I am super late with making this lost and I am SO SORRY! 😩 But, we’re here now! So, it’s really a simple routine that I have noticed worked within 2 weeks of clearing my skin of those little forehead bumps and breakouts! Check it out ⬇️ • wash my face with “Our Earth’s Secrets” African Black soap from Ghana (you can find this on Amazon) • moisturize with CeraVe Moisturizing cream. VOILLLLAAAA ✨ That’s it!

CeraVe Facial Mosituriser: Sunscreen and Lotion!
Hey Beauty’s 🙋🏽‍♀️ I started using CeraVe - Moisturizing Cream For Normal To Dry Skin four weeks ago. I needed a new day cream as I had completed a 3 month trial using Auquest 5 Second Wrinkle Cream. I posted my results in January so if you want to know more check out my previous post. ☺️ CeraVe - Moisturizing Cream For Normal To Dry Skin was highly recommended here so, Cherie 🍒 made me buy it! Although it’s for normal to dry skin, it also works well for people with skin conditions, like psoriasis. I suffer from psoriasis. 🙃 I have combination skin which is more on the oily side but I really wanted to give CeraVe - Moisturizing Cream For Normal To Dry Skin a try as it’s recommended by dermatologists. CeraVe was developed by dermatologists and uses a patented formulation to protect the skin barrier. The Company call the formulation, Multivesicular Emulsion Technology. It’s ensures CeraVe - Moisturizing Cream For Normal To Dry Skin will be time released throughout the day for complete hydration. It also uses three different ceramides which help retain water 💧 and strengthen and repair the skin barrier. My thoughts 💭 🧚‍♀️ It’s fragrance free, no parabens and non-comedogenic (doesn’t clog pores), ✅ which is great since I have larger than average pores 🙃 🧚‍♀️ CeraVe - Moisturizing Cream For Normal To Dry Skin has an SPF 15 with broad spectrum protection and can be classed as a secondary sunscreen in Australia. An SPF15 can block 93.3% of UVR compared to SPF30 which blocks 97%. So technically I feel I could use it as my sunscreen but, because I’m 45, I like to apply an SPF30. ☺️ 🧚‍♀️ It has a nice lightweight texture and easily absorbs into your skin. I didn’t purge when I added it to my day routine! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 🧚‍♀️ My skin loves this cream, it feels smoother and softer and it keeps my skin hydrated 💦 all day. 🧚‍♀️ It retails for $22 in Australia 🇦🇺 I love the price point! Although I’ve only been using it for a month, I’m giving CeraVe - Moisturizing Cream For Normal To Dry Skin 4 stars!!!! It’s ticked a lot of boxes for me but as it’s only my initial review I didn’t want to give it too much Kudos. I’m loving it and feel a little sad as I have a new GLOW RECIPE - Banana Soufflé Moisture Creamthat I’d like to trial after the CeraVe. But, I don’t really want to swap it out. 😂😂😂 I guess that’s the Dilemma of being a Creator. I don’t always keep using what’s working because I like to review new products. 🙃 Let me know if you tried the CeraVe - Moisturizing Cream For Normal To Dry Skin and if it worked for you. I’d love to hear from you. Have a wonderful day! Jade ☺️

Skin Journey
Just wanted to share my journey struggling with acne. Growing up I had perfect clear skin, no acne whatsoever, was comfortable going in public with no makeup on and I had a perfect complexion until I graduated high school and I started breaking out. I used to call it, puberty but backwards lol. I tried everything and nothing worked on me. I even tried changing my diet and stopped eating dairy and meat all in one but still, nothing changed. I even drank more water and that didn’t do anything either. I started watching Dr. Dray on YouTube about a couple years ago and I feel like she’s changed my routine. She says less is more and I swear by that. Remember: what works for me may not work for you. My skin is no where near perfect, but I’m extremely happy with how far I’ve come 🤍 Morning Routine: - (I try to wash my face once a day. Usually wash with only water in the morning) Sometimes I use Panoxyl if I’m breaking out. COSRX - Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence (On damp skin) The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid Serum The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Neutrogena - Sensitive Skin Oil-Free Moisture CeraVe - Face Sheer Tint Hydrating Sunscreen SPF 30 Night Time Routine: CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser COSRX - Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence The Ordinary Niacinamide and Zinc CeraVe - Resurfacing Retinol Serum CeraVe - Moisturizing Cream For Normal To Dry Skin When I first started my skincare journey, I mainly started out small using cleanser, moisturizer and SPF then slowly incorporated these serums into my routine. I started using products with no fragrance in them and I feel like that helped my skin out a lot. Also, I highly recommend watching Dr. Dray on YouTube!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
PLEASE HELP!!!!!
So i’ve been using the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream as my body lotion and every time i’ve used it, it has broken me out! I bought it because of the CeraVe hype but i don’t want to use it anymore. Almost the same goes for the Daily Moisturizing Lotion. It doesn’t break me out on my face, but i can tell it not helping me solve my acne problem. Please leave some comments below as to what i should do. Let me know of some affordable body lotions that don’t break you out, or just any in general that don’t break you out. And i also would really appreciate it if you leave some recommendations for moisturizers for the face that are for combination to oily skin. I would be very grateful if you leave a comment because i really want to find my holy grail products once and for all. Thank you so much! :)

