skin is dry, flaky, or I feel like it needs hydration. Combined on a double cleanse journey with Kissimmee, this is an ideal combo for dry skin. If you have dry skin, those 2 are your froggiest friends! 🌸 I 100% recommend this product, especially when dry or irritated skin comes into play!
