www.skinlab.online for a dermatologist regimen
I used this online regime tool and for $10 got the skincare regime that my dr said was “bang on” It was really great at helping me understand the ingredients I should and shouldn’t use for my skin type. This is from their website: The Skin Lab Build Your Regime is an innovative new tool to help you understand what your skin needs. Board-certified Dermatologists have recognised that there are 16 'normal' skin types. Our software uses the common questions a dermatologist would ask you on your first visit to identify what your skin type is, and then provides you with a personalised regime of essential and recommended ingredients (not products or brands) that are most likely to help with your concerns.
Boost that red LED goodness into me
Scientific evidence shows that Red LED light can penetrate the skin to the dermis layer to reduce inflammation (a symptom of sensitivity and the cause of hormonal acne / blind pimples from inflamed sebum glands) I personally have not found this mask to help with my hormonal acne (I’m also on Tretinoin which is not helping either) so I suspect my chin acne is a tough cookie to crack. However I do feel the mask helps with my skin sensitivity and I’m less ‘red’ without makeup - so I love that!