Oh Ceramides, How I Adore You
Oh Ceramides, How I Adore You
I have combination skin on my face, and that is acne-prone. I was bothered by acne when I was about 20 years old. So I bought a lot of products to try to find which one can balance the water and oil. The first skincare product that worked well for me was from CeraVe, Which I chose because some bloggers highly recommended it. In the beginning, I just wanted a cleanser that did not strip my skin squeaky clean. I use CeraVe cleanser and lotion that tout ceramides as one of the essential ingredients. And When I found out that Ceramides take care of my protective skin barrier. I love it, and I can not live without it. Ceramides are a vital yet often overlooked skincare ingredient. Ceramides help restore the barrier function of skin, which keeps water in and prevents moisture from escaping out. Thankfully, products contain ceramides as an ingredient are so easy to find — they will say it right on the label. You can buy the products which contain ceramides online or pharmacy, there are so many choices for you. And here are my picks: CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser– It is useful for my sensitive combination skin, And this is a fragrance-free product. As you can see, the picture one is my sixth brand new bottle. I recommend this face wash, especially for those who are struggling with acne because it isn't too harsh on the face. CeraVe - Daily Moisturizing Lotion For Normal To Dry Skin – I have been using this for three more years, which is nourishing, gentle. The label suggests that this would be better for dry and dehydrated skin, while I feel good even though I am combination skin. By the way, I also apply the lotion to the body because it's vast and affordable. I recommend CeraVe. 🙌

ADVICE?!
ADVICE?!
Hello all, well my names Simone I’m 18 and I want to have healthier, smoother looking skin. I have very sensitive skin that is dry around my nose & chin and oily on my forehead. Just recently I noticed I’m getting discoloring on my chin and I’ve had it above my lip for as long as I can remember. I’m pretty active I work and love the outdoors and I live in Arizona so majority of the time it’s hot and sunny. I’ve always struggled with acne and suffer badly with hormonal acne while on my period. Idk if it’s something I’m using that reacts badly to my skin or is it just tough luck? Suggestions?:) I’ll leave the products I use. innisfree - Green Tea Seed Intensive Hydrating Eye CreamSOAP & GLORY - Face Soap And Clarity Facial WashBio-Oil - Multiuse Skincare Oil

Possible Nighttime Routine? 🤷🏾‍♀️❓
Possible Nighttime Routine? 🤷🏾‍♀️❓
I did some research AGAIN on a proper PM skincare regimen and I feel enlightened, AGAIN 🙄, on what I should be doing for my skin. Things learned: 1. PM skin regimens will have a few more added steps than your daytime routine 2. Use serums/face oils before cream or lotion moisturizer (depending on the oil) 3. Vitamin C must be my “go-to” for my acne prone skin🤷🏾‍♀️ 4. LAYERING IS CRUCIAL!!!!! Tonight I did the same thing I did earlier today with cleansing my face; African black soap, acne treatment with Clear Start by Dermalogica, CeraVe moisturizing cream, and misted my face with Mario Badescu. Now, upon doing my research I learned that layering your products is extremely vital to positive results ❤️, just like hair! (I looovvvveeeeeee hair care 😬) Here is exactly the order I LAYERED my products⬇️ 1. African black soap 2. Glycolic Toner 3. Eye cream 4. Acne treatment 5. Acne serum 6. Hydrating mist 7. Moisturizer 8. Face oil I am going to try this for 1 week and monitor the progress. I’ve never had a specific night routine. I typically do the same thing in the evening that I do in the mornings for my face. So, here’s to hoping for better results 🥂

CERAVE caused me severe ALLERGIC REACTION!!!
CERAVE caused me severe ALLERGIC REACTION!!!
CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser CeraVe - Daily Moisturizing Lotion For Normal To Dry Skin I used both of these product one night and upon waking up this is what happened. My face was all dry, patchy and very itchy. I was not convinced at first that Cerave did this to me because of all the reviews. So I tried to put the lotion into my hands and then rashes began to occur. It has been my 5th day of hydrocortisone and antihistamine treatment but the rashes on my arm is still very itchy. I’m sorry but this product is a very big no for me. I have Combination Skin and I’d never had reaction to any products I have been using so far except this one. This is very traumatizing and I hope it will serve as a CAUTION to everyone to always patch test.

Store it, See it, Use it: Organization Tips
Store it, See it, Use it: Organization Tips
Tips for better bathroom storage: 1. Keep only your most-used products on the counter. For me, this is cleanser, toner, moisturizer, cotton balls, tissues, and a bag of some other frequently used skincare products. 2. Ideas for your “frequently used” counter bag: Men’s deodorant (changes your life) Once a week exfoliant and cleanser One product for chapped lips Products for eczema SPF moisturizer/sunscreen New products to try soon, like a special moisturizer 3. Great in a pull out drawer with dividers: Dental products/floss Gels like neosporen or scar gel Foot products All those extra lip balms Tweezers Nail products Contact lens Combs/brushes/hair ties Feminine hygiene products 4. Have refills ready in a plastic tub under the sink. Tools can go under the sink too! 5. I’m not leaving the house or wearing makeup right now due to the pandemic, so all my makeup is stored in one train case under the sink. Comment below if you want to see what’s in the makeup case I hope this inspires you to organize your bathroom. Have a great day beauties 🥰
